REVEALED: Woke Seattle school board chief who shut down gifted and talented sites because they had too many white and Asian students was accused of RACISM by colleagues during anti-racism training scheme

The woke Seattle school board chief who shuttered its gifted and talented programs because they had too many white and Asian students was previously accused of racism by a colleague, documents from the probe show.

Along with another board member, in 2021 Chandra Hampson was found to have violated the policy against harassing, intimidating and bullying over their treatment of two black employees who were working on an anti-racism plan.

The anonymous complainants accused Hampson of launching ‘an orchestrated campaign of bullying, escalating intimidation, gaslighting and retaliation’ against them, according to the investigation report.

Although investigators did not find ‘clear evidence’ that Hampson and her board colleague Zachary DeWolf discriminated against the staffers because of their race, it did conclude that they ‘used their positions and authority to their detriment’.

Three years later, Hampson is embroiled in a new race scandal at the school over the closure of its controversial gifted and talented programs.

The district began phasing out its Highly Capable Cohort schools and classrooms for advanced students in the 2021-22 school year because they found it had too many racial inequities.

School bosses said black and Hispanic students were underrepresented at the schools.

According to Seattle Public School data, of the highly capable students in the 2022-23 school year, 52 percent were white, 16 percent were Asian and 3.4 percent were black.

During a January 22, 2020, school board meeting, parents of black students in the Highly Capable Cohort asked the board to consider finding ways to incorporate students of color into the gifted program rather than shut it down.

Then school board vice president Chandra Hampson slammed those parents saying, ‘this is a pretty masterful job at tokenizing a really small community of color within the existing cohort.’

FBI Investigating After Black People Receive Racist and Offensive Text Messages About ‘Picking Cotton’

The FBI on Thursday announced it is investigating after black people received “racist and offensive” text messages.

“The FBI is aware of the offensive and racist text messages sent to individuals around the country and is in contact with the Justice Department and other federal authorities on the matter,” the FBI said in a statement on Thursday.

“As always, we encourage members of the public to report threats of physical violence to local law enforcement authorities,” the FBI said.

According to reports, black people in Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and other states received text messages telling them they had “been selected for cotton picking.”

CBS News reported:

Officials and universities in several U.S. states condemned racist text messages that were sent to Black residents on Wednesday. The messages, which had almost identical language, told the recipient they had been “selected for cotton picking.”

The texts were received by people in states including Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Ohio, CBS News found. NAACP President Derrick Johnson condemned the messages and said they represent an “alarming increase in vile and abhorrent rhetoric.”

The texts were sent from numbers with area codes in at least 25 different states, CBS News found. By Thursday, several numbers were disconnected, while others went to voicemail that identified them as TextNow users, a provider that allows people to create phone numbers for free.

Washington Sued for ‘Racially Conscious’ Homeownership Program

The Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) submitted a complaint on Tuesday against the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) for its Covenant Homeownership Program, which explicitly bars certain applicants from eligibility on the basis of race. The commission cites the 2024 Covenant Homeownership Program Study as empirically justifying its “race-conscious” special purpose credit program, but it’s unlikely to pass strict scrutiny.

The Washington State Legislature passed the Covenant Homeownership Act in May 2023 to remedy “past and ongoing discrimination and its impacts on access to credit and homeownership for black, indigenous, and people of color.” Past discrimination includes 50,000 clauses in home deeds and homeowners associations that were used “between the 1920’s and 1960’s throughout Washington state to restrict housing based on race, religion, and ethnicity,” according to the commission. The Covenant Homeownership’s special purpose credit program offers certain first-time homebuyers a zero-interest rate loan for downpayment and closing cost assistance to address discrimination and reduce the racial disparity in homeownership.

The program raises its revenue by collecting a $100 document recording assessment for real estate transactions, which the commission projected will “generate between $75 million and $100 million each year.” The program is restricted to those Washingtonians whose ancestors (or themselves) were subjected to state-based racial discrimination in housing contracts before the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Further qualifications for the program include earning the area’s median income or less, being a first-time homebuyer, and either being or having an ancestor who was Hispanic, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, other Pacific Islander, Korean, or Asian Indian and lived in the state before April 1968. Limiting access to the program’s special purpose credit program in this way “facially discriminates on the basis of race,” according to the complaint.

