Democrat Jasmine Crockett LOSES Texas Senate Primary

Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett faced an upset in Tuesday’s Democratic Primary race for US Senate, with James Talarico emerging victorious in a race that Crockett argues was marred by cheating.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Crockett predicted her loss late last night and blamed “cheating.”

“We encourage each and every one of you to remain resilient. We cannot allow this type of behavior to be rewarded because so long as they know that they can win, even if it means cheating, then they will continue to do it,” Crockett told supporters during a press conference with House candidate Collin Allred.

‘We’ve Addicted Our Farmers’ to Glyphosate, RFK Jr. Tells Joe Rogan

U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called glyphosate a “poison” embedded in America’s food supply, even as he backed President Donald Trump’s executive order expanding its domestic production.

Speaking Feb. 27 on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Kennedy emphasized his decades-long fight against pesticides. “Pesticides are poison. They’re designed to kill all life. It’s not a good thing to have in your food,” he said.

Yet he defended the president’s executive order as a national security measure.

Trump signed the order in February to boost U.S. production of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller. Bayer acquired Monsanto in 2018 and now faces tens of thousands of lawsuits alleging Roundup exposure caused cancer.

Hours after the order, Kennedy told The New York Times, “Donald Trump’s executive order puts America first where it matters most — our defense readiness and our food supply.” Days later, Kennedy posted on X, explaining his position.

On Rogan’s show, Kennedy said industry reports show that 99% of U.S. glyphosate supplies come from China. U.S. Department of Defense officials warned that dependence poses “an extreme national security vulnerability,” he said. A supply disruption “could literally cut off our food supply overnight and cripple the country.”

“The president was dealing with national security,” Kennedy said.

The executive order also grants legal immunity to domestic manufacturers compelled under the Defense Production Act of 1950 to produce glyphosate-related products. The law allows the federal government to require companies to produce materials deemed necessary for national security.

Bayer is the only company manufacturing glyphosate in the U.S.

Kennedy criticized the liability protections. “It’s not something that I was particularly happy with. Let me put it that way mildly,” he said.

He warned that immunity “takes away all incentive for them to make the product safer.”

REPORT: Far Left Democrats Really Want AOC to be Nominee for President in 2028

When it comes to the 2028 election, the far left has a fever and the only prescription is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She is the one they really want to be the Democrat nominee for president.

This shouldn’t surprise anyone. She has been basically campaigning for the job for months by going on tour with Senator Bernie Sanders at their ridiculous ‘Fight Oligarchy’ rallies. She is seen as the apparent heir to Bernie’s legacy.

This far left faction of the Democrat party is on the rise. They think that the election of Zohran Mamdani is a sign of where the country is going and that this is their moment.

Breitbart News reports:

Hard-left Democrats have reportedly been pushing for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to run for president in 2028.

A report from Axios indicates that those Democrats view the young socialist as a replacement for the candidacy of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Behind the scenes, allies of Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) said that she would have an opportunity to boost her national profile if she runs, potentially polling in the top five of candidates and raising well over $100 million in campaign funds.

“There’s a window of opportunity for a left-wing nominee that may not come again for a generation. Democratic-socialist and liberal victories in New York City and elsewhere — with potentially more this fall — have changed the political playing field,” noted Axios.

Even if her candidacy failed, supporters of Ocasio-Cortez said that she would likely highlight issues they care most about, like universal health care, adding that she could even use it to potentially run for U.S. Senator in New York after Democrat Minority Leader Chuck Schumer retires or even challenge him in a primary.

“I think she’ll plan to run for both and end up a senator,” said one strategist.

This could end up causing some division in the Democrat party.

US destroys Iranian submarine; Report: CIA facilities hit in drone attacks

The United States has destroyed an Iranian submarine and 16 other vessels as part of its ongoing military campaign against Iran, while two CIA facilities in the region were reportedly damaged in Iranian drone attacks.

Adm. Brad Cooper, the commander of U.S. Central Command, said American forces have struck nearly 2,000 targets in Iran using more than 2,000 munitions since the start of the operation, which the U.S. has dubbed Operation Epic Fury.

In a briefing, Cooper said U.S. forces are carrying out strikes against Iran “24/7” and that the Iranian regime’s ability to retaliate is rapidly weakening.

“In retaliation, the Iranian regime has launched over 500 ballistic missiles and over 2,000 drones,” Cooper said. “We are seeing Iran’s ability to hit us and our partners is declining, while our combat power, on the other hand, is building.”

