Steven Spielberg on UFOs: “I Have a Strong Suspicion We’re Not Alone on Earth Right Now”

Steven Spielberg was asked whether he believes in the real-life existence of aliens in the run up to his new UFO movie Disclosure Day.

“I don’t know any more than any of you do, but I have a very strong suspicion that we are not alone here on Earth right now — and I made a movie about that,” said the legendary 79-year-old filmmaker during a keynote interview at the South by Southwest Film & TV Festival in Austin, Texas on Friday.

Elaborating on his view, the filmmaker noted that when he heard former President Barack Obama’s recent viral comment that aliens are “real,” his first thought was, “Oh, my God, this is so great for Disclosure Day!”

Ben Affleck Once Criticized AI, Now Netflix Is Buying His AI Startup For $600 Million

Ben Affleck—who has previously warned about the risks artificial intelligence poses to Hollywood—has sold his own AI filmmaking startup to Netflix in a deal that could reach $600 million, according to Bloomberg.

The cash portion of the acquisition is smaller, with additional payments tied to performance targets, but it still ranks among the largest AI-focused deals by a major studio.

The startup, InterPositive, developed software designed to help directors edit footage after filming, such as removing stray objects or changing elements in the background. The tools are intended to work with existing film rather than generate entirely new content. Director David Fincher has already used the technology on an upcoming movie starring Brad Pitt.

Netflix’s purchase highlights how studios are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence to streamline production and reduce costs. Rivals such as Amazon and The Walt Disney Company are also exploring AI tools for film and television development.

Bloomberg writes that Affleck built InterPositive with backing from RedBird Capital Partners and initially kept the project quiet before seeking investors in 2025. He has argued the technology should function as a controlled filmmaking aid: the system trains only on footage from a specific film and doesn’t scrape outside movies or generate new works independently.

Fans Outraged by Massive Cost of Tickets for Lefty Bruce Springsteen’s ‘No Kings’ Tour

Trump hater Bruce Springsteen is doing a ‘No Kings’ tour this spring to celebrate his Trump Derangement Syndrome, but fans are quickly finding out that tickets for the shows come with a king sized price.

Springsteen has faced criticism over this same issue in the past. It doesn’t look like he has changed anything, despite the complaints.

At least rich liberals will be able to afford to see the shows, right?

The New York Post reports:

Springsteen fans outraged over pricey tickets for ‘No Kings’-themed tour; ‘a woke joke’

His “Glory Days” with some fans have passed him by.

Bruce Springsteen’s fans are furious over the legendary rocker’s astronomical ticket prices for his upcoming “Land of Hope and Dreams” tour, which critics argue are unaffordable for his “working class fanbase” and contradict his Man of the People image.

The woke New Jersey billionaire is pushing the anti-President Trump “No Kings” agenda in his advertising campaign for the 20-date tour with his E Street Band — but is ironically charging prices fit for royalty, at up to $3,000 a ticket.

“I couldn’t be more disappointed in the Boss … how do these outrageous ticket prices reflect the land of hopes and dreams? The hopes and dreams of poor people who can’t afford your tickets,” one outraged fan commented on Springsteen’s Instagram post announcing the tour.

“You are also catering to upper middle class and the rich. Isn’t that what we’re fighting?”

“No Kings tour, but priced for a king. What a dbag,” another pointed out.

Is anyone really surprised by this?

David Copperfield Ends 25-Year Vegas Residency Over His Presence in the ‘Epstein Files – Documents Show FBI Probed His ‘Predilection for Minors’

No ‘Abracadabra’ can make this trouble disappear.

The ‘Epstein curse’ is like s stain that won’t go away, for some people. And in the case of magician David Copperfield, he hasn’t been able to ‘trick’ his way out of trouble.

Last Thursday (5), the entertainer announced that his 25-year residency on the Vegas strip in Sin City was coming to an end.

Los Angeles Magazine reported:

“Among the millions of documents in the Justice Department’s drop of the Epstein files was a slew of FBI memos that mention magician David Copperfield. In one, agents discussed whether Copperfield and his longtime friend Jeffrey Epstein ‘engaged in referring possible victims to each other’ and whether they ‘shared a predilection for minors’.

That memo was written in 2007, a year before the billionaire financier cut a sweetheart deal with Florida law enforcement on charges he had sex with underage females. But Copperfield’s name appears extensively in the Epstein files, referenced multiple times in FBI files until Epstein died in 2019 at the Metropolitan Detention Center.”

DOJ files reveal FBI’s plan to probe if close friends David Copperfield and Jeffrey Epstein shared a ‘predilection for minors’ and swapped possible victims

The FBI sought to investigate if close friends Jeffrey Epstein and David Copperfield referred underage women to each other, a document released as part of the Epstein files reveal.

But agents claimed ‘weak’ bureau brass were intimidated by Copperfield and his ‘financial resources’ were too much for them to handle and the probe was eventually called off for those and other reasons.

A Daily Mail deep dive into the DOJ’s files reveals how serious the investigation into Copperfield was – and how close he was to the pedophile. Their ties were so close, the FBI referred to the illusionist as his favorite ‘cohort.’

Now, Copperfield announced today he is quitting his long running residency at the MGM Grand. He did not give a reason although it comes as his name appears at least 438 times in the released  DOJ documents from the Epstein files.

His final performance at the MGM Grand will be on April 30. He remains slated to perform 120 shows over the next eight weeks, in some cases as many as three shows a night.

