Liberal Journos Already Trying to Play the Joe Biden Card on Graham Platner – We Were Lied To!

Far left journalist Molly Jong-Fast appeared on MSNOW last night and tried to claim that the Platner campaign and his supporters lied to her and other people in the press about his scandals.

This is the exact same thing they tried to do after Joe Biden was forced out of the 2024 election. They played victims and claimed that they were lied to and that they knew nothing.

Do they really think this is going to work? No one with a brain is going to believe this.

Townhall reports:

After President Joe Biden was unceremoniously dumped from the 2024 presidential campaign, a lot of Democrats and their allies in the media started playing dumb, claiming they had no idea just how bad Joe Biden’s cognitive condition actually was…

Now they’re doing the same thing with Graham Platner, with Molly Jong-Fast going on MS NOW to say the media was ‘sold a character arc’ by the Platner camp.

“A lot of us, I interviewed him for my podcast, I talked to his team, when the first New York Times article came out I said, ‘This reads sort of funny, what else is there? What else is coming out?’ and everyone told me up and down, absolutely not. And I think all of heard that same thing from him, from his team: nothing else coming out, this is clearly a misunderstanding, there is nothing more coming out,” Jong-Fast said.

“We were sold an arc, right? A character arc, of a person who had blacked out but no longer did that behavior,” she continued, “now, I should have asked him when I interviewed him if he was drinking still. Because there’s only one way you get those blackouts and that’s from drinking. And the idea we were sold this character arc, this person who gets better, who got better, but he wasn’t maybe better.”

OH PLEASE: Gavin Newsom Suggests Liberals Don’t Have a Compliant Media Ecosystem Like Conservatives Do

During a recent podcast appearance with a host from MSNOW, California Governor Gavin Newsom criticized conservative media outlets. Newsom suggests that the right has an entire system of media that creates narratives and carries talking points for Republicans. He then claims that liberals have nothing like that.

This is laugh-out-loud ridiculous.

Liberals have the entire media, with the possible exception of FOX News, which Newsom uses repeatedly to make his asinine point.

Outlets like CNN, MSNOW, the traditional networks, and all of the major newspapers frame the news in ways that try to give the Democrats an advantage every single day.

From Townhall:

Newsom is saying, with a straight face, that Democrats don’t hav the same friendly media ecosystem that Republicans do.

No, seriously.

“I mean Trump is triumphed 24/7 on these grievance networks and they come in … look, you’ve got The Daily Wire, goes to the California Post, the California Post goes to the New York Post, New York Post goes to The Five. The Five goes to the lineup of the primetime news hosts … goes right to the f***ing Oval Office,” Newsom said. “Then we’ve got Fox & Friends … then you’ve got Chris Rufo, one of the greats … it’s this circular ecosystem, this sewer that has a presidential seal and gold leaf now.”

“With respect, I don’t see that on MSNBC,” Newsom added. “I sure as hell don’t see it on CNN. I don’t see it anywhere.”

MSNOW CLOWN SHOW: Mika Blasts Trump for Questioning LA Mayor Race, Panel Then Floats Conspiracy Theories About Republicans Stealing the Midterms

MSNBC may have changed their name to MSNOW, but it’s still the same downright ridiculous network it has always been.

This morning, host Mika Brzezinski tore into President Trump for questioning the Los Angeles mayor race, implying that Trump is pushing conspiracy theories, even though millions of Americans agree with him and think the process has been completely mired in voter fraud.

Then, moments later, her panel launched into an entire segment speculating about how Republicans are going to try to steal the midterm elections.

You see how that works? Raising questions about something that is actually happening in front of our eyes is dangerous misinformation. Yet they are free to speculate about fantasy fraud that hasn’t happened.

Heads they win, tails you lose. Every single time.

