Kamala Harris’s Attack on Trump Adminstration’s Response to Jimmy Kimmel Blows Up in Her Face When X Users Discover a Tyrannical Old Post of Hers

Kamala Harris decided to inject herself into the political fight regarding Jimmy Kimmel’s comments about Charlie Kirk’s assassination, and it backfired spectacularly.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the left-wing Kimmel told his late-night audience on Monday that a MAGA REPUBLICAN murdered Kirk and accused the right of trying to score political points off of it.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel claimed.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr appeared on The Benny Show on Wednesday and told host Benny Johnson that he may take action against ABC and Kimmel.

“This is a very, very serious issue right now for Disney. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. These companies can find ways to take action on Kimmel, or there is going to be additional work for the FCC ahead,” Carr said.

“They have a license granted by us at the FCC, and that comes with it an obligation to operate in the public interest,” he added. “There are calls for Kimmel to be fired. I think you could certainly see a path forward for suspension over this.”

Following Carr’s comments, Nexstar announced that all 32 of its ABC broadcast affiliates would preempt “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” indefinitely, blasting Kimmel’s sick comments about Kirk’s murder as “offensive and insensitive.”

Harris slammed the Trump Administration on Thursday for its response to Kimmel’s firing and its supposed bullying of media organizations in general.

How rich, coming from someone who was part of a regime that regularly intimidated media organizations for expressing politically incorrect viewpoints.

“What we are witnessing is an outright abuse of power,” Harris wrote. “This administration is attacking critics and using fear as a weapon to silence anyone who would speak out.”

“Media corporations — from television networks to newspapers — are capitulating to these threats,” she added. “We cannot dare to be silent or complacent in the face of this frontal assault on free speech.”

Hillary Clinton on Kimmel, Kirk: ‘Very Clear Example of Using the Power of the State to Suppress Speech’

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday weighed in on the fallout surrounding Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension, addressing both the late-night host’s removal and the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk during an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria.

When asked if Kimmel’s suspension amounted to state censorship, Clinton replied: “Well, I think this is a very clear example of using the power of the state to suppress speech. It is a direct government action to try to intimidate employers, organizations, corporations, much of which we’ve already seen, to remove an opponent, even though it’s a comic.”

Clinton continued:

Look, I had no idea when I was in public life and listening to the jokes that were made about me and the attacks that were, you know, coming from people like Jimmy Kimmel and others that I could have called up the head of the FCC and said, take them off the air. I don’t like what they’re saying. I mean, of course, this was a particularly sensitive time because of the terrible crime that was committed, the murder of Mr. Kirk.

But you know, you defend free speech in terrible times, and you defend free speech that is used against holding people in power accountable through satire, humor, barbed attacks, you defend it even when it is offensive, and they have unfortunately taken the view that we believe in free speech, as long as we’re making the speech and your speech agrees with us, otherwise, we’re against free speech.

Clinton later amplified the remarks on X, posting: “In America, we defend free speech in terrible times. We defend free speech even when it’s offensive. We defend free speech.” She restricted comments on that post as well as one she made one week after Kirk’s assassination congratulating American Federation of Teachers president Randi Weingarten on her book Why Fascists Fear Teachers.

Weingarten’s excerpts, published in Rolling Stone days after Kirk’s assassination, accused conservatives of being “fascists” and “Nazis,” likened book bans to Nazi Germany in 1933, and warned that Trump and Elon Musk were acting as “shadow governing partners.” The release drew attention because Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged with Kirk’s murder, inscribed “Hey fascist! Catch!” on bullet casings, according to authorities.

Teachers across several states were investigated or fired after posting celebratory or hostile messages about Kirk’s assassination, with examples including posts such as “America became greater” and “1 Nazi down.” A new website, charliesmurderers.com, reported receiving thousands of submissions documenting celebrations of Kirk’s death.

Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) said such rhetoric reflects a dangerous climate created by years of partisan demonization. “And now, Charlie Kirk has been murdered,” Hunt told Breitbart News. “This is not rhetoric. These are lived realities.” He asserted that Democrats and their allies “have vilified, censored, and targeted conservatives at every turn for over a decade,” adding that political violence against conservatives is now “normalized by silence, excuse-making, or even tacit encouragement from the left.”

Clinton herself previously described Republicans as her “enemies” during a 2015 Democrat debate. Asked which adversary she was most proud of making in her political career, Clinton responded, “Well, in addition to the NRA, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians; probably the Republicans.”

The dispute surrounding Kimmel began after he mocked Trump’s mourning of Kirk’s assassination, joking it was “like how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish,” and suggested Robinson may have been part of the “MAGA gang.” Authorities later identified Robinson as the suspect, describing him as left-leaning and in a relationship with a male who identifies as female and who “hates conservatives and Christians.” Utah Governor Spencer Cox confirmed those details, and investigators stated Robinson admitted responsibility in a message to the partner.

