Rapper B.G. Ordered To Turn Over New Song Lyrics to the Feds

Last week, a federal judge ruled that B.G., a rapper known for the hit 1999 song “Bling Bling,” must give the government copies of the lyrics to any new songs as a condition of his supervised release. While prosecutors can generally place a wide range of otherwise illegal restrictions on released prisoners’ conduct, critics argue this restriction is an unconstitutional prior restraint on speech.

In 2012, B.G., whose real name is Christopher Dorsey, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for illegal gun possession and obstruction charges. After serving 11 years, Dorsey was released in February. In May, prosecutors filed a motion alleging that Dorsey had violated the terms of his bond by publishing songs “where he once again glorifies murder, drug dealing, and threatens those who cooperate with the police.”

“Mr. Dorsey’s conduct directly contradicts the goals of supervised release—rehabilitation and becoming a responsible, law-abiding member of our community,” prosecutors write. “There is no way that any reasonable person can view these new videos…with an understanding of Mr. Dorsey’s past, and conclude that Mr. Dorsey was taking his rehabilitation seriously.”

Prosecutors requested that Dorsey be prohibited from “promoting and glorifying future gun violence/murder and obstructive conduct in his songs and during his concerts.” Last Friday, New Orleans federal judge Susie Morgan denied this request, writing that the condition might be an unconstitutional prior restraint on Dorsey’s speech.

“The Court finds that, without question, the additional condition is not sufficiently clear and specific to serve as a guide for the Defendant’s conduct and for those entrusted with his supervision,” Morgan wrote. But despite this admission, she still placed a serious restriction on Dorsey’s speech. “To address the legitimate concerns expressed by the Government, the Court will impose a special condition that the Defendant provide the United States Probation Office with a copy of the lyrics of any song he writes, in advance of his production or promotion of such song, and that those lyrics be shared with the Government.”

While this restriction sounds outrageous, supervised release is a convoluted mess for many former prisoners. “When it was created in 1984, federal supervised release was supposed to be used sparingly to keep tabs on offenders who were public safety concerns or needed extra support to transition back into society,” Reason‘s C.J. Ciaramella wrote last month. “However, it’s become used by default…and it’s sending many others back to prison for minor rule violations that might not warrant such a harsh response.”

More dark allegations against embattled Diddy as former porn star claims he trafficked her to party guests

A former porn star is suing Diddy over claims he trafficked her to have sex with party guests and threatened to blackmail her if she did not comply.

Adria English, whose stage name was Omunique, claimed she first met the musician in 2004 when her boyfriend was auditioning for a Sean John modeling gig.

She alleges she worked parties hosted by Diddy in which she would drink alcohol laced with narcotics like ecstasy and would be asked to flirt with guests.

English said the disgraced rapper, 54, ‘groomed’ her into sex trafficking and told her to have sex with Jacob Arabov, also known as ‘Jacob the Jeweler’.

The lawsuit, filed in New York on Wednesday, claims she had ‘forced sexual intercourse’ with him and was paid an extra $1,000 compared to the usual fee for working the parties.

English took a photo with Jacob following the alleged assault before Diddy congratulated her on having sex with him, according to the lawsuit.

She claimed she was later ‘passed off’ to other guests at Diddy’s parties who sexually assaulted her.

The former porn star named a woman called Tamiko Thomas in the lawsuit as a defendant and claims she facilitated the sex trafficking operation.

English compared Thomas to Ghislaine Maxwell and Diddy to Jeffrey Epstein.

She claims the disgraced rapper promised to help advance her career and helped her join a girl group as a way into the music industry.

But English said he made forceful demands and threatened to blacklist her and her boyfriend from the entire industry if they did not do what he said.

‘Orange Is the New Black’ Star Lea DeLaria Begs Biden to Assassinate Trump: ‘Blow Him Up’

Actress Lea DeLaria, who played Bing Boo on Netflix’s Orange is the New Black, literally and emphatically called upon President Joe Biden to assassinate former President Donald Trump this week in response to the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

In a social media post shared to Instagram and TikTok, DeLaria went on unhinged rant against former President Trump and begged Joe Biden to kill him as an act of war.

“Joe, you’re a reasonable man,” she said in a post that garnered over 9,000 Likes. “You don’t want to do this. But here’s the reality: This is a fucking war. This is a war now, and we are fighting for our fucking country. And these assholes are going to take it away. They’re going to take it away.”

“Thank you, [Supreme Court Justice] Clarence ‘Uncle’ Thomas. Joe, you now have the right to take that bitch Trump out. Take him out, Joe. If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, would you take him out? Well, he is Hitler. And this is 1940. Take him the fuck out! Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts,” she added.

DeLaria justified these actions as an act of war.

