Cenotaphs of US Mercenaries Who Died in Ukraine Appearing in US

Empty graves, or cenotaphs, of American mercenaries who fought on the side of Ukraine are appearing in the United states because their families are unable to retrieve their bodies, a RIA Novosti correspondent revealed.

There are no official figures on the number of US mercenaries killed since the beginning of Russia’s special military operation. Publicly available information suggests the number is over 100. According to publicly available data, at least one American mercenary was killed in November, at least three in October, and the same number in September.

One of the first US citizens to die this year was 23-year-old Robert from Pennsylvania, who was rejected by the US Army due to health issues. As a result, as relatives told local publications, the young man felt there was no meaning in life, working as a night security guard and wanting to become a soldier. In the spring of 2024, he joined the Ukrainian military. His family was expecting him to go on leave in January 2025. According to publicly available information, the mass desertion of foreign mercenaries led to the Ukrainian command canceling his leave, throwing him into battle near Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), where he was killed on January 3.

Dem Governor Vows To Arrest Federal Agents, Setting Up Constitutional Crisis: ‘They Will Be Held Accountable

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek and state Attorney General Dan Rayfield have vowed that they will start arresting federal agents for conducting lawful deportation operations in the state, as well as responding to sustained unrest in the state’s most populous city of Portland.

In a video statement posted to Instagram, Kotek accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of carrying out “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

“I believe, as you do, in the rule of law and keeping our communities safe. We also believe in being a welcoming place where our immigrant and refugee communities help our state thrive. The ongoing violent actions of the Federal Department of Homeland Security are unacceptable, going after Oregonians and stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

She went on to suggest that the state will be pursing criminal charges against federal agents.

“No government agency is above the law. I fully support the AG and local DAs who have put the federal government on notice. Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely. We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable, just like anyone else,” the governor continued. “I will not tolerate reckless or unconstitutional behavior in our state. While ICE activity has seen an uptick in recent weeks, so has the commitment of Oregonians to show up for each other, taking care of their neighbors, and standing up when they see something that isn’t right.”

Kotek’s comments come after Rayfield, along with Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County District Attorneys Nathan Vasquez, Kevin Barton, and John Wentworth, issued a joint letter on November 25, 2025, to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. The letter serves as “formal notice” of monitoring and potential state-level prosecutions for actions described as “excessive force during arrests” or “protest policing.”

In the letter, Rayfield claims that several Oregon residents have filed complaints about “excessive force.” It demands an immediate halt to “unlawful and reckless actions,” improved training, coordination with local law enforcement, investigation of complaints, and full cooperation with state probes.

“The Oregon Department of Justice and the three District Attorneys’ Offices are actively monitoring federal conduct and will investigate any case where a federal officer appears to be acting outside the reasonable scope of their duties.”

Oklahoma U student files discrimination report after flunking gender essay for psych class with trans instructor

A graduate assistant was removed from her position amid investigations into a contested discrimination report filed by a disgruntled student who repeatedly referenced the Bible in an essay response to an article about gender stereotypes — for a course taught by a transgender instructor.

In her essay, which was supposed to cover “how people are perceived based on societal expectations of gender,” University of Oklahoma student Samantha Fulnecky presented a biblically fueled tirade against the notion that there are multiple genders.

The psychology course’s professor, graduate student Mel Curth, who uses “she/they” pronouns, failed Fulnecky on the grounds that she neglected to address the prompt and relied more on “personal ideology” than “empirical evidence,” according to a bombshell thread shared by the university’s Turning Point USA chapter.

In the essay, Fulnecky repeats ad nauseam that she doesn’t take issue with gender stereotypes because “that is how God made us.” However, she neglected to cite the article she was responding to, save for a vague reference to “teasing as a way to enforce gender norms.”

US Agency for Global Media CEO Kari Lake Discusses Pro-CCP Corruption at Radio Free Asia and Pro-EU Radio Free Europe’s Attempted Regime Change in Hungary – SLAMS Seditious Democrats

United States Agency for Global Media CEO Kari Lake recently spoke to The Gateway Pundit about the corruption and taxpayer-funded left-wing Globalist propaganda within her agency, as she continues her many-months-long crusade to expose the rot. 

It can be recalled that Lake gave bombshell testimony before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on USAGM’s record of waste, fraud, mismanagement, self-dealing, and national security failures in June, and each day, she is finding more.

Established in 1994, the federal agency oversees taxpayer-funded grantee news outlets, including the Voice of America, the Office of Cuba Broadcasting, the Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Radio Free Asia, and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, with the intent of delivering news and information to people worldwide. However, the news content produced has become infested with leftwing ideology and Globalist propaganda, funded by taxpayers to the tune of nearly $1 billion per year.

Lake recently revealed in a Frank Speech interview that one of the grantees, Radio Free Asia (RFA), shut down its operations and began auctioning off equipment worth thousands of dollars for literal pennies, while falsely claiming that it was necessary because the US government had not paid them. Lake, however, shut down the auction and sent in auditors to “find out where every single penny went,” she said.

While speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Lake explained that RFA was attempting to offload “millions of dollars worth of equipment that was paid for by the taxpayer” from “HD cameras that cost thousands– in some cases tens of thousands of dollars– to teleprompters, to full-on, literally news sets for pennies!” This presents a national security issue, Lake said, explaining that equipment, such as hard drives and laptops, cannot simply be sold off by the independent entity “unless we have verification that they’ve been cleaned and scrubbed of any data and information that could be problematic if it got into the wrong hands.”

And despite RFA’s claims that they stopped programming and began auctioning equipment because they weren’t receiving money, Lake says, “we have paid them every single penny that was appropriated to them.”

She also revealed the “interesting” timing of their move to end news coverage and begin the fire sale, which coincided with President Trump’s visit to Busan, South Korea, for the 2025 APEC Summit, where he participated in high-stakes meetings with various Asian leaders, including Chinese President Xi Jinping. “It was right before, just a few days before, President Trump’s historic trip to Asia, his five-day trip, where he did amazing things, like signing peace agreements, signing amazing trade agreements with many Asian countries,” Lake told The Gateway Pundit. “It was really a good news tour for the President, which they did not cover because they said we didn’t pay them.” This makes sense for a USAGM grantee that Lake says “has not always been in alignment with our foreign policy” and is guilty of pushing “anti-American” and “pro-CCP coverage.”

Additionally, it was recently revealed that another USAGM grantee, Radio Free Europe (RFE), had been using its Hungarian-language service, Szabad Europa, to undermine US ally Hungary’s conservative Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, with Globalist propaganda meant “to destabilize that country,” Lake said.

New Scientific Findings Expose the Hoax Behind Meat Eating Climate Alarm

Sensational new scientific findings have blown holes in the climate hoax opinion that humans need to give up eating meat to save the planet. The effect of methane (CH4), a minor ‘greenhouse’ gas, have been grossly exaggerated to suggest that animal farming poses a significant threat to the global climate. But the invented threat relies on multiplying by around ten the length of time that CH4 stays in the atmosphere – an invention under Global Warming Potential 100 know as GWP100 that is in widespread use in activist circles, including the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. At current emission levels, five Italian scientists predict 54% less warming than under GWP100, while small decreasing emissions, possible with some changes in animal diets, produce only tiny amounts of claimed warming.

Load the vital protein-stuffed steaks on the barbie and celebrate the removal of another key plank in the climate hoax backing the ultimate luxury fantasy of Net Zero. You can go grubbing around the tropics for ‘superfood’ berries and grains, but meat is the core component of the evolved human diet. So much so that one fears the natural Darwinian process will in future start to reduce the numbers of weedy and increasingly feeble-minded individuals trying to get by on only ‘vegan’ sustenance.

Despite its obvious flaw, meat haters have persisted in using GWP100 to throw fuel on the climate crisis fire. But the fakery is exposed by the Italian scientists’ work, which accounts for methane’s short time in the atmosphere and shows large reductions in claimed warming at current levels, and even some cooling with relatively modest reductions.

Nevertheless, the Italian scientists break from the ‘consensus’ pack only up to a point, since they term all the greenhouses gases as climate ‘pollutants’ rather than trace atmospheric gases essential for all life on Earth. A rising methane emission pathway is presented showing little change from the proposed warming under GWP100, but the scenario depends on agricultural emissions rising an improbable three times faster than recent growth would suggest. Methane emissions may rise in future, but, if the need is felt, they can be controlled by a number of natural means. The cow produces protein rich natural food for humans by eating inedible grasses and vegetation that leads to enteric fermentation in its stomach. Reductions in the resulting gases between 10–30% have been achieved by non-chemical means such as rotating diet optimisation, selective breeding with animals with lower emissions and changes in husbandry techniques.

In essence, the new science paper shows that GWP100 gets it hopelessly wrong when it is used to promote the climate crisis hoax. Anti-meat eating has long been a fad of extreme environmentalism but, under cover of the command-and-control Net Zero project, it has been introduced into the mainstream. The new science findings suggest that wiping out methane emissions from livestock farming is unnecessary. If CH4 is your thing and you fear the addition of tiny amounts of cow burps and farts into the atmosphere, you need do little more than keep meat consumption at its current level. However, that might not be that relevant anyway since most methane emissions arise from a variety of sources and are subject to large natural variations.

Wisconsin’s Lib-Led Supreme Court Stacks The Congressional Map Deck

While milquetoast Republicans experience a collective tummy ache over the “fairness” of mid-decade redistricting, Democrats nationally are feasting on power-grabbing gerrymanders.  

The latest outflanking comes — not surprisingly — from Wisconsin’s liberal-controlled Supreme Court. 

‘Forum Shopping’

Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, the Badger State’s court of last resort ordered the creation of judicial panels to hear two lawsuits seeking to undo Wisconsin’s existing  congressional maps, in which six of eight House seats are held by Republicans. Interestingly, the district lines were drawn by a committee whose members were appointed by Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, a far-left Democrat. The Evers maps benefitted Democrats, but didn’t go far enough for a Democratic Party salivating over a potential congressional power grab with the help of the liberal-led Supreme Court. 