Cooper said U.S. bombers have conducted major strikes against Iranian military infrastructure. B-2 stealth bombers and B-1 bombers carried out what he described as “uncontested surgical strikes against multiple missile facilities,” while B-52 bombers targeted ballistic missile sites and command-and-control posts.

He said the campaign has also dealt a major blow to Iran’s naval forces.

“We are also sinking the Iranian Navy — the entire navy,” Cooper said. “Thus far, we’ve destroyed 17 Iranian ships, including the most operational Iranian submarine, that now has a hole in its side.”

“For decades, the Iranian regime has harassed international shipping,” he added. “Today, there’s not a single Iranian ship underway in the Arabian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz or Gulf of Oman.”

A trial seeks to tie Iranian paramilitary to alleged assassination plot in US

While the U.S. fights a widening war in Iran, American prosecutors are airing claims that Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard was entangled in a foiled 2024 assassination plot that eyed then-candidate Donald Trump as a possible target.

The alleged scheme is at the center of a criminal trial that started in a federal court in New York last week, days before the Mideast combat that now looms in the background.

“This trial is happening in interesting times,” Judge Eric Komitee told lawyers this week in the case of Asif Merchant, a Pakistani national accused of trying to hire hit men to kill a U.S. politician. Merchant didn’t name a target but searched online for Trump rally locations, according to prosecutors, who introduced evidence Tuesday that Merchant’s laptop contained photos of both Trump and then-President Joe Biden at a time when they were rivals for the presidency.

An FBI agent testified Tuesday that Merchant told her he had a Revolutionary Guard “handler” and believed the handler would help bankroll the plan. Merchant’s lawyer suggested the purported statements might not be accurate.

Merchant, 47, has pleaded not guilty to attempted terrorism and other charges. His attorneys say prosecutors are trying to wedge evidence into a narrative that doesn’t fit.

Education board members challenge Islamist demands to change history lessons

A paid representative for the designated terror organization and Islam-pushing Council on American-Islamic Relations has called for Texas, in its state education system, to teach that one-third of all slaves in America were Muslim, enslaved, and killed for their Muslim faith, erase the Mayflower Compact, eliminate Columbus Day, teach that the Alamo was influenced by Islam and honors Islamic architecture and more.

Not happening, at least according to two members of the state Board of Education who challenged the accuracy of the claims, openly opposed a “jihadist agenda being forced on our children,” and were skeptical about the benefits of teaching children about Muhammad’s decision to marry a six-year-old and consummate the marriage when the little girl was just nine.

Jasmine Crockett suggests GOP rigged her Democratic Primary election: ‘This is what Republicans like to do’

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, is claiming Republicans tried to rig her primary race against moderate Texas State Rep. James Talarico, District-50, on Tuesday after the state’s Supreme Court ruled in an emergency decision against her campaign’s request to give voters from Dallas County an extension to sort out confusion about Republican-led changes to polling locations.

On Tuesday, Republicans and Democrats did not hold joint primaries, leading to polling location restrictions that Democrats, like Crockett, claimed were disenfranchising voters.

Crockett’s claims came after the Texas Supreme Court knocked down a lower judge’s ruling to keep polling places open longer, mandating that any votes cast after the initial closing time be separated. Democrats pushed for polling locations to be open longer amid polling location restrictions that resulted from Republicans and Democrats not holding joint primaries.

“Knowing that Dallas County is a big dump of votes, we, in my opinion, will not know the election results overall tonight,” Crockett told supporters who gathered to celebrate her potential victory.

“So, that’s my news, is that we’re not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County. Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do. And, so, they specifically targeted Dallas County, and I think we all know why.”

The Texas High Court’s decision to undo a lower court’s ruling from earlier in the night that had given voters in Dallas County until 9:00 p.m. to cast their ballot instructed tabulators to disregard votes that came in after 7:00 p.m.

“I can tell you now that people have been disenfranchised,” Crockett told supporters at a campaign event on Tuesday evening as the courts’ back-and-forth played out. “In my opinion, we will not know the election results overall tonight.”

This Canadian Man Is Poor, So the Government Offered to Kill Him. Here’s What Happened.

Given the insanity that’s gripped Canada, calling a transgender school shooter a ‘gunperson,’ and a host of other social policies that are outright nuts, let’s revisit an old 2022 story about then-54-year-old Amir Farsoud, who was going through the process of government-sponsored suicide.

Farsoud suffers from crippling back pain and couldn’t find a new place to live when his rooming house at the time was up for sale. He couldn’t afford any place to live and barely got by on the $1,200 disability payments he received in Ontario. He wouldn’t make it on the streets, and knowing that, opted to apply for Medical Assistance in Dying (MAIDS). He fit the criteria, but his doctor knew the real reason why Farsoud was applying for MAIDS. He signed off anyway.

