Just DAYS Before Ayanna Pressley Was Sworn In, Her Husband Quit a $92K Job to Launch a “Consulting Firm” — Family Net Worth Skyrockets to $8 MILLION

Another day, another socialist millionaire in Congress.

It turns out Ilhan Omar isn’t the only member of the far-left “Squad” getting rich while denouncing capitalism. New reports reveal that Massachusetts Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley has seen her family’s net worth explode since entering the swamp in 2018.

According to a bombshell report from Fox News, highlighted by Kayleigh McEnany and David Asman, the “anti-capitalist” Squad member has gone from a negative net worth when she was elected to holding assets worth up to $8 MILLION today.

Back in 2018, when Pressley first ran for Congress, her financial disclosures showed a negative net worth of around -$12,500 to modest figures, with limited assets.

Fast-forward to her 2024 disclosures (filed in 2025), and the picture is dramatically different: Pressley now reports assets valued between $1 million and $8 million, including a luxurious Martha’s Vineyard rental property worth up to $5 million and multiple Boston rental properties valued up to $1 million each.

In 2019, she only reported one Boston property. How does a congressional salary of $174,000 account for this massive windfall?

A key piece of the puzzle points directly to her husband, Conan Harris.

Just three days before Pressley was sworn into Congress in January 2019, Harris resigned from his $92,500-a-year position as a senior public safety adviser in then-Mayor Martin Walsh’s Boston City Hall administration.

He immediately launched his own consulting firm, Conan Harris & Associates.

Ethics experts raised red flags at the time, warning that the timing could create the appearance of profiting off Pressley’s rising political profile.

Harris, a convicted felon who served 10 years in prison for drug trafficking before turning his life around, cited the need for “professional flexibility” to support his wife’s career.

Yet his income reportedly tripled and more, reaching up to $350,000 by 2021 and even higher in subsequent years through consulting gigs with nonprofits, businesses, and organizations tied to government initiatives.

Pressley’s disclosures show the couple pulling in significant rental income, up to $350,000 in one recent year from property sales and rents, including from that posh Martha’s Vineyard home purchased in 2023.

While Pressley postures as a champion of the working class and demands rent relief for tenants, she’s quietly become a major landlord reaping capitalist profits.

Another Georgia Democrat is charged with fraud — the third in the last month

The Department of Justice scored a Democrat fraud hat trick in Georgia: A third politician has been charged with fraudulently obtaining unemployment funds from the government.

Georgia state Rep. Dexter Sharper, a Democrat, was charged Friday by the U.S. Department of Justice with “making false statements to fraudulently obtain thousands” in COVID-related funds after he allegedly claimed unemployment benefits while he kept working.

Sharper applied for the benefits in 2020 that were available as a result of the pandemic, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney Theodore Hertzberg.

He allegedly claimed that he was unemployed and obtained about $13,825 in unemployment while he was actually making up to $2,231 of income per week at one job and up to an additional $275 weekly as a musician. He applied for the benefits and then made fraudulent weekly statements that he wasn’t working in order to receive unemployment payments, prosecutors said.

Miami Democrat Mayor Eileen Higgins Vows to Obstruct ICE and Limit Cooperation With Federal Immigration Enforcement

Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins, the city’s first Democrat mayor in nearly three decades, openly declared her intention to hamstring cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and severely limit local enforcement of federal immigration laws, a move that will turn Miami into a sanctuary city by stealth.

Higgins, who defeated Trump-endorsed candidate Emilio Gonzalez, is wasting no time pushing a dangerous, open-borders agenda.

Speaking on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” on CBS News Sunday, Higgins acknowledged that Miami is currently complying with Florida’s state-mandated cooperation with ICE, but made clear she intends to furl out that cooperation to the bare minimum.

Margaret Brennan:
Mayor Higgins, nearly 7% of Florida is undocumented, according to you. In Miami, the police cooperate with ICE. But you, during your campaign, were very critical of that decision to cooperate. Can you change the policy without the governor being on board?

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
The governor issued a requirement that local municipalities cooperate with ICE, and many municipalities, including the City of Miami, before I became mayor, signed that agreement. It is very difficult to unwind. It would take a vote of our city commission to do so.

So obviously, as mayor, I intend to comply with the law. And so what we have done in our 1,500-person police department is we have trained three individuals—should ICE call—who are able to answer that call and work with them. Obviously, we’re going to comply with the law, but we are not going to help beyond that.

Because in my community, in South Florida, we are the most affected. ICE and its tactics have been in my community for over a year. They have been causing great fear and terror among our residents. I cannot go anywhere without meeting someone—my brother, my uncle, my sister—“Alligator Alcatraz.” No sabemos dónde está. We don’t know where they have been taken. And that has been going on for months.

