Bill Clinton Testifies Under Oath That Trump Was Not Involved with Epstein: Comer

Bill Clinton is testifying before the House Oversight Committee on his connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told reporters that Bill Clinton testified that to his knowledge President Trump was not involved with Epstein.

“Trump has never said anything to me to make me think he was involved with Epstein,” Comer said.

After Bill Clinton finished up his deposition, Comer said that the former president exonerated Trump.

“Today, former President Clinton exonerated President Trump under questioning from the Democrats. He stated that he has no information that President Trump did anything wrong, and that President Trump never said anything to Clinton to make him think that he was involved with Epstein. President Clinton is now the third witness who has testified under oath that there is no evidence of President Trump committing wrongdoing. It’s sick how Democrats have weaponized this investigation to put politics above survivors. Ranking Member Robert Garcia and Democrats must cease their partisan witch hunt against President Trump,” Comer said.

The Fani Files: Georgia prosecutor plotted Trump case closely with Biden DOJ, J6 Democrats: memos

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis coordinated extensively with the Biden Justice Department and White House as well as Democrats on the House Jan. 6 investigative committee as she built a failed criminal case against President Donald Trump and his allies related to their challenge to Georgia’s 2020 election results, according to a trove of internal communications obtained by Just the News.

The memos show that President Joe Biden’s top White House lawyer personally opened the door for Willis’ prosecutors to interview Trump administration officials by waiving claims of executive privilege, that federal prosecutors waived certain rights to allow the interviews to proceed before a state grand jury and that Willis’s team spoke glowingly of the congressional efforts to expose Trump’s involvement in the disputed election.

“Our initial review of the report confirms you all have accomplished amazing things in the past year,” F. Donald Wakeford, a top deputy to Willis, wrote in a December 2022 email to Tim Heaphy, chief investigative counsel for the Democrat-run Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Just the News, alongside the nonprofit public interest law firm America First Legal (AFL), sued Willis for the records, under Georgia’s Open Records Law. Willis, a longtime Trump nemesis, sought to hide many of the records with claims of legal privilege during a prolonged legal fight.

In a reaction to the lawsuit, Willis’ office this week dropped all privilege claims and released all the documents without any redactions, providing to Just the News — and the public — more information than it did to congressional Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee.

“These documents reveal that the Biden Administration and the January 6 Committee were much more involved in District Attorney Fani Willis’s prosecution of President Trump than was previously believed. AFL was happy to represent Just the News to get Americans this new information,” said Will Scolinos, an attorney at America First Legal.

Joe Biden was a mess when he deplaned in South Carolina.

He wandered over to a woman in a wheelchair, took her phone and froze up before an aide intervened.

Later Friday evening Joe Biden delivered remarks at an event hosted by the South Carolina Democrat Party at the Columbia Museum of Art.

Biden slammed President Trump and blamed Covid for the border crisis during his speech.

Joe Biden absurdly claimed that HE closed the border – NOT President Trump.

“The day I left office, border crossings in the United States were lower than the day that I entered that office and inherited from Trump. He’s – I won’t say it,” Biden said.

“On the day I left office, I handed Trump the strongest economy in the world! In the world! And that’s not hyperbole. That’s a fact!” Biden said even though near record inflation was crushing Americans in January 2025.

Building Our Enemy: China Still Gobbling Up High-end Chips and Chip Forges

News flash to politicians and media: China is preparing for war. All-out kinetic, military war. The communist regime has already been engaged in what it calls “Unrestricted Warfare” — economic, social, and political offensives, espionage, propaganda, technological theft, cyberattacks, disinformation, critical infrastructure attacks, and more — in other words, all-out asymmetric warfare against the United States and the West. A bipartisan group of congressmen has sent Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick a letter urging the Trump administration to close critical gaps in U.S. export controls over semiconductor manufacturing equipment (SME) and more vigorously engage our allies to adopt similar restrictions on those technologies that threaten their and our security. That would seem to be a no-brainer since China’s phenomenal military expansion has been (and continues to be) built with U.S. technology.

