ICYMI: MN AG Keith Ellison CAUGHT ON TAPE Promising Favors to Somali Immigrant Fraudsters — Including Now-Convicted Defendants — In Exchange for Campaign Cash

54-minute secret recording from a December 11, 2021, closed-door meeting inside Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s official state office is resurfacing amid explosive revelations that 70 Somali community members in Minnesota participated in stealing $250 million in federal COVID child-feeding funds.

On the tape released by American Experiment earlier this year, Ellison sympathizes with, encourages, and ultimately promises assistance to a group of Somali-American business leaders, many of whom would later be charged or convicted in the largest COVID relief fraud scheme in U.S. history.

The fraudulent operation, centered around the notorious nonprofit Feeding Our Future, stole an estimated $250 million in federal child nutrition funds, money intended to feed poor children but instead used to purchase luxury homes, foreign real estate, jewelry, and lavish lifestyles.

The audio reveals Ellison mocking state agency oversight, vowing to “fight” on behalf of the very operators who investigators say were deeply involved in a web of wire fraud, money laundering, and fake meal claims across Minnesota.

Soon after (on December 20, 2021), Keith Ellison’s campaign and that of his son Jeremiah Ellison received campaign donations from individuals linked to Feeding Our Future.

Among those donors was Gandi Yusuf Mohamed, a person publicly identified as tied to laundering over $1.1 M in program funds.

The Somali fraud ring that turned money for hungry children into luxury empires… and why Tim Walz and the Democrats looked the other way for an unfathomable reason

Minnesota once prided itself on its Scandinavian-style safety net – high taxes, generous benefits and a shared belief that no child should ever go hungry.

But that image lies in ruins after a billion-dollar fraud spree that siphoned taxpayer money away from the needy and poured it straight into luxury mansions, high-end cars, overseas real estate and designer lifestyles.

What authorities first hoped was a one-off pandemic scam has now been exposed as something far bigger – and far uglier.

Federal prosecutors say that over the past five years, scores of scammers – many operating inside Minnesota’s Somali diaspora – stole more than $1 billion intended for feeding children, helping homeless families and providing autism therapy.

Instead, the money bankrolled G-Wagons, Teslas, Porsches, lakefront homes, Dubai shopping sprees and beachside resorts abroad.

Minnesotans are livid – and scared. Because this wasn’t a small-time hustle – it was a full-scale hijacking of the state’s famously trusting, famously generous social-services machine.

For decades, Minnesota welcomed immigrants, and poured taxes into the public good. The state drew tens of thousands of Somali refugees fleeing civil war. Most built families, careers and political influence.

But investigators say a small number saw something else: an open-tap of easy money.

MINNESOTA SCANDAL EXPLODES: Over 480 DHS Employees Accuse Gov. Tim Walz of Orchestrating Massive Cover-Up — Retaliated Against Whistleblowers to Shield Somali Illegal Fraud Ring That Stole Over $1 Billion

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is under fire after employees from the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) issued a bombshell statement accusing the far-left governor of orchestrating a sweeping cover-up to shield a sprawling Somali immigrant fraud ring that stole more than $1 billion in taxpayer funds and punishing whistleblowers who tried to stop it.

According to DHS insiders, Walz not only ignored early warnings but actively retaliated against agency employees who sounded the alarm.

They now accuse his administration of using political intimidation, monitoring, threats, and agency manipulation to suppress evidence and silence witnesses.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 70 members of the Somali community in Minnesota were involved in stealing $250 million in COVID funds that were intended to feed children.

Millions of dollars were stolen from American taxpayers and sent overseas to Somalia, and 80% of the money has not been recovered.

Seven defendants were tried in connection with the scheme on charges related to stealing more than $40 million in taxpayer funds, and five were found guilty. However, the FBI is still investigating an attempt by a Somali woman to bribe one of the jurors with $120,000 in cash.

However, the fraud extends deeper, with multiple schemes of this nature occurring over the last five years.

