Mexican Authorities Make Gruesome Discovery Outside Iran’s World Cup Training Camp

Mexican authorities discovered a decomposing body stuffed inside the trunk of an abandoned vehicle just yards from where Iran’s national soccer team is preparing for the 2026 World Cup.

The grim discovery was made Friday in a supermarket parking lot across from Caliente Stadium in Tijuana, where Iran has established its training base ahead of upcoming matches in the United States.

According to local authorities, residents had complained for days about a foul odor coming from a gray Toyota SUV parked in the lot.

When officers inspected the vehicle, they found a body wrapped in a black bag inside the trunk.

“Upon inspecting the vehicle, they found a person wrapped in a black bag in the trunk, showing signs of violence,” a spokesman for the Tijuana prosecutor’s office said.

Officials have not released the identity of the victim.

Forensic investigators were seen examining the SUV and collecting evidence from the scene before removing the body.

Obama’s Presidential Center Looks Like His Ego Cast in Stone

President Barack Hussein Obama wanted a monument in Chicago, and Chicago gave him parkland, patience, tax breaks, years of disruption, and now a tower that looks less like civic memory than self-regard poured into granite.

The Obama Presidential Center opens to the public June 19 in Jackson Park, a historic South Side park once shaped by Frederick Law Olmsted’s vision. The Obama Foundation calls it an “awe-inspiring 19-acre campus.”

Many Chicagoans can look at the same structure and see something colder.

The building matches the man’s politics. Obama, the 44th president, sold hope in polished speeches while leaving the country more divided than he found it. My criticism of Obama has never been about race; it’s about ideology, arrogance, and the habit of treating dissent as a moral defect.

His center carries the same spirit: it rises over a working neighborhood like a lecture in stone, built by people who always sound certain they know what is best for everyone else.

The design has already drawn brutal reactions. The main tower has been described as a mostly windowless granite monolith, with critics comparing it to a fortified sci-fi prison.

Architect Billie Tsien, co-founder of Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects, said Obama was “very, very hands-on with the design” and wanted angular forms inspired by sculptor Constantin Brâncuși. From The Guardian:

So, how to sym­bol­ise hope, justice, equal­ity and all the other bygone val­ues that Obama cham­pioned in his met­eoric ascent to the White House? How to com­mem­or­ate the first Black pres­id­ent in his­tory, in whom so much trans­form­a­tional faith was ves­ted, at a time when so many of his achieve­ments are being relent­lessly rolled back?

“We had the idea of a beacon,” says archi­tect Bil­lie Tsien, whose prac­tice, Tod Wil­li­ams Bil­lie Tsien Archi­tects, won the design com­pet­i­tion for the Obama Pres­id­en­tial Cen­ter in 2016, on the eve of the first Trump pres­id­ency. “We thought of four hands com­ing together,” she adds, hold­ing her cupped hands up against a col­league’s, as if pro­tect­ing a flame from the wind.

Above us, sheer walls of gran­ite erupt from the ground at a steep angle, before taper­ing to form a chis­elled 70-metre-high mono­lith. It looks hewn and cleft, tower­ing over the 19-acre cam­pus like a stocky, trun­cated obelisk. Rising above the low-rise, low-income neigh­bour­hood, the build­ing has an omin­ous pres­ence, its mostly win­dow­less heft recall­ing a men­acing sci-fi headquar­ters, with small chamfered open­ings sug­gest­ing portals from where drones might be launched, or lasers fired. Some have com­pared it to a flak tower, oth­ers to a “Klin­gon prison”. If it is a beacon of hope, it seems to be one that has been for­ti­fied at all costs against the present regime, a defens­ive bunker to pro­tect its fra­gile val­ues from siege.

“The pres­id­ent was very, very hands on with the design,” says Tsien, with a rue­ful air. “He talked a lot about his love of Brâncuși.” That’s the Romanian sculptor who was known for his carved, abstract forms. “And he wanted to make things more angu­lar and cut. To make a form, and then try to work out what goes inside it, is really the oppos­ite of how we’ve worked before. It was a very for­eign exer­cise.”

That detail tells us exactly everything we already know; the final product feels less like a public place than a former president’s theory of himself.

The location has always been the deeper insult. The Obama Foundation built the center inside Jackson Park, part of a National Register-listed landscape, after years of lawsuits and complaints from people who objected to turning public parkland into a privately operated campus.

