College prof who fantasized about massacring whites gets promoted

The professor nominated at Emerson College to be its new dean of graduate and professional studies is a woman who has fantasized about killing white people. Lots of white people.

After all, her writings confirm that she believes black woman and white women never will be involved in “true friendships.”

It is Sam Neves, a correspondent for Campus Reform, who has written at the Federalist about Kim McLarin, a “racially divisive professor” who has been nominated by college chief William Gilligan.

The report noted that it was in an article published only a few weeks before her nomination in which went into a fantasy:

“If a civil war breaks out, I say, if violent white mobs begin roaming the country as they have done in the past, I will not worry about precision shooting. I intend to sit on my porch with my legally acquired handgun and as much ammunition as I have and perhaps a bottle of Scotch and take them as they come,” she wrote.

That followed her article in the Washington Post in which she charged black women and white women never will have “true friendships.”

The article was, in fact, headlined, “Can Black Women and White Women be True Friends?”

“Generally speaking, it’s not that I dislike white women. Generally speaking, it’s that I do not trust them. Generally speaking, most black women don’t,” she charged.

Boston University Professor Calls Property “a Racist Construct” and Justifies the Violent Protests of the George Floyd Riots

Saida Grundy, a Boston University assistant professor, called property a racist construct and urged people to refrain from judging the actions of minority communities to events such as the death of George Floyd. 

In a video posted by the University, Grundy says that the looting during the riots that followed the George Floyd case is similar to Black Americans “looting themselves” out of the place of being slaves. The video was produced to mark the second anniversary of Floyd’s death. 

“We hear President Biden say, you know, I understand your frustrations but don’t destroy property,” Grundy said in the University’s video. “Well, when you say that to Black people who historically have been property, one of our greatest weapons against injustice was the looting of ourselves as property from the system of slavery.”

“And what we see in communities is they’re reacting to the very racism of what we call property,” Grundy added.

University of Illinois Chicago wants to ban the word ‘obesity’ because focusing on body size is ‘rooted in racism’

Multiple woke academics now claim the word ‘obesity’ is racist and should be dropped in favor of ‘people with larger bodies.’  

The University of Illinois Chicago‘s school of public health published a health brief titled: ‘Addressing weight stigma and fatphobia in public health’ that explored ‘the association between racism, weight, and health.’

According to Amanda Montgomery RD, public health’s focus on preventing obesity has brought in an increase of negative attitudes towards ‘people with larger bodies’ – her preferred alternative term – and is currently one of the only socially acceptable forms of discrimination. 

The brief claims that public health approaches related to obesity can be harmful because of the focus on one outcome – weight loss- and because it tends to ignore the root cause of the issue. 

Academics say many of the causes are rooted in discrimination borne of settlers driving Native Americans off their land, then forcing black and Hispanic workers to farm that land for low pay.

“They Fall Silent”: Media Criticized For Not Caring About Church Mass Shooting Carried Out by Chinese Gunman

The legacy media and NGOs are facing criticism for largely ignoring another mass shooting over the weekend at a church in Laguna Woods which was carried out by a Chinese-born gunman who targeted Taiwanese people.

68-year-old David Chou drove to Orange County to attend a a lunch held by Irvine Taiwanese Presbyterian Church at the Geneva Presbyterian Church in the community of Laguna Woods.

After chaining shut the doors of the church and placing numerous firebombs, Chou opened fire on a gathering of mainly of elderly Taiwanese parishioners.

It was only due to the heroism of one man who tackled Chou, 52-year-old Dr. John Cheng, that more people weren’t killed. Only Cheng lost his life during the attack in the process of saving the lives of dozens of others.

It was later confirmed that the gunman had deliberately targeted Taiwanese people in a “politically motivated hate incident” because he was upset over Taiwan’s stance towards China.

You’d think the story would have garnered more media attention, but it has received barely a blip of coverage.

Karine Jean-Pierre has frequent history of accusing things of being racist

Newly installed White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has a long history of accusing policies and political enemies of “racism,” a review of her social media and TV news appearances show.

