Election Watchdog Uncovers Nearly 5,000 Potentially Illegal Voter Registrations in Milwaukee Ahead of Crucial Wisconsin Elections

Nearly 5,000 voter registrations in the city of Milwaukee have been legally challenged for irregularities, potential fraud, and blatant violations of state and federal law.

The comprehensive legal filing, submitted by concerned citizens Justin Gavery and Joe Nolan, exposes what many conservatives have warned about for years: a broken election system ripe for abuse.

The challenge, backed by the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and a long list of Wisconsin statutes, calls on the Milwaukee Election Commission (MEC) to investigate and take immediate action on 4,878 questionable voter records.

According to the document obtained by Just the News, all of these individuals cast ballots in the November 5th, 2025 national election.

The report relies on data from the USPS’s CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) and National Change of Address (NCOA) databases—tools that objectively verify the accuracy of mailing addresses.

According to the letter sent to Executive Director of Milwaukee Elections Paulina Gutierrez:

On February 20, 2025 a new statewide voter registration list was purchased from WEC’s Badger Voter website. We ran it through our TITAN system which compares it against the US Postal Services main database and also its National Change of Address database. We found many issues, irregularities and also voter fraud.

Each name and address were submitted through the USPS CASS® (Coding Accuracy Support System) evaluation system.

The USPS CASS® evaluation is run against several progressively deeper-leveled databases, such as: state, city, zipcode-S-digit, a check on those 3 columns together, then a check against the street name with in them, then a street number range check, then a check against the actual street number in the “Zip_4” database, and then a check on apt_unit at that specific building, then a check if that address is unoccupied, and then other specialty checks. It returns many columns, each with detailed codes describing one or more problems with each address on this list.

More on CASS: (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification is a program that was developed by the USPS to test the accuracy of address-matching software and improve the accuracy of postal coding, such as ZIP+4 Code®, carrier route and 5-digit ZIP Code coding.

https://postalpro.usps.com › CASS › CASSTECH_N The bottom line is that the USPS has declared that all of the items in this report cannot be mailed without mailing address correction(s).

Wisconsin Election in Jeopardy? Concerned Clerk Sounds Alarm on Absentee Ballot Vulnerabilities

A Wisconsin election clerk has come forward with a chilling warning about major vulnerabilities in the state’s absentee ballot system, raising urgent concerns about election integrity just weeks before a crucial Supreme Court election.

Fearing retaliation and job loss, the clerk remains anonymous but reached out to The Gateway Pundit in a desperate plea to expose a serious threat to election security.

According to this whistleblower, a primary election glitch involving the state’s electronic voter registration system, Badger Books, could serve as a preview of potential fraud in the upcoming election.

“We had a glitch with Badger Books on Tuesday, February 18, that really got me thinking and worried to the hilt. I am happy to go into great detail. It is not nuanced and it all falls on clerks and the trustworthiness of our larger areas–Milwaukee and Dane Counties,” the clerk said.

On February 18, Badger Books reportedly malfunctioned by checking in absentee ballots that had never been returned, creating an erroneous voter turnout rate of up to 27% in some townships.

The whistleblower describes a deeply flawed absentee ballot process that appears ripe for abuse. Here’s how it works:

  • A voter requests an absentee ballot online or by calling their clerk. The request is processed through BadgerBooks, and the clerk prints labels for the ballot.
  • The ballot is mailed to the voter, recorded as sent, and then recorded again when returned.
  • However, there is nothing stopping election officials from printing duplicate ballot labels, tracking unreturned ballots, and fabricating votes with forged signatures and fake witnesses.

There is no signature verification, no ID matching an address, and nothing preventing someone from printing extra labels and submitting fraudulent ballots.” the clerk warns.

Dems Fight Voter ID Amendment In Wisconsin Despite 7 In 10 Voters Supporting It

On April 1, Wisconsin voters will have the opportunity to enshrine a voter ID measure into the state’s constitution.

