NAACP Backs High School Runner Who Bashed Competitor In Head With Baton

The NAACP is rallying around a Virginia high school track star at the center of a viral-video controversy and on the receiving end of criminal charges after she smashed a competitor in the head with a baton in the middle of a state-championship 4×200-meter relay race.

In videos that most observers find damning, Alaila Everett, a senior at I.C. Norcom High School in Portsmouth, is seen swinging her baton into the back of the head of Kaelen Tucker, a junior at Brookville High School. Reeling from the pain, Tucker grabs her head and staggers to the ground alongside the track at Liberty University in Lynchburg. Everett proceeds to awkwardly flail her baton-arm.

An attorney and former multi-sport, standout athlete who reviewed the footage for ZeroHedge said Everett’s follow-on motions look like theatrics meant to portray the head-blow as an accident, rather than an attack springing from a loss of impulse control as Tucker overtook her.

Everett and her squad were immediately disqualified from the championship competition, while Tucker was diagnosed with a concussion and possible skull fracture. In TV interviews after the incident, Everett admitted the act “looked purposeful,” but said the hammer-blow to Tucker’s head was an accident caused by the baton catching on Tucker’s clothing, which supposedly caused Everett to lose her balance. “I know my intentions, and I would never hit somebody on purpose.” Not satisfied to merely proclaim herself innocent, Everett also cast herself as a victim: “Everybody has feelings. So, you’re physically hurt, but you’re not thinking of my mental, right?”

Germany’s Perfect Storm: Skyrocketing Knife Crime, Crumbling Economy, and Failed Leadership Threaten National Stability

As Germany contends with a faltering economy, soaring prices, rising unemployment, intensifying political violence, and mounting geopolitical instability, it also faces an alarming surge in knife crime—an epidemic fueled by decades of failed leadership, reckless, short-sighted policies, and unchecked mass immigration from countries with alien cultures.

In North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s most populous state with over 18 million residents, knife crime has surged dramatically.

Citing police data, State Interior Minister Herbert Reul, a member of the liberal globalist Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party, reported that 2023 saw 7,295 knife-related crimes—a 20.7% increase from the previous year, which had already marked a 44% rise from the year before.

What’s more alarming? Despite making up 16.1% of North-Rhine Westphalia’s population, foreigners made up nearly half (47.6%) of the suspects.

The police data, meanwhile, revealed that native Germans bear the brunt of the knife-related violence, accounting for 60.1% of the victims.

However, these statistics do not tell the full story. German authorities do not track the foreign backgrounds of newly naturalized German citizens, which allows them to downplay the growing crime rates and their connection to mass migration.

State Interior Minister Herbert Reul, despite holding office for years, now claims he’ll take action to curb the rise of knife attacks.

“I hope that we will see the first positive effects here in the coming year and that this knife violence will be curbed. Otherwise, we will have to make adjustments,” the CDU politician vaguely stated. But talk is cheap—he introduced a ten-point plan to tackle knife crime last August, and yet, violence continues to escalate.

While the official report states overall crime rates are down by 1 percent, this is misleading. The largest drop came from drug-related offenses, which fell by over 30%—likely due to the legalization of marijuana.

Meanwhile, the number of murders rose by nearly 16 percent last year, from 154 to 180 cases. Again, foreigners make up nearly half of the suspects in the most serious violent crimes—murder and manslaughter. The same is true for burglaries.

Over the past decade, violent crime has climbed by 20%, with non-German passport holders accounting for 41.8% of suspects.

In truth, Serbia officially aspires to EU membership, but the current leadership is strengthening its ties with Russia and China. This is forbidden for The EU called for the safety of protesters and the avoidance of violence. The opposition is likely to support integration with the EU, but its position on Ukraine remains unclear.

Atlanta’s Decriminalization Of Marijuana ‘Led To A Reduction In Violent Crime,’ New Research Shows

A new study on Atlanta’s move to decriminalize marijuana concludes that, contrary to warnings from some critics, the policy change in fact led to a decrease in violent crime as police turned their attention to more urgent matters.

