Spanberger Won’t Condemn School Board Member For Sympathetic Emails To Sex Offender Using Girls’ Bathroom

If you want to see Democrat Virginia gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger dance, ask her opinion about allowing men in women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams. She has been tap-dancing around a straight answer for weeks. In a recent debate, when pressed, she said the decision is up to individuals and school districts.

A political gift in the news should have made it much easier for Spanberger to find clarity.

An Arlington School Board allowed a sex offender to shower and dress in the girls’ pool locker room last year, WJLA TV’s Nick Minock reported on Thursday. As with many public schools, the pool and facilities are open to the public outside school hours. He also revealed that a current Arlington School Board member, when running for her school board position, had an empathetic email exchange with a male sex offender who used girls’ spaces at Arlington schools.

The Federalist asked Spanberger in an email if she supports trans-identifying, male sex offenders showering with young girls? And does she condemn the sympathetic emails between the sex offender and a school board member candidate?

Republican candidate Winsome Earle-Sears knows her position and is not ashamed to say it out loud: “Girls are girls, and boys are boys.” She will support policies that promote the separation of the sexes in sports and private areas.

Trump’s Sham Peace Plan

here is no shortage of failed peace plans in occupied Palestine, all of them incorporating detailed phases and timelines, going back to the presidency of Jimmy Carter. They end the same way. Israel gets what it wants initially — in the latest case the release of the remaining Israeli hostages — while it ignores and violates every other phase until it resumes its attacks on the Palestinian people.

It is a sadistic game. A merry-go-round of death. This ceasefire, like those of the past, is a commercial break. A moment when the condemned man is allowed to smoke a cigarette before being gunned down in a fusillade of bullets.

Once Israeli hostages are released, the genocide will continue. I do not know how soon. Let’s hope the mass slaughter is delayed for at least a few weeks. But a pause in the genocide is the best we can anticipate. Israel is on the cusp of emptying Gaza, which has been all but obliterated under two years of relentless bombing. It is not about to be stopped. This is the culmination of the Zionist dream. The United States, which has given Israel a staggering $22 billion in military aid since Oct, 7, 2023, will not shut down its pipeline, the only tool that might halt the genocide.

Israel, as it always does, will blame Hamas and the Palestinians for failing to abide by the agreement, most probably a refusal — true or not — to disarm, as the proposal demands. Washington, condemning Hamas’s supposed violation, will give Israel the green light to continue its genocide to create Trump’s fantasy of a Gaza Riviera and “special economic zone” with its “voluntary”relocation of Palestinians in exchange for digital tokens.

Of the myriads of peace plans over the decades, the current one is the least serious. Aside from a demand that Hamas release the hostages within 72-hours after the ceasefire begins, it lacks specifics and imposed timetables. It is filled with caveats that allow Israel to abrogate the agreement. And that is the point. It is not designed to be a viable path to peace, which most Israeli leaders understand. Israel’s largest-circulation newspaper, Israel Hayom, established by the late casino magnate Sheldon Adelson to serve as a mouthpiece for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and champion messianic Zionism, instructed its readers not to be concerned about the Trump plan because it is only “rhetoric.”

Israel, in one example from the proposal, will “not return to areas that have been withdrawn from, as long as Hamas fully implements the agreement.”

Who decides if Hamas has “fully implemented” the agreement? Israel. Does anyone believe in Israel’s good faith? Can Israel be trusted as an objective arbitrator of the agreement? If Hamas — demonized as a terrorist group — objects, will anyone listen?

How is it possible that a peace proposal ignores the International Court of Justice’s July 2024 Advisory Opinion, which reiterated that Israel’s occupation is illegal and must end?

How can it fail to mention the Palestinian’s right to self-determination?

Why are Palestinians, who have a right under international law to armed struggle against an occupying power, expected to disarm while Israel, the illegally occupying force, is not?

By what authority can the U.S. establish a “temporary transitional government,” — Trump’s and Tony Blair’s so-called “Board of Peace” — sidelining the Palestinian right to self-determination?

Who gave the U.S. the authority to send to Gaza an “International Stabilization Force,” a polite term for foreign occupation?

How are Palestinians supposed to reconcile themselves to the acceptance of an Israeli “security barrier” on Gaza’s borders, confirmation that the occupation will continue?

How can any proposal ignore the slow-motion genocide and annexation of the West Bank?

Why is Israel, which has destroyed Gaza, not required to pay reparations?

Defamatory Newspaper Reporting Against Miami Couple Costs the City a $10M Sports Park Gifted To The Community

Leila and David Centner, from Miami, are in the middle of a legal battle that if won, will hold the mainstream and legacy media accountable for lies, defamation and leaving a city devoid of a true gift.

