Forbidden Fruit and the Classroom: The Huge American Sex-Abuse Scandal That Educators Scandalously Suppress

Every day millions of parents put their children under the care of public school teachers, administrators, and support staff. Their trust, however, is frequently broken by predators in authority in what appears to be the largest ongoing sexual abuse scandal in our nation’s history.

Given the roughly 50 million students in U.S. K-12 schools each year, the number of students who have been victims of sexual misconduct by school employees is probably in the millions each decade, according to multiple studies. Such numbers would far exceed the high-profile abuse scandals that rocked the Roman Catholic Church and the Boy Scouts of America.

For a variety of reasons, ranging from embarrassment to eagerness to avoid liability, elected or appointed officials, along with unions or lobbying groups representing school employees, have fought to keep the truth hidden from the public.

“In any given year they have failed to report thousands of these situations, and instead they’ve papered them over, acted like it’s not an issue,” former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos told RealClearInvestigations. Stunned by a 2018 Chicago Tribune investigation that found 523 incident reports of sexual misconduct by employees of the city’s schools during the past decade, DeVos during the Trump administration launched the process of including specific questions about such cases in the Department’s Civil Rights Data Collection, a process it undertakes every two years. Previously, the Office for Civil Rights asked only general questions about sexual misconduct incidents, without a breakdown of alleged perpetrators.

Jewish ‘cult’ leaders sentenced for kidnap of 2 NY kids, including a child bride, in twisted sex scheme

Leaders of a Jewish fundamentalist cult were sentenced to more than a decade behind bars for kidnapping two kids— including a child bride – then smuggling them into Mexico, prosecutors said.

Three brothers, who are members of the Lev Tahor sect, allegedly forced the girl back into the arms of her adult “husband” in a sickening and sophisticated sex scheme.

Yakov Weingarten, 34; Smiel Weingarten, 28; and Yoil Weingarten, 36; were sentenced Tuesday for snatching the children from their upstate New York home in 2018 after their mother fled Lev Tahor, a group of zealots who practice stomach-churning habits like child marriages, underage sex and family separations, US Attorney Damian Williams said Wednesday.

The brothers — who live in Guatemala — used a variety of disguises, aliases, drop phones, fake travel documents and encrypted apps to pull off the 3 a.m. kidnapping that December day, then smuggle the brother and sister across the border, the feds said.

Local, federal and international authorities launched a massive three-week search that eventually found Yante Teller, 14, and Chaim Teller, 12, and returned them to their mother.

In March, a federal jury convicted the trio of child sexual exploitation and kidnapping charges.

As punishment, US District Judge Nelson Román has sentenced Yakov and Smiel to 14 years in prison, and Yoil to 12 years, the feds said.

“The sentencing of the Weingarten brothers holds them accountable for kidnapping children from their mother in the middle of the night, including for the purpose of coercing a child into a sexual relationship with an adult,” Williams said in a statement.

“This Office will do everything in its power to protect children and use every available tool to investigate and prosecute those who sexually exploit them.”

The twisted saga began in 2017, when Lev Tahor leaders arranged for Yante — then just 12-years-old –to marry an 18-year-old man, the feds said.

Whistleblowers detail harrowing failure to protect migrant children pouring into U.S. under Biden

Whistleblower Deborah White was a perfect candidate when the government in 2021 made an emergency appeal for federal agencies to provide temporary help to process thousands of migrant children who began crossing the southern border without parents at the beginning of the Biden administration’s border crisis.

As career worker at the General Services Administration, White had experience in managing large federal projects and was a native Spanish speaker who could talk directly with children coming from Latin American countries. So she was quickly lent in May 2021 from GSA to the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement, the agency responsible for finding safe homes for the children known as “unaccompanied minors” in federal parlance.

When she got to Pomona, Calif., to help process children and begin to do wellness checks, however, she became horrified by what she witnessed.

