Australian pilot being held as a political prisoner is facing extradition to the US, where he could receive 60 years in prison

Daniel Duggan is facing extradition from Australia to the US over allegations of training Chinese fighter pilots while working for a South African company.

Former US intelligence officer John Kiriakou and Australian lawyer and defence analyst Dr. Glenn Kolomeitz, believe the case is politically motivated and part of the US government’s efforts to send a message to China amidst a “cold war” between the two nations.

Daniel Duggan, an Australian citizen and father of six, has been detained in a maximum security prison since October 2022, facing extradition to the United States over allegations of training Chinese fighter pilots, which he denies.

On 19 December 2024, Attorney General Mark Dreyfus confirmed Duggan’s extradition to the US.  He will be handed over “to American authorities in the early part of 2025,” The Guardian reported.  He potentially faces a 60-year prison term in the US if convicted.  However, his legal team continues to challenge the decision, citing issues with the extradition treaty and the lack of evidence presented against Duggan.

His family has launched a petition on Change.org, urging the Australian Attorney-General, Mark Dreyfus, to reverse his decision to extradite Duggan, arguing that the case is politically motivated and that Duggan should not be handed over to the US. 

The family has also initiated a legal challenge in the Federal Court to block his extradition, claiming the allegations against him are baseless and that the extradition process has been unfair.  They argue that Duggan has no criminal history and that the charges against him have not been tested in court.

A couple of weeks ago, Sydney Criminal Lawyers reported that a date has been set for Duggan to appeal his extradition.  His appeal will be heard by the Federal Court of Australia on 26 August 2025.

Pfizer’s Delayed Myocarditis Study

This headline has garnered so much attention on social media that I was asked to participate in an interview last night to discuss the topic. First, I had to clarify that I cannot be interviewed about ACIP issues without prior clearance from HHS Communications. Once that was understood, at 6:00 PM (dinner time!) I dialed in via Zoom, and we talked on the record. No, I do not know if or when the interview will be aired. Before the interview, as usual, I did the necessary diligence to avoid embarrassing myself due to ignorance, keeping in mind the first rule of social media.

It is often better to stay quiet and have people wonder if you are ignorant than to tweet and remove all doubt.

Let’s dive into the details. I think that this particular situation provides a great example of how bias, combined with insufficient background and subject matter experience, can lead to unjustified clickbait headlines. This is a chronic problem on both sides of the mRNA “vaccine” safety debate, one which makes it so, so much harder to get to the bottom of all of this.

I will try to explain so that most can understand, but it may get a little technical. The nuances of clinical research study design and implementation are complicated. Please try to stick it out, if for no other reason than it does lead back to some statements from CDC’s Captain Dr. Sarah Meyer (CDC/NCEZID) during her recent presentation titled “COVID-19 safety update” regarding long-term outcomes from COVID-19 mRNA product myocarditis. Consider that an embedded easter egg.

CBS News Does Documentary Decrying Oligarchs – Somehow Forgets to Mention George Soros and Other Left Wing Billionaires

CBS News has produced a new documentary about oligarchs, which is essentially meant to demonize billionaires, yet somehow they completely failed to mention George Soros, his son Alex, or any of the other billionaires who give cash to Democrats.

On a side note, isn’t it fascinating that Bernie Sanders and AOC have been on a ‘fight the oligarchy’ tour and CBS News just happened to decide to do a documentary about oligarchs? Probably a total coincidence.

Still, you would think they’d at least mention someone like Soros, who has been bankrolling politicians on the left for decades.

A CBS News documentary blasted America’s supposed transition to a so-called “Gilded Age” of oligarchs to attack President Trump and the tech leaders who stood with him at his inauguration. As if CBS stood for Channeling Bernie Sanders. The problem: The documentary conveniently excluded any mention about the most notorious left-wing billionaires in U.S. politics that have used their cash to either try to buy elections or drastically overhaul U.S. policy over the years… Kent completely bypassed the ungodly political influence of other lefty billionaire titans who have built empires on the amount of political power they’ve gained during their lengthy careers.

These include George Soros (and now his son Alex by extension) who has spewed $32 billion into his Open Society Foundations to foment racial strife, buoy climate change fanaticism, stoke LGBTQ political furor, push for open borders and undercut American sovereignty on the world stage. In addition, Soros spent hundreds of millions collectively on electing extremist political candidates and soft-on-crime prosecutors in order to shape politics to be the mirror reflection of his unhinged, anti-American worldview. His son Alex, who now controls his father’s empire, openly promotes his enormous political pull with America’s and the world’s most powerful leaders on social media, including Biden.