“It’s all out war now. They will destroy us. They only want power… like all tyrants. FUCK THEM!!! And if any of you assholes wanna death threat me like you have been doing for my entire life, bring it on bitch. I’m Sicilian, I know how to play that game,” she said.

Billionaire Banker’s Daughter Taylor Swift Sings “Fuck the Patriarchy!”, Leaving Some Nonplussed

Billionaire Taylor Swift, whose career was launched with the help of her rich banker father, sung “fuck the patriarchy!” at at her concert, leaving some to wonder how it made dads who had spent exorbitant amounts on tickets for their daughters feel.

The line is taken from the extended version of Swift’s All Too Well track, which was re-released in 2021 with the “fuck the patriarchy!” line added to the lyrics.

It was sung with gusto at one of Swift’s recent ‘Eras’ tour concerts, which the media has been treating with such gushing adoration akin to if Jesus Christ himself was touring the world.

Some accused the billionaire of being “out of touch,” while another wondered aloud, “Just thinking of all those dads who scrimped and saved to get overpriced tickets from touts for their teenage daughters—not to mention the hotel, travel costs, stupid outfits etc—many of them actually going with their kids and sitting through the bloody thing.”

“Then having to hear this bollocks from someone definitely old enough to know better.”

“Who does she think pays for all those girls to go to her concert?” asked another respondent.

Unearthed claim about JFK and Bobby Kennedy’s involvement in Marilyn Monroe’s death… and all the signs it wasn’t a suicide, revealed by MAUREEN CALLAHAN: ‘I know who killed her’

She may have been the biggest star in the world, but this was going to be the most important night of Marilyn’s life: Headlining a fundraiser that would double as President John F. Kennedy’s 45th birthday party, on May 19, 1962, at Madison Square Garden.

Now the world would finally know: She and the married American president were a thing.

And what a headline that would be: Marilyn Monroe, the world’s biggest movie star, and the president of the United States!

He was going to leave his wife, the admired but frosty Jackie, and marry her. He had said as much, and Marilyn believed him. Once he won re-election, he would be free to make her the next First Lady of the United States.

It wasn’t so crazy: Marilyn had Jack on her hook for years, long before he was in the White House.

For this most pivotal night, Marilyn wanted to look like the German sex-siren Marlene Dietrich, but edgier, more risqué.

So she’d turned to Dietrich — herself a former lover of both Jack Kennedy and his father Joe — and the star had sent Marilyn to her own designer, the French costumier Jean Louis.

The result was a gossamer, flesh-toned dress glittering with thousands of hand-beaded rhinestones, so figure-hugging that it had to be sewn onto Marilyn’s body, so tight that she couldn’t wear underwear.

Half an hour before her performance at the Garden, Marilyn was in her dressing-room when the president’s brother, Bobby, arrived at the door. They spent 15 minutes alone together.

Marilyn knew both Kennedys wanted her, and she wanted both of them. Jack, of course, had the charm and power, but Bobby had a kind of gravitas that attracted her.

George Clooney’s Foundation to Issue Arrest Warrant Requests for Journalists who say Nice Things About Russia

The Clooney Foundation for Justice’s Docket Project is pursuing secret arrest warrants for journalists in Europe whose reporting is favorable to Russia in a move that a Kremlin spokesperson has labeled “insane.”

By now, we’re all painfully aware that facts and truth don’t matter to a lot of people if they don’t align with their views, and now this foundation, which was founded by actor George Clooney and his wife, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, is trying to use legal processes to stop professionals from doing their jobs.

The Docket Project’s legal director, Anna Neistat, recently told Voice of America radio that they are attempting to obtain the arrest warrants by appealing to the European countries that have laws against “war propaganda.” She announced: “We are submitting requests to initiate criminal proceedings in countries where this provision exists in the criminal code.”

She added: “If the warrant is issued, it essentially becomes an EU-wide warrant through Europol. This means journalists could potentially be arrested and extradited to the country investigating them.”

She would not disclose the names of the journalists they are targeting but did admit that they were focusing on “the most prominent Russian propagandists.”

Celebrity Doctors Promoted Covid Vaccine Without Declaring Payments

The pharmaceutical watchdog is being urged to investigate after celebrity doctors discussed the Covid vaccine on primetime TV without disclosing payments of thousands of pounds from AstraZeneca. The Telegraph has more.

In April of this year, AstraZeneca admitted for the first time in court documents that its Covid vaccine can, in a small percentage of cases, cause a rare and dangerous side effect. The following month, it emerged that the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine is being withdrawn worldwide.

The revelations prompted a fresh round of debate about the vaccine, with celebrity doctors invited on to television shows to discuss the fallout.

Dr. Ranj Singh, who regularly appears on the BBC as a talking head, was paid £22,500 by AstraZeneca in 2021, according to records from the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI).

