Report: Personal Crimes in Gun-Controlled Australia Triple that of Gun-Friendly USA

Personal crimes such as rape and sexual assault are three times higher in gun-controlled Australia than in the USA, a report in the Spectator/Australia on Wednesday details.

Written by Malcolm Roberts and John Lott, Jr., the report begins by explaining that the establishment media’s approach to coverage and the method of compiling crime stats leads many to believe Australia’s “crime rate is low compared with the countries like the United States.”

The media “reinforces the myth” of lower crime while less than 20 percent of rapes and sexual assaults are reported to Australian police. However, in the U.S.,  45 percent of such personal crimes are reported to police. This difference in the level of personal crime reporting skews the figures seen by the populations of both countries and feeds into the establishment media’s low-crime narrative.

After a hard look at the real numbers, Roberts and Lott wrote: “Australia’s rape and sexual assault rate is roughly three times higher than that of the United States. Australia’s assault rate is about twice as high, and its burglary rate is about 2.5 times higher. Robbery is the only category where the two countries report similar rates.”

Tensions Boil Over Outside Courthouse After Karmelo Anthony Found Guilty of Murder – Deputies Make Arrests

Tensions boiled over outside the Collin County Courthouse after a jury convicted Karmelo Anthony of murder in the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf.

The jury in the Karmelo Anthony murder case reached a swift verdict after deliberating for more than two hours on Tuesday.

The jury found Karmelo Anthony guilty of murder. He faces life in prison.

Karmelo Anthony and his mother sobbed in court after the judge read the guilty verdict.

The jury still hasn’t decided on Karmelo Anthony’s sentencing.

Black Panthers gathered outside the courthouse and defended Karmelo Anthony.

“We got to tell our kids the truth that this is a racist ass country! We gotta tell them the truth,” one of the Black Panthers shouted.

“Don’t nobody want to hear about what we do to each other. We talking about what they doing to US!” she said.

“White folks kill white folks. Mexicans kill Mexicans. We ain’t trying to hear no cool sh*t today. Go open up them white folks with that. This is a racist-ass country!” she added.

Deputies made swift arrests as protestors clashed.

Northern Ireland Erupts After Sudanese Asylum Seeker Charged in Brutal Stabbing — Migrant Houses Torched as Angry Crowds Take Over Belfast 

Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets of Belfast on Tuesday night after a Sudanese asylum seeke was charged with a brutal knife attack that left a local man with serious injuries.

The protests erupted after footage of Monday night’s attack circulated widely online, sparking further anger against mass immigration.

Police deployed armored vehicles as crowds gathered in several parts of the city.

Some vehicles were set on fire during the unrest, including a bus, while clashes broke out between protesters and officers.

There were also reports of protesters breaking into migrant houses and setting them ablaze.

The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered severe injuries to his eyes as well as slash wounds to his face and back. Police later recovered a kitchen knife from the scene.

Video footage showed members of the public confronting the attacker before police arrived. Senior officers later credited those bystanders with helping save the victim’s life.

The suspect, identified as a 30-year-old Sudanese national, has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a bladed article in a public place, and making threats to kill.

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

Police said the man was granted leave to remain in the United Kingdom in September 2023 after claiming asylum.

He had arrived in Belfast from Dublin earlier that year after flying into Ireland from Paris.

The incident comes amid growing public fury over the Labour government’s refusal to stop mass immigration as well a series of high-profile violent crimes involving migrants across Britain.

Violent Teen Takeover, Brawls Shut Down Church Fundraiser in Columbus, Ohio – 11 Arrested for Fighting, Theft, and Vandalism

Nearly a dozen arrests were made on Friday during a fundraising festival for St. Catharine Catholic Church near the Columbus, Ohio, suburb of Bexley, after a teen takeover event led to multiple fights. 

Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther condemned the behavior in a statement, saying, “Our neighborhood events should be welcoming places for residents and families to come together, and this behavior is unacceptable.”