Transcript via NewsBusters:

MIKA BRZEZINSKI: President Trump amplifying baseless claims of election fraud in California. This continues as vote counts show his endorsed candidate, Spencer Pratt, has been defeated in the Los Angeles mayoral race. Trump took to social media yesterday, writing in part, quote, “Not possible for Spencer Pratt to have lost the LA runoffs after the big lead he had. Rigged elections.” Here we go again…

That’s how California counts its ballots every year. I’ll speak slowly for those who are confused…

But I think the bigger picture is, there seems to be some sort of preparation going on here. That’s just my analysis. But it doesn’t feel good looking ahead to the midterms, the way these Republicans are behaving.

WILLIE GEIST: You’re not alone in that thought, by the way, Mika…

JIM VANDEHEI: Yeah, I mean, it really sucks for democracy. This is the stuff you see happen in a broken country, in a Third World country, where they’ve not been able to govern effectively. Every time you call into question whether or not our elections are valid, you weaken the soul of the country…

JONATHAN LEMIRE: What they’re doing is laying the groundwork.

MIKA: Yeah, what’s really going on?

LEMIRE: Two different plays they could take while claiming conspiracies as we look towards November’s midterms. They could claim irregularities, they can claim conspiracies and actively take measures to interfere with the vote.

Canadian MS NOW Host Says He Feels “Deep Unease” About Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary Because of Racism, Says America “Never Fully Reckoned With Slavery”

MS NOW’s Ali Velshi, during a recent segment, gave an insane take on America’s upcoming 250th anniversary, insinuating that Americans should have “conflicting feelings” about celebrating the Fourth of July this year because of slavery.

Velshi, a Kenyan-born Canadian citizen who just got his US citizenship in 2015, felt the need to lecture Americans about “racial dynamics” and attack our history.

“Anniversaries are imperfect records of the thing which is being celebrated,” the America-hating foreigner.

“In America’s case, anniversaries often gloss over the racial dynamics underlying much of America’s history and politics, issues that remain unsolved because America has never actually fully reckoned with its racist past and its original founding sin of slavery.”

Velshi went on to tell viewers of the failing news network that he feels “deep unease” celebrating “our so-called democracy,” because of… “unresolved racial politics.”

“omen and black Americans have seen their rights taken away. The Voting Rights Act has effectively been gutted. A number of states are continuing to gerrymander their congressional maps ahead of the midterm elections, with the explicit effect of taking away political power on black Americans,” he continued.

“If you’ve got conflicting feelings about America’s upcoming anniversary, like you want to celebrate the ideals that America strives for, which are noble and should be celebrated, but lament the state of the country, you’re not alone. At least I’m with you on this.”

MSNOW Anchor Gets KICKED OUT of Violent Newark Anti-ICE Protest by Police — Then Complains on Live TV

An MSNOW anchor was forced away from the scene of a chaotic anti-ICE protest outside Delaney Hall in Newark, New Jersey, after police moved in to restore order—and then spent the live segment complaining that law enforcement was preventing him from covering the story.

The protest outside the ICE detention facility had already spiraled into a tense confrontation between demonstrators and police.

Officers in tactical gear, shields, and batons moved into the area as the scene grew increasingly unstable. Flashbangs were reportedly heard, arrests were made, and police were forced to establish a larger perimeter around the facility.

Yet MSNOW still tried to frame the situation as if law enforcement was the problem.

During the live report, the anchor described a large police presence outside Delaney Hall and repeatedly noted that officers were pushing him and his crew farther away from the protest. Police told him to step back as officers moved in to secure the area.

Instead of simply complying, the anchor repeatedly questioned officers about how far he had to move, whether he could stay where he was, and why he was being removed from the scene.

“We are press, though,” the anchor told police during the broadcast.

The officer’s answer was simple: everybody had to move back.

That should have been the end of the discussion. When police are trying to control a protest that has already become volatile, the press does not get to decide where the security line should be. Law enforcement does.

But the MSNOW anchor continued complaining on air, saying the order to move back would hurt his ability to cover what was happening.

He later said multiple officers were escorting him and his crew away from the scene, as if police were doing something suspicious by making sure the media followed the same safety instructions as everyone else.