Last month, he led a discussion on the BBC breakfast show Morning Live about the safety of the AstraZeneca vaccine and the “serious but rare” complications associated with it. He failed to declare his payments from the pharmaceutical giant to either the BBC or to viewers.

A BBC spokesman said they were unaware of the payments ahead of the show, adding: “The segment on the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine was balanced and covered reported risks and benefits. We became aware of Dr. Ranj’s 2021 work for the manufacturer after this segment aired and have now addressed this within the show.”

Dr. Nighat Arif, who became a familiar face on television during the pandemic including on BBC Breakfast, was paid £10,000 by Astra-Zeneca in 2022.

Secret OJ Simpson files are released by FBI and reveal chilling new details about murder investigation that shocked the nation

The FBI has released almost 500 never before seen files on OJ Simpson which reveal more details about the infamous case.

The tranche was published Friday and largely covers the investigation into the 1994 murders of Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman.

Simpson was cleared of criminal charges in 1995, following a high profile trail which captured the nation’s attention.

He was later found civilly liable and ordered to pay the victims’ families $33.5 million. He maintained his innocence until his death in April aged 76.

The secret documents show the lengths that the FBI went to to keep their findings under wraps.

‘Due to the intense media interest in captioned matter, and the potential prejudicial impact that public dissemination could have on pending criminal proceedings the following information should be handled on a strict need to know basis, and should not be disseminated outside the FBI,’ one internal memo published states.

The files also reveal the huge effort investigators put in to identify the shoes worn by the killer.

LA homicide detectives determined the footwear to be a pair of rare Bruno Magli shoes, with agents flying to the manufacturer in Italy in a bid to glean more information.

Agents dispatched to the factory were briefed, ‘under no circumstance should the interviewing agents mention that this investigation concerns OJ Simpson or the homicide investigation in Los Angeles, California’.

Other details include lists of materials found at the scene which were sent for DNA testing.

Two rambling letters dated June 1994 are also among the documents, written by an individual claiming to have visions about the killings.

‘I can’t sleep at night. The dreams that I have, where pieces of the puzzle fall into place. And the ultimate dream that the killer is still out there and is after me,’ one reads.

The FBI publishes records it keeps on individuals following their death.

The strange case of Gabriela Rico Jiménez, a Mexican woman who unleashed wild accusations about a host of powerful people before suddenly disappearing, is one mired in mystery.

The then-21-year-old vanished in 2009, after a video of her emotional outburst and subsequent arrest went viral. In the aftermath it was widely reported that she was a supermodel, but no evidence of this exists.

Her case has now resurfaced in a recent podcast by Mexico Unexplained, available now on Apple Podcasts, as speculation over her fate remains.

The incident occurred outside a luxury hotel in the Mexican city of Monterrey Nuevo Leon, where people were said to be partying. From there, she emerged in a frantic state, wearing a ripped shirt bearing the words ‘yum yum.’

She quickly began hurling accusations at the royal family, Disney, and one of the richest and most powerful men in Mexico, almost immediately drawing a crowd. The woman accused them of living in a subterranean base and stealing children and eating human flesh

She was swiftly cuffed by cops, never to be seen by members of the public again.

George Clooney Co-Hosting A Biden Fundraiser While Amal Clooney Sits On The Committee Indicting Israeli Officials and Hamas Leaders

Politics get confoundlingly complicated at times and 2024 leans into some of the more bizarre partisan politics ever in recent times as proven in the latest developments with George Clooney and Julia Roberts set to host a Biden fundraiser in California next month with Barack Obama, while Amal Clooney has been sitting on an advisory panel that resulted in the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant applications of Israel officials and Hamas leaders on Monday.

The Biden fundraiser scheduled for mid-June is designed to have Clooney and Roberts engage grassroots donors over social media. They are also expected to lend their names for the Biden campaign emails and text messages.

The U.K.-based international panel of legal experts, of which one was Mrs. Amal Clooney, a noted human rights lawyer, gave their unanimous consent to Karim Khan, the ICC prosecutor. Khan had announced months ago that he would investigate everyone involved in the October 7 Hamas attack inside Israel, as well as Israeli’s response inside Gaza. He is now seeking arrests warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and three Hamas leaders on war crimes charges.

“The attacks by Hamas in Israel on October 7 and the military response by Israeli forces in Gaza have tested the system of international law to its limits,” Clooney and other legal advisors wrote in an op-ed published in The Financial Times. The other members of the panel include: Lord Justice Fulford, Judge Theodor Meron CMG, Danny Friedman KC, Baroness Helena Kennedy LT KC, and Elizabeth Wilmshurst CMG KC.

“…The prosecutor has taken a historic step to ensure justice for the victims in Israel and Palestine by issuing applications for five arrest warrants alleging war crimes and crimes against humanity by senior Hamas and Israeli leaders,” the op-ed noted.
