FBI Confirms Hunting Stand Near Trump’s Air Force 1: 4 Things to Know

The FBI’s deputy director provided more details about a hunting stand that was found overlooking President Donald Trump’s Air Force One in Florida, saying the agency is now using its forensic tools in an investigation.

On Oct. 19, FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the existence of the stand in a statement to multiple news outlets, including The Epoch Times.

Hunting stands, also known as tree or deer stands, are platforms that give hunters a better vantage point when hunting game such as deer.

Stand Is Dismantled

Agents with the Secret Service discovered the stand and were “very concerned” about the finding, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino told Fox News on the morning of Oct. 20.

“I believe we had our plane flown down there,” he said. “This hunting stand was appropriately dismantled. It’s being flown to our lab. I believe it’s there right now, and all the forensic tools we have, from digital tools to biometric tools, are all going to be applied to try to find out who put this up there and why.”

The Secret Service has since made changes to the security around the Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida, where the stand was found, Bongino said.

“The FBI has since taken the investigatory lead—flying in resources to collect all evidence from the scene, and deploying our cell phone analytics capabilities,” Patel said in his Oct. 19 statement. “We are working with our [Justice Department] partners on service of any legal process required and will provide updates when able.”

White House agrees to cancel student debt for millions of borrowers

The Trump administration says it is canceling student debt for millions of borrowers — a pivot from its previous moves to block some loan forgiveness plans.

In an agreement with the American Federation of Teachers, the White House will again start processing student loan forgiveness for eligible borrowers in two income-driven repayment plans — Income-Contingent Repayment and Pay as You Earn — until they expire.

President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” is slated to phase out those two programs by July 1, 2028. They have over 2.5 million enrollees total, a higher ed expert estimated.

“This is a tremendous win for borrowers. With today’s filing, borrowers can rest a little easier,” said Winston Berkman-Breen, legal director for Protect Borrowers, which acted as counsel for the teachers’ union.

“The US Department of Education has agreed to follow the law and deliver congressionally mandated affordable payments and debt relief to hard-working public service workers across the country, and will do so under court supervision. We fully intend to hold them to their word.”

Trump Says Ukraine Should Give Up Territory in Donbas to End War

President Donald Trump said on Oct. 19 that Ukraine should give up territory in the Donbas region already under Russian control in order to end the war.

“We think that what they should do is just stop at the lines where they are, the battle lines,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One.

“They should stop right now at the battle lines. Go home. Stop killing people and be done.”

When asked what should happen to the eastern Donbas region, Trump said: “Let it be cut the way it is. It’s cut up right now. I think 78 percent of the land is already taken by Russia.

“You leave it the way it is, right now. They can negotiate something later on down the line.”

The president, however, said that he never discussed ceding the whole Donbas territory to Moscow during his recent meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

On Oct. 17, Trump hosted Zelenskyy at the White House, during which the president expressed hope that he would be able to resolve the Russia–Ukraine war without sending Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv.

The visit followed what Trump called his “very productive” phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Oct. 16.

“I think he wants to end the war,” Trump said of Putin as he met with Zelenskyy in the Cabinet room at the White House. “I spoke to him yesterday for two-and-a-half hours.”

Pardoned Capitol rioter arrested for allegedly threatening to murder Hakeem Jeffries

A pardoned Capitol rioter has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries while he spoke at a New York event.

Christopher Moynihan, 34, allegedly said in a text that he would “eliminate” the Brooklyn Democrat during his Monday speech at the Economic Club of New York, according to a court filing seen by CBS News.

“Hakeem Jeffries makes a speech in a few days in NYC I cannot allow this terrorist to live,” Moynihan, who was pardoned nine months ago by President Trump, allegedly wrote in the message.

“Even if I am hated, he must be eliminated,” he also allegedly stated, according to the filing. “I will kill him for the future.”

Force investigation on a felony charge of making a terroristic threat. He is due in court in Dutchess County, NY, on Thursday, court filings show.

He was arraigned in local court in Clinton, NY, and remanded to the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center “in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, a $30,000 bond, or an $80,000 partially secured bond,” state troopers said in a statement.

CNN’s Tapper: Dems Created Expiration Date for Obamacare Subsidies, Not GOP

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Lead,” host Jake Tapper pushed back on Rep. Jamie Raskin’s (D-MD) claim that the expiration of Affordable Care Act subsidies that are at issue in the government shutdown is a Republican policy by noting that the expiration date for the Obamacare subsidies is something Democrats put in place, not the Republicans.

