A scathing Senate report has unmasked the Biden administration’s deliberate push to repurpose at least 11 U.S. airports as shelters and processing hubs for illegal immigrants—ignoring dire warnings of risks to American travellers and aviation security. 

The exposé reveals federal agencies were “directed to find airport facilities that could be used as shelters or migrant processing centers,” branding it a “betrayal of historic proportion” that turned terminals into migrant camps.

The policy has now, of course, completely vanished under Trump, begging the question: How did they ever deem this sustainable amid endless border surges?

The findings stem from a Senate Commerce Committee investigation led by Chairman Ted Cruz (R-TX), launched in August 2024 to scrutinize Biden-Harris “security lapses in vetting and screening illegal aliens at airports.”

EU Court Rules Catholic Poland Must Recognize Foreign Same-Sex Marriages Despite National Law

The globalist empire just fired another shot at Christian Europe: Luxembourg’s activist court, the European Court of Justice (ICJ), has ordered majority-Catholic Poland to recognize same-sex “marriages” performed abroad, even though the Polish Constitution explicitly defines marriage as one man and one woman.

Two Polish men—one also holding German citizenship—went to Berlin in 2018, got a German marriage certificate, and then demanded Warsaw register it as a marriage for residency and benefits.

When Poland said no, the EU’s chief cultural globalism-enforcement court screamed “discrimination.”

The ECJ claims refusing to recognize the Berlin paperwork violates “freedom of movement” and “family life”—the same tired excuses Brussels always uses to nullify national sovereignty.

Apparently, no EU country is allowed to protect traditional marriage once a single member state adopts it.

Polish Christians are furious, and rightly so. Law and Justice MP Marcin Romanowski called it “a blatant violation of conferred competences” and a “perverse interference” in Poland’s sovereign right to define family.

Former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro went even harder, branding the ECJ “the most politicized quasi-court in Europe” that now tramples all over Poland’s Constitution and the clear will of its Catholic majority.

The court, in a press release detailing the judgment, wrote: “Member States are therefore required to recognize, for the purpose of the exercise of the rights conferred by EU law, the marital status lawfully acquired in another Member State.”

Member states “enjoy a margin of discretion to choose the procedures for recognizing such a marriage,” the court added.

The ruling does not obligate countries to introduce same-sex marriage under their national laws, the court said.

Despite that, the ruling is designed specifically to blow the doors wide open: foreign same-sex certificates will now be used to collect spousal benefits, residency rights, and eventually adoption of kids bought on Western surrogacy markets.

A Single Warehouse in Jersey City Moved Over A Thousand Tons of Military Cargo to Israel Every Week

A single warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey, packaged and transported over a thousand tons of military equipment to Israel every week in the first eight months of 2025, according to a report jointly released today by the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM) and Progressive International (PI). A network of businesses based in New Jersey uses the privately owned warehouse to inspect, organize, and move military equipment, including Merkava tank parts, F-16 parts, ammunition, military gear, and armored and unarmored vehicles. The equipment is then packaged and delivered to nearby airports and sea ports and sent to Israel, researchers revealed.

The transfer of military gear to Israel is spearheaded by three overlapping Jersey-based companies—Interglobal Forwarding Services (IFS), G&B Packing Company, and G&G Services—which are all seemingly owned and operated by the same people. IFS and G&B serve as contractors with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD), which works closely with U.S. weapons manufacturers to purchase weapons. IFS primarily handles administrative matters; G&B Packing Company handles, packages, and loads the equipment onto trucks; and G&G Services makes shipments to local ports with its own fleet of trucks.

The PYM and PI’s report documented that 91% of all Israel-bound sea exports of military gear that did not go through a U.S. military base passed through the IFS and the G&B warehouse.

Until now, little has been known about the Jersey-based companies that operate the warehouse and their role transferring U.S. weapons to Israel. The revelation of the warehouse, which serves as a significant pit-stop in the military equipment supply-chain, comes as Israel continues its assault on Gaza, despite a U.S.-brokered “ceasefire.”

Between January and late August 2025, the month when the PYM and PI report was compiled, an average of 878 tons of sea cargo and between 263-525 tons of air cargo passed through the Jersey warehouse weekly, according to the bills of lading tabulated by the researchers. The equipment often travels “from the IFS warehouse to Port Newark–Elizabeth Marine Terminal, where they are loaded onto a Maersk vessel on the MECL line, dropped off in Tangier, Morocco, and picked up by another Maersk vessel on the Med Loop C to be taken to Haifa,” researchers found.

The majority of the shipments are for tank and armored vehicles. In addition to shipments to the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD), IFS handles packages for private Israeli military companies, including Rafael Advanced Systems and the Israeli Military Industries (IMI). One 2025 shipment to IMI contained “340 tons of rifle ammunition,” researchers calculated. The warehouse is “the default location for any export of military goods to Israel,” researchers claim. In one Israeli government document, the IMOD requires companies to label cargo with G&B Packing’s address.

As recently as November 6, G&B Packing was listed as a point of contact for shipments to the IMOD in a U.S. government contract bid that is open for moving “unclassified spare parts in support of C-130, T-6, F-15, and F-16 aircraft” until February 2026, according to federal contracting data reviewed by Drop Site.