Per the New York Times, “Federal prosecutors say that 59 people have been convicted in those schemes so far, and that more than $1 billion in taxpayers’ money has been stolen in three plots they are investigating.”

During an interview with NBC’s Kristen Welker, Walz responded by touting Minnesota’s “generosity” and claiming the state attracts opportunists because it is “prosperous and well-run.”

Rather than taking accountability, he dismissed concerns about foreign-led theft as lazy demonization.

How This Dem Senator Dug His Own Grave During This Sunday Morning Interview

The man is facing a potential court-martial over this shoddy stunt, but Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) opted to continue digging his own grave on the Sunday morning talk shows yesterday. Democrats have nowhere to go, so they’ve manufactured this crisis where President Trump has issued illegal orders. To clarify a crucial point here: President Trump has not done that. When pressed, these Democrats fold, because they’re peddling a hoax. Several made some cockamamie videos urging American service members to commit sedition, essentially.

Even Kelly was forced to admit that what he’s raving about doesn’t exist. As some noted, it’s not about the equally insane scenario over Trump issuing illegal orders anymore—Democrats think only they have the moral clarity to determine which orders are legal. Better yet, “we will decide which orders are illegal when we’re back in charge, so you better just not follow any of Trump’s orders, or else you might be prosecuted,” as ‘RedSteeze’ aka Stephen Miller aptly noted.

Tampon Tim Walz Says Kamala Harris Would Be a Strong 2028 Candidate

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz went on  Meet the Press, and delivered a predictable message: criticize President Donald Trump’s leadership and elevate Kamala Harris as a viable Democratic standard-bearer for 2028.

What Walz attempted to present as a thoughtful analysis quickly became an exercise in revisionism, because the record of the last administration does not support the argument he tried to make.

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Walz opened by attacking President Trump’s decision to close Venezuelan airspace.

He called the action “reckless,” insisted Americans should “be concerned,” and portrayed the move as the behavior of someone “incapable of doing the job.”

The problem for Walz is that the American people have seen this pattern before.

Every time President Trump takes decisive foreign-policy action, Democrats label it “dangerous” rather than acknowledge the underlying national-security threat.

Venezuela’s instability, the presence of cartel-linked factions, and the movement of foreign-backed militias inside the country are active threats that require swift executive action—something President Trump has consistently provided and Democrats consistently oppose.

From there, Walz attempted to rewrite Kamala Harris’s political standing.

Kristen Welker asked him the direct question: does he still believe Harris is the strongest Democratic candidate for 2028?

Walz immediately praised her, claiming she “makes life affordable,” “brings people in,” and strengthens the party’s “inclusive vision.”

What he did not address were the measurable outcomes of Harris’s actual time in office.

Harris was assigned to oversee border-migration coordination in 2021.

The result was the worst border crisis in modern U.S. history. Illegal encounters reached unprecedented levels.

Fentanyl trafficking expanded to the point where it became the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18–45.

Major cities issued emergency declarations because their systems could not absorb the influx. Walz did not mention any of this on Meet the Press.

Instead, he presented Harris as a stabilizing force when her record shows the opposite.

The strike also killed Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy commander of Iran-backed militias known as the Popular Mobilization Forces. Seven people were reportedly killed in the airstrike.

Soleimani was responsible for the deaths of dozens of US military men and women in Iraq.

Speaker Pelosi, Democrats and the fake news media were outraged over the death of the world’s number one terrorist.

The media and Democrats hammered President Trump all day.

Dem Governor Vows To Arrest Federal Agents, Setting Up Constitutional Crisis: ‘They Will Be Held Accountable

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek and state Attorney General Dan Rayfield have vowed that they will start arresting federal agents for conducting lawful deportation operations in the state, as well as responding to sustained unrest in the state’s most populous city of Portland.