Other high-profile billionaires missing from the documentary included Michael Bloomberg, who spent over $1 billion trying to buy the 2020 election, pledged another $1 billion at least to wipe out the U.S. coal industry, and spent $47 million during the 2024 election alone to elect Vice President Kamala Harris and help Democrats maintain control over the House; and deranged LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman who spent millions to elect Harris in 2024 and who personally bankrolled the highly politicized sexual abuse lawsuit against Trump brought by leftist E. Jean Carroll.

What this means is that CBS News is not really concerned about ‘oligarchs’ or billionaires in politics. They care about billionaires who don’t think the right way. This is purely an exercise in partisanship and they really think no one sees it. This is why millions of Americans no longer trust the media or even listen to them.

Behind Zohran Mamdani, an Experienced Soros-Obama Operative

Reading the New York Times coverage and Zohran Mamdani’s social media, you’d get the idea that the 33-year-old Israel-hating socialist is a new face, a breath of fresh air, and a foe of billionaires.

Now that Mamdani has won the Democratic nomination for mayor, the news has finally come out that a key figure behind his campaign was Patrick Gaspard. Gaspard, 57, is a former political aide to Barack Obama. He also served from 2017 to 2020 as president of George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Soros is 94.

Gaspard surfaced in New York Times coverage of the campaign but was identified as a neutral party. A June 10 Times article reported that Mamdani “has also quietly met with former officials for advice, including…Patrick Gaspard, an adviser to mayors and presidents,” but noted that Gaspard was “also speaking with other candidates.” A June 13 Times article quoted “Patrick Gaspard, a top adviser to Democratic mayors and presidents who has not taken sides in the race.”

Yet in a July 1 piece, “How Zohran Mamdani Stunned New York and Won the Primary for Mayor,” the Times offers a new and different account of Gaspard’s role. Now the Times says Gaspard “quietly helped guide Mr. Mamdani” and says Gaspard participated with Mamdani in a dinner with New York Comptroller Brad Lander in which the two agreed to cross-endorse in the mayoral race. The Times reports, “The day before the final debate, Mr. Lander and Mr. Mamdani sat down at Yara, a Lebanese restaurant in Midtown, with campaign aides and Mr. Gaspard. Over plates of fattoush, hummus and eggplant, the two candidates decided they would cross-endorse each other to defeat Mr. Cuomo.”

The Times describes Gaspard as “adviser to mayors and presidents,” but the more relevant information is that he is a Soros person. Don’t just take it from me: his bio on X says, “Forever @OpenSociety.” Open Society’s tax filings indicate the $5.9 billion foundation paid Gaspard, identified as its former president, $2.2 million in 2021.

Joe Biden Complains Trump is Undoing His Incredible Accomplishments: ‘I Worked So Damn Hard’

Joe Biden is complaining that his so-called accomplishments are being undone by President Trump.

According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, Biden gave a more than hour-long speech in San Diego on Wednesday to thousands of human-resources professionals gathered by the HR trade group SHRM.

“We strengthened NATO in a significant way,” he said. “I’m getting calls—I’m not going to go into it, I can’t—from a number of European leaders asking me to get engaged.”

“I’m not, but I’m giving advice,” he added.

The 82-year-old added that he was voicing his concerns because he “really cared about what I was doing.”

“Many of the things I worked so damn hard, that I thought I changed in the country, are changing so rapidly,” he complained.

Biden did not mention Trump by name, although such remarks give an insight into how he is feeling about his legacy being undone.

Such criticism of Trump’s handling of defense spending was criticized by the White House.

“Thanks to President Trump, NATO allies have made a historic 5% defense spending pledge, Iran’s nuclear capabilities are obliterated, and our country’s standing on the world stage is restored,” said White House spokesperson Anna Kelly.

The former president, who came to power through an election that was tainted by widespreaed fraud and irregularities, has mostly remained quiet since departing the White House back in January.

Supreme Court to hear cases on banning males in female student sports

The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear two cases on the banning of males in female student sports.

The cases are from West Virginia and Idaho where two transgender students, Becky Pepper-Jackson and Lindsay Hecox, are challenging the respective states’ bans, NBC News reported.

Both students won injunctions, allowing them to continue competing in female sports. Pepper-Jackson, a 15-year-old male high school student, takes puberty-blocking medication, while Hecox, a 24-year-old male college student, has received testosterone suppression and estrogen treatments.

The court will hear oral arguments later this year, after their next session begins in October, and they will be expected to rule by next June.

The decision to take up the cases follows the court’s ruling last month that upheld a Tennessee law that bans transgender surgery, puberty blockers, and hormone therapy for minors.

