Law Enforcement Ignored Dire Threats Against Pennsylvania Trump Voters’ Families, Property, And Pets

“We know where you live. … In the dead of a cold winters [sic] night, this year, or next and beyond, there is no knowing what may happen. Your property, your family may be impacted, your cat may get shot. And more. … Your vote for this guy [Trump] is seen as treading on my rights. You tread on me at your peril, motherf-cker. We look forward to visiting in the future.”

That is language from the nasty, vile letter that Pennsylvania voters received through the U.S. mail in October 2024, just prior to the presidential election. What was their crime? They had Trump signs in their yards.

And what did local law enforcement, the Pennsylvania state police, the FBI, the U.S. Justice Department, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service do about this intimidation and threats of violence against voters in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and various Pennsylvania counties?

Apparently, nothing at all.

This attempt to scare Trump voters is the subject of a new lawsuit filed in federal court in Philadelphia by the Public Interest Legal Foundation against “John Doe 1” and “John Doe 2,” the term used by plaintiffs in litigation when they have been unable to identify the defendants. The unknown bullies are being sued under both Section 3 of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 and Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act.

The civil portion of the Ku Klux Klan Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1985 (3), provides for the recovery of damages against miscreants who “conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person.”

Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act, 52 U.S.C. §10307(b), makes it a federal crime to “intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote.”

During the time these acts were committed in 2024, the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice was headed by Kristen Clarke. The Civil Rights Division of DOJ is responsible for enforcing Section 11b.

Clarke is probably the most biased, partisan ideologue to ever head that division. She had no interest whatsoever in protecting Trump voters. But then, apparently no one else at the local, state, or federal level did either.

If you’re wondering why one would file a lawsuit against unknown defendants, here is the point. The Public Interest Legal Foundation obtained a federal judge’s approval to issue subpoenas to various law enforcement agencies notified by the Trump voters of what happened to them. These agencies had a duty to conduct investigations into what was a serious attempt to coerce voters and a dangerous threat to the election process in a state with a dismal record when it comes to the integrity of its elections — including violence directed at government officials, as Gov. Josh Shapiro can testify.

Competent investigators would have checked the anonymous letters for fingerprints and DNA. They would have checked the postmarks to see if they could determine where the letters were mailed from and whether there were surveillance cameras at those locations.

Since the threatened voters lived in multiple locations, the perpetrators apparently identified them through the Trump signs in their yards. Investigators should have checked for surveillance cameras, including front-door Ring cameras, in the victims’ neighborhoods to see if the same individuals or cars were seen in those different neighborhoods.

But was any of this done? It doesn’t appear so. The Pennsylvania State Police responded to a subpoena by saying no investigation was opened. One of the victims filed a complaint with her local police department in Lower Merion but never received any follow-up calls or information from that department. The department admitted another voter had received the same letter and still did not act.

Gross: CBS Reporter Lisa Ling Uses Her Young Child to Push Leftist Political Agenda Fueled by Trump Derangement Syndrome

CNN’s Lisa Ling, host of ‘This is Life’, used her young daughter to push her leftist political agenda and pass down her Trump Derangement Syndrome to the next generation.

In a video shared on Instagram, Ling seemed to be trying to teach her daughter compassion for illegals.  Instead, it seemed more like advocating for businesses to exploit undocumented workers with cheap wages.

Ling: So, Ray, what happened yesterday at our favorite ramen restaurant?

Daughter: There was only one worker.

Ling: Who was that worker?

Daughter: The owner.

Ling: Why was the owner the only one worker?

Daughter: Because of the situation of people getting taken to another country, and I think they’re scared.

Ling: So the entire staff at the restaurant didn’t show up to work. And this is the same restaurant that had the help wanted signs out for a long time, right?

Daughter: Mm-hmm.

Ling: So what do you think? Do you think that the restaurant is going to be able to survive with no workers?

Daughter: No.

Ling: And what do you think about the fact that workers are too scared to go to the places where they’ve been working so they can support their families?

Daughter: I think it’s sad, but I think it’s whatever Trump has to do. It’s not good.

Ling: Sad, though, right?