China’s Massive Military Buildup

Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) are dead serious. China’s September 3, 2025 “Victory Day” military parade in Tiananmen Square was the largest military display in CCP history and showcased a broad array of new advanced weapons systems: ICBMs, hypersonic anti-ship missiles, satellite hunter missiles, fighter jets, fourth-generation battle tanks, stealth attack drones, underwater attack drones, robotic wolves, and much more. It is no secret that Xi Jinping and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) have been on a rapid, massive armament modernization and buildup for more than a decade. This has been especially notable regarding China’s navy, which now, in terms of quantity, is the largest in the world. (In 2024, the U.S. Department of Defense reported that China’s naval fleet numbered 332 vessels, compared to America’s 291). All of these advances are dependent on research and development (R&D), technology, materials, processes, education, and training provided by, or aided by, U.S. corporations and the U.S. government.

Allowing China to Leapfrog Us

In response to the Chinese buildup, President Donald Trump has called for an enormous military budget of $1.5 trillion for 2027, an increase of 50 percent over the $1 trillion 2025 budget. That includes a huge shipbuilding program and the launch of his “Golden Dome” missile defense system.

But if we continue providing Beijing with the cutting-edge technology that allows China to leapfrog over our latest weapons systems, we are trapping ourselves on a deadly treadmill that guarantees we will bankrupt America while giving the CCP eventual military dominance and global hegemony. We could spend $2 trillion, $3 trillion, or $4 trillion on new razzle-dazzle weapons systems, all to no avail if we then turn around and provide China with the technology to defeat those systems, as we have been doing for years. In 2021, TNA published a three-part article series on America’s suicidal technology transfers to China: China’s Tech War, China’s Chip Foundries Still Dependent on Foreign Tech Transfers, and China’s Brain: Made in USA. The evidence is crystal clear: Without the continuous treasonous transfers of American technology and know-how, Xi Jinping’s jaw-dropping hi-tech weapons systems would not exist. “Open War” Breaks Out Between Afghanistan and Pakistan

Pakistan has declared it is in “open war” with Afghanistan’s Taliban government following a gradual escalation of tensions and cross-border clashes along the disputed Durand Line. Under Operation Ghazab lil-Haq (“Righteous Fury”), Pakistan launched airstrikes in response to what it called “unprovoked firing” from across the border.

Pakistani forces targeted at least 22 locations, including Kabul, Kandahar, Paktia, Nangarhar, Khost, and Paktika, saying they struck Taliban headquarters, ammunition depots, logistics bases, and other key military installations. Explosions were reported in Kabul.

Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said Afghan forces had launched “large-scale offensive operations” against Pakistani military positions in response to earlier Pakistani airstrikes. Afghan officials said they attacked Pakistani border troops in retaliation and claimed their drones successfully hit military targets inside Pakistan, though Islamabad said any drones were intercepted by anti-drone systems without damage.

Casualty figures are sharply disputed. Pakistan’s military spokesperson, Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said at least 274 Taliban fighters were killed and more than 400 injured since the operation began, while 12 Pakistani soldiers were killed and 27 wounded. Pakistan’s information minister gave a lower Taliban death toll of 133 and said two Pakistani soldiers were killed.

Afghanistan’s Taliban government claims 55 Pakistani soldiers were killed, eight Taliban fighters died, and 11 were injured. Kabul also said 13 civilians were wounded in a reported Pakistani strike on a refugee camp in Nangarhar and claimed to have captured Pakistani soldiers, which Islamabad denies.

Pakistan’s defense minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif said Islamabad had exhausted diplomatic options and would now take “decisive action,” blaming the Taliban for instability and terrorism. Asif accused the Taliban of turning Afghanistan into an Indian “colony,” exporting terrorism, and aligning with India, framing the conflict as a response to security threats and India’s growing ties with Kabul.

Mujahid said Afghanistan wants the fighting resolved through dialogue but warned it would respond to further Pakistani actions. Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai said Afghanistan would defend itself and urged Pakistan to change its policies and pursue good neighborly relations.

AOC And Mamdani Push FREE DAYCARE For Illegal Aliens In SPANISH Language Ad

Radical Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has joined forces with NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani to hawk free childcare to illegal immigrants in a cringeworthy Spanish-only video, right as the city is flat broke and floats massive tax increases on hardworking New Yorkers.

This shameless handout underscores the left’s playbook: shower foreign invaders with taxpayer dollars while Trump’s America First deportation machine gears up to clear out criminal elements.

