The Biden-Harris Govt Is Helping China Buy Land Near U.S. Bases.

The Biden-Harris government’s Department of Agriculture is quietly reclassifying numerous property developers and other companies in what appears to be an effort to work around restrictions on Chinese land ownership near U.S. military bases and installations. The move comes despite continued warnings from the U.S. intelligence community and other agencies in the Biden-Harris government that China poses an increasing national security risk and is actively opposing U.S. interests through domestic and foreign counter-intelligence actions.

At the center of the Department of Agriculture controversy is the recent change in designation for Walton Global, a property developer that has been considered one of the top Chinese-controlled U.S. land owners for years. The company has expanded its footprint in China since 2018 and was—until recently—listed by the U.S. government as one of the five top Chinese owners of U.S. agricultural land.

America Isn’t Free As Long As Its Press Is Subservient To The Democrat Party

For most honest Americans, truth and lie are fairly easy to differentiate. But to our nation’s propaganda media, the terms are completely subjective.

Case in point: the media’s unhinged response to Donald Trump’s Thursday critique of Liz Cheney’s obsession with military adventurism. While speaking with Tucker Carlson in Arizona, the former president rebuked Cheney for her foreign policy and the threat it poses to the U.S. and its service members.

“[Liz Cheney] always wanted to go to war with people. I didn’t want to go to war. She wanted to stay in Syria; I took them out. She wanted to stay in Iraq; I took them out. I mean, if it were up to her, we’d be in 50 different countries,” Trump said. “[N]umber one, it’s really dangerous; number two, a lot of people get killed; and number three …, it’s very, very expensive. That’s why we owe $36 trillion.”

Later in the conversation, Trump followed up with comments that have since been hijacked by corporate media: “[Cheney is] a radical war hawk. Let’s put her with a rifle, standing there with nine barrels shooting at her, okay? Let’s see how she feels about it … when the guns are trained on her face. You know, they’re all war hawks when they’re sitting in Washington in a nice building saying, ‘Gee, let’s send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the enemy,’” he said.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand Trump’s commentary. He was clearly saying that neocons like Cheney are all for risking the lives of U.S. service members when they themselves are not the ones taking fire on the front lines.

But as is often the case with our ethically bankrupt media, anything Trump says is automatically open for interpretation and outright distortion. In this case, the propaganda press has taken Trump’s analysis and manipulated it into something far removed from its true meaning.

Within a matter of hours, a media-wide pseudo-scandal was completely fabricated out of thin air.

Countless hack-tastic headlines and lie-filled hot takes deployed by our so-called defenders of “democracy” accused Trump of calling for violence against Cheney.

While the intention of damaging Trump’s electoral prospects heading into Election Day is fairly obvious, the incident presents a perfect case study on how the media acts as a public relations firm operating on behalf of the Democrat Party, and by default, our leftist-run federal government.

Griswold’s Office Pushes Back Against Trump Campaign’s Demand to Stop Colorado Mail Ballot Processing After Voting System Password Leak

President Donald Trump’s campaign issued a formal demand on Wednesday, calling on Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) to temporarily cease processing mail-in ballots after her office reportedly leaked critical BIOS passwords online.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s website had published approximately 600 BIOS passwords for the election equipment in 63 out of 64 counties in Colorado.

The illegal exposure of the passwords was first caught in August of this year but believed to have been published as early as June, before the state’s primary election. And they weren’t removed until late October.

Griswold’s passwords were neither incomplete nor were all of them outdated. However, Griswold attempted to call the BIOS passwords “partial” because they were 1 of 2 passwords used by the system: one for the BIOS and one for the operating system.

The Trump campaign’s letter outlined urgent actions Griswold must take, including identifying impacted counties, notifying them of the breach, halting ballot processing, and implementing new Trusted Builds along with Logic and Accuracy Tests.

The campaign argued that a temporary halt is necessary to “guarantee that the election equipment in those counties is secure” and restore public trust in the integrity of Colorado’s voting systems.

Fact check: Harris campaign social media account has repeatedly deceived with misleading edits and captions

A social media account run by Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign has been repeatedly deceptive.

The @KamalaHQ account, which has more than 1.3 million followers on the X social media platform formerly known as Twitter, has made a habit of misleadingly clipping and inaccurately captioning video clips to attack former President Donald Trump.

The Harris campaign deploys @KamalaHQ as a kind of irreverent attack dog, using jocular posts to draw attention to controversial, incorrect, or dubious comments by Trump and his allies. But the account, which the Harris campaign calls its “official rapid response page,” has itself made inaccurate comments on multiple occasions.

Below are eight examples of false or misleading video posts from the account since mid-August, including three from the latter part of this week. All of them have previously been highlighted by an anonymous rebuttal account called @KamalaHQLies, which itself has more than 268,000 followers.

Civil Liberties Groups Push DOJ to Probe UK-US Collusion in Online Censorship

America First Legal (AFL) has announced that it has filed a formal complaint, based on new evidence, urging an investigation into the activities of the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH).

This UK-based group has been accused of direct involvement in online censorship, including in the US, notably in the affair around the “naming and shaming” of the supposed Covid “Disinformation Dozen” – which is why the AFL’s complaint has now been submitted to the US Department of Justice (DOJ).

The key question that AFL wants to be answered is whether those behind CCDH should be treated as “agents of a foreign principal” who took on the role of stifling free speech in the US.

Such a designation of the group, if confirmed, would be in line with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

We obtained a copy of the request for you here.

White House Altered Transcript of Biden’s ‘Garbage’ Comments over Stenographers’ Objections

The White House edited the transcript of President Biden’s remark calling supporters of former president Donald Trump “garbage,” despite pushback from stenographers who said the change was a breach of protocol.

