Gwyneth Paltrow’s Attack on ‘Super Rich White Dudes’ Backfires in Spectacular Fashion

Gwyneth Paltrow is facing widespread backlash after criticizing what she called “super rich white dudes” during the latest episode of “The Goop Podcast.”

The Oscar-winning actress and Goop founder, whose net worth is estimated at $200 million, sparked major reactions online after lamenting the dominance of wealthy men in tech and culture.

Many social media users quickly pointed out that Paltrow herself fits into the same category of the privileged and wealthy elite that she was denouncing.

While speaking with tech journalist Kara Swisher, Paltrow questioned how society had reached a point where wealth overshadows all other values.

“How did we get here as a culture?” she asked. “Obviously, there’s so much revenue and profit driving this whole thing. That’s at the heart of it.”

She went on to say, “How do you think we got to this place in culture where nothing matters and now all that matters is kind of these super rich White dudes who are breaking rules, setting rules, seemingly not caring so much about the downstream impact on everything, from health to culture.”

Star Wars’ Mark Hamill Tries to Come Back From Dark Side with a Weak Apology After Vile Trump Meme

“Star Wars” actor Mark Hamill faced intense backlash after posting an image on Bluesky depicting President Donald Trump as deceased, just days after an assassination attempt at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.

The photo, which showed Trump lying over a grave with the caption “If Only,” prompted widespread condemnation.

Hamill’s post quickly drew criticism from the public and officials alike.

The actor had also written a caption saying Trump should live long enough to face political defeat and legal consequences, describing accountability and humiliation for alleged corruption and crimes.

Following the uproar, the White House issued a statement to Fox News Digital strongly denouncing the post.

Spokesman Davis Ingle called Hamill “a deranged lunatic” and questioned why Democrats and Barack Obama, who had recently appeared with Hamill in a video, had not condemned the act.

In response to the outrage, Hamill removed the controversial post by Thursday and replaced it with a new photo of Trump featuring windswept hair.

The actor clarified that his intention had been misunderstood and sought to apologize.

Human Remains Found Near Guthrie Home Create New Mystery, Fail to Solve Current One

A new find near the Arizona home of Nancy Guthrie did nothing to clarify the mystery of her disappearance, but instead added a new one.

Human remains were found about five miles from the Tucson home from which Guthrie disappeared on Feb. 1, according to the New York Post.

A bone was discovered by a livestreamer who was conducting a search of the area.

Tucson police acted quickly to tamp down any speculation the bone could belong to the 84-year-old mother of “Today” host Savannah Guthrie.

“This will be a prehistoric anthropological investigation,” Tucson Police Department said, according to KVOA-TV.

Police said the bone was at least 50 years old, and there is no criminal investigation forthcoming.

The University of Arizona’s Anthropology Department is assisting the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner in ascertaining details about the bone.

The Post noted that Native American artifacts have been found in the area where the bone was found.

This week, FBI Director Kash Patel criticized the way the Pima County Sheriff’s Office conducted the early stages of the investigation into Guthrie’s disappearance

“For four days we were kept out of the investigation,” Patel said on Sean Hannity’s podcast, according to ABC News.

“The first 48 hours of anyone’s disappearance are the most critical,” he said.

Patel criticized Pima County Chris Nanos for sending DNA samples to a private lab instead of the FBI lab in Quantico, Virginia.

“We have Quantico, best lab in the world,” Patel said.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Office pushed back on both criticisms.

“Sheriff Nanos responded to the scene the night of the incident, providing immediate local leadership and oversight. A member of the FBI Task Force was also notified and present at that scene working alongside our personnel. The FBI was promptly notified by both our department and the Guthrie family. While the FBI Director was not on scene, coordination with the Bureau began without delay,” it said in a statement.

Decisions about processing evidence “were made on scene based on operational needs,” the statement said.

“The laboratory utilized by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI Laboratory in Quantico have worked in close partnership from the outset and continue to collaborate in the analysis of evidence,” the statement said.

“We remain committed to a thorough, coordinated, and fact-based investigation and will continue working closely with our federal partners as the process moves forward,” the statement said.

Barack Obama Complains About ‘Politicization’ of DOJ — Then Encourages Stephen Colbert to Run For President!

Former President Barack Obama is complaining about the “politicization” of the Department of Justice, a topic about which he himself is very well versed.

During his pre-recorded appearance on the soon-to-be-canceled Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Obama went after Trump for allegedly targeting his enemies via the DOJ.

“We can’t overcome the politicization of our justice system, the awesome power of the state,” Obama complained.

