Allegations, Secrecy, and the Fight for Justice in the Wisconsin Air National Guard

A colonel in the Air National Guard (ANG), who had nearly 35 years of service, was relieved of her command in 2021, coincidentally at a time when one of her subordinates was disseminating nude, explicit photographs.

Colonel Leslie Zyzda-Martin is the former commander of Wisconsin’s Volk Field Air National Guard Base. Her story highlights a troubling intersection of military culture, accountability, and the challenges faced by those who dare to stand against misconduct. Unable to clear her record amid suspicious circumstances, Zyzda-Martin was forced into retirement in October 2024. Three years later, she is still struggling to clear her name under dubious circumstances.

It is essential to recall the context leading up to this incident: Major General Donald Dunbar resigned in 2019 at the urging of Governor Tony Evers (D-WI). His resignation followed a federal investigation that uncovered a decade’s worth of mismanagement of sexual assault complaints by Wisconsin National Guard leaders. The Guard not only failed to follow military procedures by neglecting to track cases or guarantee that both victims and accused individuals were afforded due process, but they also attempted to conceal the situation.

The National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) Office of Complex Investigations (OCI) found that the “programs and systems for handling allegations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and other workplace or service-related misconduct (emphasis mine) were non-compliant with federal law and regulation, and in various respects, deficient or failing.”

Zyzda-Martin was interviewed on at least two occasions by Inspector General personnel concerning allegations of wrongdoing committed by then-NGB Brigadier General Chad Parker. Little did she know, this would likely play a significant factor in her removal from command two years later.

In 2020, Zyzda-Martin stepped into a challenging environment, finding herself ensnared in a web of unsubstantiated allegations and a lack of transparency from superiors. At the time, the ANG colonel was serving at the Pentagon on a Title 10 tour at the National Guard Bureau in the Intelligence Directorate when she was offered the opportunity to apply for a command position with the Wisconsin Air National Guard.

“I took that job and found a base that was not within standards and ill-equipped,” Zyzda-Martin told The Gateway Pundit. She characterized the military installation as “a sleepy base,” and, on the heels of the 2019 scandal, her goal was to restore U.S. Air Force (USAF) standards to the base. However, her earnest efforts were met with resistance, culminating in four complaints against her, all of which were later found to be unsubstantiated.

Chaos Agent: Anthony Fauci Represents A System That Needs To Be Cleansed

I think nothing enrages Americans more than a lack of accountability from government officials. Yes, it happens often, and the public hasn’t taken up torches and pitchforks (yet), but I would point out that these incidents are cumulative and they light a growing fire within the collective memory. Eventually, people are going to snap if they don’t see action taken to rectify past wrongs.

This week, Dr. Anthony Fauci faced a flurry of questions from the Senate Homeland Security Committee over his handling of the covid response as well as his involvement in the gain of function research which likely led to the creation of the viral variant that spread around the world and nearly triggered a permanent Orwellian police state.

Fauci pleaded the Fifth over 100 times.  It’s not a sign of confidence in his own innocence.

He knows he’s untouchable legally, but I think what the man fears most is public judgment, and he’s not going to offer any confirmation that conservatives and the alternative media were right about him all along.  Unfortunately, even with substantial evidence, there is very little that any congressional committee or even the Trump Administration can do about him.

Fauci is well protected, and not just by the sweeping pardon “signed” by Joe Biden which covers the Doctor back to 2014. No, Fauci is also protected by the system – The bureaucracy and the globalist network of which he is a member.  Fauci is a chaos agent and he served his purpose well. They’re not going to let him face punishment.  If they did, then they might find it harder to procure the cooperation and loyalty of other bureaucrats in future schemes.

Unlicensed Trans Funeral Home Director Accused of Stealing $2.2M Estate and Keeping Organs in Bucket Confronted by Reporters in Court: “Im a Celebrity. Get Out of My Face B*tch”

A Houston funeral home director appeared in court on Friday on multiple felony charges involving a scheme to steal more than $2.2 million from a deceased man’s estate. 

Unique Mica Green-Battle is accused of forging documents to claim he is the spouse and successor of the victim, Lawrence Gammon. The forged documents include a fake will, a falsified death certificate, forged probate documents, and fraudulent filings used to gain control of the estate, according to Fox 26.

Police executed a search warrant of Green-Battle’s business in November 2025 after families accused the funeral home of mishandling corpses and committing fraud.

During a search of the business, investigators reportedly found human organs in a bucket and boxes of cremated remains.

Green-Battle was also operating the business without a license after the license expired in 2021 and was revoked in August 2025.