The Post looked at Jean-Pierre’s tweets between 2015 and 2020 and found a staggering 57 instances where she accused people, policies, ideas, or words of being “racist.”

And Jean-Pierre accused people and ideas she was opposed to as “racist” at least 43 times in TV appearances too, according to video clipping service Grabien, whose available analysis spanned just the first two years of President Trump’s term in office.

Her target on both social media and TV was overwhelmingly Trump.

Add Homeschooling To List Of Things The Left Says Is Racist

A leftist professor wants you to know that you’re partaking in racism if you homeschool your kids, the latest aspect of American culture that the Left has now declared racist.

On Thursday, MSNBC ran a column arguing that people who partake in homeschooling are actually helping to end public school and re-segregate society — even if they’re doing it unknowingly.

MSNBC tweeted, “It may seem harmless, but the insidious racism of the American religious right’s obsession with homeschooling speaks volumes,” while linking to the article written by University of Pennsylvania Professor Anthea Butler.

Washington Post Opinion Piece Says George Washington University’s Name Is Racist

Apparently The Washington Post doesn’t have enough writers on staff because it turned to a university student to write an opinion piece.

“George Washington University needs a new name,” reads the headline of the piece, written by Caleb Francois, a senior at the university in Washington, D.C.

“Racism has always been a problem at GW. At the university’s founding in 1821, enrollment was restricted to White men. In 1954, then-university president Marvin employed numerous efforts to preserve segregation, arguing for a ‘homogenous’ group of White students,” Francois wrote, adding that “systemic racism and inequality [are] still present on campus.”

“In 1987, Black students organized to demand more visibility in a predominantly Black city where Black students were outnumbered by huge majorities. Today, with Black enrollment at about 10 percent, Black students on campus continue to struggle for community. Despite alleged efforts by administration to enhance diversity, the admissions office continues to fail to ensure a student body with adequate minority representation.”

Francois notes that the university has never had a black president and says “European studies and White perspectives are favored over Black perspectives.”

“These problems are rooted in systemic racism, institutional inequality and white supremacy. There are at least four ways the university could achieve progress: Decolonized university curriculum, increased Black enrollment, the renaming of the university and the selection of an African American President,” Francois wrote.

The writer finally gets around to George Washington, the first president of the United States. “Just blocks from the main campus is the Mount Vernon Campus, named for George Washington’s former slave plantation. Every day, hundreds of Black students walk on a campus named after an enslaver of men and study at a site named after dark parts of history. Such sites, among other locations and buildings, are touted as glorified mementos here at GW.”

Francois then takes aim at Winston Churchill, prime minister of Britain during World War II.

“The controversial Winston Churchill Library must go. The university’s contentious colonial moniker must go. Even the university’s name, mascot and motto — ‘Hail Thee George Washington’ — must be replaced. The hypocrisy of GW in not addressing these issues is an example of how Black voices and Black grievances go ignored and highlights the importance of strong Black leadership.”

But Francois never targets the paper in which his opinion piece appeared — The Washington Post.

Degree program exclusively for Black men launched at Chicago-area college

The Chicago-area Oakton Community College has started an academy exclusively for black men in collaboration with the nearby Evanston Township High School.

The Emory Williams Academy for Black Men, which launches this fall, will provide a two-year academic program that culminates in an associate degree, assistance transferring to a four-year university, or other vocational opportunities.

The program will also offer financial aid, scholarships and “additional financial resources,” its website states. The Daily Northwestern reported it’s a “free degree program for Black, male-identifying locals.”

It will offer students academic pathways in fields such as computer science, marketing, engineering, accounting, law enforcement and criminal justice, business, and cannabis studies.

The academy’s values statement reads in part: “We advance equity by acknowledging the harm perpetrated against Black men by systemic racism in all levels of their education, and intentionally disrupting it here at the College.”

The program’s exclusion of non-Black male candidates does not run afoul of federal guidelines, according to the college.

“The development of the Emory Williams Academy does not violate any laws. Oakton Community College is an open-access institution to which all students are invited to apply, enroll and access services,” spokesman Steve Butera told The College Fix via email.
