Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger Picks LGBT Activist Who Fought Girls’ Bathroom Protections for State Board Role

Virginia’s Democrat Governor Abigail Spanberger has chosen and LGBT activist who has fought against protections for girls’ bathrooms to sit on a state board that directly influences related policies.

During the election, Spanberger regularly dodged questions on this issue when asked by reporters. No we know why.

Her decision to appoint this person to this role just shows that Democrats have not changed at all. They are not budging on this issue and will go right back to where they were before the 2024 election the instant they retake power.

Spanberger taps LGBTQ activist who fought girls’ bathroom protections for state board

Virginia Democratic Gov. Abigail Spanberger appointed an LGBTQ activist who pushed back against efforts to bar biological males from girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms to a state advisory board that helps shape recommendations on LGBTQ-related policies.

Spanberger’s appointment of Kellen MacBeth on May 22, who previously led the LGBTQ nonprofit Equality Arlington, follows a gubernatorial campaign during which she ran as a moderate and sidestepped questions about transgender participation in women’s sports and access to female-only spaces.

MacBeth, the founder of Equality Arlington, has become one of Northern Virginia’s most visible LGBTQ advocates. Under his leadership, Equality Arlington has urged Virginia school districts to implement policies allowing transgender students to use bathrooms that align with their “gender identity” and has encouraged local governments to resist efforts to reverse those protections. The organization also advocated for preserving transgender-inclusive policies in Arlington Public Schools despite federal pressure to change them.

MacBeth has also opposed Virginia legislation that would require schools to notify parents when a student identifies as transgender or permit parents to exempt their children from classroom instruction involving LGBTQ-related topics.

The $300 Billion Mirage: How the U.S.-Iran Deal is destined to fail because Israel won’t stop the bloodshed in Lebanon

Vice President JD Vance told CBS News that Iran “could have access” to a $300 billion reconstruction fund, funded by the Gulf Coast coalition, provided they “honor their end of the obligation.” Trump immediately denounced reports of a $300 billion payment as “Fake News, put out by the Dumocrats,” writing on Truth Social that “Iran has agreed to never have a Nuclear Weapon!”

This contradiction between the administration’s messaging and the reality of the deal raises serious concerns. The fund, as described by Vance, would be a massive financial injection into an Iranian economy that has been crippled by sanctions, a move that critics argue could free up resources for Tehran’s nuclear ambitions. Trump insists the deal is about preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, but the timing is suspicious. Commercial oil inventories are already 7 million barrels below the early 2022 trough and declining at a weekly rate of 11 million barrels, according to Barclays analyst Amarpreet Singh.

With the U.S. strategic petroleum reserve releases structured as loans rather than supply additions, the Trump Administration’s energy policies have left the country vulnerable. Now Trump appears to be negotiating from a position of weakness, offering financial lifelines to a regime that has repeatedly violated international agreements.

Israel’s rejection: The most dangerous wildcard

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has staked his political future on his relationship with Trump, but that relationship is now a liability. The U.S.-Iran deal leaves the Islamic Republic intact, an unpalatable prospect for Israelis across the political spectrum. Netanyahu, facing an election this fall, must contend with an agreement that effectively legitimizes Iran’s regional influence.

Israeli officials have already declared that “Trump’s agreement does not bind us,” and troops will remain in southern Lebanon despite Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi demanding a full Israeli withdrawal as part of the deal. The situation is dangerously volatile: Iran has linked the deal’s survival to Israeli compliance, while Israel has made clear it will pursue its own security interests.