The research looks at crime surrounding the city’s 2017 reduction of penalties around the simple possession of cannabis. Prior to the change, possession of up to an ounce of marijuana was punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,500 fine. Afterward, that fell to a maximum $75 fine civil fine, with no possibility of jail time.

While some warned that loosening penalties would lead to a rise in crime rates, researchers observed the opposite.

“Our findings suggest that decriminalization led to a reduction in violent crime,” the new report says, “likely due to police reallocating resources from marijuana enforcement to violent crime prevention.”

To arrive at that conclusion, authors examined agency-level crime data from 2015 through 2018 from Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Uniform Crime Reports, which included information from nearly all Georgia cities with populations over 25,000. They then compared crime rates between Atlanta and other control cities that did not decriminalize marijuana.

Relative to those control cities, the “estimated effect” of decriminalization in Atlanta was “about 20 fewer violent crimes per 100,000 people per month,” the analysis found. That’s a 19.7 percent reduction from the pre-decriminalization average.

“Our analysis finds that violent crime in Atlanta declined relative to control agencies following marijuana decriminalization, with results robust to alternative estimation methods, event studies, and placebo tests,” the report concludes. “Our estimates suggest that decriminalization led to a 20% reduction in violent crime rates relative to pre-policy levels.”

The paper says the findings align with claims from Atlanta Police Department (APD) shortly after decriminalization that officers would “focus…on violent crime and crimes that truly affect people—things that endanger lives.”

“We want to fill jails with armed robbers, rapists, burglars, home invaders—we do not want to fill the jails with pot smokers. That’s the bottom line,” APD Public Affairs Director Carlos Campos said at the time, the study notes.

Atlanta’s decreases in violent crime, the study’s authors noted, “align with APD’s stated policy shift, as department leaders emphasized reallocating resources to violent crime enforcement.”

“Importantly, this decline was not offset by crime displacement in neighboring counties,” they added.

Top Streamer Says Violent Threats on Reddit Will Lead to Real ID For the Internet

Top streamer Asmongold predicts that the sheer amount of violent threats being posted on Reddit will grease the skids for an Internet ID system that will end online anonymity.

Since Donald Trump took office, the far-left website has seen a massive uptick in threats of violence targeting Trump, people in his administration and conservatives in general.

Last month, Reddit temporarily banned multiple pages after users began posting threats aimed at staff working for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

“Time to hunt,” one user posted, while another asserted, “Lets drag their necks up by a large coil up rope.”

According to popular streamer Asmongold, the deluge of threats will provide a pretext for the government to mandate tying a person’s real identification to their online user accounts.

Leftist UCLA Law Professor Sparks Uproar After Calling for a Military Insurrection Against President Trump

Another radical leftist has been caught calling for violence against President Trump.

As TGP readers know, leftists across America have issued countless calls for violence against members of the Trump Administration for weeks, including the president himself.

This situation has gotten so dire that agitators are now accosting the children of these officials.

On Saturday, UCLA Criminal Law Professor Peter Arenella posted a tweet saying that the U.S. Military must launch an insurrection against Trump in order to stop America from becoming an ally of Russia. Yes, he actually said the U.S. military must destroy democracy to prevent America from joining forces with an authoritarian regime.

How dangerous and ironic.

“At this point, my only hope for the US to avoid becoming an ally to Russia is a violent resistance by our military,” he wrote. “Tragic to say that because the military are trained to avoid any politically motivated intervention. Firing all the Joint Chief of Staff military leaders and replacing them with military acolytes of Trump anticipated that possibility and acted swiftly to minimize that type of intervention.

Ultimately, we will get what we deserve by giving Trump a second chance to destroy our democracy, he added.

‘The View’ Co-Host Sunny Hostin Says Democrats Must Be Willing to ‘Fight and Die’ to Defeat Donald Trump

With every passing week, The View co-host Sunny Hostin is becoming more and more unhinged.

Hostin, who is known for making her fellow left-wing panelists seem like moderates, said on Friday’s edition of The View that Democrats must be willing to follow the civil rights generation in being willing to “fight and die” in order to defeat Donald Trump.

