Lawlessness in Texas: RINO Texas House Speaker Caught Fabricating Quorum — Caught Red-Handed Counting 40 Absent Lawmakers as ‘Present’ Breaking State Law

Under the feckless and corrupt leadership of RINO House Speaker Dustin Burrows, the Texas House of Representatives has descended into absolute lawlessness.

On Friday, the House chamber was scheduled to convene, but what unfolded was not democracy in action—it was a brazen sham orchestrated by the very person sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Speaker Burrows, a so-called “Republican,” was caught red-handed falsifying quorum by counting 40 absent lawmakers as “present” in a desperate attempt to ram through proceedings in violation of Texas law.

The Texas Constitution is clear: Two-thirds, or 100 members, must be present to establish a quorum in the 150-member chamber. And yet, Speaker Burrows, in full-blown swamp mode, attempted to manipulate the electronic voting system to fake quorum numbers, allowing business to continue unlawfully.

“There were only 63 that bothered to show up today,” said Rep. Brian Harrison (R–Midlothian), the conservative firebrand who exposed the fraud in real-time. Harrison demanded a verification vote—and the results were damning. Only 65 members could be verified. That’s not even close to the 100 required.

“House “leadership” tried to take votes anyway. I objected and demanded verification.” Harrison added.

Every member was notified over a week ago, on March 20, that Friday’s session was happening. Yet most couldn’t be bothered to show up, and Burrows tried to paper over their laziness with a lie.

Feds Investigating Maine DOE Over Allegations That Schools Are Hiding Gender Transitions from Parents

The U.S. Department of Education has launched an investigation into the Maine Department of Education over allegations that schools in the state may have violated federal law by hiding student gender transitions from parents.

The probe, announced on Friday, will look for breaches of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The U.S. D.O.E. said in a press release:

This investigation comes amid reports that dozens of Maine school districts are violating or misusing FERPA by maintaining policies that infringe on parents’ rights. The districts’ policies allegedly allow for schools to create “gender plans” supporting a student’s “transgender identity” and then claim those plans are not education records under FERPA and therefore not available to parents.

This action, alongside SPPO’s investigation initiated yesterday into the California Department of Education, is in furtherance of U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon’s directives to strengthen FERPA enforcement by taking action against schools misusing FERPA and clearing the backlog of complaints submitted to SPPO that accumulated under the Biden Administration.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Education said in a statement, “We take seriously any allegations that schools or state agencies may be denying parents their lawful rights to access their children’s education records. This investigation will determine if Maine’s policies and practices align with federal law.”

“Parents and guardians have the right to access their child’s education records to guide and safeguard their child’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Any policy to the contrary is both illegal and immoral,” said Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. “A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to meet with several young people who shared their detransitioning stories. It is deeply concerning to hear that teachers and school counselors in Maine are reportedly encouraging and helping students to undergo so-called ‘gender transitions’ while keeping parents in the dark. The Trump Administration will enforce all federal laws to safeguard students and families.”

Parents Defending Education Founder and President Nicole Neily said of the investigation, “Under the previous Administration, we were fighting to protect our children from irreversible ‘sex changes’ – a path too often facilitated by school personnel who we entrusted with our children. We are proud to stand with President Trump and Secretary McMahon to hold school districts accountable and ensure no child is socially transitioned behind parent’s backs by teachers or administrators,”

Maine’s Department of Education has not yet issued a statement addressing the matter.

Canadian PM Mark Carney Is Accused of Plagiarizing His University of Oxford Doctorate Thesis – Liberal Party in Meltdown Ahead of Next Month’s Elections

As we’ve reported previously here in TGP, the new Liberal party leader and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has called for snap elections for April 28th, trying to fully capitalize on the Liberal’s latest surge in the polls after endless months badly trailing the Conservative opposition.

But as the campaign begins, a reputational bomb has gone off on banker Carney’s lap, as an investigation by the National Post identified at least 10 instances of apparent plagiarism in his 1995 Oxford University doctorate thesis.

Carney was found to use ‘full quotes, paraphrases, or slightly modified quotes from four previous works without proper acknowledgement or attribution’.

Liberals are in a meltdown, calling Geoffrey Sigalet – the scholar who examined the evidence – a ‘Conservative donor’, because he contributed $288 back in 2022.

The Telegraph reported:

“On Friday, the Canadian prime minister and former governor of the Bank of England was forced to deny allegations he copied 10 passages of text for his 1995 doctorate.