Children related to her how they were raped or forced into labor while in the custody of drug cartels that transported them from their parents’ homes to the U.S. in hopes of taking advantage of Biden’s new immigration policies.

And the federal effort to find them safe shelter once in America was rushed like an assembly line, raising the risk that children got placed in unsafe shelters or with sponsors who weren’t properly vetted, she says.

“The mantra was speed over safety,” White told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Tuesday, the same day she gave her account to three Republican senators who held a roundtable discussion.

SWEDEN: Afghan Migrants Spared Prison After Being Convicted Of Gang Raping A Vulnerable 13-Year-Old Girl And Filming The Assault

Two Afghan migrants are facing light sentences after being convicted of raping a young girl and filming the assault. Irshad Ahmad and Elham Bahram will not face deportation from Sweden as the two were granted citizenship approximately four years ago.

The rape took place in February in the residential Nydala neighborhood of Malmö. Armed with a knife, the two migrants – both of whom were 16 years of age – coerced the girl to a hidden spot outdoors. While threatening to murder her if she resisted, the girl was raped by both of the predators.

The gang rape was later reported to the police, after which Irshad and Elham were arrested and remanded into custody. There was ample evidence to substantiate the rape, including their DNA being both at the scene and on the girl. But the most damning entry to the court was footage taken on a mobile phone which closely documented the attack. Irshad and Elham reportedly had a friend record them while they assaulted the girl.

During court proceedings, Irshad and Elham denied any wrongdoing, even when faced with the overwhelming evidence. One of them admitted to the sexual acts, but claimed that the girl was consenting. The other, however, attempted to deny his involvement completely while simultaneously arguing he didn’t know the girl’s age.

Keir Starmer faces renewed scrutiny over allegations he protected Jimmy Savile

As the UK’s new, MI6-aligned prime minister takes power, questions are resurfacing about how key files on infamous British pedophile Jimmy Savile disappeared under his watch.

In October 2012, a documentary exposed how veteran British media personality Jimmy Savile sexually abused vulnerable, underage girls throughout his lifetime. This led to an eruption of reports of abuse, spanning decades, and official inquiries into multiple institutions to which Savile was linked. Today, the full extent of his crimes, and the total number of his victims, is unknown. It has nonetheless been confirmed that the BBCNHSBritish police, and many journalists had full knowledge of his pedophilic and necrophilic perversions well before his death.

Along the way, there were multiple “missed opportunities” to stop Savile’s industrial scale sex crimes. Most substantively, in 2007, police made contact with a number of women who had come forward to testify they were assaulted and raped by Savile, leading to the star being grilled by police about the allegations. That investigation was however shut down, and never publicly acknowledged. Details of how the probe was torpedoed didn’t emerge until much later, implicating both investigating officers and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

The CPS was at that time led by Keir Starmer, now His Majesty’s Prime Minister. As previously documented by The Grayzone, Britain’s new premier has a deep, long-running relationship with London’s national security establishment and security and intelligence apparatus, as well as the elite Trilateral Commission. He helmed the CPS when the Service protected MI5 and MI6 spooks from prosecution for torture, and connived to sustain a bogus rape case against Julian Assange.

The CPS destroyed key emails related to this subterfuge, which served to keep the WikiLeaks founder holed up in the Ecuadorian Embassy while facing extradition to Sweden, when prosecutors in both countries knew the charges had no substance. During this time, the Service also shredded all records of Starmer’s four trips to Washington DC. It may be no coincidence that every file held on Savile by the CPS also disappeared in breach of basic protocol.

To say the least, Starmer has clear, grave questions to answer about what he knew about Savile’s crimes, and the role he and his then-agency played in insulating the serial pedophile and necrophiliac from justice. The same British media that has fueled Starmer’s ambitions has aggressively shielded him from critical scrutiny on the matter. What follows are the dimensions of a very British coverup.