She made the comments when discussing the behavior of Texas Representative Al Green, who was kicked out and later censured for disrupting President Trump’s address to Congress on Tuesday evening.

“They should be ashamed of themselves,” Hostin said of the Democrats. “They all should have walked out with him.”

She went on:

They don’t know how to fight and be part of an opposition party. Representative Green gave them the example. The Democrats are not meeting the moment.

It is very clear that Medicaid is on the table. It is very clear that Social Security is on the table. It is very clear that people will die.

The Baby Boomers, the civil rights generation — they knew what they had to do. They were willing to fight and die for their rights.

This generation of Congress, they are not meeting the moment. This is an existential crisis.

Trump CUTS OFF Aid To Anti-White South Africa—Offers Deal To Violently Persecuted Farmers: “They will tie people up and drag them behind a truck until they die”

South Africa has been in the news lately, in large part, due to former South African resident, Elon Musk, who has been keeping the news about the genocide of white farmers front and center on his “X” platform.

Yesterday, a video of Julius Malema of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), a far-left minority opposition party in South Africa, surfaced showing him saying that they will be confiscating the land, assets and money from White people that live on their land in response to Conservatives and DOGE pushing to cut their funding.

“We will expropriate without compensation whether they (white Afrikaners) like it or not. If they object, they can seek refuge in America.”

Biased UN Report on Nicaragua Ignores Victims of US-Backed Opposition Violence

Reynaldo Urbina rides his motorbike around the streets of Masaya, Nicaragua, with agility, despite having only one arm. Nearly seven years ago, at the height of a US- supported coup attempt against Nicaragua’s left-wing Sandinista government, Urbina was one of those guarding the city’s municipal warehouse when it was attacked by around 200 armed protestors. Warned of the impending attack, the guards had been ordered to hide their weapons and not resist capture, to minimize casualties.

But Urbina was suspected of knowing the whereabouts of the city’s mayor, whom the hooligans sought to assassinate, so they threw him to the ground and smashed his left arm with a rifle butt until it was practically destroyed. Urbina escaped, but his arm could not be saved, and was later amputated.

When a team was sent by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights to Nicaragua to collect evidence on human rights abuses a few weeks later, Urbina was among those offered by the government as a witness. But the team refused to meet him.

The UN’s 40-page report, issued in August 2018, devotes just five paragraphs to violence by anti-government factions; the rest blames the government and its supporters for practically every other violent incident, including many (like an arson attack on a pro-Sandinista radio station) that were clearly part of the coup attempt.

Some time after the coup attempt, Nicaragua’s then vice-minister for foreign affairs, Valdrack Jaentschke, described an exchange with Paulo Abrão, who was the Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. The IACHR was another of the bodies which had launched investigations of human rights abuses in 2018. Valdrack had asked Abrão why visiting investigators were not collecting evidence of the severe opposition violence which had taken place. Abrão gave two reasons: that human rights abuses can only be carried out by the state, and that violence by civil society groups is just “common criminality” and therefore not within the investigators’ mandate.

Serbian Opposition Throw Smoke Grenades and Tear Gas at Fellow Members of Parliament — One Lawmaker in Critical Condition

Things may get heated in Congress, but never do they fall apart like this.

Opposition lawmakers in Serbia threw smoke grenades and tear gas at fellow parliamentarians in a show of opposition to the government and to express their support for current student protests.

The demonstrations were a response to the collapse of a roof at a train station several months ago that killed 15 people and now threatens to bring down the country’s government.

The attack took place during a legislative session after the ruling coalition, led by the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), approved the parliamentary agenda.

As the agenda was approved, several opposition politicians rushed toward the parliamentary speaker, clashing with security guards.

Other individuals then threw smoke grenades and tear gas, covering the room in black and pink smoke.

Two people were injured by the attack, according to House Speaker Ana Brnabic, with one suffering a stroke and currently in critical condition.

“The parliament will continue to work and to defend Serbia,” she told the session.