In the video, Mamdani kicks things off by admitting his Spanish is rusty, and essentially admitting he’s there to smile and nod along.

Ocasio-Cortez jumps in, assuring him, “Don’t worry, Mayor.”

She then lays out the pitch in Spanish: “If your child is turning three or age four in 2026, you can enroll them in free 3-K or Pre-K in New York City.”

She adds, “Any New York City parent, regardless of your occupation, income or immigration status is eligible to sign their child up.”

Ocasio-Cortez adds that the application comes in over 200 languages, making it crystal clear this is aimed at non-English speakers, many of whom crossed the border illegally.

Pro-Trump Attorneys Reportedly In Talks With White House to Get Trump to Declare National Emergency Giving Him ‘Sweeping Powers’ Over Elections – Team Trump Responds

Pro-Trump lawyers are reportedly trying to persuade President Trump and his team to go all-out to secure America’s elections this year by invoking an unprecedented executive order, and they may soon get their wish.

As The Daily Mail reported, attorneys with ties to Trump are talking with the White House over an election plan, citing “an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

Attorneys close to Donald Trump are urging the President to declare a national emergency that would allow him to take sweeping powers over the crucial midterm elections.

Peter Ticktin, who has known Trump since they attended New York Military Academy together and represented him in court, is part of a group of pro-Trump lawyers in communication with the White House over the election plan.

He and his allies argue in a 17-page draft of a presidential executive order that supposed Chinese interference in the 2020 presidential election allows Trump to declare such an emergency.

‘There is now clear and compelling evidence from court cases and forensic analysis that these threats have not been mitigated but instead have intensified,’ the draft reads. ‘This constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.’

As The Mail notes, this order would allow President Trump to mandate voter ID nationwide, ban vote-by-mail, and require ballots to be counted by hand.

ABC News reports that Trump has reviewed the order, and the lawyers expect executive action soon.

This news also comes as the SAVE Act, a critical election security bill Trump is backing, has stalled in the Senate thanks to a handful of RINOS sabotaging the MAGA movement in its quest to stop Democrats from stealing any more federal elections.

A White House official responded to the report about an election executive order, telling ABC that “a variety of outside advocates who want to share their policy ideas with the President. Any speculation about policies the President may or may not announce is just that — speculation.”

White House Deputy Press Secretary Abigail Jackson also issued a non-denial when asked for comment.

“President Trump is committed to ensuring that Americans have full confidence in the administration of elections, and that includes totally accurate and up-to-date voter rolls free of errors and unlawfully registered non-citizen voters,” Jackson told The Washington Post.

“The President has urged Congress to pass the SAVE Act and other legislative proposals that would establish a uniform standard of photo ID for voting, prohibit no-excuse mail-in voting, and end the practice of ballot harvesting,” she added.

One question that remains unanswered is how such an order can survive legal challenges. Changes to voting laws have generally been implemented via the legislative process.

LA schools superintendent raided by FBI illegally overstayed visa before gaining legal status

As attention has turned to Los Angeles Unified School District superintendent Albert Carvalho in the wake of an FBI raid at his residence and the school district’s headquarters, a clip has resurfaced showing Carvalho admitting that he was an “undocumented migrant” in the United States.

In April 2025, Carvalho said in a speech, “I would be a hypocrite if I did not fight for those who today are facing conditions that over 40 years I faced as an undocumented migrant to this country.”

He later added that he came to the US at the age of 17, saying, “Education made me and saved me. I became a teacher, a principal, a superintendent leading the nation’s largest districts, four times selected as national superintendent of the year. Do not underestimate the power of the immigrant child who may very well become an adult who does well and good by America.”

Per the New York Times, Carvalho grew up in Portugal, and described growing up in a “poor environment,” being raised alongside his five siblings, two of whom died young, by parents with education that did not extend past the third grade.

After graduating from high school in the country, Carvalho came to the US on a visitor visa, which he overstayed and became illegally present in the country. He first worked as a dishwasher in Manhattan and eventually ended up in Miami, where he worked at restaurants, farms, and construction sites.

“Back in the mid-’80s, it was not difficult to find a job without documents,” Carvalho said. “They worked you more hours for less pay.”

He spent two years in the country illegally but eventually secured a student visa. He also obtained a Social Security number and legal work authorization. Per Governing, he eventually became a US citizen.