If Netanyahu feels cornered politically, a preemptive strike against Iran’s deep underground nuclear facilities could trigger the exact scenario the deal is supposed to prevent. Iran has shore batteries on the islands of Hormuz and Abu Musa, missile launchers in Bandar Abbas and Jask, and the capability to block the strait within hours. The Houthis have already demonstrated in the Red Sea how easily a determined adversary can disrupt global shipping with relatively primitive weapons. Iran’s arsenal is far more sophisticated, including seaborne drones and missiles that could sink any ship attempting to navigate through. History shows that these people refuse to capitulate to one another, and years of resentment and distrust and the war in 2026 have only renewed the hatred toward one another. The U.S. Iran Deal seeks a  buyout to keep the peace, but the deal will be temporary like all the others that followed it.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders Announces Big Gains in Test Scores After Schools Ban Critical Race Theory and Gender Nonsense to Focus on the Basics

Republican Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders of Arkansas has announced that the state is making big gains in education after moving to ban the teaching of Critical Race Theory, gender nonsense and other forms of ‘social justice’ in schools.

It’s amazing what can be done when schools focus on teaching basic things like reading, writing, and math.

Sanders also encouraged teachers by raising their pay and creating incentives for success. She is basically doing the opposite of every Democrat governor in the country and it’s working.

Gov Sanders reveals ‘major breakthrough’ on education as red state positions itself as ‘blueprint’ for nation

As Democrats across the country criticize education programs in red states, Arkansas Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is touting a major achievement in her state she hopes will serve as an education blueprint for all states, regardless of politics, nationwide.

“The thing we’re most excited about is the fact that so many Arkansas students are doing better now than they would have been doing pre-LEARNS legislation,” Sanders told Fox News Digital on the day her office announced a “major breakthrough” in education following implementation of a 2023 Republican-backed statewide education overhaul, known as the LEARNS Act.

The law also raised the minimum teacher salary from $36,000 to $50,000, created performance-based teacher bonuses, boosted literacy support, funded school safety initiatives and banned critical race theory and classroom teachings related to critical race theory, gender identity, sexual orientation and sexually explicit materials.

Arkansas public school students are seeing sharp gains on a new statewide exam, with proficiency rates rising more than 7% across all grades and subjects in just three years under the state’s conservative education reforms. Since 2024, student proficiency has increased by more than 7% and by more than 5% since 2025, according to the governor’s office.

FRAUD CRACKDOWN: ICE Arrests 8 Illegal Aliens Using Stolen Social Security Numbers While Working at Kentucky Window Supply Business

ICE arrested 13 illegal aliens in Paducah, Kentucky, and discovered that eight of them were using stolen Social Security numbers while working at a window supply business.

“This investigation demonstrates our commitment to upholding the integrity of the nation’s employment and immigration systems,” said HSI Nashville acting Special Agent in Charge Dennis M. Fetting.

“By uncovering and addressing the fraudulent use, our team has sent a clear message that those who attempt to circumvent federal law will be held accountable. This case underscores the importance of coordinated enforcement and collaboration in safeguarding American workplaces by combating fraud in all forms,” he said.

Per ICE:

ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations and its federal partners arrested 13 illegal aliens during an operation that uncovered fraudulent use of Social Security numbers to work at a window supply business in Paducah.

Eight of the illegal aliens have been indicted for using the stolen Social Security numbers. Those not charged criminally will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings and potential deportation.

The HSI Bowling Green investigation revealed that, between June 2021 and August 2025, eight illegal aliens used Social Security numbers belonging to U.S. citizens to complete employment eligibility verification forms and secure jobs.

The Form I-9, required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is used to confirm the identity and work authorization of employees.

This scheme resulted in unauthorized employment and the misuse of personal information.

“These are not victimless crimes,” ICE adds. “Using fraudulent social security numbers to take jobs from American citizens hurts our communities and American workers,” said ICE Louisville acting Assistant Field Office Director Luis Aguirre. “Using fraudulent social security numbers to take jobs from American citizens hurts our communities and American workers. I am so proud of our officers and partners who work tirelessly to enforce our immigration laws.”

Hillary Accidentally Revealed the Dems’ Big Secret About Joe Biden

Hillary Clinton sat down with The New Yorker’s David Remnick and, in between trying to rewrite her own role in the Joe Biden disaster, let slip the one admission Democrats have spent a year trying to bury.

Everyone’s talking about Hillary calling Biden’s reelection bid a “terrible mistake,” but to me, that’s not even the biggest reveal in the interview.