Daughter: Mm-hmm.

Democrat Senator Makes an Incredibly Bizarre Claim After Being Confronted with News of Record-Low Border Crossings Under the Trump Administration

Democrats are so damaged by Trump Derangement syndrome that they are utterly incapable of giving him credit for, and have to make up the most insane stuff imaginable to find fault.

During an appearance on “Meet the Press,” Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) was confronted by host Kristen Welker with the historically low border crossing numbers under the Trump Administration.

As TGP readers know, this is because we have a President who is not only enforcing the immigration laws on the books, but also because he has struck fear in the hearts of illegal migrants who are even considering making the journey.

This is a complete 180 from the lawless border policies under the Biden regime.

“You know, border crossings are at a record low,” Welker told Murphy. “Do you give the Trump Administration some credit for that…Do you think things are moving in the right direction?”

Murphy, though, could not admit the obvious and uttered this unbelievable whopper.

“No, I don’t give them credit for that because border crossings are low because they’re violating the law every day,” he retorted.

What is he talking about?

Barbra Streisand: Worries Over President Trump May Have ‘Subconsciously’ Influenced Song Selections on New Album

Legendary singer, actress and Hollywood liberal Barbra Streisand said her worries about President Donald Trump may have ‘subconsciously’ influenced her selection of songs for her new album, a series of duets with fellow music legends and stars including Bob Dylan and Paul McCartney titled, “The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume 2”. Streisand also said she is “horrified” watching TV about the world and Trump.

Streisand’s made her comment in an interview with the AP promoting the album (excerpt):

Sure, duet success is nothing new to Streisand, who has topped the charts with Neil Diamond on “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers,” and Donna Summer on “No More Tears (Enough Is Enough),” and a string of albums including “Duets,” “Partners” and “Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway.”

But “The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume 2” is different. Streisand said her worries about the world and President Donald Trump’s second administration may have subconsciously contributed to her selection of some of the album’s more serious tracks — like Sting’s “Fragile” and her reworking of “Love Will Survive” from last year’s “The Tattooist of Auschwitz” series into a duet with Seal.

“I’d like to be happier,” Streisand said. “But every time I turn on the television — and I’m a glutton for punishment, obviously — I’m fascinated and horrified at the same time, you know?”

At a recent dinner with U.S. Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., Streisand said he described the current state of Washington as “created chaos, corruption and cruelty.”

Streisand added, “I thought, ‘That kind of sums him (Trump) up.’”

Streisand attacked Trump in her 2023 memoir, My Name Is Barbra, reported the Hill (excerpt):

Streisand also ripped Trump, saying the 45th president “lies as easily as he breathes.”

“I can’t stand being lied to, and I don’t think the country should be lied to either,” Streisand wrote, before quipping of Trump, “And I just couldn’t comprehend how he could tell all these lies with absolutely no guilt (clearly he’s not Jewish.)”

Streisand expressed shock at Trump’s 2016 White House win, saying of the New York real estate developer, “You wouldn’t go to a doctor who has no qualifications or experience in treating your disease. Why on earth would people want to entrust our country to a narcissist whose lack of experience, recklessness, and blatant disregard for the truth made him completely unfit to be president?”

“What worried me was that the younger generation would emulate this man, who showed no kindness or empathy for other human beings,” she said.

Media Mistakes in the Trump Era: The Definitive List

Note: Now that President Trump has been re-elected, this list will be continued with the newest incidents at the top.

Click here for Media Mistakes in the Biden Era

180. Sunday, June 22, 2025

MSNBC, CNN and other media falsely reported or implied that the Trump administration failed to notify any Democrats ahead of the Iran strike. MSNBC later corrected the story to reflect that the White House notified the top Senate Democrat, Chuck Schumer (D-NY) before the strike. The White House also said officials tried to reach the top Democrat in the House, Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), but that could not be reached until after the strike.

Many news and medical media sites falsely reported that the CDC was recommending all travelers get a measles shots. In fact, the CDC did not recommend vaccination for people already vaccinated, for people who have had measles, and for people born prior to a certain date.