Trump Develops Plan to Get His First Term Impeachments Expunged: ‘I Did Nothing Wrong’

President Donald Trump is reportedly seeking to have the two impeachments from his first term expunged from the congressional record through a resolution.

“It should be done because I did nothing wrong,” Trump said when asked about the resolution in a phone call, The Wall Street Journal reported. “It was a rigged deal—it was a whole rigged situation.”

The Democrat-led House of Representatives voted to impeach Trump in December 2019, saying he had wrongfully tried to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by delaying aid money, into investigating Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden for alleged corruption involving millions of dollars.

Zelenskyy said at the time he felt no pressure from Trump, and he opened no investigation into the Bidens, and the aid money was delivered on time before the end of the 2019 fiscal year.

In January 2021, the Democrat-led House impeached Trump again, claiming he incited the January 6 Capitol incursion.

At a “Stop the Steal” rally near the White House on January 6, the president stated, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

The Senate voted not to convict Trump following both House impeachments.

The Wall Street Journal reported, “The effort to ‘expunge’ Trump’s impeachments fits with a wider campaign to erase black marks on his record. His lawyers are trying to overturn his criminal conviction for falsifying records to cover up hush money paid to a porn star, and they are seeking to reverse unfavorable civil rulings.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson told the news outlet that he has discussed the resolution with Trump.

“I think it makes a lot of sense the more the evidence comes out, the more we know they really were sham impeachments,” Johnson said, noting that the conversations about the resolution picked up about a month ago. “We were saying it at the time, now we know. And they make a very compelling case that it should be expunged from the record, because it was a hyperpartisan attack job.”

Just the News reported in April that Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz argued that Trump does have grounds to have the 2019 impeachment expunged based on documents recently released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

“It’s never been done. I don’t see any reason why it couldn’t be done,” said Dershowitz, who represented Trump during the Senate impeachment trial in early 2020.

“But I have to tell you one thing, history will expunge it already based on your work, because what you’ve done is you’ve created so much doubt about the credibility of the main accuser that it’s hard for anybody to sit back now and say that was a just, a just impeachment, but I don’t know that there’s going to be any remedy,” he added. “Maybe we should try to create one.”

Italian Woman Beheaded as Attacker Recites Passages From a Book. Yeah, THAT Book.

The new Europe is going to take some getting used to, but at least it’s clear now what it’s going to be like. Populating it will be people who believe that they have a responsibility to carry out the decrees of the creator of the universe, and they believe that among those decrees is a mandate to kill those who do not believe in that creator unless they submit to the hegemony of his law.

And so in Italy recently, a woman was beheaded, in accord with commands found in the holy book of a rapidly growing segment of Italy’s population, and in case anyone remained determined to miss the point of what he had done (as many European authorities are), the perpetrator helpfully quoted from that book in justification of his actions. Welcome to the new Europe.

The Italian-language Firenze Today reported Friday that Issam Chlih, “a 29-year-old homeless Moroccan national,” is “the sole suspect in the murder of Silke Sauer,” who was “a 44-year-old German woman found decapitated near an abandoned farmhouse in the park of the former CNR site in Scandicci.” CNR is the National Research Council, an Italian government agency devoted to scientific and technological exploration.

Preliminary Investigations Judge (GIP) Roberta Di Maria ordered Chlih detained “due to the risk that Chlih might flee or reoffend.” This was a sensible decision, as the “‘brutal’ nature of the murder and the suspect’s personality led the judge to believe he might turn to contacts in his home country to escape. Furthermore, the judge noted that the circumstances of the crime and the attempt to clean up the crime scene demonstrated ‘an extraordinary level of criminal persistence.’”

Once again, welcome to the new Italy. Issam Chlih, however, is not your average hardened criminal or garden-variety recidivist. This is clear from the details of what happened on the fateful night in which Chlih beheaded Silke Sauer. “According to the Carabinieri’s reconstruction,” Firenze Today notes, “Issam Chlih and Silke Sauer were together on the evening of February 16 and had stopped at a bar in Florence near the Leopolda station. Witnesses reported that Chlih shouted incoherent phrases and harassed customers. Police arrived at the scene after the bar manager called the emergency number (112).”

The police were, however, too late: the couple had already left the bar. Early in the morning of the following day, however, “they returned to Scandicci by tram. Video surveillance cameras captured them walking toward the abandoned farmhouse. They reportedly began arguing right near the building.” It was at this point that “other homeless individuals present in the park at the former CNR site reportedly heard screaming and a male voice reciting verses from the Qur’an, shouting that the devil had taken possession of the woman. Immediately afterward, a female voice—presumably Silke Sauer’s—was heard shouting ‘stop’ in Italian.”