In a move oozing with partisanship, the court’s liberal justices selected some of the more far-left lower court judges in the state to serve on the two panels.

Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler, one of three conservatives on the seven-member court, argued that the majority’s orders disregard the U.S. and Wisconsin constitutions and ignore fundamental legal principles. 

“The majority not only undermines our constitutional authority and circumvents established redistricting precedent but also, again, usurps the legislature’s constitutional power,” Ziegler chided. “In allowing this litigation to proceed, the majority abdicates its constitutional superintending authority to Wisconsin’s circuit courts.”

The Republican-controlled state legislature and Wisconsin’s six GOP congressmen argue that the lawsuits confuse political representation concepts. But the Supreme Court’s majority said the argument is merely a matter of semantics, that “apportionment” and “redistricting” are used interchangeably in drawing up — or in this case, redrawing — political boundaries. And the law, the majority assert, requires the court “appoint a panel consisting of 3 circuit court judges to hear” a redistricting lawsuit. 

Conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn, who has at times sided with the liberals on the court, takes no issue with the creation of the panels. In his dissenting opinion, however, Hagedorn disagrees with the process. He argued the law is “transparently designed to prevent forum shopping in disputes over where congressional lines should be drawn.” But that’s exactly what the majority did. 

“Given the nature of this case and the statute’s implicit call for geographic diversity and neutrality, a randomly-selected panel and venue would be a better way to fulfill the statutory mandate,” the justice wrote. “Instead, my colleagues have chosen to keep this case in Dane County and leave the originally assigned Dane County judge on the panel.”  Dane County’s circuit court, located in state capital and far-left enclave Madison, is one the more left-leaning courts in the country.

Burns, that self-appointed oracle of the past, has built a career on slow pans over sepia-toned images and folksy narration that lulls you into complacency before slipping in the knife. Remember his Vietnam War series? It humanized the commies while downplaying American resolve.

Or his Civil War update, where he couldn’t resist injecting modern woke commentary? This Revolution doc is more of the same—only now, timed for the 250th anniversary, it’s a deliberate assault on the very ideals that made America great.

Eric Swalwell’s Last Stand: A Frivolous Lawsuit to Distract from His Disqualification for California Governor

‘Dead in the water’ is the only accurate description of Congressman Eric Swalwell’s campaign for California governor.

Two weeks ago in my article in the Gateway Pundit, “DISQUALIFIED! – Congressman Eric Swalwell Names Washington, DC Home as ‘Principal Residence,’ I documented that Swalwell is ineligible for the California governorship because he is in violation of the California Constitution and Election Law 349, which requires candidates to make California their “domicile” for 5 years prior to an election. Days later, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte referred Swalwell to the Department of Justice for potential mortgage fraud violations.

Late last week in response, Swalwell posted a video on Twitter/X attempting to regain control of the narrative, announcing his filing of a civil lawsuit against Pulte and the FHFA.

“I’ve decided to go on offense. Donald Trump is weaponizing the Department of Justice against his political opponents… So I have brought a privacy suit and a First Amendment retaliation suit against the administration. I hope you take a look at it.”

Guess How Many Afghan ‘National Security’ Risks Biden Allowed Into the Country

Over 5,000 Afghan nationals who were flagged for “national security” issues were allowed into the country under the Biden administration.

This revelation comes after an Afghan national named Rahmanullah Lankanwal allegedly shot two National Guard troops in Washington, D.C., killing one and leaving the other in critical condition.

More than 5,000 Afghans brought to the US after American forces withdrew from the country got flagged for “national security” issues, Department of Homeland Security data obtained by The Post reveals.

In all, the feds uncovered “potential derogatory information” on a total of 6,868 people who came from Afghanistan as part of President Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome in 2021.

Of that number, 5,005 came up with a national security concern, while 956 people had “public safety” concerns and 876 were flagged for fraud, according to the data.

DHS provided the information to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, after he posed a series of questions to the Homeland Security Department in May 2024.

While various US agencies were able to resolve many of the red flags, as of September there were still 885 people with potentially negative national security information – posing a possible threat.

Following Wednesday’s shocking ambush of two National Guards members in Washington DC, President Trump ordered a review of security and vetting protocols for migrants from 19 “high-risk” countries, along with all asylum cases approved by the prior administration.

Democrat Oregon Governor Posts Video Vowing to Prosecute Federal Agents Enforcing Immigration Laws – Echoing State AG’s Radical Threats

Democrat Oregon Governor Tina Kotek has publicly threatened to investigate and prosecute federal agents who enforce U.S. immigration laws, claiming such actions could violate state statutes.

This comes just days after the state’s Democrat Attorney General issued similar warnings, signaling a coordinated effort by Oregon liberals to obstruct national border enforcement under the Trump administration.

Kotek, in a video posted to Instagram, blasted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for what she called “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of ‘immigration enforcement.’”

The governor accused federal agents of using “excessive force, reckless tactics” that endanger bystanders and local law enforcement, insisting this is “not how public safety works.”