While discussing the expiration of the Affordable Care Act subsidies and the politics of the issue, Raskin said, “I have not heard any Democrats, none have said to me, oh, let’s just allow this terrible Republican policy to go forward so we can beat them on it next year.”

Tapper then said, “Congressman, you called it a terrible Republican policy. Democrats are the ones that put in this end date into these COVID-era Obamacare premium extensions, not Republicans. But, be that as it may, do you have the votes? If Speaker Johnson (R-LA) were to say, okay, fine, we’re going to have a vote on this tomorrow, have you and your Democratic colleagues lobbied five to ten Republicans in the House to support you so that if this were to come up for a vote, it would pass?”

Leftists Overwhelm Small Farm With Death Threats For Hosting Conservative Think Tank

In my Oct. 2 article for The Federalist, I detailed a chilling 2,500 percent spike in indexed internet content pairing “Trump” with “fascist” over the past 10 years, with the biggest surge happening since mid-2024. This spike in dangerous rhetoric is evidence of a left-wing effort to dehumanize conservatives as existential threats.

From Hillary Clinton likening Trump’s rallies to Nazi gatherings to Kamala Harris branding him a “fascist” threat to democracy, the language has poisoned discourse and, as we’ve seen, inspired real-world harm — including assassination attempts on Trump and the recent murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk by a radical immersed in anti-Trump echo chambers.

This toxic playbook has now played out in microcosm in Austin, Texas, where a Reddit mob’s incendiary pressure campaign against a local farm not only forced an event cancellation for a conservative group, but allegedly escalated to death threats against the owners and their employees.

It’s a stark reminder: Words like “fascist” aren’t just insults; they’re weapons.

The saga began on Oct. 15, 2025, when a Reddit user in the r/Austin subreddit posted a thread titled “Yikes. Boggy Creek Farms is hosting Texas Public Policy Foundation.” The post lambasted the conservative think tank Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF), my employer, as a “fascist” front for Christian nationalism, Project 2025, and billionaire oil interests, urging users to shame the farm into canceling a family-friendly event on regenerative agriculture and “Make America Healthy Again” for the TPPF-affiliated Liberty Leadership Council, a 40-and-under professional organization.

The event, which went on as scheduled at TPPF’s offices, featured Texas Republican state Rep. Helen Kerwin (mother of the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins), the author of a bill to keep PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl) chemicals out of sewage-based fertilizer — a cause that one would presume would see support across the political spectrum.

Commenters quickly piled on, calling for boycotts, supplier drops, and even fake RSVPs to sabotage the gathering. One user equated hosting TPPF to platforming the Klan or Nazis, framing the venue’s desired “neutrality” as complicity with “oppressors.” The thread, which garnered hundreds of upvotes and comments, has since been deleted by the original poster, but its impact was immediate and devastating.

James O’Keefe Exposes MASSIVE $100 BILLION Federal Contracting Scam

An explosive new undercover investigation by O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) released Monday on X has blown the lid off a massive federal contracting scandal, a $100 billion scheme exploiting taxpayer-funded minority-preference programs under the Biden Administration.

In a shocking undercover video posted on X, OMG revealed how ATI Government Solutions, a federal contractor supposedly “Native American-owned,” admitted to exploiting the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program to grab over $100 million in no-bid government contracts, while outsourcing up to 80% of the work to other firms.

“I tell you pass-throughs are a great thing!”
“We only do 20%… The rest goes to subs.”
“And remember, there’s no competition.”

James O’Keefe, posing as representatives from a fake cybersecurity firm called “Sev-Zero Solutions,” met Cromwell under the guise of hiring her catering side business.

Within minutes, the ATI executive bragged about how the company leverages its Native American tribal affiliation with the Susanville Indian Rancheria to obtain exclusive federal contracts, then turns around and pays subcontractors to do almost all the work.

O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) reported:

Within two minutes of sitting down with Melayne at a restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, she volunteered the entire scheme – no prompting, no hesitation. She told us she was the Director of Contracts for ATI Government Solutions. Then she dropped the real bombshell:

“Because we’re Native American-owned, we’re heavily favored for government contracts.” “There’s no bidding war.” Said Cromwell

She explained how ATI uses its tribal status to lock down multi-million dollar no-bid contracts, then passes off the majority of the work to subcontractors-firms that would never qualify on their own. Meanwhile, ATI keeps the lion’s share of the cash. Cromwell revealed to our undercover journalist;

“So, a lot of our subcontractors bid on contracts that were perfect in their industry, but because they weren’t Native American, they wouldn’t win it,” she said. “So we bid on it for them, they become our sub, and it’s an automatic win because you’re Native American status. There’s no bidding war.”