The allegations are a blow to his election campaign. He faces a knife-edge vote on April 28 after calling a snap election against the backdrop of an aggressive trade war with Donald Trump.”

DOGE Reveals Mind Shocking Fraud Propping Up Economy

Former Wall Street money manager and financial analyst Ed Dowd of PhinanceTechnologies.com is back with an update of a report on “Danger of Deep Worldwide Recession in 2025.”  It was not just heavy government spending on illegal immigration, but “mind shocking” fraud that has been revealed with DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency).  Investigators have uncovered $115 billion so far with many hundreds of billions more to be exposed.   Dowd says, “Both sides of the aisle are probably going to have problems.  The DOGE revelations are mind shocking.  The clear way in which the government was spending money through NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and people taking kickbacks and profits along the way is going to come out.  There may have been theft along the way.  What business does Stacy Abrams have getting $2 billion for an NGO?  This doesn’t make any sense.  It’s going to be shocking, even shocking to me.  I knew there was rot in the system, but the mind blowing way the NGOs were used to facilitate the illegal immigration just blows my mind.  The 10 million plus illegals that came in over the last four years, you just don’t wake up one day in Central America and say I am going to the Darien Gap, and go to the Mexican border and then meander my way into the interior of the US without a tremendous amount of aid along the way.  NGOs facilitated that and probably took their cut.  What was the all-in economic cost of the goodies they got once they got here?  Plus, the NGOs spent and what the government spent themselves to facilitate this, it’s not hard to imagine $50,000 to $100,000 all-in cost per illegal. . . . This is the all-in cost up and down the entire economic food chain. . . . It was anywhere between $500 billion to $1.5 trillion depending on the illegals.  It was an illegal project funded purposely, and it was very logistical.  It was not something that just happened overnight.”

The result, says Dowd, was the US economy was propped up when it should have already tanked.  Now, all this spending on this illegal invasion is going away.  Dowd says, “When we wrote our report, we were surprised on how fast DOGE would get to work. . . . This is why our thesis is playing out a little quicker than we thought. . . . The housing market was on fragile ground the last year or so.  It was held up by illegal immigrants supporting rent prices.  So, as that unwinds, we think there will be a mini 2008–2009 housing issue.  Housing prices are going to come down, and that is a big driver of consumption in the economy.  That needs to happen because home affordability is off the charts.”

Dowd also see a recession coming as the government downsizes, illegal alien funding gets cut and illegals continue to self-deport.  Dowd says, “Consumer confidence has taken a nosedive recently, and you can see why.  There are 10 million to 15 million illegal immigrants worried about their gravy train coming to an end.  So, they may be holding back on their spending.  There are millions of government employees worried about their jobs.  Then, you have the NGO networks that employ about 6 million people.  So, you have about 20 million to 25 million people that are in the workforce . . . worried about where their money is going to come from, and that can cause consumer spending to slow down.”

Election Watchdog Uncovers Nearly 5,000 Potentially Illegal Voter Registrations in Milwaukee Ahead of Crucial Wisconsin Elections

Nearly 5,000 voter registrations in the city of Milwaukee have been legally challenged for irregularities, potential fraud, and blatant violations of state and federal law.

The comprehensive legal filing, submitted by concerned citizens Justin Gavery and Joe Nolan, exposes what many conservatives have warned about for years: a broken election system ripe for abuse.

The challenge, backed by the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and a long list of Wisconsin statutes, calls on the Milwaukee Election Commission (MEC) to investigate and take immediate action on 4,878 questionable voter records.

According to the document obtained by Just the News, all of these individuals cast ballots in the November 5th, 2025 national election.

The report relies on data from the USPS’s CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) and National Change of Address (NCOA) databases—tools that objectively verify the accuracy of mailing addresses.

According to the letter sent to Executive Director of Milwaukee Elections Paulina Gutierrez:

On February 20, 2025 a new statewide voter registration list was purchased from WEC’s Badger Voter website. We ran it through our TITAN system which compares it against the US Postal Services main database and also its National Change of Address database. We found many issues, irregularities and also voter fraud.

Each name and address were submitted through the USPS CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) evaluation system.

The USPS CASS® evaluation is run against several progressively deeper-leveled databases, such as: state, city, zipcode-S-digit, a check on those 3 columns together, then a check against the street name with in them, then a street number range check, then a check against the actual street number in the “Zip_4” database, and then a check on apt_unit at that specific building, then a check if that address is unoccupied, and then other specialty checks. It returns many columns, each with detailed codes describing one or more problems with each address on this list.