In the original transcript prepared by the stenographers of the Voto Latino campaign call, Biden was quoted as saying: “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters — his — his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American.”

As the remarks started circulating online and receiving pushback, the White House Press Office released a transcript of Biden’s comments that added an apostrophe, changing the quote’s meaning to read “supporter’s” rather than “supporters.”

The White House claimed Biden was offering a criticism of comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who joked at Trump’s MSG rally that Puerto Rico is a “floating island of garbage.” Biden has insisted the comment was not directed at Trump’s millions of supporters.

An internal email from the White House Stenography Office obtained by the Associated Press and Fox News called the press office’s change “a breach of protocol and spoliation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices.”

The email said the press office changed the transcript after “conferring with the president.”

“If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the stenography supervisor wrote in the email.

IRS whistleblowers knew Hunter Biden laptop scandal “was real,” but prosecutors didn’t want to touch “the big guy”

The Biden Crime Family is back in the news, this time thanks to the consciences of IRS whistleblowers who have come forward to reveal that the Hunter Biden laptop scandal is, in fact, a big deal, but that prosecutors are reluctant to touch it because they fear Hunter’s father Joe, also known as “the big guy.”

Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers involved in the Hunter Biden tax scandal case say that investigators at not just their employer but also at the Department of Justice (DoJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) knew that Hunter Biden’s laptop “was real,” but were quickly silenced by prosecutors who demanded that they keep quiet about it ahead of the 2020 election.

“There were a lot of overt investigative steps that we were not allowed to take because we had an upcoming election,” one of the whistleblowers explains in the video below. “The prosecutors … told us that they didn’t want to ask about ‘the big guy.’ We corroborated that ‘the big guy’ was Joe Biden. Yes.”

House COVID-19 panel refers Andrew Cuomo for possible prosecution for lying to Congress: report

The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic on Wednesday night sent a referral to the Justice Department for the possible prosecution of former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the New York Times reported, over allegations that he lied to Congress.

Cuomo, who was governor during the COVID-19 pandemic, issued a mandate in 2020 that required nursing homes in the state to admit untested or possibly contagious patients. It resulted in the deaths of over 15,000 people.

The panel reportedly accused Cuomo of participating in a “conscious, calculated effort” to avoid accountability for the thousands of nursing homes deaths that occurred from COVID-19, and of lying behind closed doors.

Cuomo had testified to the panel that he had not reviewed a State Health Department report about the nursing home deaths, but the New York Times reported that Cuomo did review it and helped write portions of an early draft of it.

The referral was signed by subcommittee chairman Brad Wenstrup, according to the outlet.

“Mr. Cuomo provided false statements to the select subcommittee in what appears to be a conscious, calculated effort to insulate himself from accountability,” Wenstrup wrote in the referral. “The Department of Justice should consider Mr. Cuomo’s prior allegedly wrongful conduct when evaluating whether to charge him for the false statements described.”

The former governor’s spokesman Richard Azzopardi defended Cuomo in a statement to the outlet and claimed he had testified that he did not remember having a role in the report.

“This taxpayer-funded farce is an illegal use of Congress’s investigative authority,” Azzopardi said. “The governor said he didn’t recall because he didn’t recall. The committee lied in their referral just as they have been lying to the public and the press.”

Sen. Ron Johnson says FBI disinterested in investigating foreign election interference when it benefits Dems

John Solomon and Senator Ron Johnson deep dive into breaking news that Congress will subpoena ActBlue as FBI confirms suspicious activity appearing to potentially be illicit foreign funding tied to Democrat fundraising. Johnson remakes that if the Federal government is requiring banks to report these suspicious activities then the FBI should being looking into them. “But again, my own suspicion is within the deep state, you have leftist operatives, and they see this stuff and they just bury it. So let’s face it, those SARS for Hunter Biden…I’m not aware that they had done anything about them.” “But again, you had Christopher Ray as FBI director, I would say he’s a leftist partisan, based on his performance to date. But now, so now you have two instances where you have suspicious activity reports alleging illegal activity by a Democrat or Democrats, and the Treasury Department doesn’t pass that over to or if they did, over to federal law enforcement, federal law enforcement appears to have done nothing about it. There’s some real problems when you don’t have the equal application of justice in this law, where the only people get jailed are, for example, Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon for not complying with January 6 committee, but Democrats who show contempt for Congress get cited for contempt of Congress. They don’t get prosecuted, they don’t go to jail. And this is, again, this is outrageous, the dual system of justice we have in this country.”

Colorado Secretary of State posted spreadsheet with voting system passwords

The Colorado Secretary of State’s Office inadvertently posted a spreadsheet to its website with a hidden tab that included voting system passwords.

In a statement to 9NEWS, a spokesperson for the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office said that “the Department is working to remedy this situation where necessary.”

“The Department took immediate action as soon as it was aware of this and informed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which closely monitors and protects the county’s essential security infrastructure,” the spokesperson said.

On Tuesday morning, Colorado Republican Party Vice Chair Hope Scheppelman shared the hidden tab discovery in a mass email, along with an affidavit from someone who claims they had downloaded the Excel file from the Colorado Secretary of State’s website and discovered the hidden tab by simply clicking “unhide.” The name on the affidavit was blacked out in the Republican Party email.

9NEWS left a voicemail with Scheppelman on Tuesday afternoon.

The passwords that were in the hidden tab are known as BIOS passwords and are one part of the security process for Colorado’s voting machines.

They are passwords needed to configure system settings.