Issam Chlih did not stop. And “the following day, in a state of agitation, Chlih reportedly drove away anyone approaching the dog park adjacent to the farmhouse. Passersby called emergency services, and the twenty-nine-year-old was admitted to Torregalli Hospital. The next day, Wednesday, February 18, Silke’s body was discovered.”

Satellite station takes shape on city rooftop for secret US broadband provider

The first of dozens of dome-shaped antennas for a controversial satellite earth station in Auckland have been installed on an inner-city rooftop. 

2degrees has been contracted by an undisclosed US satellite broadband company to build the ground station on the roof of a building at 43 College Hill, Freemans Bay, the telecommunications provider told the Herald. 

The facility will eventually house 30 of the mushroom-like structures, each about 2m tall, and be used to relay swathes of data to and from satellites. 

A 2degrees spokesperson said the telco’s unnamed US client would “operate and maintain the ground station” once construction was complete. 

2degrees announced a partnership with AST SpaceMobile, a US company building the first space-based cellular broadband network, in March 2025, with plans to launch a satellite-to-mobile service that they hoped to begin testing from the middle of this year. 

The Kiwi firm was granted non‑notified consent from Auckland Council to build the rooftop station on June 24 last year, but the project courted criticism from nearby residents and community groups after construction began in January. 

Opponents told the Herald in February they were concerned about the scale and appearance of the installation, potential side effects from the radiofrequency technology and, more broadly, the council’s decision to approve the project without public notification. 

The council’s head of resource consents James Hassall said its staff had since met with two of the concerned residents but were unable to address their concerns, given the project was approved in line with regulatory standards. 

“Once a consent is granted, the only avenue for challenge is through an application for judicial review in the High Court,” Hassall said. 

“The council will monitor the site to ensure that the consent holder meets the conditions of the consent.”

The gruesome photo of the Muslim attacker, sitting on his victim, definitely holding a blade over his head, has ignited the long-overdue revolt against decades of murders, assaults, and rapes, none of which would have happened if the communists running the UK didn’t import third-world savages, whose Quran tells them it’s fine to do all those things.

This isn’t the first time a Muslim has stabbed a white person in the UK for no reason. In fact, it’s not the only stabbing this week.

PJ Media’s own Robert Spencer, who is also the man behind jihadwatch.org, reported a separate attack on a 17-year-old UK “infidel” woman. 

Violent Muslims, many masquerading as “asylum seekers,” have been wreaking mountains of havoc across Western Europe for years.

The recent Belfast atrocity isn’t a one-off. The religion of pieces (I call it that because of its believers’ uncanny ability to blow themselves to pieces while surrounded by “infidels”) has been busy.

Oil Execs Warn Trump Gas Prices Are About to Get Hell of a Lot Worse

Gas prices could climb even higher in the coming months.

Industry officials have already warned the White House that the prices could spike yet again due to rapidly diminishing inventories, reported The Washington Post Thursday.

Since the beginning of the Iran war, commercial and government inventories have supplemented gas consumption across the U.S. The reserves have allowed prices to hover around $4.50 per gallon for the last four months—but that could change very quickly, according to oil and gas executives, who are often loath to make such alarming predictions.

“We’re sounding the alarm on these inventories going to record lows,” American Petroleum Institute CEO Mike Sommers told Fox Business. “We have to solve this problem in the Strait of Hormuz.”

Some inventories could be wiped out in a matter of weeks, according to the Post—just in time for summer holidays.

“I have absolutely no doubt the White House—from the president on down—is fully aware of the nearly universal alarm among oil companies and analysts about the direction of travel for oil prices this summer,” Bob McNally, a former Bush administration energy adviser, told the Post.

Yet Trump has been remarkably cavalier about the rising costs. With inflation at a three-year high, Trump stunned reporters, lawmakers, and voters alike on Wednesday with just four words: “I love the inflation,” he said.

“I love it,” he insisted, pledging that oil prices will drop “like a rock” when the war ends.

But the end of the war seems to be nowhere in sight. U.S. forces bombed Iran through two nights this week, part of the White House’s latest strategy to force Tehran to make a deal, despite the obvious risks of escalation.