Amid fraud claims, campaign to end Mass. adult-use cannabis claims win

The controversial bid to end Massachusetts’ $1.6 billion annual adult-use marijuana industry claimed yet another significant early victory.

Amid widening accusations of voter fraud, the Coalition for a Healthy Massachusetts “is confident it has submitted enough signatures to put the question on the ballot” ahead of a Nov. 19 deadline, a campaign spokesperson told The Cannabis Business Times.

Ballot questions filed over the summer by lead sponsor Caroline Cunningham, a member of the state Republican Committee, seek to repeal Chapters 94G and 64N of the state’s General Laws.

If the “Act to Restore a Sensible Marijuana Policy” qualifies for the 2026 ballot and is approved by voters, adult-use cannabis retail sales would be outlawed in Massachusetts- though medical marijuana sales, home cultivation, and “gifting” between adults 21 and over would still be allowed.

Will Massachusetts vote to stop adult-use cannabis sales?

The campaign successfully collected a minimum of 74,574 signatures by Nov. 19 in order to qualify for a local vetting process ahead of another filing deadline Dec. 3, campaign spokesperson Wendy Wakeman told the Business Times.

Organizers have vowed to collect as many as 100,000 signatures.

And that’s despite mounting claims that signature-gatherers are using deceptive tactics to convince voters to sign the petition.

As MJBizDaily reported earlier this month, there are several accounts of campaign workers approaching voters while claiming the petition does something else, such as combat fentanyl or create housing.

Wakeman claimed in an MJBizDaily interview to have no knowledge or involvement with the alleged deceptive tactics. Campaign workers engaging in such behavior are volunteers and not paid signature gatherers, she said.

Cannabis industry advocates aren’t convinced.

Bid to stop Massachusetts adult-use marijuana sales accused of fraud

Such acts constitute voter fraud, according to the Massachusetts Cannabis Business Association, a statewide trade group.

It remains unclear what recourse cannabis advocates could pursue if the repeal campaign does indeed advance.

Using false claims to woo voters to sign is a protected free-speech activity under Massachusetts state law.

However, voters could petition local authorities to have their signatures removed and the petition disqualified if they feel they signed under false pretenses, elections observers have said.

North Rhine-Westphalia, the country’s biggest state, has just 10 solvent municipalities out of 396, and the rest of Germany, tragically, looks exactly the same.

For the first time, even once-wealthy cities are imposing total spending freezes, and the era of endless Merkel-style handouts is officially dead..

Essen itself went from expecting a tiny surplus to a €123 million black hole in a single year—proof that globalist open-border policies, combined with Germany’s exceedingly generous social welfare programs, have destroyed the nation’s finances overnight.

The main culprit? The unrelenting stream migrants, the majority of whom are welfare-dependent military-aged men. So-called ‘refugee’ housing, welfare, and integration efforts alone devour at least €50 billion a year nationwide, and that’s the official low-ball figure.

Add in exploding costs for schools, hospitals, prisons, and psychiatric wards filled with foreign nationals, and the real bill is heading toward €20 trillion if the catastrophic status-quo is maintained and borders stay open.

In Essen, over a third of primary-school kids now have a migration background and require expensive extra classes that native German children pay for.

Nationwide, 63% of welfare recipients have foreign roots despite being a minority—German workers are forced to fund their own replacement.

Berlin’s “rescue package” for cities is a sick joke: Essen gets €28 million a year, barely enough for two schools while costs skyrocket.

The globalist elite in Berlin drown cities in bureaucracy and then toss crumbs, pretending they’ve solved the disaster they created.

Hardworking Germans are now drowning in personal debt too—5.7 million are over-indebted for the first time in years as rents and energy prices explode.

America’s Largest Teachers Union Is Doubling Down On Radical Left Ideology

Recently obtained internal documents from the National Education Association, the largest teachers union in the US, focus on training educators to become far-left activists in support of spreading woke propaganda to their students.  

According to information gathered by a conservative non-profit called Defending Education, the NEA’s upcoming training at an undisclosed location this December doesn’t focus on academics, but on attacking Republicans as “racist and transphobic,” pushing race-class-gender narratives, and promoting gender-transition guides for staff.

The training is targeted for union staff and teams as part of the NEA UniServ and Organizing Training Program 2025–2026.  

The goals of the session include, but are not limited to, “dismantling systems of privilege and oppression as it relates to LGBTQ+ educators and students” and “deepening skills and strategies to confront implicit bias, micro-aggressions and stereotypes.”  

Republicans are characterized as using an “arsenal of racist dog whistles,’ according to training materials. Participants are instructed how to evoke a “Race Class Gender Narrative” to push back.  

“Over the last ten years, Republicans in state legislatures have increasingly turned to anti-transgender rhetoric and legislation as a powerful complement to their arsenal of racist dog whistles used to whip up fear and consolidate power…they have paired these attacks with fear-mongering about Critical Race Theory, mobilizing their base with a potent mix of racist and transphobic tropes.”

