California School Board VP Says Reopening Schools Is ‘Very White Supremacist,’ ‘That’s What Slavery Is’

Video footage from a La Mesa, California school board meeting is generating outrage from parents who learned that a school board member stated a potential school reopening is “what slavery is,” and is a “very white supremacist ideology.” The board member also demanded that her colleagues check their “privilege.”

Charda Bell-Fontenot, the Vice President of the La Mesa-Spring Valley Schools board, appeared ignorant of the fact that her remarks would become public record, claiming, “If our meetings were actually recorded for the public, we would know that.”

Bell-Fontenot, who refused to show her face on-screen, stated, “So how are we forcing people, that seems like a very white supremacist ideology to force people to comply, you know, or conform, without thinking about all of their intersecting factors and barriers that exist for all families … just letting you know, you’re thinking about one type of family when you’re speaking right now. Just letting you know. Privilege. Check it, you guys.”

Biden Gives $4 BILLION To WHO And Bill Gates For Global COVID Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

UPDATE: Hasbro Keeps ‘Mr.’ Potato Head, The ‘Modern Makeover’ Of ‘Gender-Neutral’ Name Will Not Happen

Hasbro revealed Thursday that it was renaming Mr. Potato head toy a ‘gender-neutral’ name and the Mr./Mrs. ‘pronouns’ will be dropped from the toy’s characters. This change was set to appear in the fall and Hasbro thought after 70 years it needed a ‘modern makeover’

Now Hasbro has decided to announce again that the ‘Mr. Potato Head’ will not be going anywhere as well as Mr. and Mrs. will remain as their own characters. It is more obvious now when the first announcement happened, the company wanted to test the waters as to how the internet would react.

Professor suspended for tweets criticizing reparations and bias training

The tweets that led to Manco’s suspension were posted on his pseudo account, “South Jersey Giants.” Someone figured out Manco was the owner of the account, took screenshots of some tweets, and posted them on Instagram.

In one of the tweets shared, Manco argued against slavery reparations, saying, they were like the great-great-grandchild of a murder victim asking the great-great-grandchild of a convicted murdered for compensation. “Now, get this racist reparation bullshit out of your head for good,” Manco added in the tweet.