The irony was obvious. The same media outlet that regularly lectures Americans about “respecting institutions” suddenly had a problem when police officers gave basic crowd-control instructions during an anti-ICE protest.

The anchor also claimed he was trying to “bear witness” to what was happening at Delaney Hall. But the situation outside the facility was not a press freedom seminar. It was a protest that had gotten out of hand.

When police deploy a large number of officers, move barricades, and push people away from a scene, that usually means the area is no longer safe.

MSNOW Host Claims Joe Biden’s Health Was ‘Litigated Exhaustively’ But Trump’s Health is Getting a Pass

MSNOW Host Jonathan Capehart appeared on PBS this weekend and claimed that Joe Biden’s health was examined closely by the media and the public, then suggested that Trump is getting a pass on the same issue.

While this is laughable, it exposes the fact that the liberal media is really angry at Jill Biden for making the public focus on this issue once again through her recent comments about her husband.

It also shows how dishonest they are. Biden’s health issues were denied by the media for years. Anyone on the right who brought it up was labeled as a conspiracy theorist and accused of pushing ‘cheap fakes.’

Transcript via Real Clear Politics:

JONATHAN CAPEHART, MS NOW: That’s not what she even said.

The day after, said, you answered every question, Joe.

This is not helpful. This is not helpful, certainly for Democrats, who have a unique ability to circle the wagons and then just fire at each other while Republicans watch with glee. This is a sort of a second self-inflicted wound on the party, the first one being earlier last week with the draft of that autopsy that was released.

To my mind, to your point, Joe Biden’s health has been litigated up and down, even when he was in the White House, which stands in stark contrast to what is happening today with the current sitting president, who went in for yet another physical at Walter Reed. He’s only been in the job for 18 months.

Three visits to Walter Reed? Why are we, as a profession, not talking as extensively and exhaustively and urgently about the health of the sitting president of the United States, when we did that to Joe Biden for four years?

MSNOW Appalled After Republican Senate Candidate Says “It’s Not A Sin To Be White” In Anti-DEI Campaign Ad

The Patriot Perspective has recently switched its main platform from YouTube, and we would greatly appreciate it if you subscribed to us there. [HERE]

MSNOW had a full meltdown after Kentucky Republican Senate candidate Rep. Andy Barr released a campaign ad attacking DEI and declaring, “It’s not a sin to be white.”

Barr, who recently won the Republican nomination for Kentucky’s U.S. Senate race, is running to replace retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell. He will face Democrat Charles Booker in November, setting up a major general election fight in a state Republicans have dominated in federal races for years.

The controversy began with Barr’s campaign ad, where he blasted diversity, equity, and inclusion programs as “dumb, evil indoctrination.”

“You know what DEI really stands for? Dumb, evil indoctrination. Woke liberals spew it. Corporate losers fall for it. But thanks to Trump, America is rejecting that trash. And I’m leading the fight to end it for good,” Barr said in the ad.

Then came the line that sent the left into hysteria.

“It’s not a sin to be white. It’s not against the law to be male. And it shouldn’t be disqualifying to be a Christian,” Barr said. “I’m Andy Barr, and I approve this message to give woke liberals something else to cry about.”

Apparently, that was enough to leave MSNOW stunned.

MSNOW Senior Washington Correspondent Thinks Abortion and Trans Kids Are ‘Kitchen Table Issues’

Eugene Daniels is the senior Washington correspondent for MSNOW and he has a rather untraditional take on what the term ‘kitchen table issues’ means to most people.

During a recent segment about the Democrat autopsy of the 2024 election, Daniels was asked what he thinks Democrats should do going forward.

Daniels suggested that it is possible for Democrats to continue embracing identity politics while also talking about things like abortion and trans kids, which he goes on to suggest are kitchen table issues.

Someone needs to clue him in that for the vast majority of the country, those are not actually kitchen table issues.

