Trump admin punishing inmates for protesting Epstein accomplice’s ‘VIP treatment’: report

President Donald Trump’s administration is now reportedly coming down hard on federal inmates for speaking out against the DOJ’s apparent soft treatment of convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.

That’s according to CNN, which reported Friday that Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) — the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee — is now demanding answers from the warden at Maxwell’s minimum security prison about what he alleges is “VIP treatment” for deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s chief accomplice. CNN host Jim Sciutto said Raskin is also questioning Maxwell getting “mysterious visitors, meal delivery and other special perks” and that the DOJ has “retaliated against inmates who dared to speak out about her fawning preferential treatment.”

Elie Honig, a legal analyst for the network, told Scuitto that while he’s less concerned with meal deliveries and meetings with visitors, the major red flag in Raskin’s letter is the allegation that inmates have been punished for drawing attention to Maxwell’s treatment.

“Apparently there are other inmates in this facility, other female inmates who have spoken out about preferential treatment to Ghislaine Maxwell and are now being punished,” Honig said. “Representative Raskin points out one particular inmate who appears to have been kicked out of a training program and moved to a higher security prison. That is a major problem, if that’s happening as retaliation.”

Honig went on to remind viewers that Maxwell shouldn’t even be at the Bryan, Texas prison — where she was moved earlier this year after a two-day meeting with Deputy Attorney General (and Trump’s former personal attorney) Todd Blanche — due to Bureau of Prisons rules. Facilities like Bryan are typically only for white-collar offenses, whereas violent offenders like those convicted of sex crimes have to serve their sentences in more restrictive conditions.

“That takes a waiver. Somebody within the Justice Department … has to specifically approve that, say, ‘I waive the normal course of proceedings and I’m okay with Ghislaine Maxwell being moved to a lower security prison,'” Honig said. “To this day, we don’t know who actually authorized that. And we’ve not gotten answers from DOJ about that.”

U.S. Secret Service Seized 17 Skimmers, Stopped $17M of EBT Fraud in Texas

The U.S. Secret Service and local law enforcement seized 17 illegal electronic benefit transfer skimmers that stopped nearly $18 million of fraud in San Antonio, Oct. 28-29.

Law enforcement from the San Antonio Police Department and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office conducted EBT fraud and payment card skimming outreach. 

Law enforcement visited 712 businesses and removed 17 illegal skimming devices, preventing an estimated potential loss of more than $17.7 million. More than 4,300 point-of-sale terminals, gas pumps and ATMs were inspected. 

Teams also distributed educational materials about Electronic Benefit Transfer fraud and skimming to help businesses identify illegal skimming devices in their point-of-sale terminals, gas pumps and ATMs.

“The U.S. Secret Service greatly appreciates our law enforcement partners as, together, we aim to proactively identify and remove illegal skimming devices in San Antonio,” said Brian Gibson, Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Secret Service’s San Antonio Field Office. “Removing these devices before card numbers can fall into the hands of criminals underscores our commitment to preventing EBT fraud which impacts our most vulnerable community members.”

This effort follows a series of more than 20 similar operations conducted by the U.S. Secret Service and law enforcement partners nationwide.

Cancer-Causing Drug Banned in Most Countries Still Allowed in U.S. Pork

Michelle Obama Says America Did Not Show Her Family ‘Grace’ Because They Were Black

In the world of Former First Lady Michelle Obama, it is she and her husband who are America’s real victims.

According to Obama, she and Barack were held to higher standards because they are black.

She made the remarks during an upcoming interview with Good Morning America that will air on Sunday morning.

“You said we were all too aware that as a first black couple, we couldn’t afford any missteps,” asked the host.

”And you also say as a black woman, I was under a particularly white, hot glare. Did you feel that?’

”For sure,” Obama responded. “You can’t afford to get anything wrong because you didn’t get the—at least until the country came to know us.”

“We didn’t get the grace that I think some other families have gotten.”

Her comments come despite the fact that her husband won the 2008 presidential election by a landslide and was re-elected in 2012 by a comfortable margin.

The couple have gone on to bathe in the fame and glory of their time in the White House.

This has included cutting deals with Netflix, starting their own podcasts and cashing in huge speaking fees for anyone who wants to hear them.

Yet despite their countless successes, Michelle cannot seem to stop whining.

Last month, complained about how expensive it was to live in the White House and inadvertently admitted that she got into Princeton through affirmative action.

“All my scores said I did not belong in Princeton… and people saw my skin color and they said ‘you are aiming too high’” Michelle Obama said.

5 States Handed Out $1.4B In Federal Medicaid Funding To Illegals

Five states and Washington, D.C., funneled more than $1.35 billion in federal taxpayer Medicaid funding to illegals, according to a preliminary audit of the program completed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

CMS Administrator Dr. Mehemet Oz posted the results of the preliminary audit on social media showing California, D.C., Illinois, Washington, Colorado, and Oregon spent millions each on illegals, with California spending the bulk, topping over $1.3 billion alone.