The DOJ emails show that prosecutors identified ‘lots of acts’ and and needed to further investigate whether Copperfield and Epstein were ‘engaged in referring possible victims to each other’.

The documents indicate that Copperfield had a ‘very close relationship’ with Epstein and trained his staff to pull young women from the audience at his shows to bring them backstage, where he kept a notebook of those he had sex with.

But after concern from ‘higher ups’, as one law enforcement official put it, the investigation did not lead to charges.

Whoopi Goldberg Defends Bill Clinton After He Testified He Had ‘No Idea’ About Epstein’s Crimes

ABC’s The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg wasted no time to defend former President Bill Clinton after he testified to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that he had “no idea” about the crimes Jeffrey Epstein had committed despite his close ties to the deceased pedophile.

“You know, say what you want about the Clintons. Have any of the women or has anything in those emails pointed to them as being guilty or having anything to do other than knowing?” Goldberg said on Tuesday while her co-hosts highlighted myriad photos between Bill Clinton, Epstein, and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Goldberg doubled down, saying “But my question is, has he been accused by any of the accusers?”

“Has any of the women come out and said, ‘This is what Bill Clinton did’?” Goldberg continued. The Epstein files don’t include credible accusations from abused women against President Donald Trump, a point Whoopi Goldberg didn’t bother mentioning.

Bill Clinton was a guest on The View on June 5, 2025 along with author James Patterson, promoting their latest book.

Super-secretive Bohemian Grove society members allegedly leaked as who’s who of celebrity elite revealed

Some members of an elite, super-secretive men’s club based in California wine country have allegedly been leaked — with names ranging from former late-night host Conan O’Brien and billionaire former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to ex-Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

The membership list of Bohemian Grove — a private 2,700-acre campground in Sonoma County that hosts an annual two-week retreat and has a clubhouse in San Francisco — was allegedly obtained by an independent journalist and confirmed by a club member, according to the San Francisco Standard.

The extensive list of more than 2,000 members in 2023 features the crème de la crème of business, tech, finance — all divided into “camps,” much like fraternities.

The club is famous for its “Cremation of Care” ceremony and high-level networking, and is long rumored to have been acting as a social club for the powerful.

Other names on the list include former Speaker of the House Nancy’s Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, late crooner Jimmy Buffett and billionaire political donor Charles Koch.

A Bohemian Club spokesperson said the group does not maintain lists of its members due to the highly hush-hush nature of the secret society.

Leftists Unleash Fury on Pop Star Camila Cabello for Speaking Out Against Communist Atrocities in Cuba

Cuban American pop sensation Camila Cabello is being met with vicious attacks from leftists for using her social media to shine a light on the devastating humanitarian crisis gripping Cuba under its long-standing communist regime.

Cabello, who was born in Havana and immigrated to the United States with her family when she was seven, shared a series of photos from her childhood, including images of her in the communist “young pioneer” uniform, a symbol of the regime’s indoctrination efforts.

The singer also posted images of collapsed buildings and desperate Cubans rummaging through dumpsters for food.

In her caption, Cabello didn’t mince words about the “67 years of a failing dictatorship and an oppressive regime.”

“The Cuban people are suffering in an echo chamber where no one can hear them because to speak is to risk your life,” she wrote.

Cabello continued, “Many people are starving, looking for food in trash heaps, and the only way to survive is having relatives ship you boxes of medicine because not even the hospitals have medicine. The power is gone for so long that food spoils and water becomes scarce… The Cuban people have lived without dignity and without hope for too long. It’s no wonder so many Cubans have thrown themselves into shark-infested waters, making boats out of tires and sticks and risking their lives for freedom.”

The star encouraged her followers to support Caritas Cuba, a humanitarian organization providing aid to those in need.

Bill Maher Tells John Mellencamp Trump Helped Farmers – Far-Left Rocker Immediately Changes the Subject

Classical liberal Bill Maher is never going to be mistaken for a conservative by anyone within that ideological circle.

That is doubly true for far-left Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee John Mellencamp.

Yet, when the two met on Monday for Maher’s “Club Random” podcast, there was, perhaps surprisingly, a good amount of pro-Donald Trump rhetoric — despite Mellencamp seemingly being averse to that topic.

While Maher and Mellencamp covered a wide range of topics, including the Democratic Party’s over-reliance on celebrity endorsements, it wasn’t until toward the end of the episode that Maher proffered some praise for Trump.

“You know, when we started Farm Aid, Willie [Nelson] and Neil [Young] and I, I think all of us were naive enough to think that if we do this show that the politicians will go, ‘These guys have a good point. We need to help the small family farmer.’

“No, it’s going to take more than a f***ing concert. It’s going to take more than a march to get rid of –”

At this point, Maher interjected: “– Trump’s wrote a lot of checks to farmers.”

“Huh?” Mellencamp responded.

At this point, Maher reiterated his point, while snidely adding that Trump had to cut checks because of the tariffs hamstringing farmers.

Mellencamp, perhaps not too knowledgeable on the topic, then switched topics back to how he had written a song to uplift young farmers.

To their credit, the two did eventually circle back to the topic of the president.

Mellencamp brought up how he had first met Trump at a Super Bowl event many years ago.

While the rock legend didn’t recognize the younger future president, the two struck up a conversation.

“But he bought me popcorn,” Mellencamp recalled. “He bought me Coke. He couldn’t have been nicer.”
