Trump Frees Executive Who Defrauded Thousands

President Trump has commuted the sentence of David Gentile, setting the private equity executive free after serving less than two weeks of a seven-year prison term for his role in a $1.6 billion fraud scheme. Gentile was convicted in August 2024, alongside co-defendant Jeffry Schneider, on securities and wire fraud charges and sentenced in May. Prosecutors said they used private equity funds controlled by Gentile’s firm, GPB Capital, to defraud about 10,000 investors. US attorney Joseph Nocella Jr. said the sentences were “a warning to would-be fraudsters that seeking to get rich by taking advantage of investors gets you only a one-way ticket to jail.” Gentile, 59, reported to prison on Nov. 14 and was released Wednesday, the New York Times reports.

The commutation, unlike a pardon, does not erase the conviction. Schneider, who received a six-year sentence, has not been granted clemency. Prosecutors for the Eastern District of New York, said Gentile and Schneider misrepresenting fund performance and used investor capital to make distribution payments, creating a false appearance of profitability. Victims, described as “hardworking, everyday people” including small-business owners and veterans, submitted over 1,000 statements detailing their losses. One investor wrote, “I lost my whole life savings. I am living from check to check.” A White House official defended Trump’s commutation to Reuters.

The claim by the Justice Department during the Biden administration of a Ponzi scheme was “profoundly undercut by the fact that GPB had explicitly told investors what would happen,” the official said. “At trial, the government was unable to tie any supposedly fraudulent representations to Mr. Gentile.” It’s not clear whether the commutation will affect financial penalties, per the Times. In June, prosecutors sought forfeitures of more than $15.5 million from Gentile and $12 million from Schneider, and a court-appointed receiver has access to over $700 million for potential distribution to investors. Civil claims against GPB Capital are ongoing. Adam Gana, an attorney for investors, criticized the release of Gentile, saying, “This guy belongs in prison.”

Outrageous: Wichita State Admits To Hiding Taxpayer Funded ‘LGBT’ Services in Leaked Audio

In the latest outrageous use of taxpayer money, a university official was reportedly caught on a recording “admitting that the school is hiding its LGBTQ medical services,” according to a report from Campus Reform.

This continues the trend of colleges continuing their Woke agenda under false pretenses.

Heather Stafford, Wichita State University’s Director of Student Health Services, said that the school does not include its LGBTQ-related medical services on its website anymore “for obvious reasons” in leaked audio posted by Libs of TikTok.

Libs of TikTok is a patriot who has been exposing the so-called “Alphabet Soup Mafia” and the grooming agenda for America to see.

Director Stafford was very clear about their agenda.

“We still do them,” Stafford said. “We still have them available for our students. We do PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention. We do DoxyPEP for STI prevention, and we do gender-affirming hormones for students who are ages 19 years and older.”

Stafford even admitted this has been going on for several years.

As Campus Reform rightly pointed out, this hidden Woke agenda comes despite a Trump administration crackdown on DEI in so-called “higher education”.

As reported, this year, President Donald Trump issued the Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity Executive Order.

Under this Executive Order, schools risk losing federal funding if they engage in DEI, which many view as discrimination.

“The Kansas Board of Regents also issued guidance to state universities following the passage and governor’s signature of Senate Bill 125, instructing schools to eliminate any mandates, policies, programs, preferences and activities relating to diversity, equity and inclusion.”

All parties have declined to comment at this time.

Netanyahu asks Israeli president for pardon

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has submitted a formal pardon request to President Isaac Herzog, the presidential office has announced. The PM has been plagued by corruption allegations since the mid-2010s, yet consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Herzog’s office on Sunday said it had received a letter from Netanyahu and a massive 111-page document from his lawyer Amit Hadad. The presidency said it was aware “that this is an extraordinary request” that potentially carries “significant implications.”

“Granting this request will allow the prime minister to devote all of his time, abilities, and energy to advancing Israel in these critical times and to dealing with the challenges and opportunities that lie before it,” Hadad argued in the request.

Granting the prime minister a pardon would supposedly “help mend rifts between different sectors of the public,” as well as contribute to “strengthening the country’s national resilience,” Netanyahu’s lawyer suggested.

Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego Lied on VA Mortgage Application, Claimed DC as Primary Residence – Kari Lake Calls for Investigation: “Is His Main Residence in DC or Arizona? That is a Crime.”

Kari Lake is calling for accountability for her 2024 Senate opponent, Ruben Gallego, over a $940,000 VA-guaranteed loan for a DC home that he fraudulently secured in 2022 by listing the address as his primary residence.

Kari Lake faced Gallego in the 2024 general election for Arizona’s US Senate seat but lost under mysterious circumstances. Lake also said in a recent interview with The Gateway Pundit, “When we start to dig further into the election fraud that’s been happening for a long time in Arizona, I think there’s gonna be some hell to pay.”