That money, according to Oz, was spent “just in the last few months.”

The left constantly claims this does not, or even cannot, happen because it is against federal law to use programs like Medicaid — something meant for Americans — for illegals, but that small sample of states shows that states are defrauding the American people out of their own programs to the tune of billions of dollars.

That claim is even more spurious considering the Democrats are only days away from breaking the all-time longest government shutdown record because they care more about funding health care for illegals than citizens of their own country.

“Some want to deny that illegal immigrants are receiving Medicaid. Others insist it’s illegal for Medicaid to cover illegal immigrants. And others accurately point out that hospitals can provide emergency services to illegal immigrants under the program,” Oz said, noting CMS is intending to have the money returned to them.

States share Medicaid funding responsibilities with the federal government, and they administer the program independently. The law does not prohibit the states from using their own money to pay for illegals, just federal funding. (This exception provides a back door for federal tax dollars to de facto fund illegals, as money is fungible.)

According to Oz, Democrats are so zealous about giving American money to illegals that even that massive loophole was not enough, stating, “that didn’t stop Democrats from going even further by breaking federal law to give illegal immigrants federal Medicaid dollars meant for American citizens.”

“Whether willful or not, the states’ conduct highlights a terrifying reality: American taxpayers have been footing the bill for illegal immigrants’ Medicaid coverage, despite many Democrats and the media insisting otherwise,” he added.

Judges Order Trump Admin to Fund SNAP — There’s Just One Problem

Two federal judges have just ruled that the Trump administration must use contingency funds for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Two federal judges ruled nearly simultaneously on Friday that President Donald Trump’s administration must to continue to fund SNAP, the nation’s biggest food aid program, using contingency funds during the government shutdown.

The rulings came a day before the U.S. Department of Agriculture planned to freeze payments to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program because it said it could no longer keep funding it due to the shutdown.

The program serves about 1 in 8 Americans and is a major piece of the nation’s social safety net. Word in October that it would be a Nov. 1 casualty of the shutdown sent states, food banks and SNAP recipients scrambling to figure out how to secure food. Some states said they would spend their own funds to keep versions of the program going.

The Trump administration has long said it doesn’t have the legal authority to use the contingency funds to pay for SNAP benefits during the prolonged Schumer Shutdown.

Democrats Choose Supporting LGBT Activists Over Stopping Child Rape

Given a choice between child rape and saying no to the LGBT lobby, California Democrats picked child rape.

A recent New York Times story on Los Angeles’ notorious Figueroa Street revealed the brutal human cost of Democrats’ subservience to the LGBT lobby. Prostitution had always been a problem, but, as the paper reported, “in recent years, the officers had seen the magnitude of child sex trafficking explode.” Girls, some not even teenagers yet, are being abused, beaten, and raped night after night in a miles-long stretch of street ruled by traffickers and known as the Blade.

This expanding evil is the result of deliberate choices by Democrats. There were the pandemic school closures — extended far beyond any evidence or reasonable fears — that left vulnerable children unattended and easy prey for traffickers. There were police budget cuts — in practice, defunding the police means letting those selling children as sex slaves control the streets. And, though the New York Times does not mention it, handing the cartels control of our southern border surely enabled the sex traffickers now selling children in L.A. and elsewhere.

But above all, there was the repeal of “the law allowing the police to arrest women who loitered with the intent to engage in prostitution.” Ostensibly, this was to “prevent profiling of Black, brown and trans women based on how they dressed. But when it was implemented in January 2023, the effect was that uniformed officers could no longer apprehend groups of girls in lingerie on Figueroa, hoping to recover minors among them.” And so it was not long before “every intersection from Gage to Imperial had girls waving and waiting to be rented out, some of them imported by traffickers from Oregon or Texas or Alabama. By the end of 2023, the city attorney had taken to calling Figueroa the Kiddie Stroll because so many of the girls weren’t even 13.”

There were, it turns out, good reasons that it was illegal for girls wearing G-strings, fishnets, and heels to hang around known sex trafficking hubs late at night. As Abigail Shrier reported for City Journal back in 2023, the “anti-loitering statute,” which “had provided the grounds for officers to question women and children whom they suspected might be trapped in a prostitution ring.” It had thereby kept prostitution in general, and child sex slavery in particular, in check by giving police the ability to break up prostitution hot spots.

But this was unacceptable to California Democrats. The New York Times refused to name names, but the man most responsible for the current miles-long market of child prostitutes in Los Angeles is California state Sen. Scott Weiner of San Francisco. Wiener, who is now running for Congress, leads the LGBT faction of the Democrat-dominated California legislature. Shrier recounted some of his other handiwork, which included laws that have “allowed biological male felons to self-ID their way into women’s prisons,” “decriminalized the intentional exposure of a sexual partner to HIV” and “reduced criminal penalties for sex offenders.” He also tried to decriminalize ketamine, often used as a date-rape drug.