Additionally, “a few businesses reported criminal mischief during the period,” Bexley Mayor Ben Kessler said.

Video from the teen takeover shows the chaotic scene with two females fighting as a mob surrounds them, cheering the brawl on with cameras. Police intervened and separated the two youths.

One young black female said, “Ss a teen, I am really embarrassed that you guys are out here acting like this.” She continued, “We came out here to have fun. We can never do anything right. You guys always act up, and this is completely embarrassing.”

98-Year-Old Man Beaten with Broomstick and Chair by Democratic Socialists of America Campaign Worker Over Political Pamphlet Argument in Brooklyn Lobby

A 98-year-old man was brutally attacked by a 27-year-old woman handing out campaign flyers for a Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) candidate in a Brooklyn apartment building lobby at roughly on Thursday afternoon.

The elderly victim was left with minor head injuries after he was punched, kicked, and struck with a broomstick and a metal chair.

Tashara Abel, 27, was stuffing reelection flyers into mailboxes for Anthony Beckford, a DSA member and New York State Committee Member running for re-election as a Democratic district leader in the June 23 primary, when the elderly man walked in, and the two began arguing over the campaign materials, police and neighbors said, according to a report from the New York Post.

Abel “repeatedly punched and kicked the older man” before striking him with the broomstick and a metal chair, cops said.

Surveillance photos of the suspect leaving the building were released by police.

The victim was treated for his head injuries at the scene and declined being transported to the hospital.

CBS News reports:

Neighbors said they know the victim.

“He’s a fairly nice guy, so everyone who walks up and down here, either with their kids or are delivering stuff, like, they know who he is,” said neighbor Pierre Verna. “He’s a good guy, been around for a long time. So hopefully he’s alright.”

“Why would someone want to do something like that to someone like that? It’s heartbreaking. It’s sad. I don’t know. I’m confused as to why. What was the reason for that?” another neighbor said.

Beckford’s campaign told CBS that they are “reviewing the incident.”

“I am currently reviewing the situation to better understand the full circumstances, and I have personally reached out to the voter involved to ensure he is doing well and has the support he needs,” the statement began.

“While volunteers may operate independently, anyone associated with my campaign is expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism at all times, and if it is determined that an individual connected to my campaign acted inappropriately, appropriate action will be taken,” the statement continued.

“We will continue to monitor this matter closely and remain prepared to cooperate with the appropriate authorities as needed, as our priority is maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all residents.”

Abel has been charged with three counts of assault, burglary, and criminal possession of a weapon.

Last year, a viral experiment showed a humanoid robot overriding its safety restrictions and firing a BB gun at its owner during a role-play scenario.

Robot Safety Spotlight

A video circulating on social media has raised concerns about humanoid robot safety after a robot appeared to kick a child during a public demonstration in China’s Xinjiang region.

The footage shows what is believed to be a Unitree G1 humanoid robot, wearing a blue wig, performing a roundhouse kick that struck a young child standing nearby. The child was hit in the stomach and appeared to be in pain after the impact. According to reports from Chinese media, the child was not seriously injured.

The incident has renewed discussion about the risks associated with deploying advanced humanoid robots in public environments. Modern humanoid robots are capable of performing complex movements, including martial arts demonstrations, athletic maneuvers, and other dynamic actions, often under remote or autonomous control, reports Futurism.

The Xinjiang incident is not the first reported case involving a humanoid robot and a human injury. Earlier this year, another Unitree G1 robot reportedly lost its balance during a public performance in China. After falling to the ground, the robot’s uncontrolled limb movements struck a nearby man, causing a nose injury.

A viral experiment last year in the US raised concerns about AI robot safety after a humanoid robot named Max fired a BB gun at its owner during a role-play scenario. Although the robot initially refused requests to shoot, it complied after the command was framed as acting out a character. The incident highlighted how simple prompt changes can potentially bypass AI safety restrictions.