Biden health official pressured transgender health organization to remove age limit for trans surgeries

An unsealed court document has revealed that a top health official within the administration of President Joe Biden successfully pressured the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) to drop age limit guidelines for transgender procedures.

The WPATH, an international transgender health nonprofit organization, initially drafted guidelines in 2021 with a proposed age minimum for various procedures: 17 for genital surgeries and hysterectomies; 16 for breast augmentation and facial surgeries; 15 for mastectomies; and 14 for hormonal treatments. However, the finalized guidelines and WPATH’s eighth edition of its standards of care, released in September 2022, had no age limits for transgender procedures.

This was revealed in a lawsuit filed in Alabama court by the National Center for Lesbian Rights and the Southern Poverty Law Center on behalf of five transgender children and their families contesting the state’s ban on transgender surgeries. The lawsuit uncovered emails detailing the interactions between WPATH’s advisory group and Sarah Boateng, then chief of staff to Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

One email indicated Boateng’s belief that specifying ages under 18 could lead to “devastating legislation for trans care.” Another email stressed Levine’s fear that the WPATH’s 2021 draft would make it difficult for American transgender youths to get access to the procedures.

“We sent the document to Admiral Levine … She liked the SOC-8 very much, but she was very concerned that having ages (mainly for surgery) will affect access to health care for trans youth and maybe adults too,” a WPATH member wrote in one internal email released by James Cantor, a psychologist and critic of adolescent transgender procedures, who submitted the emails as evidence to support Alabama in the lawsuit.

Pride Paraders Expose Themselves To Children, Say It’s ‘Okay’

While Pride is officially over, there is one unsettling detail that many have not discussed, as TENET Reporter Tayler Hansen found out while conducting interviews with LGBT members and advocates at a San Francisco “Pride” parade. Apparently, some attendees believe being nude in front of children is no big deal.

Throughout his interview, Hansen spoke with many individuals, including naked men, about whether it is appropriate for grown men and women to parade around naked in the presence of children.

“We’re born naked and so it’s okay for children to see people naked,” one man said.

Another man claimed that no one could explain the harm nudity causes to children.

One man, who decided to cover and then uncover himself, told Hansen that it was okay, as long as there was no “sexuality added to it.”

One man who was present with two others, admitted that he “just likes to be naked.”

“Teach your kids not to stare, it’s rude,” another man in the group told Hansen.

OnlyFans Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material Of Toddlers And Teens, According To Reports

Porn-driven website OnlyFans has been found to contain explicit content of minors despite its claims to build the “safest digital media platform in the world,” according to a new investigative report.

Reuters has exposed OnlyFans’ involvement in child sexual abuse material (CSAM) after documenting 30 complaints from U.S. police and court records of CSAM from December 2019 and June 2024. According to the news agency, they “cited more than 200 explicit videos and images of kids, including some adults having oral sex with toddlers.” In another case, a minor stayed on OnlyFans for over a year.

After 16-year-old girl from Florida went missing in 2023, her parents found nude photos and videos of herself to 22-year-old Ethan Diaz, who appeared to have abducted her. Police found that Diaz posted explicit content of the girl on OnlyFans. One video showed the teen penetrating herself and was advertised for $20. The caption read, “Watch me get super wild.” Diaz was charged with human trafficking and other offenses.

In the 30 cases reviewed by Reuters, over half resulted in an arrest and criminal convictions. Most of the adults involved in CSAM were accused of preying on and exploiting minors to create pornographic material and profit from it. In other cases, minors somehow bypassed OnlyFans vetting to sell their own explicit content. And “in the case involving toddlers, a man used the site to send another man more than 100 files featuring the abuse of children of all ages,” Reuters added.

Despite these findings, OnlyFans asserts that it is strictly for adults, with measures to monitor users, vet content, and remove and report CSAM. “We know the age and identity of everyone on our platform,” said CEO Keily Blair in a 2023 speech. “No children allowed, nobody under 18 on the platform.”