Killing the Canada Goose

Canada’s conservative outlet Juno News depicts Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney as an incompetent, narcissistic leader who has done nothing to improve our country’s image on the world stage or to legislate for solvency and freedom of expression in the domestic realm. He is now at the helm of a faltering country that has little hope of struggling back on its feet.

Indeed, it is hard not to suspect that Carney and his Liberals, like the sinister Democrats in the U.S., are driven by a double agenda against the welfare of their own citizens: to deprive them of their political rights and freedoms via legislative and policy initiatives on the one hand, and to render them destitute by eviscerating the economy on the other. These actions are almost certainly deliberate.

As United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance, Carney crafted global carbon-pricing initiatives, describing carbon taxes as the “linchpin of responsible climate governance.” His book Value(s) leaves no doubt respecting his globalist and green-industrial objectives at the cost of national sovereignty. 

Now he is bruiting several market-driven changes to his preferred agenda to ensure popular support, but still claims “I’m the same me. I’m focused on the same issues…What we need to do is to be as effective as possible in terms of addressing climate change while growing our economy.” It has been proven worldwide that you can’t do both. The dogma of climate change kills not only the climate, the environment, the water table, and the avian cohort. It destroys the economy as well.

As a Western Standard commenter writes, “Despite Canada slipping into third world economic status, Carney’s first proposed bills deal with censorship and control of people’s speech/internet posts. That really says where his priority lies. Carney will go down in history as the last Canadian prime minister presiding over 10 provinces and 3 territories.” Or the first Canadian prime minister ruling over a garrison regime.

Carney, the technocratic, oxymoronic, inept globalist banker, who capered into the Liberal leadership, is thus serving up reheated Trudeau goop — more debt, more bureaucracy, more excuses, more anti-pipeline propaganda, more affordability crunch, more Keynesian spending-and-borrowing, and more anti-Trump invective, all of which has led to what plainly appears to be intentional national failure. Canada is merely his laboratory to test his theories for national implosion. Regarding Carney’s first six months in office, Opposition Leader Pierre Poilievre has summed up the outcomes thus far, posting that “after six months, everything is worse. Crime, tariffs, inflation, deficits, immigration, housing — all spiralling out of control.” The plan is working. 

The key element in his program is to strip away individual rights so that Canadians will be censored and restrained in “a digital gulag” where a series of bills he is proposing—Bill C-8 on cybersecurity, Bill C-9 on combating hate, and Bill C-2 on presumably secure borders—are currently making their way through parliament.

The intention is made to sound noble but is really as black as an old kettle’s arse. Bill C-8 can cut off phone and internet service to political dissidents and opponents of the realm without a court order, depriving them of personal and political access to information and leaving them effaced from “the conversation.” Bill C-9 allows the government to prosecute for “hate crimes,” which have no strict definition and are completely arbitrary, erasing freedom of expression in the public square; people can be arrested for something that hasn’t yet been said or for hurting someone’s feelings. Bill C-2 enables government to open mail parcels and computer files without a warrant. John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms has argued that  “Canada will be a police state by Christmas if Parliament passes Bills C-2, C-8, and C-9 in their current form.”

Joy Reid Fumes over Trump’s White House Ballroom: ‘Raze Every Edifice He’s Built’

Former MSNBC host Joy Reid wants every bit of President Donald Trump’s legacy erased and his home in Florida turned into a leftist museum.

In a Blue Sky post on October 22, Reid was referring to Trump’s White House renovations that include constructing a ballroom.

“I pray that a future president if we still have a democracy will erase every trace of Trump’s existence. Raze every edifice he’s built; strip his name from everything, restore the White House as if he never lived there & turn Mar-a-Lago into a Black, LGBTQ, women’s, AAPI & immigrant history museum,” she wrote.

During an interview with Fox News, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed Democrats’ apparent frustration with the president’s efforts to renovate the building. She said, “I believe there’s a lot of fake outrage right now, because nearly every single president who has lived in this beautiful White House behind me has made modernizations and renovations of their own.”

So while many presidents have privately dreamt about this, it’s President Trump who is actually doing something about it, and he is the builder-in-chief. In large part, he was re-elected back to this People’s House because he’s good at building things. He has done it his entire life, his entire career, and construction is a process. At the end, the East Wing, which is an entirely separate structure from the Executive Mansion you see behind me, will be more modern and beautiful than ever. And then on top of that, the White House is going to have a Big, Beautiful Ballroom for generations of Americans to come. And the best part of it all, it’s not a dime of the taxpayers’ money. The President has worked hard to privately fund this entire project from start to finish.