The Centners are entrepreneurs and philanthropists committed to creating lasting impact. Together, they have contributed millions to charitable initiatives locally and globally, with a strong focus on empowering underserved women and children through sustainable programs in education, housing and job training. Their philanthropic and business efforts are guided by a shared mission; to uplift communities and enhance lives. Today the Centners oversee a diverse portfolio of ventures across sectors including education, hospitality, technology, health and wellness, fitness and retreats.

In September of this year, the Centners filed a defamation lawsuit against The Miami Herald. Before 2020, the Centners had been a celebrated couple for their philanthropic and charitable efforts not only in Miami but abroad. In fact, they had been celebrated by the media as “Miami’s Most Philanthropic Power Couple.” So how did this lawsuit come to be, you might ask?

The Centners allege that The Miami Herald and several of their reporters intentionally misrepresented the facts of a proposed $10 Million donation to the City of Miami for a Sports Park that would benefit the residents and visitors of the city.

In 2018, shortly after Leila and David moved their family to Miami, they co-founded  Centner Academy, a school dedicated to the cultivation of emotional development and the overall well-being of the children. With seasoned teachers and an innovative curriculum that provides a strengths-based approach, the pre-school through high school students are also sent on a learning journey of the arts, mindfulness, entrepreneurship, languages, artificial intelligence, public speaking, and they also offer a robust STEM program.

Leila has been working as the CEO of the Academy, which opened its doors in 2019. Since its opening, the Academy has given out millions of dollars in scholarships and has received numerous awards and accolades as well as being globally recognized for its innovative curriculum.

The Academy had been reserving a neglected city park across the street for recreational sports events during the school year called Biscayne Park due to the proximity to the school. For decades the community had been concerned about the safety of the park, and the Centners also shared those concerns for potential risks to the students and others.

The Centners saw an opportunity to help by offering to revitalize the land into a $10M state-of-the-art recreational facility that would benefit the entire community. This would be a gift of love for David as he wanted to give back to the city that he was raised in, loved and shaped him to the man he is today.

In November of 2022, after addressing all concerns of the community and city commissioners, two agreements were drafted and signed to move forward with the project. The Donation Agreement made clear that the Centners sought to “donate” a “state of the art recreational facility worth no less than ten million dollars” in Biscayne Park, “for the benefit of the city, it’s residents and visitors.” While the License Agreement ensured that the Centner Academy could continue to reserve the park during school hours, the school’s use should be staggered resulting in continuous public access and use of unreserved program areas.

Trump’s “Super Duper” Delusion

“We have the super-fast missiles — tremendous number of the super-fast. We call them ‘super-fast,’ where they’re four, five, six, and even seven times faster than an ordinary missile. We need that because, again, Russia has some.” Donald Trump, February 2020

“We have a — I call it the ‘super-duper missile.’ And I heard the other night, 17 times faster than what they have right now….and you take the fastest missile we have right now — you’ve heard Russia has five times, and China is working on five or six times. We have one 17 times.” Donald Trump, May 2020

“We are building…rockets, and missiles; even a hypersonic missile that goes 17 times faster than the fastest missile currently available in the world and can hit a target 1,000 miles away within 14 inches from center point.” Donald Trump, July 2020

For years now, Donald Trump has been hyping the existence of a “super-fast” missile—something he calls the “super-duper missile” capable of flying “17 times faster” than the nearest competition.

Some believe that Trump is referring to the AGM-183A missile that is being developed under the Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. The US Air Force awarded a contract worth more than $480m to Lockheed Martin for designing the ARRW in August 2018. An initial test of the missile was done in 2019. Lockheed Martin received a $988.8 million contract modification for the ARRW critical design review, test and production readiness support, in December 2019. A second ARRW missile was tested in 2020. The US Air Force requested $382m in funding for the ARRW program development 2021 and another $581 million for 2022. The goal was to produce a total of 33 ARRW missiles for testing by December 2022.

Left-Wing Dark Money Megadonors Including George Soros Spent $20 MILLION to Oppose Trump’s National Guard Deployment in D.C.

Washington, D.C., is under siege not only from rising crime but also from left-wing dark money groups working to undermine law and order.

Financial disclosures reveal that progressive megadonors, including George Soros, have poured more than $20 million into organizations backing protests against President Trump’s crime crackdown in the nation’s capital.

At the center of this network is “Free DC,” a project sponsored by Community Change and Community Change Action.

The group staged demonstrations near the White House to oppose Trump’s deployment of the National Guard and his goal of federalizing the district’s police force.