Despite being a Congressman from Arizona at the time, he listed his Washington, DC home and his Phoenix, Arizona Home as primary residences to secure a more favorable interest rate. Gallego abused the Department of Veterans Affairs home loan program, which is designed to make it easier for veterans to buy a home with a lower down payment and a lower interest rate, for use as a primary residence. The loan can only be used for a second home if the home is occupied as a primary residence.

As Politico reported in 2023,

When Arizona Senate candidate Ruben Gallego bought a house near Capitol Hill last year, he claimed the Washington property as his primary residence as part of a special mortgage rate afforded to military veterans.

But Gallego and his wife also say a home they own in Phoenix is their primary residence.

The loan documents for the Washington property, obtained by POLITICO, confirmed he counts D.C. as his primary home even though his campaign maintains he resides in Arizona. Politically, it means the Democratic congressman aiming to take out Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.) in a hotly contested race next year may have to explain why he declared he was primarily a resident of the nation’s capital.

Gallego signed terms for a Veterans Affairs-backed loan in which he agreed to “occupy, establish, and use the Property as [the] Borrower’s principal residence within 60 days,” according to the loan document.

In September 2024, Lake highlighted this scandal, while condemning Gallego’s horrendous record, including his involvement in opening a bank for illegal aliens that defaulted and robbed its clients, working for a company that settled for $2.8 million in a medicare fraud investigation, and walking out on his wife when she was nine months pregnant to shack up with a DC lobbyist with whom he had a secret wedding.

Notably, his marriage license with wife Sydney Gallego is also from Washington, DC.

“I actually live in this state. And on federal forms, he said he lives in Washington, DC; that’s his main residence,” Lake said.

Trump Terminates All Biden-Era Executive Orders, Documents Signed By Autopen

President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he was moving to reverse all executive orders and documents from his predecessor, former President Joe Biden, that were signed with autopen technology.

“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect,” the president announced in a Truth Social post.

“The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States. The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally,” the post continued.

“Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Thicko Rep. Jasmine Crockett Says She Only Wants to Deport U.S. Citizens She Considers ‘White Supremacists’

Thicko Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett has her own deportation plan, and it doesn’t involve illegal immigrants.

During an appearance on MSNBC on Saturday, Crockett weighed in on the Trump administration’s ongoing crackdown against the scourge of illegal immigration.

“Obviously, in Trump’s America, this is exactly what he wants, and the idea that one person can get out of line and commit such a horrific crime as shooting two of our national guardsmen that never ever actually asked to be here.”

”In fact, we know that the young lady that lost her life specifically was saying that this is a waste of time. But now you want to go against every single immigrant.”

“That doesn’t make sense, and it is frankly not who we are because if that’s the case, let’s talk about the white supremacists and how many of them need to be kicked out of this country.

“I can guarantee you, I can track down more crimes they’ve committed because overall immigrants have a lower crime committal rate than white supremacists. But we don’t wanna talk about that.”

Supreme Court Fails to Keep a Tight Leash on Police K-9 Drug-Sniff Searches That Intrude Into Vehicles, Raising Fourth Amendment Concerns

In yet another ruling that contributes to the steady normalization of police overreach, the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to rein in police K-9 drug-sniff searches during traffic stops.

By declining to hear an appeal in Mumford v. Iowa, the Court let stand an Iowa Supreme Court ruling that allows police to rely on a drug dog’s intrusion into a car’s interior during a traffic stop—even when officers lack probable cause to believe the car contains contraband. In a 5-2 decision in Mumford v. Iowa, the Iowa Supreme Court upheld as constitutional a search in which a police K-9 placed its paws on a car door and inserted its snout through an open window before alerting to drugs.

The Rutherford Institute, joined by Restore the Fourth, had urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the ruling, arguing that warrantless, nonconsensual intrusions into protected spaces violate the Fourth Amendment, which extends its protection to a person’s vehicle. The amicus brief further warned that allowing a police dog to breach the interior of a car provides no limiting principle: if a dog’s snout may trespass inside a vehicle without probable cause, then so might thermal-imaging devices, x-ray scanners, fiberscopes, or other police technologies.

“What this ruling makes clear is that no American is safe from government intrusion, not even during a routine traffic stop. This is how constitutional rights are lost—not in dramatic sweeps, but in small, incremental intrusions that courts refuse to check,” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of Battlefield America: The War on the American People. “If a police dog’s snout can be used to justify a warrantless search of a car, then there is nothing to stop the government from using ever more intrusive technologies, surveillance tools, and police instrumentalities to invade our privacy with little to no judicial oversight.”