It is inhumane. It is cruel. I’m a Catholic. We can barely grapple with the lack of humanity around all this. And then what we have—very differently from any other community in Miami-Dade County, which we are part of—is that approximately 15% of our population has TPS.

So you’re talking Temporary Protected Status. You’re talking about between 250,000 and 300,000 individuals who have slowly but surely, as they’ve lost status, become overnight “illegals” in the eyes of the federal government.

And this enforcement in our Nicaraguan community, our Hondureño community, our Venezuelan community, has driven many people into hiding. Children are not going to school, and obviously ICE is deporting them.

Tuesday night, we face a very dire situation. Our Haitian community loses its access to TPS at midnight. Twenty percent of TPS recipients with Haitian status are in health care. On Wednesday, we are talking about nursing homes, home health care aides, hospitals, nurses, physician assistants—all of them are going to be out of a job when they wake up on Wednesday morning.

Margaret Brennan:
Because their legal pathway and status are going to be revoked, and suddenly they become…

Mayor Eileen Higgins:
—unnecessarily. Haiti is not safe. Venezuela is not safe. TPS should be extended immediately for Venezuelans. It was erased with a stroke of a pen. It could be put in place with a stroke of a pen.

TPS for Haitian immigrants should absolutely, positively be extended. Our economy is at stake, and our humanity is at stake.

Dem Senator Got Fact-Checked Live Over His Lies About ICE. The Reaction Says It All.

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) went on Fox News to spew some lies about ICE. He can get embarrassed, fact-checked, and have his script shredded because he hails from a D-plus-6700 state—the man is a senator for life there. Notice his reaction when Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream fact-checked him live. Murphy said that ICE wasn’t going after criminal aliens anymore. Bream then corrected him, adding that almost 70 percent of their arrests have illegals who have a criminal record.   

Yet, he carried on talking about how federal agents are murdering American citizens and disappearing people. Chris, I know your side has no grasp of history, but that’s not what’s happening. This isn’t la ‘Guerra Sucia’ in Argentina, which apparently is the narrative the Left is trying to disseminate. It’s working, but only within their insane circles. It’s not a total meltdown, but the commitment to the fake narrative speaks volumes. 

Also, Chris, I know your side was asleep for most of 2024, but we voted for this: all illegals must go. It was never just the criminal ones; that was the class we were going to start with first. It would’ve been safer if your side honored ICE detention facilities, where federal agents picked up these creeps apprehended by local law enforcement. Instead, you forced ICE and CBP to go on a manhunt, mass sweeps through cities where every illegal alien is not subject to deportation.

A Tale of 82 Smurfs: Massive Money Laundering Fraud in the Democratic Party — Showcasing Missouri Congressman Wesley Bell

If I told you that 82 senior citizens that average 75 years old donated $11,516,000 in over 537,000 separate individual donations would you believe me?

Me neither!

According to the FEC, this group of senior citizens that average 75 years of age did just that!

Note: (The ages were determined with google searches that included the addresses and names.)

These donations of more than half a million separate donations (allegedly) only average $21.41 each.

Why?

That way the “masters of political money laundering” had hoped to stay “under the radar”. It worked for almost two decades. In the last few years investigative reporters such as James O Keefe, Peter Bernegger and Bob Cushman have foiled this great conspiracy that is believed to have laundered somewhere over a billion dollars in the last two decades through ActBlue with the probable complicity of the FEC.

This is what we call “smurfing” AKA money laundering.

This is illegal!

What is smurfing?  “Smurfing” involves making many small financial transactions to avoid reporting thresholds (e.g., for money laundering). In political campaign law there are two important functions which are “bypassed”.

  1. It is generally required that the actual name of the donor be assigned to each donation.
  2. There are strict limits on how much an individual may contribute.

In “smurfing” (i.e. money laundering) these laws are ignored.

Dem Governor’s Attempt to Frame JD Vance’s Holocaust Remembrance Day Post as Anti-Semitic Backfires

Hypocrites rarely acknowledge, let alone repent of, their own hypocrisy.

Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania undoubtedly will prove no different.

According to NBC News, Shapiro said in an interview Tuesday that Vice President J.D. Vance deserves criticism for failing to use the specific words “Jews” and “Nazis” in a Holocaust Remembrance Day post on the social media platform X, prompting X users, including a member of President Donald Trump’s communications team, to remind Shapiro that his own words on the occasion hardly differed from the vice president’s.

“Part of never forgetting is making sure that the facts of what happened are recited, are remembered,” the governor said. “The fact that JD Vance couldn’t bring himself to [acknowledge] that 6 million Jews were killed by Hitler and by the Nazis speaks volumes.”

As it happens, only Shapiro’s hypocritical silliness “speaks volumes.”

“Today we remember the millions of lives lost during the Holocaust, the millions of stories of individual bravery and heroism, and one of the enduring lessons of one of the darkest chapters in human history: that while humans create beautiful things and are full of compassion, we’re also capable of unspeakable brutality. And we promise never again to go down the darkest path,” Vance wrote Tuesday on X.