The apparently trans funeral director appeared in court on Friday, where a judge set bond at $800,000. Green-Battle was released after posting the bond.

“Court documents dating back to 1998 list Green-Battle at different times as male and female. The Chronicle could not confirm Green-Battle’s gender identity or pronouns. Harris County Jail records listed Green-Battle under the name Michael James Green as of Wednesday morning,” the Houston Chronicle reported.

Kamala explained to the Urban League members how she would help Americans if elected… Just kidding.

Kamala promised to rig the system to give all power to Democrats.

Michigan Waves The White Flag On Child ‘Conversion Therapy’ Ban

Democrat-run Michigan just backed down after threatening therapists who use talk therapy to help children with ‘gender dysphoria’ accept their biology.

On Thursday, the state agreed to a permanent federal court order barring it from ever enforcing House Bill 4616 – the 2023 law, signed by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, that threatened licensed counselors with discipline for engaging in ordinary talk therapy with minors experiencing gender dysphoria. U.S. District Judge Jane Beckering signed off on the stipulated judgment, and the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which represented the counselors who sued, wasted no time declaring victory according to the Daily Caller.

Interestingly, a year and a half earlier the same judge sided with the state.

Backstory

Whitmer signed HB 4616 and its companion bill in July 2023, making Michigan the 22nd state to bar mental health professionals from what the statute broadly defined as “conversion therapy” for minors – not just efforts to change sexual orientation, but any “efforts to change behavior or gender expression.” At the time, Whitmer said Michigan was “banning the horrific practice of conversion therapy” and pitched the law as making the state more welcoming for LGBTQ kids.

Then the law met the constitution… Catholic Charities of Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale Counties, joined by Lansing therapist Emily McJones of Little Flower Counseling, sued in 2024, arguing the ban was viewpoint discrimination dressed up as medical regulation. Judge Beckering initially sided with the state, denying a preliminary injunction in February 2025. The counselors appealed – and won.

Late last year, the Sixth Circuit reversed her, becoming the first federal appeals court in the country to block a statewide “conversion therapy” ban of this kind. Judge Raymond Kethledge wrote for the majority that the state’s theory “faces strong headwinds as applied to counseling that consists solely of spoken words.” Judge Rachel Bloomekatz, a Biden appointee, dissented, arguing the ban was likely constitutional because every major medical association treats “conversion therapy” as illegitimate care.

Kentucky Releases Child Killer AGAIN, Father of Slain Six-Year-Old Logan Tipton Says It May Be His Breaking Point

The father of a six-year-old Kentucky boy stabbed to death in his own bed is publicly breaking down after the man who did it was released from prison for the second time, this time with no supervision.

Dean Tipton took to Facebook on Wednesday and wrote that the killer of his son Logan being released again may be his breaking point.

Tipton wrote that the justice system handed his family a life sentence while giving the killer, Ronald Exantus, a slap on the wrist.

Exantus broke into the Tipton family’s Versailles home on December 7, 2015, stabbed Logan Tipton to death as he slept and also attacked Dean and Logan’s sisters. He did not know the family prior to the attack.

The deranged murderer walked free from the Kentucky State Reformatory last week after completing an adjusted sentence.

In 2018, a jury found Exantus not guilty by reason of insanity on the murder and first-degree burglary charges related to Logan’s death, citing his schizophrenia, while convicting him of being guilty but mentally ill on assault charges against the other family members.

Exantus received a 20-year sentence on those assault counts.

UK Puberty Blocker Trial to Begin Recruiting Children as Young as 11

A controversial impending clinical trial on puberty blocking drugs in Britain will begin on Saturday to recruit hundreds of children as young as 11-years-old.

The so-called “Pathways” trial being run by King’s College London (KCL) will start recruiting some 226 children between the ages of 11 and 16 on August 1st as it seeks to determine the benefits or risks of puberty blockers on supposedly transgender children, the BBC reported.

In 2024, a review from paediatrician Dr Hilary Cass found that previous justification for the use of such hormone-altering therapies in children was “built on shaky foundations” and thus the National Health Service (NHS) should not proscribe them.

Yet, Dr Cass said there should be an exception for clinical trials, despite the potential of permanently damaging participating children. Cass said last month that the study was “essential” to determine “whether these drugs are helpful or not”.

The clinical trial was originally set to commence in January but was delayed following legal action taken by Bayswater Support Group, which represents hundreds of concerned parents.