More on CASS: (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification is a program that was developed by the USPS to test the accuracy of address-matching software and improve the accuracy of postal coding, such as ZIP+4 Code®, carrier route and 5-digit ZIP Code coding.

https://postalpro.usps.com › CASS › CASSTECH_N The bottom line is that the USPS has declared that all of the items in this report cannot be mailed without mailing address correction(s).

Judge Who Granted P Diddy Win in His Case Rules Against Kari Lake Saving Taxpayers Money

A federal Judge in New York has halted the White House and US Agency for Global Media (USAGM) advisor Kari Lake’s efforts to deliver government efficiency to the leftwing agency that oversees the government’s international broadcaster, Voice of America.

Obama appointee James Paul Oetken was the first openly gay man to be confirmed as a federal judge in 2011. Earlier this week, he dismissed racketeering allegations in a $30 million sexual assault lawsuit against rapper P. Diddy involving allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking.

On Friday, he granted a temporary restraining order, enjoining them from implementing the President’s March 14 executive order, titled “Continuing the Reduction of the Federal Bureaucracy.”

This comes after a lawsuit by from six leftist VOA reporters backed by Reporters Without Borders and several labor unions, who alleged First Amendment violations over attempts to dismantle the broadcasting agency by firing current staff members.

According to the New York Times, “A separate lawsuit, brought by the director of Voice of America, Michael Abramowitz, is also pending.”

Lawless Judge Amy Berman Jackson BLOCKS Dismantling of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau – District Courts Are Gutting Executive Branch of Power

On Friday, radical far-left Judge Amy Berman Jackson blocked the dismantling of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She is one of the rogue district judges who is stripping power from the executive branch.

Berman Jackson, like many of her Obama-appointed peers, has worked day and night to torment and harass Republicans and Trump supporters through her power as a District Court Judge.

In February, after the Trump administration gutted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Berman Jackson temporarily halted the mass firings. Berman Jackson also ordered defendants to preserve all of their data and records. Berman Jackson believes she knows better what is good for America.

In February, Elon Musk’s DOGE team entered the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau headquarters – and staffers were “mad as hell.”

As Cristina Laila reported earlier – President Trump began cleaning house earlier this month after he fired Rohit Chopra, the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Rohit Chopra was a toxic Biden holdover who previously threatened banks that refused to give credit lines and loans to illegal aliens.

Now, this rogue judge is blocking the dismantling of this corrupt government body.

Bombshell: Prosecutors Question Timing of Pfizer Announcement Released Just After 2020 Election

Just two days after Democrat Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election, drugmaker Pfizer announced its COVID-19 vaccine proved effective in protecting people from the sickness.

Then-President Donald Trump questioned the timing of the announcement, saying, “Pfizer and others even decided to not assess the results of their vaccine, in other words, not come out with the vaccine until just after the election.”

He suggested the delay was payback for Trump’s effort to rein in the cost of medications for elderly patients.

“[It’s] because of what I did with favored nations and these other elements,” he said.

In September 2020, Trump signed an executive order benchmarking the price Americans pay through Medicare for prescription drugs to the cost of those same drugs in other markets outside the U.S.

Trump asserted that the original plan called for the COVID vaccine data to be released in October.

Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla, in fact, told NBC’s “Today” at the time that his company would know whether the vaccine worked by the end of October.

San Francisco official spent $80k of taxpayer cash on GLAMOR photoshoot as city crumbled

A San Francisco city official is facing intense backlash after she awarded a $100,000 contract to a production company for a glamourous photoshoot and video project.

Kimberly Ellis, the director of the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women, has been called into question for her unusual spending habits after the city official spent $80,000 of taxpayer money on ’employee portraits.’

The city official, who was placed on leave last week, reportedly awarded a contract worth up to $100,000 to a high-priced production company in September 2023, hiring the firm to take portraits of 21 people and record a series of conversations on gender equity.

In the end, Ellis’ department paid $80,000 towards the full amount of the contract, fueling mounting concerns about her frivolous spending habits.

Former staffers claimed Ellis’ expenditure was an example of the official using resources in ways that seemed ‘excessive or inappropriate’ at a department tasked with ensuring that women are represented equally at City Hall.

‘I don’t think it’s a good use of public money to engage a professional artist to take headshots of staff and the commissioners outside the de Young Museum,’ one staffer, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the San Francisco Chronicle.

‘It could have been handled by someone in the department using their phone.’

Earlier this year, the under-fire official reportedly hired a life coach – from a company owned by a friend – to host a series of curiously expensive training sessions for her staff.