The documents focus heavily on issues like “structural oppression” and transgender propaganda with an emphasis on defending the medical transitioning of children.  Teachers are encouraged to use gender fluid language (like neutral pronouns) with students while avoiding scrutiny from parents and administrators.

Everything is Bigger in Texas – Even the Illegal Alien Developments

Colony Ridge Plays Texas-Sized Role in Primary for one of GOP’s Top Midterm Pickup Opportunities

While the old adage “everything is bigger in Texas” is typically a point of pride for Texans, in the case of Colony Ridge (believed to be the largest illegal alien settlement in the U.S.), it is a generational wound that must be tackled as aggressively as President Trump’s successful efforts to close the border that the Biden administration illegally opened.

An American Nightmare. The epicenter for masses of illegal aliens isn’t along the Texas- Mexico border, it is a sprawling 33,000-acre development just north of Houston (equivalent in size to Washington D.C.) that has grown exponentially over the last ten years by targeting illegal aliens through promises of cheap, ready to build land and financing without proof of citizenship or income.[1] These efforts have been so “successful” that Colony Ridge is now believed to be the fastest growing community in Texas[2] and the fastest growing Hispanic community in the United States[3] with a population estimated to be at ~80,000.[4]

Deportation Operations. Over 110 illegal aliens were arrested by the Trump Administration this past February in a combined operation with DPS troopers, ICE and Homeland Security Investigations.[5] ICE confirmed the charges and convictions for those arrested include criminal sexual conduct, homicide, theft, negligent manslaughter, child sexual abuse, crimes of moral turpitude, weapons offenses and drug offenses.[6] Unfortunately, these efforts are just the tip of the iceberg for an enclave that spans 60-miles and is severely under policed by any measure. The true number of illegal aliens and criminal activity remains largely unknown as there is limited to no reliable data.

Colony Ridge & the Race for TX-09.  As the midterm election season heats up, political pundits on both sides agree that the Trump Administration’s immigration mandate and mass deportation agenda will be on the ballot, not just next November but in both parties’ primary elections. Nowhere else will the issue be more prominent than in Texas’s newly redrawn ninth congressional district, which is home to Colony Ridge.

In a crowded GOP primary, candidates have attempted to stake out their claim as the best choice to work with the Trump Administration on border security issues. One candidate may have an uphill climb however. Republican State Representative Briscoe Cain took campaign cash from Colony Ridge developers not once but on two separate occasions. Cain also recently accepted a $3,500 contribution for his Congressional campaign from developer Daniel Signorelli, whose company has touted its work building homes in Colony Ridge[7]. Then, in an interview with local radio station KTRH Cain offered an awkward yet full-throated defense for selling out MAGA for a couple contributions to his reelection effort. Worse yet, Cain is even on record as calling the Colony Ridge project the “American Dream.”

The issue is proving to be a lightning rod in the contest and Cain’s opponent, combat veteran Alex Mealer, is pulling no punches. Mealer is referring to Colony Ridge as the “American Nightmare” after releasing an ad with Houston legend Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale calling Briscoe Cain “unfit to server” for his failure on the Colony Ridge issue.

‘Andrew’, who ditched the extremist group after witnessing their descent into “self-radicalisation,” outlined the fascist slur’s lethal intent: “They don’t kill you because you’re a fascist, they call you a fascist so they can kill you.”

He further unpacked the psychology: “It is like calling a Nazi or a Fascist as a way to just dehumanise them, so you can do whatever to them. You could assault them. It’s funny to them. They laugh about it.”

“How is this different than a group like ISIS?” The ex-member pondered.

He also confirmed a shift in targets, noting “Originally they were trying to bully and threaten like what they would consider right wing extremists like Proud Boys or Christian Nationalists that show up to protest or events… That’s not the target anymore. Now, the target is anyone that doesn’t agree with them.”

Andrew’s wake-up call came amid casual chats turning apocalyptic, as he explained that “Socially when I’m not at a meeting, I’m just hanging out with people I know, more and more they talk about acts of violence. They talk about guns or going to gun ranges. And it scares me.”

“They feel as though their under threat. Well, we’re gonna be genocided or put in prison or Nazis have taken over America. So we have to act now to stop it,” he continued, urging that “They’re getting ready for war.”

INSANITY IN ILLINOIS: Oak Lawn to PAY $825,000 to Armed Suspect Hadi Abuatelah Who Fled Police During Arrest

The small Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn has agreed to pay a massive $825,000 settlement to a convicted suspect, Hadi Abuatelah, who fled from police after a traffic stop, ran from officers, and was carrying a loaded firearm.

The incident took place in July 2022 when Oak Lawn police initiated a traffic stop after reportedly smelling marijuana coming from Abuatelah’s vehicle.

When Abuatelah, then 17, bolted from the car, officers chased him and subdued him after a foot pursuit, and when they caught him, they found a loaded pistol in his bag.

During the arrest, body-cam video shows officers punching the teen repeatedly, including more than ten blows to the head and face, while restraining him on the ground.

The teen was hospitalized for six days with a broken nose, skull and pelvic fractures, brain swelling, and other serious injuries.