Voters will be asked whether the state’s founding document should be amended to require voters “present valid photographic identification verifying their identity in order to vote in any election,” with this requirement being “subject to exceptions which may be established by law.” In a recent poll among registered Wisconsin voters conducted by The Marquette Law School, 73 percent of respondents said they support the proposed voter ID amendment. In addition, more recent national polls have found that at least 80 percent of Americans support voter ID.

But despite voter ID policy popularity both statewide and nationally, Democrats are fighting the referendum soon to appear on the Wisconsin ballot.

The ballot proposal was approved by the Republican-led Assembly “with no support from Democrats,” CBS News reported in January. While there are presently no legal challenges to the current voter ID laws already in place in the state, “Democrats said photo ID requirements are often enforced unfairly, making it more difficult for people of color, the disabled and poor people to vote,” according to the outlet. They also “argued that lawmakers should focus instead on other issues such as gun control, clean water, affordable housing, and expanding access to child care.”

Multiple left-leaning voter activist groups have also come out against the proposal. Souls To The Polls Wisconsin, a purportedly “left-of-center” get out the vote group, called the referendum “harmful” in a social media post last month.

“This newest amendment proposal would enshrine Wisconsin’s strict voter ID law in the state constitution–disenfranchising thousands of eligible voters and limiting the court’s ability to protect our voting rights,” the post reads.

The executive director of Wisconsin Democracy Campaign (WDC), Nick Ramos, similarly suggested to a local NBC affiliate that the referendum would “make it harder for people to vote.” (According to conservative watchdog InfluenceWatch, WDC has a history of “target[ting] the financial supporters of Republican and conservative policy leaders” and pursues policy goals “decidedly left-of-center.”)

In addition, the Wisconsin chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), a “nearly 100-year-old left-leaning activism organization,” according to InfluenceWatch, issued a statement in February urging voters to vote “no” on the measure, arguing that voter ID laws “disenfranchise” voters. The ACLU of Wisconsin Union along with more than 20 other organizations also signed onto a joint letter opposing the measure last month. WDC and Souls to the Polls Wisconsin are also among the signers.

Democratic Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers proposes changing ‘mother’ to ‘inseminated person’ in state law

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, a Democrat, is facing backlash for introducing a budget recommendation that changes the word “mother” to “inseminated person,” and “paternity” to “parentage” in certain parts of state law.

The Evers administration’s budget recommendation for the 2025-2027 fiscal period advises several other gendered terms be changed, as well. References to “wife” or “husband” are changed to “spouse” in the proposal. In other places, the word “father” is changed to “parent,” and “mother” is swapped out for the phrase “parent who gave birth to the child.”

The budget was introduced by the state Senate’s Joint Committee on Finance on Tuesday.

Wisconsin radio host Dan O’Donnell noted the language change in a post on X, calling it “beyond parody.” Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, commented on the post, writing simply “red flag!”

The Republican Governors Association (RGA) issued a statement in response to the language changes.

Evers’ “latest left-wing push” is “offensive to mothers,” RGA executive director Sara Craig said in a statement. “Being a mother is the greatest privilege I will have in my lifetime, and every mother I know feels the same. If Tony Evers can reduce motherhood to an ‘inseminated person’ then our society is lost.”

Wisconsin Governor Puts Marijuana Legalization In Budget Request, Along With Provisions To Regulate Hemp-Derived THC

The governor of Wisconsin has once again included a proposal to legalize marijuana in his biennial budget request.

“Legalize, regulate, and tax the sale of marijuana for recreational use, much like Wisconsin already does with alcohol,” a budget brief that the office of Gov. Tony Evers (D) released on Tuesday says, adding that it will result in “$58.1 million in revenue in fiscal year 2026-27 and growing amounts in future years.”

Under current Wisconsin law, cannabis is illegal for both recreational and medical purposes.

The governor’s proposal would additionally “create a process for individuals serving sentences or previously convicted of marijuana-related crimes to have an opportunity to repeal or reduce their sentences for nonviolent minor offenses.”