Federal Communications Commission chair Brendan Carr cautioned ABC and Disney that broadcasters risk their licenses if they mislead the public, saying Nexstar Media Group did “the right thing” by suspending Kimmel. Sinclair Broadcasting also halted broadcasts of Jimmy Kimmel Live and announced a special tribute to Kirk would air in its place. ABC affiliates cited the need to uphold community values and maintain constructive dialogue. Carr noted that networks could “do this the easy way or the hard way,” signaling further review of their obligations under federal law.

Colin Kaepernick to pay for independent autopsy for Delta State University student found dead on campus

Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick said he will pay for an independent autopsy for the Delta State University (DSU) student who was found dead on campus, civil rights attorney Ben Crump announced Friday.

The attorney said the second, independent autopsy for Demartravion “Trey” Reed will be sought after the state medical examiner releases his body.

On Thursday, Cleveland Police Department (CPD) officials said the Mississippi State Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Sept. 17 and determined the cause of death was hanging, concluding the action to be suicide. CPD Officials added that final toxicology results are underway and may take two to four weeks to finish.

According to DSU officials, university police and local authorities were immediately notified after staff found the body hanging from a tree near the campus pickleball courts at around 7 a.m. on Sept. 15. Classes were canceled for the day.

University officials confirmed the identity of the deceased 21-year-old student to be Reed of Grenada, Mississippi. DSU Police Chief Mike Peeler said that there was no evidence of foul play.

The Bolivar County Coroner’s Office released a statement Monday saying it is conducting a “thorough death investigation,” and an initial examination revealed no evidence to suggest Reed was attacked before his death.

However, Crump said Reed’s family has serious concerns “after receiving conflicting accounts and incomplete information about the circumstances of his death.”

“Trey’s death evoked the collective memory of a community that has suffered a historic wound over many, many years and many, many deaths,” he said in a statement. “Peace will come only by getting to the truth. We thank Colin Kaepernick for supporting this grieving family and the cause of justice and truth.”

The second autopsy will be funded by the Colin Kaepernick “Know Your Rights Camp Autopsy Initiative.”

Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI), were assisting in the investigation.

The MBI did not have an official statement on Reed’s death. They also said they would not provide Reed’s autopsy report through a public records request.

CPD officials said investigation materials have been given to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and The U.S. Attorney Office for review.

The Media’s Appeal To ‘Free Speech’ Over Jimmy Kimmel Is Fake And Won’t Work Anymore

Panel after panel Wednesday night on CNN pretended to have a debate over “free speech,” with every anchor and Democrat talking head asking whichever present right-winger or Republican guest why the principle didn’t apply to ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel. Yeah, going forward, they can miss me with the “free speech” and other appeals to American principles that I and everyone else know they only fake concern for when their money and power are threatened.

ABC announced Wednesday evening it was yanking Kimmel’s late-night talk therapy sessions — known by some as Jimmy Kimmel Live! — for an indefinite period from the airwaves. That move came after Kimmel delivered what he intended to be a comedic monologue centered on the public execution of Charlie Kirk, an innocent man, less than a week prior. It also came after, as Democrats on CNN hysterically repeated over and over, the Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr said on a podcast in relation to that monologue that TV stations relying on broadcast licenses should recommit themselves to the public interest, as required by existing law, or otherwise potentially face government action.

Because Carr, a Trump appointee, suggested his agencies might do their job and ensure compliance with public broadcasting rules, Democrats are calling the Kimmel suspension a violation of the First Amendment. There’s no reason to take them seriously for it. That party has done nothing in the past five years to hint it cares about the Bill of Rights or any other American ideal. They don’t. It’s the opposite.

Unless it’s to watch pornography, consume recreational drugs, or get an abortion, Democrats hate individual freedoms, including and especially free speech. They cheer government-led censorship on science, health, elections, and foreign affairs. So we know their appeals to the First Amendment are fraudulent. If they weren’t, they would be demanding answers from ABC for its own, voluntary decision to sideline its nightly TV host. And if that answer were, “Because we’ve been unlawfully intimidated by the government,” then they should file a dozen lawsuits against the administration immediately.

Sen. Chuck Schumer Says Jimmy Kimmel Must Stay on Air to Save Democracy — Then Urges Him to Sue Disney

Senator Chuck Schumer has warned that Jimmy Kimmel must remain on air to protect American democracy.

Disney confirmed on Wednesday night that Kimmel’s show will be suspended indefinitely after comments he made about last week’s assassination of Charlie Kirk at the hands of a disturbed left-wing student.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them — and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel remarked during Monday night’s show.

“Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division, in a statement on Wednesday.

Schumer, who is currently America’s most powerful elected Democrat, is urging Kimmel to take the matter to court.

“America is meant to be a bastion of free speech,” Schumer wrote on the X platform. “Everybody across the political spectrum should be speaking out to stop what’s happening to Jimmy Kimmel.”

“This is about protecting democracy,” he continued. “This must go to court.”

Jimmy Kimmel Blatantly Broke FCC Rules And Brendan Carr Was Right To Notice

CC Chairman Brendan Carr has done the impossible: He got ABC to consider the tone of its often offensively partisan programming and make a change. Disney-owned ABC abruptly pulled Jimmy Kimmel Live! from its broadcast lineup late Wednesday, hopefully ending Kimmel’s ugly career.