“He made a terrible mistake,” Hillary said. “He made a terrible mistake for himself, his legacy, and for the country.” She went on to claim that if Biden had stepped aside as promised, “we would have had a real contest,” and whoever emerged from it “would have beaten Donald Trump.” That’s hilarious considering she enthusiastically endorsed that very bid back in 2023. Now that the wreckage is impossible to ignore. Once again, Democrats are rushing to rewrite history and their roles in the cover-up.

But that was the headline-grabbing part. It’s also the least interesting part.

The real story was right after, when Remnick pushed Hillary on why none of the Democrat Party’s supposedly powerful voices, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, or Hillary herself, said anything publicly before Biden’s catastrophic June 2024 debate against Trump.

Her answer was extremely revealing.

“I think there were a lot of conversations going on behind the scenes,” Hillary said. “I certainly am aware of that, and participated in a number of them, but there was no way to convince him by going public.”

Read that again. Private conversations. Plural. Before the debate. She was a part of some of them.

The official Democrat Party story has been that Biden’s meltdown on that debate stage was a shocking, one-off event that nobody saw coming, and that the party only began discussing his viability afterward. Hillary just torched that narrative herself. She admitted that efforts to push Biden out were already underway behind closed doors well before he ever stumbled through a sentence on stage.

He ‘Lied’: Tulsi Gabbard Releases Evidence Fauci Allegedly Directed Funding for ‘Risky’ Coronavirus Research Linked to Big Pharma and Pursuit of ‘Universal Vaccines’

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard used her last day in office to release a trove of evidence that Dr. Anthony Fauci – former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) – lied to Congress and directed U.S. funding for gain-of-function research linked to Big Pharma’s pursuit of “universal vaccines,” all while influencing and manipulating the intelligence community to cover up his role in the coronavirus pandemic. 

Gabbard, who is leaving her post to help her husband as he battles an “extremely rare” form of cancer, released a trove of documents on her last day in office showcasing what many have said for years: Fauci lied to cover up his own alleged wrongdoing.

The Trump administration is blowing the lid off the coverup completely, showcasing Fauci’s role in providing millions in U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology – where that specific coronavirus is suspected to originate.

Gabbard said:

Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never before seen communications and documents that expose exactly how Fauci worked with politicized career leadership in the intelligence community to suppress the truth about his actions, the virus’s lab leak origins, and his role in directing U.S. funding for this dangerous research that caused immeasurable harm and countless lost lives.

Gabbard alleged that those documents clearly “expose Fauci’s direct role in influencing and manipulating IC assessments on COVID-19, and how Fauci lied to Congress in 2024 when, under oath, he denied knowledge of or participation in discussions with intelligence officials about viral research.”

Gabbard also revealed they have testimony from intelligence community whistleblowers “who reported retaliation for challenging the intelligence community’s manipulation of intelligence on the virus’s origins.”

Ultimately, Gabbard said Fauci was able to use his “close relationships” with the intelligence community to “shield him from scrutiny.” During that time, Fauci funded gain-of-function coronavirus research “linked to big pharma and their pursuit of universal vaccines worth trillions of dollars,” Gabbard explained.

She also said Fauci pressed the intelligence community to push the “natural” animal origin narrative of the virus to cover for himself, and he became “the nation’s pandemic pundit” where he was able to freely push his alleged lies and censorship of critics.

Gabbard said the documents show Fauci pushed a “fraudulent” paper and “blatantly lied to Congress during his 2024 testimony to the House Select Subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic, denying that he ever spoke to any intelligence agency about COVID.”

“The correspondence I’m releasing today directly contradicts his sworn testimony,” she said, “and we received statements from multiple whistleblowers revealing that the intelligence analysts who dared to challenge Dr. Fauci’s COVID origin conclusions faced threats of retaliation, marginalization, and many suffered career setbacks.”