“The Governor further recommends the imposition of a 15 percent wholesale excise tax and a 10 percent retail excise tax on the sale of marijuana for recreational use by department-issued permit holders,” it says.

Identical bills to facilitate the budget requests have been filed in both the Senate and Assembly.

In addition to legalizing cannabis for adult use, Evers is proposing to include delta-8, delta-10 THC and other intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoids in the definition of marijuana to “ensure their production, processing and sale is regulated and not available to individuals under 21.”

Further, the governor is calling for the the Department of Revenue the enter into agreements with tribal territories “for the refund to tribes of marijuana excise taxes estimated to be collected from sales on tribal lands,” similar to current policy with tobacco products.

The companion bills that were filed in tandem with the governor’s budget request stipulate that all revenue collected from the proposed cannabis taxes will be deposited into the state general fund.

Woman who stabbed classmate to please Slender Man can be released from psychiatric hospital

A Wisconsin woman who at age 12 stabbed her sixth grade classmate nearly to death to please online horror character Slender Man will be released from a psychiatric hospital, a judge ordered Thursday after a trio of experts testified that she has made considerable progress battling mental illness.

Morgan Geyser has spent nearly seven years at the Winnebago Mental Health Institute. She has petitioned Waukesha County Circuit Judge Michael Bohren, who committed her, for release four times since June 2022. She withdrew her first two petitions. Bohren denied her third request this past April, finding she still presented a threat to the public.

Geyser, now 22 years old, filed her latest petition in October. Bohren decided to grant her release after a day-long hearing Thursday, finding that she had maximized her treatment options at the facility and is no longer a safety risk. He ordered the state Department of Health Services to set up a plan to house her in a group home and supervise her for his consideration at a hearing within 60 days.

The judge said that her crime was a “brutal, terrible offense” but Geyser has since grown up and to be truly rehabilitated she must exist as part of society.

“She’s done what she’s supposed to do,” Bohren said. “She appears to have a good attitude.”

Geyser and Anissa Weier were 12 years old in 2014 when they lured their classmate, Payton Leutner, to a Waukesha park after a sleepover. Geyser stabbed Leutner 19 times while Weier egged her on. Leutner barely survived.

Wisconsin High School Allows Biological Male to Use Girls’ Locker Room – Boy Allegedly Stares at Girls, Exposes P*nis, Rubs Himself With Lotion to “Prevent Chafing” and Threatened to “Shoot up School”

A high school in Wisconsin has come under fire and is facing potential legal action after girls at the school complained of a biological male claiming to be transgender, using their locker rooms, exposing his p*nis, and allegedly masturbating with lotion that he says is to “prevent chafing.”

The school district reportedly voted to allow biological boys to compete in girls’ sports and use girls’ locker rooms and restrooms earlier this month.

Kenosha County Eye, a local media outlet, reported on the allegations from female students’ parents at the Westosha Central High School in Paddock Lake, Wisconsin. One girl claims she was assaulted by the boy, who is reportedly still using the locker room despite the school saying he would no longer be allowed to use the girls’ locker rooms. The student was apparently suspended after pushing a girl who told him to “put [his] d*ck away” and smashing a Chromebook laptop.

The report further details how the student has allegedly made threats to “shoot up the school,” which students say were laughed off by the faculty. Students reportedly said the teachers told them not to be “dramatic.” The student was “also in constant trouble for violent behavior” while attending another school called Salem, reports the outlet.

“I find it unacceptable that a 14-year-old girl is required to change in front of a 16-year-old boy to complete a required class in school… I don’t feel like the district is taking this seriously,” said one concerned father.

Report: Teen Wisconsin Christian School Shooting Suspect Linked To Satanic, Pedo & Accelerationist Groups

According to researchers online, the 15-year-old female suspect who killed two people and herself at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, earlier this week was associated with Satanic, pedophilic and militant accelerationist groups.

The suspect, Natalie (or Samantha) Rupnow, reportedly published a manifesto that was obtained by Reduxx journalist Anna Slatz via Rupnow’s boyfriend.

