Trump Admin Preparing to Strike Iran: Report

President Trump is preparing to hit Iran with a new round of military strikes, CBS reported on Friday evening.

CBS noted that no final decision has been reached.

Earlier Friday, President Trump raised eyebrows after he announced he would not be attending his son Don Jr’s wedding this weekend because it is “important” for him to remain in DC “during this important period of time.”

“While I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon to be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so,” Trump said.

“I feel it is important for me to remain in Washington, D.C., at the White House during this important period of time. Congratulations to Don and Bettina!” Trump said earlier Friday.

CBS News reported:

The Trump administration was preparing Friday for a fresh round of military strikes against Iran, according to sources with direct knowledge of the planning, even as diplomacy continued.

No final decision on strikes had been reached as of Friday afternoon.

“Circumstances pertaining to Government” are keeping President Trump from attending his son Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding this weekend, he said in a social media post. The president had planned to spend Memorial Day weekend at his golf property in New Jersey but will now return to the White House.

Some members of the U.S. military and intelligence community canceled their plans for the Memorial Day weekend in anticipation of possible strikes, several sources said.

Defense and intelligence officials began updating recall rosters for U.S. installations overseas as tranches of troops stationed in the Middle East rotate out of theater, part of an effort to reduce the American military footprint in the region amid concern about possible Iranian retaliation.

The US and Israel first struck Iran in late February.

First hantavirus, now Ebola; What happened to the 323 vials of viruses that went missing from an Australian laboratory?

This month, a hantavirus “outbreak” and an Ebola “outbreak” have been reported.

The widely publicised hantavirus outbreak on the cruise ship MV Hondius was managed by the widely discredited World Health Organisation (“WHO”).  And WHO has declared the Ebola “outbreak” as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (“PHEIC”).

This has reminded us of an article we published at the end of 2024 about virus samples that went missing from an Australian laboratory.  So, we are republishing it below.

In 2021, 323 vials of virus samples went missing from a government-operated laboratory in Queensland, Australia. Two of the vials contained hantavirus.

Hantavirus is one of the viruses that causes illnesses referred to as viral haemorrhagic fevers (“VHFs”).   Another virus that causes VHFs is the Ebolavirus.

Update: An investigation was carried out into the missing vials of viruses by the Queensland Ministry of Health, which determined they were likely destroyed rather than stolen or lost.  According to a “fact check” blog by Snopes, “the agency said the samples were unlikely to have been lost or stolen, and were instead unaccounted for due to incomplete lab records, adding that the breach caused ‘no risk or harm’ to staff or the broader community.”

According to the Mirror, “questions have surfaced over [the missing vials] location following the deadly virus infecting passengers aboard the MV Hondius cruise ship.”

Interestingly, 323 missing vials of “live” virus did not attract the attention of an international response that required WHO’s management, but suspected cases of hantavirus on a cruise ship did.

Just as interesting is that missing vials of “live” virus posed no risk to the public at large, but a few suspected cases of “the deadly” hantavirus on a cruise ship, which is not transmitted between people, did.

Disney Begs FCC to Label Far-Left Propaganda Show ‘The View’ as “Bona Fide News” So They Can Handpick Democrat Candidates and Silence Republicans – FCC Chairman Brendan Carr Asks the American People to Weigh In

Disney-owned ABC is now petitioning the Federal Communications Commission to officially declare the screeching harpies on The View as “bona fide news,” giving the daytime talk show a free pass to platform Democrat politicians while blackballing Republicans and dodging equal time rules that apply to every other broadcaster.

This is the same network that spent years pushing nonstop Trump Derangement Syndrome, COVID hysteria, and every woke agenda item under the sun, and now they want the government to rubber-stamp their partisan operation as legitimate “news” journalism? Give us a break.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, one of the few adults left in Washington fighting back against Big Tech and Big Media gatekeepers, just exposed the whole scheme in a blistering public statement that perfectly captures the hypocrisy:

Disney has filed a petition with the FCC asking the agency to declare that The View is exempt from the statutory equal opportunities requirements that would otherwise apply to broadcast shows.

Disney argues that The View qualifies as “bona fide news” under the law, comparing itself to Meet The Press or Face The Nation.

Therefore, Disney argues, it can have one partisan candidate for office on The View while denying equal opportunities to all others.

The FCC is now seeking public comment on Disney’s request to be labeled as “bona fide news.”

Is The View a “bona fide news interview program”?

Under FCC case law, tv shows do not qualify as “bona fide news” if their decisions are based on partisan purposes, such as an intention to advance or harm an individual’s candidacy.