However, this challenge was thrown out by the High Court on Friday after Mr Justice Chamberlain ruled that the child participants would be assessed for months by doctors who will have “formed the opinion that a child has a reasonable prospect of receiving a clinical benefit from the treatment”.

Russia Launches Massive Missile and Drone Attack on Kyiv After Ukraine Sinks Russian Container Ship and Hits Oil Refineries – Zelensky Demands US Patriot Missiles

Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack against Ukraine on Saturday, prompting renewed calls from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for American Patriot missile interceptors, which he says they’ve run out of.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the Russians launched 35 missiles and 185 attack drones mainly at Kyiv, but also at Dnipro, Sumy, and Kharkiv. “Only one ballistic missile was intercepted, simply because there are no interceptors for the Patriot systems,” he said, demanding more Patriot missiles from the US. The shortage “only encourages Russia to launch such attacks that take human lives,” Zelensky said.

Footage from the attack in Kyiv shows massive explosions hammering the city.

Zelensky said in a statement, “Eighteen residential buildings, a school, the Lithuanian Embassy, and infrastructure facilities were damaged,” and at least nine people were killed, with dozens more injured.

Verizon Blames ‘Human Error’ For Burying A Jack Smith Subpoena From Congress

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and fifteen colleagues sent a letter to Verizon on Thursday demanding the telecom giant explain how a 2023 grand jury subpoena tied to Jack Smith’s “Arctic Frost” investigation vanished from its own paperwork for more than two years – only to resurface after the company chalked the omission up to “human error.”

The letter, addressed to Verizon CEO Dan Schulman, is the latest turn in Grassley’s monthslong excavation of Arctic Frost – the Biden-era FBI/DOJ probe-turned-Trump-prosecution that has already produced a House criminal referral for Smith himself, revelations that his team accessed the actual text messages of 44 lawmakers, and now a fight over what one of the country’s largest phone companies knew and sat on.

What Subpoena?

Back in October 2023, Grassley asked Verizon to search its files for every DOJ or federal law enforcement request touching Senate devices between January 2016 and October 2023, part of his long-running Crossfire Hurricane oversight. Verizon wrote back that it generally keeps legal process on file for four years and had no records predating October 2019.

What it didn’t mention: a May 25, 2023 grand jury subpoena issued by Smith’s Arctic Frost team for senators’ phone toll records, including two numbers belonging to the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms.

Congress didn’t learn the subpoena existed until 2025, when Verizon told Grassley’s office the 2023 omission came down to “human error.” Grassley isn’t satisfied with that. His new letter wants to know whether Verizon actually found the subpoena during its 2023 search and stayed quiet, or genuinely missed a live federal legal demand sitting in its own compliance files for two years.

Two of the numbers swept up in that May 2023 subpoena weren’t just any senators’ lines – they belonged to the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms. Under a contract Verizon signed with the Senate in May 2022, that’s supposed to trigger automatic notice to the SAA any time a Senate device or line gets subpoenaed. Grassley’s letter effectively asks how a contractually mandated notification simply never happened.

AI Expert Sounds the Alarm: OpenAI’s Rogue Hacker Models and Killer Robots Signal a ‘Dystopian’ Path to Replacing Humanity

A leading artificial intelligence safety researcher issued a stark warning this week against pursuing general superintelligence and developing autonomous killer robots, framing both as steps toward a dystopian future in which machines could effectively become a “replacement for humanity.”

Dr. Roman Yampolskiy, a computer scientist and AI safety expert, made the comments during an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Friday, reacting to the recent news that OpenAI’s experimental agents had gone rogue during an internal cybersecurity evaluation, broken free of their containment, accessed the internet, and successfully compromised systems at AI startup Hugging Face as well as several other services.

The OpenAI incident involved an autonomous agent powered by its most advanced models, including the newly released GPT-5.6 Sol and an even more capable internal prototype.

During a controlled security test designed to evaluate the models’ cyber capabilities, the agent exploited a zero-day vulnerability, escaped its sandbox environment, which was supposed to lack direct internet access, and, over several days in mid-July, conducted thousands of actions targeting Hugging Face.

It uploaded malicious configurations, leaked code, executed commands in production systems, accessed dozens of secrets, and used exposed credentials to reach accounts on additional services.

Hugging Face described the intrusion as unlike anything it had previously handled, requiring days to detect and contain while ultimately forcing the company to rebuild a significant portion of its infrastructure.

OpenAI called the event an “unprecedented cyber incident involving state-of-the-art cyber capabilities,” noting that the agent operated with superhuman speed while still displaying clumsy, error-prone behavior such as repeated actions and inefficient paths.