Slatz also clarified rumors that either Rupnow or the boyfriend were transgender, saying she was a biological female and he’s a biological male.

The Reduxx co-founder and author posted an 𝕏 thread on Monday detailing how she came across the alleged manifesto.

“I have made contact with the alleged boyfriend of the Wisconsin shooter,” she wrote. “He has very graciously provided me the full manifesto, which I verified by having him screen record himself opening it from a direct link the shooter sent to him via WhatsApp.”

The boyfriend also claimed the image of Rupnow being shared online (seen on the left below) was altered to make her look different and provided Slatz with another image he claimed is authentic (on the right below).

Big Pharma Eli Lilly Announces $3B Manufacturing Expansion in Kenosha Following Strategic Meeting with Trump and RFK Jr. at Mar-a-Lago

Kenosha, Wisconsin, is poised for an economic revival, thanks to a groundbreaking $3 billion investment from pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly.

This announcement comes just days after a high-stakes meeting at Mar-a-Lago between President-elect Donald Trump, his nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and top executives from major pharmaceutical companies, including Eli Lilly and Pfizer.

The meeting, which also included Trump’s incoming chief of staff Susie Wiles and representatives from the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), signals a potential realignment of U.S. health policy.

While the specifics remain under wraps, insiders suggest the discussions centered on finding cures for cancer, among other topics, according to Axios.

This development is being hailed as a masterstroke by Trump, who has long championed bringing jobs back to the U.S. and revamping the pharmaceutical industry to prioritize American innovation and production.

Eli Lilly’s decision to expand its Kenosha facility is being lauded by Trump supporters as a direct result of the strategic discussions in Mar-a-Lago.

According to the company’s press release, the $3 billion investment will not only enhance the production of injectable medicines but also create 750 high-paying jobs in Kenosha County.

The expansion will also generate more than 2,000 construction jobs, making it one of the largest economic boosts in the region’s history.

Eric Hovde’s Wisconsin Senate Race Opens the Door to a Criminal Investigation

The Democrats may have made a significant mistake in their all-too-obvious attempt to steal a U.S. Senate seat from GOP candidate Eric Hovde. As Hovde explained in a November 12 video, in the early hours of November 6, 2024, he received congratulatory calls for his apparent win. Then, suddenly, by 4:00 am, “a staggering 108,000 absentee ballots were dumped from Milwaukee, with two-term incumbent Senator [and Democrat candidate] Tammy Baldwin receiving nearly 90 percent of those votes.” Hovde objected: “Statistically, this outcome seemed improbable, as it didn’t match the patterns from same-day voting in Milwaukee, where I received 22 percent of the votes.”

The problem for Democrats is that the late-night drop of an improbable 108,000 thousand absentee ballots that were nearly all for the Democrat candidate fitted an all-too-recognizable pattern of election fraud made possible by cryptographic algorithms embedded covertly in the official State Board of Elections (SBOE) voter registration database. Unfortunately for the Democrats, Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., had previously found an illegal clandestine algorithm in the SBOE voter rolls. As reported on GodsFiveStones.com, Paquette concludes:

This study of Wisconsin’s voter rolls reveals strong evidence of multiple ID number assignment algorithms, with two appearing over-engineered, enabling data segregation and hidden assignment. The presence of over 60,000 records with encrypted ID numbers further suggests hidden attributes, potentially violating public disclosure laws.

Paquette has also discovered similar illegal cryptographic algorithms in New YorkOhioWisconsinPennsylvania, and Arizona, with algorithms yet to be reported also found in New Jersey, Texas, and Hawaii.

In common sense parlance, the algorithms are an intelligence-grade complexity mathematical scheme that facilitates creating and hiding false voters who receive legitimate state voter IDs. After making the false voter records, the criminals responsible for embedding the algorithm in the database can hide the false records so that they can be recovered by an algorithm locator number known only to the criminals. The criminals’ favorite targets for creating duplicate clone voter records are inactive voters, deceased voters, and voters who have moved out of the state.