As the Public Notice observes, Congress originally passed the equal opportunities law to prevent media gatekeepers from deciding the outcome of elections. The law, even when it applies, does not prohibit anyone from having any candidate appear on any show. Rather, Congress intended it to empower voters with more information and encourage more speech.

As many as 2M Americans were seriously disabled by the COVID vaccine

I recently did two surveys (your family and your medical practice if you work in a medical practice).

The full live results can be viewed here: family and medical practice. The Notes column is available as well. Only the emails were removed for privacy reasons. The records count at the time of this article were 2908 and 107.

I had Claude Opus 4.7 co-work evaluate the survey solicitations, the survey questions, the survey results, the notes column, my reader base and gave it unrestricted use of publicly available data (CDC, Insurance industry, FRED data, etc) to reconcile everything. This allowed Claude to give me a more objective answer because my reader base is not representative (e.g., half of the respondents had no vaccinated family members) and because my reader base are more likely to attribute disability and deaths to the vaccine.

The key results:

  • As many as 1M Americans killed by the COVID vaccine
  • As many as 1.5M working-age Americans disabled for 6 months or more
  • Silence from health authorities worldwide on this issue. Not a single national public-health authority, anywhere in the world, has produced an estimate of the type constructed in this article — a comprehensive, all-cause, all-ages, attributable-deaths-plus-disabilities total for the COVID-19 vaccines.

Ukraine Drone Strike on College Dorm in Luhansk Kills Six and Injures Over 35 – Putin Orders Russian Military To Prepare Retaliation

Students are still believed to be trapped under the rubble as frantic rescue efforts continue.

Let me just say that if today’s Ukrainian attack on the college dorm in Russian-conquered Luhansk had been perpetrated by Moscow forces, you would be hearing about it in all news shows, non-stop, all day long.

Over 80 young people were in the dorm at the time of the drone attack.

So far, 6 students are reported dead and more than 35 wounded, many seriously. There are reportedly still people trapped in the rubble, as the rescue efforts continue.

All day long, the bloody MSM erected a wall of silence around this alleged war crime, until Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his military ‘to prepare options to retaliate against Ukraine’.

The BBC wants to Make the Taliban Great Again

This week the British Broadcasting Corporation flew halfway around the world to find a sad story that it could blame on (1) America and (2) climate change.

Their drama opens in Afghanistan’s Ghor province, where fathers line up before dawn at a dusty square hoping to find a day’s work. One man weeps that he is preparing to sell his seven-year-old daughter to feed the rest of his children.

The reporter then explains how nearly five million Afghans are food deprived; she goes on to describe graveyards of dead infants, and then tells the story of another man who already sold his five-year-old daughter for about $3,200.

It is all genuinely terrible. But when the BBC starts explaining WHY any of this is happening— is where the journalism ends and the propaganda begins.

Famine, in almost every modern case, is not a weather event. It is a political outcome.

Afghanistan has fertile river valleys and enough arable land to feed several times its current population. Whenever a country is starving, it is due to bad policy— not bad soil.

It was the same issue when Venezuela ran out of food a few years ago. People were starving. Supermarkets were stripped bare. Zoo animals turned up on dinner plates.

Yet Venezuela has a tropical climate, a year-round growing season, abundant water, and some of the most productive farmland on the planet.

It really takes a special kind of incompetence to starve citizens in a place like that. And the same kind of incompetence is at work in Kabul at the hands of the Taliban overlords.

The BBC mentions none of this. Instead it points the finger at the legacy media’s two favorite villains: Donald Trump and climate change.

To make the case, the reporter sits down with a senior Taliban official, who insists that their regime “inherited poverty, hardship, unemployment and other problems”.

These “problems” were entirely due to the US presence, he explains, which had built “an artificial economy due to the influx of US dollars.”

In other words, the men who reconquered the country, kicked girls out of school, and locked half the workforce in their homes, are blaming their economic problems on the US investing too much money in Afghanistan.

Yet the BBC nods along enthusiastically.

Ironically, despite blaming America’s substantial investments in Afghanistan for the country’s problems, the Taliban’s solution is for America to give them more money.

“Humanitarian assistance should not be politicized,” said the Taliban spokesman, parroting the exact talking that point Western NGOs use to demand more no-strings cash for regimes that whip women in public.

The BBC nods along enthusiastically again.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Sister-in-Law Accused of Bullying Neighborhood Grocery Store for Selling Cookies With ‘Vote Pratt’ Written on Them

Now that Stephen Colbert is finally off the air, we will have time to focus on one of the other late-night mental cases, Jimmy Kimmel.