NewsBusters reported:

Eugene Daniels Says Dems Should Focus On Kitchen Table Issues Like Trans Kids

Even by the low standards of MS NOW, senior Washington correspondent Eugene Daniels’s Thursday appearance on Chris Jansing Reports was a stellar example of how not to do journalism. Daniels’s title suggests that the network views him as a reporter, but he decided to go full activist. According to him, Democrats need “to be more comfortable with power” and that the party needs to focus more on “kitchen table issues,” which he somehow defined as abortion and gender transitioning children.

Reacting to the DNC’s autopsy, Jansing read a portion aloud that suggested Democrats’ problem is that they are just too smart for the electorate, “They claim Republicans are just better at politics. Quote, ‘At times it seems Democrats are trying to win arguments while Republicans are focused on winning elections. Democrats operate in an ecosystem defined by reason, even in cycles when the electorate is defined by rage.’ What should Democrats do with that?”…

Usually, kitchen table issues mean things like the jobs or the cost of living, but Daniels took an extremely broad definition:

When you talk about whether or not people can have access to healthy abortions—safe abortions, that is a kitchen table issue, right? Whether or not a trans kid can get the services they need, that is a kitchen table issue for families. So, it’s about crafting the message in a way that actually gets to the point that Chuck and a lot of other folks say, which is people look at the money leaving their pockets, they look at the party in power, they want some change, and they’re willing to flirt with candidates and with parties they haven’t been before.

Rev. Al Sharpton Pushes Jim Crow FEARMONGERING as Democrats Melt Down Over Redistricting Fight

Rev. Al Sharpton appeared on MSNOW Sunday and pushed the left’s latest political narrative: Republican redistricting is supposedly the modern version of the civil rights battles of the 1960s.

The segment focused on a protest in Montgomery, Alabama, where civil rights and faith leaders gathered under the banner “All Roads Lead to the South.”

Sharpton and the panel framed the fight over redistricting as a direct attack on black and Latino voters, comparing current political disputes to Selma, Jim Crow, and the historic fight for voting rights.

But the entire argument showed exactly how Democrats use race when they cannot win a normal political debate.

Redistricting has always been political. Democrats draw maps to benefit Democrats. Republicans draw maps to benefit Republicans. That does not suddenly become Jim Crow when the map benefits Republicans instead of Democrats.

Yet on MSNOW, the left tried to make the issue sound like a national civil rights emergency.

After SPLC Indictment, Democrats Scramble to Defend It as “Politically Motivated”

MSNOW’s latest segment offered a clear example of how legacy media handles politically inconvenient stories. Instead of engaging with the substance of a federal indictment, the discussion—featuring Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman—shifted toward deflection, narrative framing, and selective omission.

The underlying story is not complicated.

As previously covered by The Gateway Pundit, a federal grand jury has indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center on charges including wire fraud, false statements, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

According to prosecutors, the organization allegedly misled donors for nearly a decade—raising funds under the banner of combating extremism while secretly diverting millions of dollars to individuals connected to extremist groups.

The indictment outlines a detailed pattern. Between 2014 and 2023, more than $3 million in donor funds were allegedly funneled to individuals tied to organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan and Aryan Nations.

Donors were not informed. Instead, prosecutors describe the use of fictitious entities and concealed bank accounts to obscure where the money was actually going.

On MSNOW, however, the focus shifted almost immediately.

Rather than addressing the specifics of the indictment, Rep. Goldman emphasized the SPLC’s historical role as a “civil rights” organization and suggested that the case itself is politically motivated.

That argument sidesteps the central issue. A federal indictment is the result of a grand jury reviewing evidence presented by prosecutors.

The segment relied heavily on reputation as a substitute for analysis. The SPLC’s past work was repeatedly referenced, while the current allegations were treated as secondary or speculative. That approach creates a disconnect.

If an organization built its credibility on identifying and exposing misconduct, then allegations of internal financial misconduct should be treated as a serious institutional issue rather than dismissed as partisan noise.

There was also a noticeable effort to broaden the conversation into unrelated political territory.