“The White House shouldn’t be able to direct the Attorney General to go around prosecuting whoever the president wants prosecuted.

”The AG is the people’s lawyer, it’s not the president’s consigliere.”

“You can’t have a situation in which whoever is in charge of the government starts using that to go after their political enemies or reward their friends.”

This is particularly ironic given the Obama and Biden DOJ’s extensive record of targeting conservatives and their political opponents, most notably in the wake of the January 6th protests.

Barack Obama Hawks His Hideous Presidential Center on “Star Wars Day” Alongside Mark Hamill in Absolutely Cringeworthy Video and The Replies are Brutal

Former President Barack Obama is getting dragged online after using “Star Wars Day” to showcase his ghastly presidential center with woke actor Mark Hamill aka “Luke Skywalker” joining him.

As TGP readers may know, fans of the space saga use May 4 every year to celebrate the creation of the franchise and their favorite characters.

“Star Wars Day” has also become a popular cultural event with sports teams, politicians, and the International Space Station participating.

Obama, though, used the moment to provide an update on the center. But he forced viewers to endure an incredibly cringeworthy and lie-filled exchange with Hamill first.

In the video, Obama is seen bragging about himself while pretending he’s speaking about ordinary people. Then, he has the audacity to claim that his presidential center is absolutely not for his legacy, “but a gateway to yours.”

“The Obama Presidential Center is much more than a museum,” he adds. “It is an entire campus built to empower you.”

Hamill acts like an idiot throughout and provides even more cringeworthy dialogue.

OBAMA: Happy Star Wars Day from the Obama Presidential Center.

HAMILL: I have a very good feeling about this.

OBAMA: Mark, I am glad you are here, I want to tell you about someone…A young person born into ordinary circumstances, but restless…A kid with big dreams, a bit of a rebel.

HAMILL: I like where this is going.

OBAMA: They join a scrappy group of underdogs and set out to change things.

HAMILL: By blowing up a giant space laser?!

OBAMA: Mark, this isn’t about you…This is about them (pointing to the camera)

This isn’t a monument to my legacy, this is a gateway to yours.

The Obama Presidential Center is much more than a museum. It is an entire campus built to empower you.

A place to come together, get inspired, and become a force…For change. See what I did there.

HAMILL: Strong, the dad jokes are.

OBAMA: That’s perfect!

The video reveals toward the end that tickets to visit the presidential center go on sale on May 6. It is scheduled to open on June 19.

X users completely roasted Obama and Hamill in the comments. Many also noted how similar the building is to The Death Star.

Rapper M.I.A. Kicked Off Kid Cudi Tour for Telling Audience: ‘I Never Thought I Would be Canceled for Being a Brown Republican Voter’

Kid Cudi has kicked rapper M.I.A. from his Rebel Ragers Tour after the British-Sri Lankan artist was heavily booed during a performance in Dallas over the weekend for going on a political rant that included admitting she had “been canceled for being a brown Republican voter.”

The incident occurred at the Dos Equis Pavilion, where M.I.A., whose real name is Mathangi Arulpragasam, was opening for Kid Cudi.

According to videos from the show, M.I.A. told the crowd, “I’ve been canceled for many reasons. I never thought I would be canceled for being a brown Republican voter.”

She then teased her song “Illegal,” saying, “Can’t do ‘Illegal’ ’cause some of you could be in the audience.”

When the crowd began booing, M.I.A. added, “All right, I’m illegal. Half of my team are not here because they didn’t get the visa, OK? I want you to know that. All right? So don’t listen to what the bots say on the internet, OK?”

Two days later, on Monday, Kid Cudi announced on Instagram that M.I.A. was off the tour.

In his statement to his 3.3 million followers, Cudi wrote:

TOUR UPDATE

M.I.A. is no longer on this tour. I told my management to send a notice to her team before we started tour that I didn’t want anything offensive at my shows, cuz I already knew what time it was, and I was assured things were understood. After the last couple shows, I’ve been flooded with messages from fans that were upset by her rants. This, to me, is very disappointing and I wont have someone on my tour making offensive remarks that upset my fanbase. Thank you for understanding.”

M.I.A. has long been known for her outspoken political views, including fierce defenses of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Steven Tyler is headed to trial, following child sexual assault claims

A Los Angeles court has determined a child sexual assault case filed against Aerosmith frontman, Steven Tyler, will proceed to trial.

The singer is accused of grooming, sexually assaulting and impregnating a 16-year-old Julia Misley in the 1970s. The suit, first filed in 2022 in Torrance, claims he “used his role, status, and power as a well-known musician and rock star” to exploit Misley. The complaint also argues Tyler admitted to the alleged crimes in his own memoir, “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?” where he refers to her as his “teen bride.”