“If we need to negotiate with bombs, we will negotiate with bombs,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Wednesday. “We will strike them hard tonight and hopefully Iran makes a good decision.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s allies aren’t so sure that their political movement will weather the brewing economic storm. The far-right populist rode the 2024 campaign on vehement promises of affordability; through his presidency, he swore that Americans would see lower utility bills, cheaper groceries, and more American-based jobs. But that hasn’t been the case.

Instead, as millions of Americans struggle with the rising cost of living and companies contend with rattled supply chains, the president’s inner circle fear that it might be too late to fix the problem for Trump’s midterm-dependent acolytes.

“Whether it’s peak inflation or not, it doesn’t matter,” one former Trump administration official told Politico. “The die has been cast in terms of how people are looking at the economy.”

Palisades Fire Victims Beat Gavin Newsom in Court AGAIN

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been playing hide the ball with the truth about the disastrous and deadly Pacific Palisades fire and the state’s culpability in it since it rekindled on Jan. 7, 2025. This week, the governor lost another court maneuver in his attempt to deny Palisades fire victims the ability to sue the the State of California. 

On Friday, the California Supreme Court denied Newsom administration’s latest stall tactic, that would have required yet another “review and request to stay the Palisades Fire Litigation,” according to Trey Robertson, who represents 4,000 Palisades victims. If the court had decided differently, those victims would have been completely iced out of their efforts to seek relief… and discovery. 

We’ve already seen the state run from liability in the case, but the secrets that would pour out from discovery in a court case of this kind could fill that entire empty Pacific Palisades reservoir. It’s still empty, by the way. 

The State of California has the right to defend itself against liability in the fire, of course. But there’s something else at play here. Newsom’s administration has fought the thousands of victims every step of the way as they seek  what could be billions of dollars in damages from the state’s complicity.  

The decision means that “justice is coming for the Palisades Fire victims,” Robertson said in an X post.

Activists Claim Karmelo Anthony Received Worse Treatment than Dylann Roof, who Was Sentenced to Death

There is an apparent contrast in the public response to the cases of Karmelo Anthony and Dylann Roof, as Anthony has received support from activists, commentators, and elected officials following his murder conviction and 35-year sentence for the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf, while Roof was sentenced to death in 2017 for murdering nine black churchgoers in Charleston, South Carolina.

Among the latest critics is ESPN Radio host Peter Rosenberg, who objected to the way Anthony is being discussed in public and questioned calls for severe punishment. He spoke on a recent episode of “The Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show,” Rosenberg acknowledged that Metcalf’s death was a tragedy but argued that he did not understand why Anthony should have “the book” thrown at him.

“Why is the solution to all of these things, ‘How badly can we punish the teenager who did it?’ I understand the feeling of anger and pain that the family would have,” Rosenberg said. “I don’t understand why we govern our laws based on that, though. It’s obviously an overall tragedy, and obviously, punishment should take place. But why is the Metcalf family going to be better off because Karmelo Anthony gets the book thrown at him and they decide he’s a murderer?”

His comments came after Anthony was charged with murder in connection with the April stabbing death of Metcalf during an altercation at a Texas high school track meet. Rosenberg is not alone in criticizing the treatment of Anthony.

Danielle Hairston, president of the American Psychiatric Association’s Black Caucus, contrasted Anthony’s case with that of Dylann Roof, the white supremacist who murdered nine worshippers at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2015.

“They’re sentencing him to over 30 years, Karmelo Anthony. But they took this dude to Burger King,” Hairston said, referring to reports that Roof was given food by law enforcement officers after his arrest. “The adultification is traumatizing.”

Rep. Christian Menefee (D-TX) called Anthony’s conviction as a “travesty” and suggested racial bias influenced the outcome, arguing that Black defendants are often denied the same self-defense protections afforded to others. Rep. Troy Carter (D-LA) also expressed sympathy for Anthony and suggested the case deserved further review, saying that Anthony “certainly appears to have been being attacked and defended himself.” He also tied the case to broader concerns about racial disparities in the justice system.

While Anthony has received significant public support, Roof received one of the harshest punishments available under American law with little comparable public opposition. In January 2017, a federal jury sentenced Roof to death after convicting him on dozens of federal hate crime and murder-related charges stemming from the massacre of nine black parishioners at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina.

Anthony was also treated with leniency when Collin County Judge Angela Tucker lowered his initial first-degree murder bond from $1 million to $250,000, allowing him to await trial on house arrest with GPS monitoring. According to reporting from FOX 4 Dallas, this bond reduction resulted in immediate online backlash, which included a doxxing campaign that exposed Judge Tucker’s personal home address on social media.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in custody.