WSHFC acknowledges the program’s racial requirements, describing it as going “beyond ‘colorblind’ or ‘race-neutral’ assistance” to allow Washington “to directly remedy the harm caused by its discriminatory policies.” Although the commission insists the program “does not represent a formal reparations effort,” the United Nations, whose definition the commission cites, disagrees. One of the U.N.’s four reparations measures is “compensation…provided for any economically assessable damage, loss of earnings, loss of property, loss of economic opportunities, [or] moral damages.”

Study finds that when Latinos hear ‘Latinx,’ they switch their votes to Trump

It’s not exactly a secret that Latinos can’t stand the word ‘Latinx,’ let alone getting called that by politically correct leftists.

Lefties have tried to make them swallow it, and some have tried to sweeten it, with ‘Latine,’ which sounds like a toilet, but to no avail.

A couple of researchers at Harvard and Georgetown decided to study this matter, and got an eye-popping result.

According to Amanda Sahar d’Urso and Marcel F. Roman:

Using several datasets, we find: Latinos are less likely to support politicians who use “Latinx” (Studies 1, 7); Latinos who oppose “Latinx” are less likely to support politicians who used or are associated with “Latinx” (Studies 2-5); Latinos in areas where “Latinx” is more salient are more likely to switch their vote toward Trump between 2016-2020 (Study 6). Consistent with our theory, these statistical patterns are driven by Republican, conservative, and anti-LGBTQ+ Latinos. Our findings have implications for politicians using identity-based appeals.

Well.

Being lefties themselves, they recommend comradely re-education of Latinos to force them to accept all this gender-inclusive language they’re having foisted upon them.

Major Pro-Harris Super PAC Airs Intimidating Ads in Predominantly Black Areas, Warns: ‘Your Voting Record Is Public’

One of the largest super PACs backing Vice President Kamala Harris is targeting large black urban areas in swing-state cities with “creepy,” deceptive, and intimidating ads that ominously warn: your voting history is public and accessible to “friends, family, and neighbors.”

Future Forward, a super PAC supporting the Harris-Waltz ticket, has launched an ad campaign in cities with large black populations, emphasizing that voter records indicating if individuals voted are public and easily accessible to community members.

The ads, which are being aired heavily in major swing-state cities like Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia, have raised eyebrows for their intimidating and quasi-official presentation.

One ad opens with a bold “election alert,” declaring in a stern and authoritative voice, “Who you vote for is private, but if you vote is public information.”

“After this election, your voter record will be updated, and your friends and family will be able to see how often you vote,” it continues, demanding viewers “do your civic duty” by voting.

Behind the text is an emblem reminiscent of an official government seal, which reads “National Voter Report,” giving the appearance of an official advisory.

Stacey Abrams Complains Black Men Are Sexist and Racist Against Kamala Harris – Then Insists They Will Still Vote For Her

The twice failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams has complained that black men are both sexist and racist against Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

In an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett, Abrams was asked to comment on remarks by the prominent Georgia pastor Jamal Bryant saying that black men are misogynistic and that this had prevented Abrams from winning the governorship.

“Full stop misogyny is still real in our community,” Bryant said. “We’ve got to address it head-on and not act like it doesn’t exist. The reality is if black men had voted, Stacey Abrams would be a governor.”

Abrams then weighed in:

I know it’s a shock to everyone, but sexism remains real and a very pertinent issue. But I want us to be really clear that Kamala Harris is doing very well with Black men. Black men are the second strongest cohort of Democratic voters.

What we’re seeing though is that she is showing them due respect by actually speaking to their issues. And those issues differ from other cohorts. I’m not quite certain why there is this panic about black men voting. They vote. In fact, they vote more than their counterparts in any other community for Democrats.

However, we do have to acknowledge that there is sexism. There is racism. There are challenges in our electorate and that’s why it’s so important that Kamala Harris is going everywhere and talking to everyone.

She respects voters. She meets them where they are and she refuses to be told that she has lost a cohort, lost a community simply because she’s different.

Justice Department Sues To Force South Bend To Hold Police to Lower Standards

The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a complaint on October 11 in the United States District Court for the North District of Indiana alleging that the South Bend Police Department (SBPD) violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Specifically, the DOJ accuses the SBPD of using a written test and physical fitness test to screen police officer applicants, which results in disparate acceptance rates for African Americans and women, respectively.