In essence, the Canadian government told a poor man that death is an option and that we’re here for you since you can’t find a new home. Farsoud said that he doesn’t want to be dead

“I don’t wish to be dead,” he said when this story aired. It’s a bizarre and disturbing tale.

Luckily, a 2024 fundraiser helped Farsoud get a new place to live and opt out of MAIDS.

Marco Rubio Says U.S. About to “UNLEASH CHIANG” on Iran — Warns Scope and Intensity of Strikes Will SURGE in Coming Hours and Days

Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued a stark warning Monday that the United States is about to dramatically escalate its military campaign against Iran, declaring that the next phase of strikes will bring a massive surge in power and intensity as the West moves to dismantle the Iranian regime’s military capabilities.

This new warning comes after the US Consulate in Dubai was on fire after it was hit by an Iranian drone on Tuesday.

Standing before reporters ahead of a series of congressional briefings on Capitol Hill, alongside Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine, and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Secretary Marco Rubio made it clear that the current wave of attacks is only the beginning.

The officials are scheduled to meet first with members of the Senate and then with the House.

“…hide behind the immunity of a massive short-term ballistic missile inventory, or the ability to make them or launch them. And so, CENTCOM, in a joint operation, is carrying out the systematic destruction of their missile belt, the destruction of their launchers, and the destruction of their ability to make these, as well as the destruction of their Navy.

From what I’ve been told by the Department of War, everything is on or ahead of schedule and proceeding toward these objectives. We have every confidence in the world that these objectives will be achieved.

The last point I would make is—and I said this yesterday, and I repeat—what’s about to happen… You’re about to see we’re going to unleash Chiang on these people in the next few hours and days.

You’re really going to begin to perceive a change in the scope and intensity of these attacks as, frankly, the two most powerful air forces in the world take apart this terroristic regime, defang it, and take away its ability to threaten its neighbors or hide behind a zone of immunity that allows them to develop their nuclear ambitions.”

“Unleash Chiang” originated as a 1950s American conservative battle cry to remove the U.S. Seventh Fleet from the Taiwan Strait, allowing Nationalist leader Chiang Kai-shek to attack mainland China. It signifies a desire to take aggressive, disruptive action to overthrow a rival.

Gen. Douglas MacArthur was famously relieved of his duties by President Truman in part for publicly pushing to “unleash” Chiang.

According to Rubio, the coming escalation will demonstrate the overwhelming force of American and Israeli airpower as they target Iran’s strategic military assets.

The secretary emphasized that the objective is straightforward: eliminate Iran’s ability to threaten its neighbors and prevent the radical clerical regime from ever acquiring nuclear weapons.

Rubio argued that the regime’s brutality toward its own people proves why it cannot be trusted with such power.

“This terroristic, radical, clerical-led regime cannot ever be allowed to have nuclear weapons,” Rubio said. “We saw what they were willing to do to their own people. They were willing to slaughter their own people in the streets. Imagine what they would do to us. Imagine what they would do to others.”

The administration maintains that the campaign’s focus is on destroying Iran’s ballistic missile program and weakening its naval capabilities, systems officials say could threaten U.S. forces and allies throughout the Middle East.

Saudi Arabia Is Preparing to Strike Iran

Saudia Arabia is preparing to launch a counter-attack against Iran.

“Well-placed military and diplomatic sources in the region tell me Saudi Arabia is very close to allowing its air force to strike targets inside Iran after facing unprecedented missile and drone attacks on its civilians, including incoming missiles today targeting Daman, its fifth-largest city,” chief national security correspondent at Fox News, Jennifer Griffin revealed. “Quote, the next 24 hours is going to be intense, I’m told.”

She went on to explain that Operation Epic fury wouldn’t currently be possible without moves made in the first Trump administration, namely the Abraham Accords.

“What’s truly extraordinary, about this development is that it would not have been possible if Israel had not been brought in under U.S. Central Command at the end of the first Trump administration,” she said. “Carrying out airstrikes takes tremendous deconfliction and coordination. Israel used to be attached to the European command due to sensitivities with the Arab states that did not recognize Israel. That changed with the Abraham Accords.”

Griffin also said that the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) and the U.S. military are operating with distinct objectives.

Israeli forces are concentrating on decapitating regime leadership and striking command nodes in western Iran, along with targeting military industries, surface-to-surface missile systems, and other “terror regime” assets directly tied to threats against Israel.