Is it possible that OnlyFans has more CSAM than we think? Due to its paywall model, the site makes it more difficult for police to detect CSAM. In fact, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) only received access to OnlyFans in late 2023. And, per ArsTechnica, the organization seemingly can’t scan the entire platform at once, telling Reuters that its access was “limited” exclusively “to OnlyFans accounts reported to its CyberTipline or connected to a missing child case.”

In 2023, OnlyFans made 347 CyberTipline reports “out of hundreds of millions of posts,” a “testament to the rigorous safety controls OnlyFans has in place,” their spokesperson said. They explained that most of the suspected material “does not turn out to be CSAM” or “are duplicate images or videos.” Still, specialists in CSAM informed Reuters the actual amount of CSAM is difficult to verify due to the individual paywalls, with OnlyFans currently boasting over 3 million creators. Trey Amick, director of forensic consultants at Magnet Forensics Inc., told Reuters, “It’s not just one paywall. It’s a paywall for each and every contributor.”

REVEALED: Venezuelan Illegal Who Raped and Murdered 12-Year-Old Jocelyn Nungaray is Son of Maduro Regime Official

The illegal alien from Venezuela charged with the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray is the son of a former Maduro regime official.

Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, is one of two men accused of Nungaray’s murder in Houston, Texas last month.

Yet it has now been revealed that he is the son of a former official for Venezuela’s socialist regime, making his illegal entry into the United States all the more egregious.

Mail Online reports:

Following Martinez Rangel’s arrest, Venezuelans from his home state of Guarico began flagging on social media that his mother Nazareth Rangel Palacios is a staunch supporter of Nicolas Maduro and served as a councilwoman for his party.

Venezuela’s electoral registry shows Martinez Rangel and Rangel Palacios share the same address in San Juan de Los Morros.

Rangel Palacios was a vocal militant for the ruling party, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, and was photographed with her son in pro-government events until he left the country in about 2018.

Rangel Martinez and Franklin Pena, 26, are accused of luring Nungaray to an area underneath a bridge before raping and murdering her. They later dumped her body in a creek.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit this week, the murder rate in socialist Venezuela has fallen to a 22-year-low as violent criminals have fled the country in search of fresh opportunities.

Shocking: Haitian Who Entered US on Biden’s ‘Parole Program’ and Was Indicted For Raping Disabled Child in Massachusetts Freed on Paltry $500 Bail

The Gateway Pundit reported on the shocking allegations of the rape of a 15-year-old disabled girl by a Haitian man at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts earlier this year.

26-year-old Cory Alvarez, who came to the US on Joe Biden’s parole program for Haitians, was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel used to house Joe Biden’s ‘migrants’ and illegal aliens.

A grand jury indicted Alvarez on one count each of Aggravated Rape of a Child with 10-Year Age Difference and Rape of a Child by Force.

Now, in a shocking move, and despite a request from federal immigration officials to keep him in jail, Alvarez was freed on Tuesday on a paltry $500 bail after the Plymouth County Superior Court ignored a request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to keep the suspect in custody, according to the Boston Herald reported.

The New York Post reports:

Our office moved to hold a dangerousness hearing and have Alvarez held without bail. The judge denied our motion,” a spokesperson for the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office told The Post Friday.

“We then requested that Alvarez be held on $10,000 cash bail with numerous conditions of release. The judge set bail at $500,” they explained.

Alvarez, 26, was released with an ankle monitor, but ICE officials can’t track him because Boston is a sanctuary city — meaning local authorities don’t have to cooperate with the feds.

The suspect has been ordered to remain in home confinement and told to check in twice a month with probation before his court day on August 13 was also ordered to remain in home confinement, according to legal filings obtained by the Globe.

Judge Susan Sullivan, who set the low bail,  said at Alvarez’s dangerousness hearing that his lack of a criminal record and the low likelihood he would be able to flee helped lead to her decision.

She further claimed the state had not met the “clear and convincing” legal threshold required to deny his bail request.