In a video statement posted to Instagram, Kotek accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of carrying out “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

“I believe, as you do, in the rule of law and keeping our communities safe. We also believe in being a welcoming place where our immigrant and refugee communities help our state thrive. The ongoing violent actions of the Federal Department of Homeland Security are unacceptable, going after Oregonians and stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

She went on to suggest that the state will be pursing criminal charges against federal agents.

“No government agency is above the law. I fully support the AG and local DAs who have put the federal government on notice. Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely. We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable, just like anyone else,” the governor continued. “I will not tolerate reckless or unconstitutional behavior in our state. While ICE activity has seen an uptick in recent weeks, so has the commitment of Oregonians to show up for each other, taking care of their neighbors, and standing up when they see something that isn’t right.”

Kotek’s comments come after Rayfield, along with Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County District Attorneys Nathan Vasquez, Kevin Barton, and John Wentworth, issued a joint letter on November 25, 2025, to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. The letter serves as “formal notice” of monitoring and potential state-level prosecutions for actions described as “excessive force during arrests” or “protest policing.”

In the letter, Rayfield claims that several Oregon residents have filed complaints about “excessive force.” It demands an immediate halt to “unlawful and reckless actions,” improved training, coordination with local law enforcement, investigation of complaints, and full cooperation with state probes.

“The Oregon Department of Justice and the three District Attorneys’ Offices are actively monitoring federal conduct and will investigate any case where a federal officer appears to be acting outside the reasonable scope of their duties.”

US Agency for Global Media CEO Kari Lake Discusses Pro-CCP Corruption at Radio Free Asia and Pro-EU Radio Free Europe’s Attempted Regime Change in Hungary – SLAMS Seditious Democrats

United States Agency for Global Media CEO Kari Lake recently spoke to The Gateway Pundit about the corruption and taxpayer-funded left-wing Globalist propaganda within her agency, as she continues her many-months-long crusade to expose the rot.

It can be recalled that Lake gave bombshell testimony before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on USAGM’s record of waste, fraud, mismanagement, self-dealing, and national security failures in June, and each day, she is finding more.

Established in 1994, the federal agency oversees taxpayer-funded grantee news outlets, including the Voice of America, the Office of Cuba Broadcasting, the Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Radio Free Asia, and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, with the intent of delivering news and information to people worldwide. However, the news content produced has become infested with leftwing ideology and Globalist propaganda, funded by taxpayers to the tune of nearly $1 billion per year.

Lake recently revealed in a Frank Speech interview that one of the grantees, Radio Free Asia (RFA), shut down its operations and began auctioning off equipment worth thousands of dollars for literal pennies, while falsely claiming that it was necessary because the US government had not paid them. Lake, however, shut down the auction and sent in auditors to “find out where every single penny went,” she said.

While speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Lake explained that RFA was attempting to offload “millions of dollars worth of equipment that was paid for by the taxpayer” from “HD cameras that cost thousands– in some cases tens of thousands of dollars– to teleprompters, to full-on, literally news sets for pennies!” This presents a national security issue, Lake said, explaining that equipment, such as hard drives and laptops, cannot simply be sold off by the independent entity “unless we have verification that they’ve been cleaned and scrubbed of any data and information that could be problematic if it got into the wrong hands.”

And despite RFA’s claims that they stopped programming and began auctioning equipment because they weren’t receiving money, Lake says, “we have paid them every single penny that was appropriated to them.”

She also revealed the “interesting” timing of their move to end news coverage and begin the fire sale, which coincided with President Trump’s visit to Busan, South Korea, for the 2025 APEC Summit, where he participated in high-stakes meetings with various Asian leaders, including Chinese President Xi Jinping. “It was right before, just a few days before, President Trump’s historic trip to Asia, his five-day trip, where he did amazing things, like signing peace agreements, signing amazing trade agreements with many Asian countries,” Lake told The Gateway Pundit. “It was really a good news tour for the President, which they did not cover because they said we didn’t pay them.” This makes sense for a USAGM grantee that Lake says “has not always been in alignment with our foreign policy” and is guilty of pushing “anti-American” and “pro-CCP coverage.”