Headlined as an “exclusive” and based on anonymous sources, Nature Magazine falsely reported that the NIH was threatening thousands of global health projects by ceasing foreign awards to laboratories and hospitals outside the U.S.

A transcript of an interview with the reporter reveals that NIH Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya had repeatedly told the reporter that it was untrue that all foreign awards would be halted.

FBI silent seven months later on nationwide racist texts sent to college students, others

The FBI will not comment on the status of its investigation into racist texts reportedly sent across the country soon after the 2024 presidential election.

“The FBI’s policy is to neither confirm nor deny if we are conducting an investigation,” a media representative told The College Fix via email.

The law enforcement agency said it has “no further information” and referenced their public statement released in November immediately following the messages.

“The FBI is aware of the offensive and racist text messages sent to individuals around the country and is in contact with the Justice Department and other federal authorities on the matter,” the original statement read. “As always, we encourage members of the public to report threats of physical violence to local law enforcement authorities.”

Soon after President Donald Trump’s election last November, Americans, including high school and college students, reported they had received texts targeting them on the basis of their race. Black Americans reportedly received texts saying they needed to go pick cotton, while Hispanic students reportedly were told they would be deported.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People was quick to blame it on Trump.

Insanity: ESPN Announcer Apologizes for Calling America ‘Great’ During WNBA Broadcast

Calling America “great” is apparently a flagrant foul in the WNBA.

ESPN basketball analyst Rebecca Lobo was essentially forced to eat her words after an off-the-cuff comment led to some awkward seconds of silence during a game between the Indiana Fever and the Las Vegas Aces on Sunday.

Not only did she backtrack on calling her own country “great,” she actually apologized afterward. And the public backlash has been scathing.

As Fox News reported, the embarrassing incident occurred when Lobo took issue with a foul call issued by officials in the closing minute of the contest.

You have to see it to believe it.

Biden Judge Blocks Trump From Withholding EV Charger Funds After Joe Biden Spent $7.5 Billion to Install 8 EV Chargers

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the Trump Administration from withholding funds for electric vehicle chargers.

In 2021, the Democrat-controlled Congress gave Joe Biden $7.5 billion to install electric vehicle chargers all over the country and only 7 or 8 EV charging stations have been built. It’s a total scam.

According to 2021 analysis from the New York Times, $1.2 trillion of the ‘Infrastructure’ bill would be spent over 8 years and $550 billion will go to roads, bridges, rail lines, electric vehicles, water systems and other programs.

Electric vehicles are unpopular, expensive and bad for the environment but the Biden Regime is going into overdrive to force car companies to produce more EVs while they crack down on gas-powered vehicle tailpipe emissions.

President Trump vowed to immediately dismantle Joe Biden’s insane electric vehicle mandate.

Earlier this year the US Transportation Department suspended Biden’s EV charging station scam.

On Tuesday, Seattle-based US District Judge Tana Lin, a Biden appointee, temporarily blocked Trump from withholding EV charger funds to 14 states.

Democrats Got Caught in a Huge Lie About Trump’s Iran Strike

The Democrat-media complex got caught red-handed peddling yet another false narrative, only to have it blow up in its face when the facts came crashing down.

The latest chapter in the Democrats’ never-ending war against the Trump administration centers on the successful strike against Iran’s nuclear sites. As you’ve likely seen, Democrats and their media allies wasted no time launching a coordinated campaign of phony outrage.

Their claim? The White House recklessly bypassed congressional leadership — specifically Democrats — before the operation, supposedly violating the Constitution. It’s a laughable accusation, especially considering that they had no such concerns when Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Joe Biden launched military strikes without congressional approval or proper notification.

CNN tried to stir controversy by reporting that while House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune were briefed ahead of time, Democrat leaders Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries were only informed shortly before the public announcement, after the operation had already taken place. But as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained on Fox News, this was nothing more than a misleading narrative designed to distract from a major American victory. Leavitt didn’t just push back; she dismantled the lie piece by piece.

“We did make bipartisan calls,” Leavitt stated, setting the record straight from the outset. “Thomas Massie and the Democrats — he should be a Democrat ’cause he’s more aligned with them than with the Republican Party — were given notice. The White House made calls to congressional leadership. They were bipartisan calls.”