The move is more likely in response to Carr’s threat of consequences for ABC, issued on The Benny Show podcast with Benny Johnson, than Kimmel’s unfunny, untrue monologue insulting the conservative movement while it mourns the senseless loss of one of its brightest lights.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel said.

It was a tone-deaf pack of lies. The alleged assassin is not MAGA. At 22 he is not a kid. And he has numerous overtly leftist characteristics. Kimmel tried to throw his viewers off the scent of the truth, and, with a sickening mirth, kicked hurting people while they are down. The few fools who still watched his show surely assumed his words were true. Many people get their news from so-called comedy monologues and assume the premise of the “joke” is at least accurate.

Rosie O’Donnell Melts Down over Kimmel Cancellation: ‘F**k This,’ ‘America Is No More’

Sometime actress and former The View co-host Rosie O’Donnell melted down on social media Thursday and decried the end of Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show.

The Irish resident made her thoughts known on Instagram, delivering a spittle-flecked diatribe from 5,000 miles away saying: “this is unacceptable – fuck this fascist administration and corrupt corporate executives – bowing to the orange monster – america is no more”

As Breitbart News reported, Rosie O’Donnell announced back in March she was moving to Ireland and self-deporting due to her extreme case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Her decision to flee the country met with celebration from plenty of social media users and MAGA supporters, many of whom took to X to praise O’Donnell for finally taking the plunge and living up to her stated principles.

O’Donnell’s running commentary on events in the country she fled follows ABC, Disney, and broadcast affiliate Nexstar pulling Jimmy Kimmel from all of their stations in response to the left-wing TV host’s shocking remarks about the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

ABC Pulls ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Indefinitely After Host’s Charlie Kirk Comments

Disney’s ABC said it would take Jimmy Kimmel‘s popular late-night show off its schedule “indefinitely” after one of the biggest owners of TV stations in the U.S., Nexstar Media, said it would pre-empt airings of the program following remarks the host made about the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Nexstar said Wednesday that its “owned and partner television stations affiliated with the ABC Television Network will preempt “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” for the foreseeable future, beginning with tonight’s show.” The company said it  “strongly objects to recent comments made by Mr. Kimmel concerning the killing of Charlie Kirk and will replace the show with other programming in its ABC-affiliated markets.”

In his monologue Monday night , Kimmel said that the “MAGA gang” was trying to score political points off Kirk’s murder. Kirk, a prominent conservative activist, was shot and killed Sept. 10 at a debate at Utah Valley University. Three days later, authorities announced they had arrested the suspected shooter.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,” Kimmel said.

Far-Left ABC Host Jimmy Kimmel Sparks Calls for His Immediate Firing After Uttering a MASSIVE Lie on Air About the Charlie Kirk Assassination

As The Gateway Pundit reported, TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, last week.

It was later revealed that the suspect was identified as Tyler Robinson, 22, of Utah. Robinson was reportedly turned in by his father, who contacted authorities through a minister connected to law enforcement.

Utah authorities on Tuesday released the text exchange between Tyler Robinson and his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs, sent shortly after Kirk’s assassination.

In the text messages, Robinson revealed why he murdered Kirk, saying, “he had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.” In other words, a radical, pro-trans leftist killed Kirk because he told the truth.

The Far-left, Trump-hating Kimmel, though, told his late-night audience on Monday that a MAGA REPUBLICAN murdered Kirk and accused the right of trying to score political points off of it.

How despicable.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel claimed.

Kimmel went on to mock Trump’s response to Kirk’s death, playing a clip of a reporter asking how Trump was holding up.

Trump responded that he was doing okay before describing the construction of the new ballroom at the White House. Of course, Kimmel does not provide any context for Trump’s statement because that would not fit the narrative.

“This is not how an adult grieves the murder of somebody he (Trump) called a friend,” Kimmel sneered. “This is how a 4-year-old mourns a gold fish, okay.”

Dismembered body found in singer D4vd’s abandoned Tesla ID’d as teen girl

The dismembered corpse found rotting in Bronx-born singer D4vd’s abandoned Tesla in California was identified as a teenage girl, Los Angeles authorities confirmed on Tuesday.

The female victim, whose identity wasn’t announced pending her family’s notification, was between 14 and 15 years old, sources told ABC 7.

The petite teen, standing at 5 feet 2 inches, was previously described as having wavy black hair and weighing around 71 pounds — roughly 20 pounds less than an average girl of her stature should weigh.

She was found wearing a tube top with black leggings and a yellow bracelet with similar metal stud earrings. She also had a tattoo on her right index finger that read “Shhh…”

Her body was wrapped in plastic and locked in the Tesla’s trunk, where her corpse baked in the California heat for at least five days. The body was so badly decomposed that it wasn’t fully intact and was first reported to authorities because the car itself started to emit a “foul odor.”

D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, found himself at the center of the gruesome discovery after authorities linked the impounded, Texas-plated Tesla back to him. Burke has been cooperating with police as he continues his world tour.