“The COVID pandemic caused tremendous hardship and pain for millions of our fellow Americans and countless people around the world. Now, after years of lies and censorship and cover-ups, the American people deserve transparency, truth, and accountability,” Gabbard continued.

“The tactics that were used to hide the truth are straight from the deep state playbook,” she said, declaring that it is now time for the American people to have the truth. “Politicized, self-serving leaders like Dr. Fauci covered up their own wrongdoing and abuses of power, manipulated intelligence, lied to Congress, and undermined a duly elected president by restricting his access to the vital facts he needed to keep the country safe.”

Massive underground structure discovered beneath the Moon’s South Pole-Aitken basin

The Moon’s biggest scar may be hiding something even stranger than the impact that made it. Deep beneath the South Pole-Aitken basin on the lunar far side, scientists have identified a huge mass of unusually dense material, preserved far below the surface and still weighing down the basin floor.

That finding points to a violent chapter from the solar system’s early history, and to a lunar interior that may have stayed more stable than many researchers expected.

The South Pole-Aitken basin is enormous, the largest preserved impact basin on the Moon and one of the oldest. It stretches roughly 2,000 kilometers across, sits on the far side, and records a collision from about 3.9 to 4.3 billion years ago, when impacts were still reshaping the inner solar system. Unlike Earth, whose surface has been reworked by plate tectonics, erosion, and volcanism, the Moon has kept many of those ancient scars intact.

Now one of those scars appears to hold a clue buried in the mantle below.

Former SecAF Kendall Unwittingly Exposes The Base Problem Of The DEI Agenda

The Biden Administration’s Secretary of the Air Force, Frank Kendall (a West Point graduate whom a classmate said is “left of Marx”), displayed remarkable tone deafness quoted in a recent article, Pete Hegseth’s blocks on promotions rankle former military leaders, where those interviewed erroneously think SecWar Hegseth is blocking promotions because the person is black or a woman.

That is the complete opposite of what Hegseth is trying to do in eliminating DEI–throwing out selections based on skin color or sex. (Now if the person was an enthusiastic advocate for the divisive Marxist-based CRT/DEI/Woke ideology and pushed that agenda, that’s another thing).

Kendall was quoted in this article as saying,

“There seems to be an assumption that if you were a minority or a woman and you were promoted, that it was because of your identity and not because you’re good at what you do.”

Well, yeah, because you created that assumption by pushing the DEI agenda so much where people WERE promoted based on their DEI identity and not their qualifications. (See sample articles below).

Servicemembers watched this happen over and over again causing more qualified, experienced people to give up and leave or not recommend military service.

This is the whole base problem of constantly pushing the divisive DEI agenda on the military: it created an atmosphere where minorities and women (and their coworkers observing) didn’t know if they were selected because they were good at what they do or because of their skin color or gender, thus creating doubts in everyone–a horrible situation. Said one senior military officer,

“If we can’t get rid of this DEI BS, none of us of color are ever going to know if we really earned the position we are promoted into.”

Hegseth is removing DEI and its advocates and once DEI is really in the wastebin and no longer pushed and thought about, everyone can assume people are selected based on their qualifications, period. In other words, Merit.

RFK Jr. Announces Obesity Rates in America Are Down for the First Time in Half a Century

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced Tuesday that the obesity rate in the United States dropped last year for the first time in half a century.

Speaking at an event hosted by America First Policy Institute in Charlotte, Michigan, Kennedy said, “Since President [Donald] Trump came into office, obesity rates in this country have dropped by 2.5 percent. That’s the first drop in 50 years. And that drop alone will have significant impacts on health care costs in this country, because obesity drives about 80 percent of chronic disease.”

Health care costs account for approximately 35 percent of federal expenditures, according to the most recent data from the Treasury Department.

In fiscal year 2024, the federal government spent $1.9 trillion on health care programs, making it the largest category of federal spending.

“Thirty-five percent of American adults are obese,” RFK Jr. said. “When my uncle [John F. Kennedy] was president [in the early 1960s], 3 percent of children were obese. Now, it’s 20 percent.”