The White House, contrary to the manufactured narrative, conducted its due diligence and reached out to leaders on both sides of the aisle. The administration’s outreach efforts were comprehensive, but in a detail that speaks volumes, the top Democrat in the House was apparently unavailable to take a call of such national security importance.

Leavitt revealed the specifics of the outreach, exposing the disingenuous nature of the complaints.

“In fact, Hakeem Jeffries couldn’t be reached,” she explained. “We tried him before the strike and he didn’t pick up the phone, but he was briefed after, as well as Chuck Schumer was briefed prior to the strike.”

Federal Judge In California Remains At The Ready To Wrest Control Of National Guard From Trump

“The fight doesn’t end here.” Gavin Newsom made that announcement on Thursday, soon after a federal appellate court ruled President Donald Trump retains control over the California National Guard. By Friday morning, the overturned district court judge repeated the mantra, but in subtler, more judicious terms designed to obscure his bias and his intent to halt the president’s use of the National Guard and Marines in Los Angeles. The apparent plan is now to find the president’s deployment violates the Posse Comitatus Act, which goes to show that judges bent on executing a coup by courts also have six ways to Sunday to rebel against the duly elected president.

After rioters attacked ICE agents and federal property in California, on June 7, 2025, President Trump federalized the California National Guard. Once under federal command, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered thousands of National Guard troops to deploy to Los Angeles. Secretary Hegseth later also deployed some 700 active-duty U.S. Marines from Camp Pendleton to Los Angeles.

Within days of the president’s federalizing of the California National Guard, Governor Newsom filed a multi-count complaint in a San Francisco federal court. Then, at 11:00 a.m., on June 10, 2025, the governor asked the court to immediately (by 1:00 p.m.) grant him an ex parte temporary restraining order, barring the deployment of troops in Los Angeles and directing the president to return control of the National Guard to the governor. Presiding Judge Charlies Breyer instead provided the Trump administration 24 hours to respond to the motion and set a hearing for June 12, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.

Judge Breyer opened the June 12, 2025 hearing by noting he had refused to grant the requested injunction on an ex parte basis, with the Clinton appointee stressing the importance of hearing from both sides before ruling. However, Judge Breyer soon made clear his fist was firmly on Governor Newsom’s side of the scale, with the federal judge appropriating the language of the left and declaring we have no king in America.

It came as no surprise, then, to court listeners that by day’s end Judge Breyer had entered an injunction against President Trump, enjoining him “from deploying members of the California National Guard in Los Angeles,” and directing the Commander-in-Chief “to return control of the California National Guard to Governor Newsom.” The court stayed his order until noon on Friday, June 13, 2025.

The Trump administration immediately sought a stay of Judge Breyer’s injunction in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals — the federal circuit court that hears appeals from district courts in California, among other western states. Within hours, a three-judge panel of the federal appellate court entered an administrative stay of Judge Breyer’s order, keeping the president in charge of the National Guard. The Ninth Circuit then set an expedited briefing schedule and scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

Last Tuesday, Trump appointees Judges Mark Bennette and Eric Miller, joined by Biden-appointee Judge Jennifer Sung, heard the parties’ argument concerning the propriety of the injunction. Two days later, in a unanimous opinion, the court held the Trump administration “made the required strong showing that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their appeal,” and stayed the lower court’s injunction against the president. That stay left the California National Guard under federal control and deployed in Los Angeles, as directed by Secretary Hegseth.

In concluding that Trump was likely to succeed on the merits of his appeal, the Ninth Circuit focused on Newsom’s claim that the president lacked authority under 10 U.S.C. § 12406 to federalize the California National Guard. That federal statute authorizes the president to federalize the National Guard of a state whenever, among other things, “the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States . . . ”

While Judge Breyer concluded that Trump had failed to establish that he was unable with regular forces to execute the laws of the United States, the Ninth Circuit rejected the lower court’s reasoning in two respects. First, the three-judge panel concluded that courts owe great deference to the president’s conclusion that regular forces are unable to execute federal law.