The SBPD uses a written exam developed by the Indiana-based company Testing For Public Safety, LLC. The city of South Bend says the DOJ’s lawsuit unfairly “attacks the SBPD’s written test, which is…similar to written tests in other Indiana police departments, including the Indiana State Police,” reports WSBT22.

The Indiana State Police provides an official study guide for the written exam, which consists of eight multiple-choice sections designed to measure a range of cognitive skills: learn and apply knowledge; observe and accurately describe events and objects; remember identifying information; remember spatial relationships and where objects are located; complete routine forms; communicate using appropriate grammar; communicate in writing—spelling; and ability to solve work-related arithmetic.

Basic arithmetic, reading comprehension, spelling, and grammar are essential skills for most occupations. The other sections of the test assess abilities relevant to policing. Yet, the DOJ claims that the “use of these tests is not job related or consistent with business necessity.”

The SBPD’s physical fitness test requires applicants to jump 13.5 inches, complete 24 sit-ups in one minute, run 300 meters in 82 seconds, do 21 push-ups, run 1.5 miles in 18 minutes and 56 seconds (that’s a 12-minute 37-second mile), and pull a pistol trigger six times in 10 seconds. By comparison, these standards are easier than the FitnessGram PACER Test given to New York high school students.

The DOJ recognizes that “moving people away from danger…pursuing and apprehending suspects; and testifying in court and preparing for such testimony by reviewing reports and notes” are responsibilities police officers must be able to perform. These activities necessitate screening criteria.

WOW! Kamala Harris Says She’s Considering Taxpayer Funded Reparations for Black People

Kamala Harris joined black radio host Charlamagne Tha God for a live audio town hall where she indicated that she’s considering reparations for black people if elected president.

It can be recalled that Charlamagne Tha God is the same radio host who Joe Biden told, “You ain’t black” if you don’t vote for him in 2020.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Kamala’s scripted town hall, which was still a disaster despite not even being on camera.

The town hall abruptly ended as Kamala Harris rambled on about nonsense.

During the show, Harris was asked about her stance on reparations, and she said that the idea “needs to be studied.”

She then continued with her typical talking point that she “grew up in the middle class.”

After the last four years, we all deserve reparations for suffering under the Harris-Biden Regime while illegal aliens receive handouts paid for by our hard-earned money.

After Locking Up 1000s For Weed Possession, Kamala Harris Patronizes Black Men In Pot Pandering Scheme

On track to post Democrats’ worst presidential-election performance with blacks in 64 years, a desperate Kamala Harris smashed the vote-buying button on Monday, proposing an “Opportunity Agenda” for black men that includes dishing out one million “forgivable loans” at $20,000 each.

The loans would be offered to black entrepreneurs “in partnership with trusted organizations like mission-driven lenders and banks with a proven commitment to their communities,” the Harris-Walz campaign said. If these “forgivable loans” are anything like the ones dished out to businesses during the madness of Covid stimulus, they’ll be loans in name only — meaning this is just a blatant wealth redistribution scheme aimed at buying black votes.

Unsurprisingly, the campaign provided few details about the program’s requirements — such as just how black one will need to be to qualify.

The pledge comically evidences Harris’ generationally-terrible poll numbers among blacks. Consider that, in 2012, President Obama owned the black vote by an 85-point margin. Today, Harris is up by just 54 points. The numbers are even worse among black men age 18 to 45: Obama won by 81, and Harris is up 41. Among all black men and women, Harris is poised to have the lowest share of the black vote since John F. Kennedy faced Richard Nixon in 1960.

Heinz Pulls Two ‘Racist’ Ads After Backlash

In a world where everything is racist, you can’t have a black person in an ad for tomato ketchup without legions of snowflakes complaining it perpetuates negative stereotypes and demanding that it be cancelled.

Ketchup kings Heinz folded like a soggy burger bun when they became the target of the angry puritan mob, pulling not one but two adverts after some complaints, likely mostly from white people with deep set guilt complexes.

The first ad, for a ‘family size’ pasta sauce, appeared on the London Underground and depicted a black woman getting married to a white man, with family members also in the picture.

At the meal they are eating the pasta with the sauce.

Seems diverse, right? Wrong.

Because there is no ‘black father’ present it’s actually deeply racist… or something.

It’s “shocking” that there are only two black people(?) out of five in the ad.

The lighter skinned people are looking at the black girl stuffing her face with pasta in a disparaging way, so it’s even more racist… or something.