Under the 8(a) system, meant to empower disadvantaged businesses, “pass-through” contractors such as ATI serve as paper fronts, taking much of the money off the top while doing little or none of the work. Cromwell admitted the company performs only 20% of its multi-million-dollar no-bid federal contracts, subcontracting out the remaining 80% – a textbook case of a “pass-through” scheme.

“Correct. Yeah. They’re doing most of the work. But you want to really stay on, make sure they’re on time.”

“So, we do about 20% of the work.”

“You don’t want to share that,” – Cromwell added.

In short, ATI secures the contracts, gets the money, acts as a passthrough and it’s the tax payer who gets screwed over.

On paper, ATI is owned by the Susanville Indian Rancheria, a federally recognized native american tribal entity, in northern california.

Arian confirmed to us that if they were to appear as the owners of our company it would make it easier to obtain government contracts, and goes on to claim that we may need to relinquish 51% of the ownership to them.

OMG Undercover Journalist: “So really, it’s really just coming up with a number that you would want in order to appear to be the owner of our company. So we’ll discuss what percentage you would get when we come to the signing of the contract.”

Melayne confirms that ATI is abiding by this 51% tribal ownership…on paper.

“51% On paper. Correct. as long as it’s on paper. That you’re 51%, you’re good to go.” Said Cromwell.

ATI may be 51% tribally owned by the Susanville Indian Rancheria ON PAPER, But Melayne revealed to us that ATI was founded in collaboration with the Rancheria by two caucasian DC executives; Firmadge Crutchfeld and Scott Deutschman. And that they manage all of ATI’s operations.

In 2024, the Biden-Harris Administration awarded a record-breaking $183 billion in federal contracts to “small businesses,” including those under “socially disadvantaged” categories like 8(a).

But as the OMG exposé shows, many of these firms are front companies exploiting racial-preference loopholes to funnel billions to private consultants and politically connected insiders.

Cincinnati Police Chief Who Was Sued For Anti-White Discrimination Placed on Leave

Cincinnati Police Chief Terri Theetge was placed on paid administrative leave after she was sued for anti-white bias.

“The City continues to face serious public safety challenges that underscore the need for stability at the command level. Therefore, I’ve named Assistant Chief Adam Hennie as Interim Police Chief. Our focus remains on maintaining stability within the department and ensuring the highest standards of service to our residents. I have full confidence in Interim Chief Hennie and the department’s command staff to continue their dedicated work at this time,” said City Manager Sheryl Long, WLWT reported.

“Assistant Chief Adam Hennie has been named interim chief,” the outlet reported.

Recall that Theetge previously blamed social media after a violent mob of mostly black males beat a white couple at jazz festival over the summer.

Teresa Theetge held a press conference on the beating of the white couple.

Theetge said five people in connection to the mob beating were charged. She also blasted social media posters for their coverage of the mob beatings.

“The post that we’ve seen does not depict the entire incident. That is one version of what occurred,” Theetge said.

“I think by the irresponsibility with social media is it just shows one side of the equation quite frequently without context, without factual context, and then people run with that and then it grows legs and it becomes something bigger that we then have to try to manage as part of the investigation,” she said.

“Social media and mainstream media and their commentaries are misrepresentation of the circumstances surrounding any given event,” she added.

Federal Judge Blocks Push to Remove Gender Ideology From Sex Ed Curricula

A federal judge in Oregon said during a hearing on Monday that she plans to issue an injunction stopping the Trump administration from requiring several Democratic-led states to remove references to gender ideology from their sexual health education curricula as a condition of receiving federal grant funding.

U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken, based in Eugene, made the comments in reference to a lawsuit filed by 16 states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wisconsin, as well as the District of Columbia. The states of Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota are leading the group.

The lawsuit centers on an executive order issued by President Donald Trump on Jan. 20—the first day of his second term.

The order called for federal agencies to recognize two sexes, male and female, and to ensure that grant funds do not support “gender ideology.”

The Department of Health and Human Services published notices in August that recipients of grants from the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) and the Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education programs must not include content teaching that gender identity is separate from biological sex.

The department also sent 46 states and territories letters in which it mandated the removal of any such references from federally funded materials within 60 days. Non-compliance led to actions including the termination of California’s PREP grant after the state did not change its educational content.