The president’s goal is straightforward: to restore safety by cleaning up homeless encampments, increasing law enforcement presence, and making D.C. one of the safest cities in the world.

Yet Free DC and its backers have mobilized to resist these efforts, using protests and coordinated campaigns to weaken public confidence in the crackdown.

Free DC promotes radical tactics under the guise of “resistance.”

Its principles urge followers to “take up space,” “do not obey in advance,” and engage in nightly disruptions by banging pots and pans in neighborhoods across the city.

The group has also launched “Cop Watch” trainings to prepare activists for further confrontations with law enforcement.

These methods mirror the organized protest playbook of the radical left—loud, disruptive, and designed to generate chaos rather than solutions.

The money trail exposes how deeply entrenched dark-money networks are in shaping D.C. politics.

Between 2020 and 2023, Community Change and its affiliated entities received $12.6 million from Soros’ Open Society Foundations, $5.6 million from Arabella’s network, and nearly $2 million from the Tides Foundation.

Additional grants from Future Forward USA Action—a Democrat-aligned super PAC—brought millions more into their coffers.

These funds were officially labeled for “civil rights” or “social welfare” but have flowed into groups manufacturing unrest in the streets.

While Free DC only formally began in 2023, its rise coincided with congressional efforts to block a controversial rewrite of D.C.’s criminal code that would have reduced penalties for violent crimes.

The timing suggests that dark-money donors viewed the group as a vehicle to push back against any attempt to hold criminals accountable.

Democrats Once Again Show Veterans Come Last

The way a nation treats its veterans speaks louder than any patriotic slogan. Today, in the middle of a government shutdown, Democrats in Washington are once again showing that veterans are not their priority.

Instead of ensuring our troops get paid on time, they are holding up a clean Republican funding bill in pursuit of subsidies and benefits for illegal immigrants.

This indifference is not new—it reflects a pattern in American history where veterans, even those who sacrificed the most, have too often been forgotten.

That reality was made chillingly clear when Sapphire Dingler, a graduate student in public history, unearthed disturbing testimony in recently digitized U.S. archives.

The records detailed atrocities committed by Japanese doctors during World War II against Allied prisoners of war—including Americans.

One doctor, Hisakichi Tokuda, inspired by the infamous Unit 731, conducted gruesome experiments such as injecting soy milk intravenously into captives.

Men suffered seizures, collapsed, and died. Their fates were recorded in dusty files that had gone largely unread for decades.

These stories were not isolated. In 1945, Italian officer Ernesto Saxida was subjected to repeated injections before dying in agony.

American prisoners were experimented on at Kyushu Imperial University, their deaths later disguised in official records as casualties of the atomic bomb.

Testimony at the Yokohama War Crimes Trials confirmed what many never knew: Western POWs were not spared from the horrors of Japanese medical experimentation.

Some were literally cut open alive. And yet, for decades, these truths were obscured or buried, their memory erased twice—once by their deaths, and again by history’s silence.

Groups like Pacific Atrocities Education are now trying to correct that silence by bringing attention to the Pacific front’s forgotten brutality.

But their work underscores a shameful fact: America has not always stood up for its veterans or even preserved their stories. At times, our government actively covered them up.

The Latest FBI Spying Makes Watergate Look Trivial

n 1972, a small team of operatives connected to President Richard Nixon’s re-election campaign broke into the Democratic National Committee’s offices in the Watergate complex to install listening devices. To this day, there is no conclusive evidence that Nixon personally ordered — or even knew of — the break-in beforehand. Yet Watergate shaped American political consciousness for decades. It gave the world a permanent suffix for scandal and became the ultimate symbol of abuse of power, a crisis so severe that it culminated in the only resignation of a U.S. president to preempt removal from office.

Fast forward 50 years, and what has come to light under the Biden administration dwarfs the clumsy efforts of Nixon’s campaign operatives. According to a newly released document from Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the FBI secretly monitored the phone records of at least eight sitting Republican senators. While the bureau is said not to have accessed the content of the conversations, it could see who was called, when the calls were made, how long they lasted, and even the location data.

The ostensible justification was special counsel Jack Smith’s phony investigation into whether President Donald Trump sought to overturn the 2020 presidential election — a claim that has no connection to these senators and provides no legal basis for examining their communications, especially since their phone records were sought three years after the election and two months after Trump had already been indicted for allegedly trying to overturn it. The entire operation was a flagrantly abusive fishing expedition carried out with total impunity. The internal FBI document confirming the bureau’s actions was then buried in a secret “prohibited access” file, where it was recently unearthed by FBI Director Kash Patel.