Kimmel is in the news today because according to reports on social media, Kimmel’s sister-in-law bullied a neighborhood grocery store in California for selling cookies that had ‘Vote Pratt’ written on them with icing.

What is wrong with this family?

Who loses their mind over cookies with a non-offensive political message written on them?

Can you even imagine being triggered over this?

British Police Handcuffed Stabbed 18-Year-Old Student After Suspect Claimed “Racism” as Teen Bled to Death in Southampton

The death of 18-year-old university student Henry Nowak in Southampton, England, has sparked outrage after court testimony revealed police officers allegedly handcuffed the bleeding teenager while responding to claims of “racism” made by his attacker.

According to reports presented before Southampton Crown Court, Nowak had been stabbed multiple times during an altercation on December 3 while returning home after a night out with university football teammates.

Prosecutors stated that one of the stab wounds pierced his lung, ultimately causing him to choke on his own blood before he could receive emergency medical treatment.

Court proceedings identified the suspect as Vickrum Digwa, who allegedly told responding officers that he had been attacked and subjected to racist abuse by a “drunk man.”

Prosecutors argued that police initially accepted Digwa’s account and restrained Nowak despite his critical injuries. Witness testimony indicated the teenager lost consciousness shortly afterward and died at the scene.

The prosecution further stated that Digwa aggressively pursued Nowak before the fatal stabbing and was later found carrying the victim’s cellphone when arrested.

Jurors also heard that recordings taken inside a police van allegedly captured Digwa admitting to the stabbing without mentioning self-defense or racial abuse claims during the private conversation.

The case has fueled broader debate online regarding perceived double standards in media and political coverage surrounding race-related incidents in Europe and the United Kingdom.

Commentators have compared the relatively limited international attention surrounding Nowak’s death to the massive global protests that followed the death of George Floyd in the United States in 2020, which resulted in widespread demonstrations and severe legal consequences for the officers involved.

The controversy also comes amid broader scrutiny of policing and race issues across Europe. In Germany earlier this year, protests erupted after the fatal police shooting of Lorenz A., a Black man killed outside a nightclub in Oldenburg, prompting demands for an independent investigation into possible institutional racism within German law enforcement.

Dysfunctional Democrats Calling on DNC Chair Ken Martin to Resign Over Lame 2024 Election Autopsy Report

Democrats are furious about the long awaited 2024 election autopsy report. DNC Chair Ken Martin slow walked releasing the report for months and when it finally came out this week, no one on the left was happy about it.

They’re angry about how long it took to release it. They’re angry about what it says, and they’re angry about what it doesn’t say.

Amazingly, the report completely avoids some of the issues that crushed the Democrats, issues that were extremely important to voters, like the border and immigration, trans people in sports and locker rooms, and trans procedures for kids, just to name a few.

Now they want Martin out as a result.

Breitbart News reported:

Dems Calling for DNC Chair to Resign Following Release of 2024 Election Autopsy

Members of Congress are calling for the party’s Democratic National Committee (DNC) chair Ken Martin to resign following the release of the DNC’s 2024 election autopsy on Thursday.

The comments by critical Democratic house members, quoted by Axios, were blunt:

“He should resign,” Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) cited to Axios “his lack of leadership,” saying it is “utterly nuts it took us this long to release the autopsy.”

Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wisc.) said in response to a caller on a radio who argued Martin should be replaced, said, “I agree. … Having what we have right now is not doing it.”

Rep. Marc Veasey (D-Texas) told one news outlet that “there doesn’t seem to be a plan to turn things around and the clock is ticking … I believe it’s time for him to move on.”

Further motivating the disfavor are the “DNC’s anemic fundraising numbers compared to its GOP counterpart,” according to Axios.

Italian deputy PM wants to swap migrants for children

Italians should focus on having more children to replenish the country’s dwindling workforce so as to avoid bringing in more migrants in the future, Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has suggested.

Over the past decade, Italy has had one of the lowest birthrates in Europe, and its demographic crisis continues to worsen. The country’s fertility rate hit a new record low last year, standing at 1.14, down from 1.18 the previous year, provisional figures from Italy’s national statistics agency ISTAT indicate. For a stable population, the figure should stand at around 2.1 children per woman.

“We have a problem of demographic decline, and we must understand if we want to have more children,” Tajani said on Thursday while speaking at the Festival del Lavoro (Work Festival) in Rome, an annual event that brings together institutions, businesses, and professionals to discuss the labor market.