But the vice president failed to mention Nazis by name? Four pictures of Vance and his wife, Usha, at what remains of Nazi Germany’s Dachau concentration camp accompanied the post. If Shapiro and his ilk wish to interpret that as obscuring the Nazis’ responsibility for the Holocaust, more power to them.

California politician’s daughter, 22, was found ‘in distress’ on side of highway before sudden death

The 22-year-old daughter of a Los Angeles mayoral candidate was found alone suffering from a medical emergency on the side of a road before she died. 

Emily Beutner, whose father Austin Beutner is running against incumbent Mayor Karen Bass, died on January 6, according to LA County Medical Examiner records.

Her cause of death has been listed as ‘deferred’ pending further investigation, but heartbreaking details from the LA Sheriff’s Department (LASD) have emerged about the circumstances leading up to it. 

A witness reportedly alerted police of a woman in a ‘state of medical distress’ on the side of a highway in Palmdale just after midnight, per the Los Angeles Times. 

Deputies and paramedics rushed to the scene to treat Emily. She was then taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.

It is unclear how long she remained on the side of the road – which is surrounded by fields – or what the nature of her medical episode was. 

LASD homicide detectives are handling this investigation, but Lieutenant Michael Modica told the LA Times that this is not indicative of her cause of death. 

Having the homicide unit investigate the death of a young person is standard practice, he said.

DOJ probing incident where climate group stormed Jewish synagogue event with Democrat congressman

The Justice Department has opened a criminal investigation into an incident this week in which climate protesters stormed a Jewish synagogue where a Democrat congressman was speaking, signaling an aggressive effort to protect houses of worship from vile intrusions from leftist activists.

Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed the probe in a statement Saturday to Just the News.

“We are investigating this case and will continue to actively investigate any house of worship that is disrupted,” Bondi said.

The decision to probe the intrusion by the group Climate Defiance at a Long Island synagogue in Roslyn, N.Y., comes days after DOJ charged three activists — including former CNN anchor Don Lemon — for invading a Christian church service in Minnesota.

Both incidents involved increasingly aggressive leftist activists who are protesting the Trump administration’s arrests of illegal aliens nationwide.

The most recent episode targeted Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi over his initial vote to back a GOP-led spending bill that directed more federal funding to ICE’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

Video footage showed Suozzi was speaking Wednesday night when activists from Climate Defiance stormed the synagogue with diapers and kneepads while cursing and making vile comments.

Climate Defiance called Suozzi a “hideous, grotesque, fascist-loving coward” with “blood on his hands” in a social post.

The New York probe will be slightly different than the Minnesota case, where a worship service was underway.  Wednesday’s event involved a speech by a politician hosted by a house of worship.

Third Georgia Democrat State Lawmaker Charged with Defrauding Federal Government

Another day, another corrupt Democrat.

Georgia Democrat State Rep. Dexter Sharper was charged with defrauding the federal government by falsely claiming unemployment while he earned income.

According to federal prosecutors, Rep. Sharper collected nearly $14,000 in emergency Covid benefits while earning money from income.

“While many of his constituents and fellow citizens were losing jobs and desperately needed unemployment assistance during the pandemic, Representative Sharper allegedly pretended to be out of work to collect a share of unemployment benefits for himself,” said US Attorney Theodore Hertzberg.

“When government officials lie to take money, and do it while holding an elected office, it violates the trust of citizens and weakens faith in our elected government,” he added.

CBS News reported:

A third member of the Georgia House of Representatives has been accused of lying to collect thousands of dollars in unemployment benefits during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rep. Dexter L. Sharper, who represents District 177, is the latest Democratic lawmaker facing federal charges of making false statements to obtain funds administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Investigators say Sharper applied for unemployment benefits from April 2020 to May 2021, claiming to have had only one employer, Dexter Sharper Party Rental. In the application, Sharper allegedly stated that he had not worked since March 13, 2020, claiming in 38 separate weekly certifications that he had not worked and was actively seeking employment.

However, prosecutors say the Valdosta man was working in the Georgia General Assembly in addition to running his party rental business and performing as a musician.

Authorities say Sharper collected more than $13,000 of unemployment assistance benefits during that time.

Dexter Sharper is the third Democrat state lawmaker to be charged with defrauding the federal government in the last few months.

Earlier this month, Georgia state Rep. Karen Bennett was indicted by a federal grand jury for Covid fraud.

Documents from this massive release show the close ties between LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and the late pedophile.

The pair ‘discusses visits to Epstein’s infamous private island, his New Mexico ranch, and his New York apartment’.

“’Reid will spend the night at 71st’, according to one email from Hoffman’s team included in the latest Justice Department dump of Epstein files, in reference to his Upper East Side townhouse.”