Earlier this week, a judge dismissed most of the case, citing the statute of limitations in Massachusetts, where the pair lived during their three-year relationship. But they allegedly crossed state lines while Tyler toured the country with his band, including to California. Because of California’s Child Victims Act – a 2020 statute that allowed a “lookback window” where alleged victims can file lawsuits regardless of a statute of limitations – a portion of the case will still be tried.

“This is a massive win for Steven Tyler. Today, the Court has dismissed with prejudice 99.9% of the claims against Mr. Tyler in this case,” Tyler’s lawyer David Long-Daniels said in a statement to Billboard. “The court has decided that only one night, fifty-plus years ago, out of a three-year relationship is allowed to remain.”

New York has a similar statute that was recently employed by singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, in her case against Sean Combs. She filed a sex-trafficking and sexual assault lawsuit against the music mogul in 2023, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, just days before the expiration of a “lookback window.”

Fugees Rapper Pras Reports to Prison to Begin 14-Year Sentence for Illegal Foreign Obama Donations

Grammy-winning rapper Prakazrel “Pras” Michel of the Fugees has reported to federal prison to begin a 14-year sentence following a conviction over illegally funneling millions of dollars in foreign contributions to former President Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign.

Michel reported to prison Thursday, a spokesperson said, with federal records listing him as an inmate at a low-security correctional institution in Arizona.

“Today is a painful day for Pras, for his family, and for everyone who believes in a fair system of justice. Pras honors the legal process as he reports to begin his sentence,” said Erica Dumas, a spokesperson for Michel, adding that his legal team is still contesting his charges.

“This chapter is difficult, but it is not his final one,” Dumas said.

Michel, 53, was convicted in 2023 on 10 counts, including conspiracy and acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government. He was sentenced late last year.

Prosecutors said he obtained over $120 million from Malaysian billionaire Low Taek Jho — also known as Jho Low — and steered some of that money through straw donors to Obama’s campaign. Michel also tried to end a U.S. Justice Department investigation of Low, tampered with two witnesses and perjured himself at trial, prosecutors said. Low has maintained his innocence.

Michel was a founding member of the Fugees along with childhood friends Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean, with the group going on to win two Grammy Awards and selling tens of millions of albums.

NOW THAT’S FUNNY: Democrat Party Mouthpiece Stephen Colbert Tells the NY Times He’s ‘Nonpartisan’

Stephen Colbert, host of the soon to be discontinued Late Show, was recently interviewed by the New York Times and had the audacity to claim that he’s nonpartisan. It’s the funniest thing he has said in years.

Colbert has completely ruined the legacy of the Late Show by turning it into his own personal political soapbox that basically functions as a super PAC for the Democrat party. Almost all of his guests are Democrat politicians and he spends every night telling the country how much he hates President Trump.

It’s why the show is losing millions of dollars a year and why it is being taken off the air forever next month.

FOX News reports:

Colbert calls Trump ‘authoritarian’ but rejects ‘partisan’ label in exit interview with NY Times

As talk show host Stephen Colbert prepares to depart from his show, he condemned President Donald Trump during a Tuesday interview with The New York Times.

CBS announced in July that it had canceled “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and that it would officially go off the air in May 2026. Liberal critics have accused CBS and Paramount of ending the show to appease Trump and receive approval for a long-planned merger between Paramount Global and Skydance Media.

Colbert spoke out about the saga in a New York Times interview headlined, “Stephen Colbert Gets Ready to Hang It Up.” When asked by the Times why the FCC and Trump administration are “focused” on him, Colbert argued this is simply authoritarians being authoritarians.

“Authoritarians don’t like anybody who doesn’t give them undue dignity. Comedians are anti-authoritarian by nature. And authoritarians are never going to like anybody to laugh at them,” he said. “The number of newspeople who have said to me or Jon Stewart or any of the guys who do this, ‘God, I wish I could say what you say on air.’ And we can.”

“I think that upsets them,” he added further. “I think it might be upsetting that we really do not live in their world of principalities and powers.”

It’s possible that Colbert is just trolling the public with these claims, as he is so obviously partisan, to a fault.

Few people will be sad to see him leave the airwaves. He is a smug, preachy, unfunny, bore. He took a show that used to be for the enjoyment of the whole country and turned it into something that mocked and belittled the half of the country that doesn’t vote the way he wants them to.

Maybe he can get a new ‘nonpartisan’ show on MSNOW. That’s where he really belongs, anyway.