Moderna To Ask For Clearance For Combination COVID-Influenza Vaccine

Moderna is going to ask regulators to approve its combination vaccine against COVID-19 and influenza, the company said on June 30.

The company said a phase 3 study evaluating its influenza vaccine candidate, mRNA-1010—which utilizes the same messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) platform as its COVID-19 vaccine—showed positive effectiveness.

In the trial, which featured 40,805 participants and compared mRNA-1010 to an existing seasonal flu vaccine in adults aged 50 and up, the relative protection from the candidate was 26.6 percent better. In a subgroup analysis among participants aged at least 65, the relative efficacy was 27.4 percent.

“Today’s strong Phase 3 efficacy results are a significant milestone in our effort to reduce the burden of influenza in older adults,” Stéphane Bancel, Moderna’s CEO, said in a statement.

Several companies, including Moderna, have been planning to introduce combination shots against COVID-19 and influenza.

Moderna, however, in May withdrew its application for approval for its combination vaccine, a move the company said came after consulting with the Food and Drug Administration.

Moderna at the time said it planned to resubmit the application before the end of 2025 after it received efficacy data from the phase 3 trial for mRNA 1010.

“An mRNA-based flu vaccine has the potential advantage to more precisely match circulating strains, support rapid response in a future influenza pandemic, and pave the way for COVID-19 combination vaccines,” Bancel said on Monday.

The trial results have been fully published or peer reviewed. Moderna said it plans to submit the results to a peer-reviewed journal.

HHS Cracks Down on Planned Parenthood’s Smut-Filled Sex Ed Programs with Defunding Warning

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) took a major step toward cleaning house at Planned Parenthood and similar organizations, issuing a sweeping policy directive yesterday that will defund programs promoting radical gender ideology, sexually explicit material, and medically inaccurate information, currently funded under the cover of “teen pregnancy prevention.”

The grooming of teens and pre-teens by left-wing nonprofits and programs is under attack by the Department led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health issued Program Policy Notice 2025-01, which reaffirms parental rights, prioritizes medical accuracy, and mandates compliance with several recent Executive Orders, including those ending federal promotion of gender ideology, DEI, and what the administration calls “radical indoctrination.”

The move could wipe out millions in taxpayer funding for groups like Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, AccessMatters, Bridgercare, and dozens of other TPP grantees who have been pushing graphic sexual material to children as young as 11 under the federal Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program.

The government encourages 11 year olds to have sex, but just not to ever get pregnant. Pregnancy is treated by the left as a disease, but underage sex is treated as inevitable.

Among the federally funded lessons flagged for immediate defunding:

  • “Be Proud! Be Responsible!” (AccessMatters): Instructs children on how to “make condoms fun,” suggesting they “hide a condom on your body and ask your partner to find it,” “pretend you are different people,” and “wrap condoms as a present.”
  • “Making Proud Choices!” (Bridgercare): Teaches middle schoolers to practice putting condoms on penis models, with guidance to cut condoms into sheets for oral sex and discussion of flavored condoms for use during foreplay.
  • “Linking Families & Teens” (MOASH/AccessMatters): Includes gender pronoun identification sheets and materials normalizing gender transition and sexual activity among minors.

Planned Parenthood’s own entries are especially egregious. According to internal HHS review documents, Planned Parenthood’s programs often:

  • Promote hormone therapy for minors on affiliated websites.
  • Encourage preteen children to create a “plan to become sexually active.”
  • Include gender ideology that replaces biological terms with “internal” and “external” condoms.

“Effective immediately,” the new HHS policy states, “any content that fails to meet the standards of medical accuracy, age appropriateness, or relevance to teen pregnancy prevention will be deemed unallowable and subject to defunding.”

Congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym killed when gunman opens fire in tragic Washington D.C. shooting

A Congressional intern was killed in Washington, D.C. after being struck by bullets when gunmen opened fire on a group of people.

Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, 21, an intern for Representative Ron Estes, was fatally shot late Monday night in what authorities believe was a targeted attack near the U.S. Capitol.

Tarpinian-Jachym was not the intended target but an innocent bystander in the tragic shooting.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 10:30 p.m. near 1200 7th Street. Upon arrival, they found Tarpinian-Jachym unconscious, along with two other victims who were conscious.

According to the department, multiple suspects exited a vehicle and opened fire on a group of people, striking three individuals.

All three victims – Tarpinian-Jachym, a woman, and a 16-year-old male – suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital.

Tarpinian-Jachym succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on Tuesday, ABC News reported.

According to a LinkedIn profile believed to belong to him, Tarpinian-Jachym had been interning for Representative Estes for about two months. Before that, he reportedly worked for a government relations firm, also in Washington, D.C.