The case arose after an Iowa police officer initiated a traffic stop of Ashlee Mumford’s vehicle, claiming the last two numbers on her license plate were obscured by dirt and grime. The officer summoned a K-9 unit, and Mumford and her passenger were ordered out of the vehicle “for their own safety” while the handler walked the dog around the car to conduct a “free air sniff.” Because Mumford’s passenger had left his window open, the dog pushed its snout through the open window into the cabin before alerting to drugs. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered drugs in the glove compartment which apparently belonged to the passenger. Officers then searched Mumford’s purse—which she had taken with her upon exiting the vehicle—and found marijuana and a pipe.

Former CNN Host Jim Acosta Calls for Media to Take ‘Collective Action’ Against Trump

Former CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta urged mainstream media outlets to band together in “collective action” against President Donald Trump’s insults towards journalists.

Acosta made the call to action on the network formerly known as MSNBC, now known as “MS NOW,” on Saturday morning.

The disgraced pundit’s comments came in response to an incident earlier this month where Trump told Bloomberg reporter Catherine Lucey to be “quiet, piggy” during a press event, after she pressed him on questions related to Jeffrey Epstein’s files.

Acosta described the remark as “disgusting” and argued that if a boss spoke to a female employee that way in any other workplace, they would be fired. The reporter, of course, does not work for the president.

“Other folks in the press in the room should speak up in that moment and say, ‘Mr. President, that is not appropriate,’” Acosta said. “And, you know, double down on the questions that were asked. ‘Why didn’t you answer that question? Why are you resorting to personal attacks? Why can’t you take the heat? What’s going on here?’”

“I think the only solution to all of this is collective action,” he added.

Acosta suggested that major newspapers and networks send a formal letter to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, warning that if Trump doesn’t stop mocking journalists, they would boycott Oval Office press events and travel on Air Force One, leaving coverage to outlets like Fox News until he “cleans up [his] act.”

Pfizer buries data showing mRNA flu vaccine bombed in trial with elderly, not much better under 65

wo years ago, Pfizer anticipated that sales of its rebound-prone COVID-19 oral antiviral Paxlovid and fully approved mRNA COVID vaccine Comirnaty would plummet, but good news appeared on the horizon: The drugmaker’s mRNA flu vaccine did well in phase 3 trials in ages 18-64, and Pfizer expected to release results from the 65-and-up cohort “later this year.”

The results are finally in: Compared to a standard flu shot, the mRNA vaccine was associated with six times as many adverse events as infections prevented in adults under 65, and it outright failed in elderly people, associated with more deaths and both minor and serious injuries, from injection-site swelling to kidney problems.

The company buried the long-delayed elderly results on the government’s clinical trials website this spring, more than a year late and without announcing them to the public or investors, and gave an optimistic take on the under-65 results in the New England Journal of Medicine last week, while admitting the mRNA shot was “associated with more reactogenicity events.”

Australian and American drug industry journalists dug into the two arms of the trial, predicting mRNA jabs for flu would face an uphill climb with Trump administration regulators, who have already canceled nearly $500 million in federal projects and contracts that went toward mRNA vaccine development.

Pfizer used the same testing structure for mRNA flu shots as for its COVID shots and still found only an absolute difference of 0.32% for under-65s, requiring vaccination by 300 people to “prevent a single mild, self-limiting illness,” physician-turned-investigative journalist Maryanne Demasi wrote in an X thread summarizing her deep-dive review.

“Put simply, it’s a manufacturer-funded trial, written largely by Pfizer employees & finds its best efficacy in the endpoint that requires all samples to be shipped to a Pfizer-run central lab for adjudication,” Demasi said.

Retarded Gov. Tim Walz Dodges Accountability for His Somali Illegals Committing Fraud in Minnesota, Says Minnesota Just “Attracts Criminals” – “But to Demonize an Entire Community on the Actions of a Few, It’s Lazy!”

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on Sunday responded to revelations that more than $1 billion in federal COVID funds have been stolen by Somali Immigrants in Minnesota, dodging responsibility, touting his state’s generosity, and attempting to deflect blame from Somali aliens defrauding taxpayers.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 70 members of the Somali community in Minnesota were involved in stealing $250 million in COVID funds that were intended to feed children. Millions of dollars were stolen from American taxpayers and sent overseas to Somalia, and 80% of the money has not been recovered.

Seven defendants were tried in connection with the scheme on charges related to stealing more than $40 million in taxpayer funds, and five were found guilty. However, the FBI is still investigating an attempt by a Somali woman to bribe one of the jurors with $120,000 in cash.

But the fraud goes deeper, with multiple schemes like this over the last five years.

Per the New York Times, “Federal prosecutors say that 59 people have been convicted in those schemes so far, and that more than $1 billion in taxpayers’ money has been stolen in three plots they are investigating.”

Surprisingly, far-left NBC host Kristen Welker actually pressed him with a tough question, asking whether he takes responsibility for not stopping the fraud, which amounts to “more than Minnesota spends each year to run its Department of Corrections.”

And Walz gave a bizarre answer, championing his policies that “attract criminals.”

“We’re doing everything we can, but to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it’s lazy!” he added.