Additionally, it was recently revealed that another USAGM grantee, Radio Free Europe (RFE), had been using its Hungarian-language service, Szabad Europa, to undermine US ally Hungary’s conservative Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, with Globalist propaganda meant “to destabilize that country,” Lake said.

Wisconsin’s Lib-Led Supreme Court Stacks The Congressional Map Deck

While milquetoast Republicans experience a collective tummy ache over the “fairness” of mid-decade redistricting, Democrats nationally are feasting on power-grabbing gerrymanders.

The latest outflanking comes — not surprisingly — from Wisconsin’s liberal-controlled Supreme Court.

‘Forum Shopping’

Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, the Badger State’s court of last resort ordered the creation of judicial panels to hear two lawsuits seeking to undo Wisconsin’s existing  congressional maps, in which six of eight House seats are held by Republicans. Interestingly, the district lines were drawn by a committee whose members were appointed by Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, a far-left Democrat. The Evers maps benefitted Democrats, but didn’t go far enough for a Democratic Party salivating over a potential congressional power grab with the help of the liberal-led Supreme Court.

In a move oozing with partisanship, the court’s liberal justices selected some of the more far-left lower court judges in the state to serve on the two panels.

Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler, one of three conservatives on the seven-member court, argued that the majority’s orders disregard the U.S. and Wisconsin constitutions and ignore fundamental legal principles.

“The majority not only undermines our constitutional authority and circumvents established redistricting precedent but also, again, usurps the legislature’s constitutional power,” Ziegler chided. “In allowing this litigation to proceed, the majority abdicates its constitutional superintending authority to Wisconsin’s circuit courts.”

The Republican-controlled state legislature and Wisconsin’s six GOP congressmen argue that the lawsuits confuse political representation concepts. But the Supreme Court’s majority said the argument is merely a matter of semantics, that “apportionment” and “redistricting” are used interchangeably in drawing up — or in this case, redrawing — political boundaries. And the law, the majority assert, requires the court “appoint a panel consisting of 3 circuit court judges to hear” a redistricting lawsuit.

Conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn, who has at times sided with the liberals on the court, takes no issue with the creation of the panels. In his dissenting opinion, however, Hagedorn disagrees with the process. He argued the law is “transparently designed to prevent forum shopping in disputes over where congressional lines should be drawn.” But that’s exactly what the majority did.

“Given the nature of this case and the statute’s implicit call for geographic diversity and neutrality, a randomly-selected panel and venue would be a better way to fulfill the statutory mandate,” the justice wrote. “Instead, my colleagues have chosen to keep this case in Dane County and leave the originally assigned Dane County judge on the panel.”  Dane County’s circuit court, located in state capital and far-left enclave Madison, is one the more left-leaning courts in the country.

Democrat Oregon Governor Posts Video Vowing to Prosecute Federal Agents Enforcing Immigration Laws – Echoing State AG’s Radical Threats

Democrat Oregon Governor Tina Kotek has publicly threatened to investigate and prosecute federal agents who enforce U.S. immigration laws, claiming such actions could violate state statutes.

This comes just days after the state’s Democrat Attorney General issued similar warnings, signaling a coordinated effort by Oregon liberals to obstruct national border enforcement under the Trump administration.

Kotek, in a video posted to Instagram, blasted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for what she called “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of ‘immigration enforcement.’”

“I believe as you do, in the rule of law and keeping our community safe,” Kotek said. “We also believe in being a welcoming place, where our immigrant and refugee community help our state thrive. The ongoing violent actions of the federal Department of Homeland Security are unacceptable — going after Oregonians, and stoking fear in the name of ‘immigration enforcement.’”

The governor declared, “Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely. We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable — just like anyone else. I will not tolerate reckless, or unconstitutional behavior in our state.”

The governor accused federal agents of using “excessive force, reckless tactics” that endanger bystanders and local law enforcement, insisting this is “not how public safety works.”