Socialist Mayor Responds After Seattle Residents Use Steel Planters to Block Streets from Criminals

Desperate Seattle residents putting up steel flower planters as barriers to block off their streets to quell runaway crime have finally drawn the attention of the city’s socialist mayor.

Mayor Katie Wilson said this week that Seattle is “acting now” on shootings and drug and human trafficking-related crime after being pressed by a local news anchor on why citizens had to take matters into their own hands before City Hall did anything.

The location at issue is the neighborhood hit by reoccurring violence tied to Aurora Avenue on the city’s north side.

Fox 13 co-anchor Hana Kim told the mayor:

We’re hearing from residents saying there are constant shootings there, bullets going through homes, human trafficking is up, prostitution is up. Desperate residents put up steel planters to block some of the crime. They say it was working, but then the city took it away and said that they need to have a permanent solution, so they want to study it. But at what point do you act?

“So we are acting now,” Wilson responded. “A number of members of my team… were up doing a walk with the neighborhood a few days ago, and I totally understand why people put the barriers in the streets.”

Residents along the corridor spent Memorial Day weekend constructing the barriers out of metal planters, concrete blocks, and other items to block streets “after weeks of shootings, high-speed chases, and crime concerns tied to prostitution, trafficking, and alleged turf wars,” Fox News reported.

One resident, Peter Orr, told KTVB 7, “It’s either this, or bullets in my neighbor’s houses.” The Mayor was mocked online for her residents taking such drastic action to ensure their own safety.

Conservative commentator Paul Szypula wrote on X, “When progressive policies result in neighborhoods literally barricading themselves off… that says everything.”

Karmelo Anthony supporters on Thursday hurled racist insults and threatened Austin Metcalf rally organizers outside the Collin County Courthouse.

Things got heated outside the courthouse as apening arguments began in the Karmelo Anthony murder trial on Thursday.

As TGP previously reported, 16-year-old track and football star Austin Metcalf was brutally stabbed to death in April 2025 during a championship track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas.

Metcalf, a junior at Frisco Memorial High School, was attacked in broad daylight — at a school-sanctioned event meant to showcase hard work, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Austin Metcalf died in his twin brother Hunter Metcalf’s arms.

The suspect, (now 18-year-old) Karmelo Anthony of rival school Frisco Centennial, was charged with first-degree murder and faces between 5 and 99 years in prison.

Karmelo Anthony supporters called Metcalf rally organizers “crackers” and threatened to kill them.

“Imma push you if I get close enough…push you right into that grave….f*ck you cracker…Neanderthal!” a Karmelo Anthony supporter shouted.

“You gone end up like Metcalf, you gone be pushing up daisies,” another Karmelo Anthony supporter said.

Savannah Residents Feel Gang Violence Out Of Control And Getting Worse Under Mayor Van Johnson

A series of shocking violent criminal acts in Savannah, GA over the last week have left residents fearing for their lives, and worried about the safety of their city under Mayor Van Johnson. They feel the gang warfare and wanton disregard for human life is threatening Savannah’s way of life.

The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating after a shooting took place on the 10000 block of Abercorn Street Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to the shooting at approximately 2 p.m., where they found an adult man with a gunshot wound, reported WSAV.

The man was transported to Memorial Health for further treatment, but he ultimately died due to his injuries.

Bomb Squad Called in Amid Reported Explosion on Chicago Highway – Person Found Dead in SUV Surrounded by Shell Casings

An Illinois highway was shut down in both directions on Thursday as bomb technicians and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated a vehicle parked on the road. 

The highway was closed at approximately 10 am until 6:55 pm. According to authorities, a person was found dead inside the vehicle, which was surrounded by shell casings, according to CBS. Authorities have not released the cause of death.

Initially, the vehicle was seen on the Eisenhower Expressway in Cook County. Illinois State Police reportedly called in an “explosion.”

Video from the sky shows law enforcement officers, including one in a bomb suit, investigating the car.