Prince Andrew could be banned from shooting on royal estates after bombshell email contradicted his claim to have cut off Jeffrey Epstein

Prince Andrew could be banned from fun activities such as shooting on royal estates after a bombshell email contradicted his claim to have cut off all contact with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

As calls mounted for Andrew to be stripped of his title of Duke of York, royal insiders revealed that stopping the exclusive gatherings was one option being considered.

It comes after the Mail on Sunday revealed a deeply damaging message he sent to the US financier telling him ‘we are in this together’ a day after the paper first published the notorious picture of the Duke with his alleged teenage sex victim.

Andrew told Epstein in February 2011 he was ‘concerned’ about the impact the revelations would have on his friend, but reassured the vile billionaire that the pair would ‘rise above’ press scrutiny.

It finally disproves the Duke’s claim in his now-infamous interview with BBC‘s Newsnight that he ‘never had any contact’ with Epstein after the pair were pictured walking together in New York’s Central Park in December 2010.

Just last month the MoS exposed how the Duchess of York wrote Epstein a gushing message calling him her ‘supreme friend’ – despite telling journalists she would never have anything to do with him again.

The furore has once again raised questions about Andrew’s role and lifestyle after he was stripped of his royal duties and use of his HRH title by the late Queen.

Now sources have told the Daily Mail that one option being considered is to stop him from hosting shooting parties on royal estates.

Andrew was pictured hosting one at Windsor in January 2024 – days after humiliating new court documents relating to Epstein reportedly caused the Duke to ‘lock himself away in a room’.

He continues to live at his 30-room Royal Lodge mansion there despite repeated calls for him to be removed.

However it is understood that the Duke and Duchess of York will not be welcome at the Royal Family’s Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.

A YouGov poll over the summer found two-thirds of people favoured stripping Andrew of his remaining titles.

However a private members’ bill proposed by York Central MP Rachael Maskell to give the Monarch the powers to do so ran out of time before the general election.

Yesterday the Labour backbencher renewed her call for the link between the city and the disgraced Duke to be severed.

‘The tragedy is that victims and survivors suffer every day and every time new revelations are made about this horrendous web of abuse and those associated with Mr Epstein,’ Ms Maskell told the Daily Mail.

‘Honesty and candour seems to be absent in so many people’s accounts, furthering the trauma of those who have suffered.

Georgia Judge Arrested For Drunk Driving After Backing His Mercedes into Truck in Parking Lot of “Wacko’s” Strip Club

A Georgia Superior Court Judge was arrested for drunk driving after he backed his Mercedes into a truck in the parking lot of Wacko’s Gentlemen’s Club early Tuesday morning.

48-year-old Robert Guy Jr. was arrested and booked on Friday after he backed his Mercedes into a Ford F-150 and then offered the owner of the truck $500 to avoid giving his identity and insurance information, according to the arrest report obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Guy tried to drive off, but he couldn’t because he was too intoxicated.

According to the arrest report, Guy was slurring his words, and police could smell a strong odor of alcohol on him.

After repeatedly refusing to hand over his ID, Guy was arrested at the strip club and charged with DUI, failing to submit to a breathalyzer, and DUI-property damage.

The Sheriff’s Department did not released Guy’s booking photo because of his status as a judge.

Guy reported his arrest to Georgia’s Judicial Qualifications Commission and then resigned.

“It has been a distinct honor and privilege to serve the Council of Superior Court Judges as President and in other roles; however, today I am resigning effectively immediately as Council President,” Guy wrote in a statement, according to the AJC.

Massachusetts parents lose foster license after refusing to sign gender affirming policy for kids

A devout Christian couple has been stripped of their foster license after refusing to sign a gender-affirming policy they say conflicts with their faith.

Lydia and Heath Marvin, from Woburn, Massachusetts, have looked after eight children under the age of four since 2020, including many infants and toddlers with serious medical needs.

But the couple say social workers pulled their license because they refused to sign a clause requiring foster parents to ‘support, respect, and affirm a foster child’s sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.’

It put them in a position where they were essentially forced them to choose between their religion and the vulnerable children they had dedicated their lives to helping.

‘We were told you must sign the form as is or you will be delicensed,’ Lydia told WBZ. ‘We will absolutely love and support and care for any child in our home, but we simply can’t agree to go against our Christian faith in this area.

‘Our Christian faith, it really drives us toward that,’ husband Heath explained. ‘[The Book of James] says that true, undefiled religion is to care for the fatherless.’

The Marvins say they were blindsided by the decision. Their last foster child, a baby with complex medical needs, lived with them for 15 months.

‘Every night for 15 months, we were up at least three times,’ Lydia said. ‘We certainly thought we would have young children in our home for… we didn’t know how long, but we were not done.’
