How the Deep State Intel Community, USAID & Stolen Elections are all Connected

He tapped Bill Pulte to serve as Acting Director of National Intelligence, and the reaction from the media, Democrats, and the intelligence establishment tells you everything you need to know. They are furious.

Why? Because Pulte is doing exactly what many Americans have demanded for years. He’s cleaning house.

Within days of taking over, reports indicate dozens of employees inside the Office of the Director of National Intelligence were either fired or sent packing as the administration moves to shrink what President Trump has called a bloated intelligence bureaucracy.

And here’s the kicker. Almost immediately, anti-Pulte leaks started pouring out of the intelligence community. The same people who claim to be defending democracy are running to the media to undermine the man tasked with reforming their agency. If there was ever proof that the swamp still exists, this is it.

To me, those leaks are not an argument against Bill Pulte. They’re the strongest argument for him.

The intelligence community was never supposed to operate as an independent power center. It exists to serve the American people, not protect itself. Yet every time someone comes along promising accountability, downsizing, and reform, the knives come out.

The media says Pulte is dangerous. Democrats say he’s unqualified. Washington insiders are panicking. Frankly, that makes me like the appointment even more.

Today, we break down why Bill Pulte may be exactly the deep state slayer President Trump was looking for, why the leaks prove the purge is necessary, and why the intelligence establishment is terrified of what could come next.

Department of Interior Releases Never-Before-Seen Footage of Vandals at Reflecting Pool as Fake News Media in Denial

The Interior Department on Tuesday released surveillance footage showing two individuals “destroying and removing a piece of the lining and attempting destruction” of the Reflecting Pool at the Lincoln Memorial, the Department says.

Deranged liberals have been tearing out the new American flag blue sealant that lines the bottom of the pool with the intention of giving the water a blue reflection. Several arrests were made over the weekend.

The vandals also inscribed “86 47,” calling for Trump’s death, on the grass of the National Mall and on the bottom of the Reflecting Pool in recent days.

Employees were seen erecting a fence around the Reflecting Pool on Tuesday as Trump says repairs are set to begin imminently.

Video provided to Fox News shows a male and a female reaching deep into the Reflecting Pool last Friday in what is allegedly an act of vandalism.

“In the video, you are seeing two suspects observed destroying and removing a piece of the lining and attempting destruction of the lining,” the Department of the Interior said in a statement.

“This incident took place on June 19, 2026, and we are investigating. Destroying, injuring, defacing or removing cultural or archeological resources is a federal crime.”

Trump Admin Kicks Off American Nuclear Renaissance With $17.5 Billion Loan Program For Reactor Projects

With hyperscalers set to spend roughly $800 billion on data-center capex this year alone, alongside reshoring and broader grid electrification, baseload power demand is poised to surge.

We have made the case that intermittent solar and wind are no match for the scale and reliability requirements of the modern economy, and that nuclear power is emerging as the clean, always-on power source needed to power the AI era.

The Wall Street Journal reports Tuesday morning that the Trump administration plans to supercharge the deployment of nuclear power with a $17.5 billion low-interest loan program to help utilities finance orders for Westinghouse Electric Co.’s AP1000 reactors.

The Energy Department, under Secretary Chris Wright, plans to make five loans available for two-reactor projects, with the goal of expediting equipment orders and cutting up to three years from construction timelines.

More from the report:

Seven utilities have already signed formal letters of intent for the five available project loans, according to the Energy Department, which didn’t name the utilities.

Wright said the plan to accelerate the deployment timeline of ten reactors will “unleash the next American nuclear renaissance.”

Those reactors “will also help accelerate the timeline of building those large-scale reactors by up to three years, lowering construction costs and ensuring the United States is able to deliver on President Trump’s bold and ambitious energy addition agenda,” Wright said.

The AP1000 reactors, which produce about 1,100 megawatts of power, are slated to come online in 2035 and will generate enough electricity to power a midsize city or a large data center.

USAID Liberal Corruption and Circular Funding: How Taxpayer Dollars Were Used Against U.S. Policies and Interests

President Trump was criticized for cutting USAID funding shortly after taking office in his second term. He argued that USAID was plagued by waste, fraud, and corruption, with taxpayer money funding projects such as DEI workplace training in Serbia and transgender theater productions in Ireland.

The White House released a documented list of expenditures that included hundreds of thousands of dollars to a nonprofit linked to designated terrorist organizations after an OIG investigation had been launched, millions to EcoHealth Alliance, which was involved in research related to the Wuhan lab, and funding that resulted in hundreds of thousands of meals being distributed to al Qaeda-affiliated fighters in Syria.

Beyond waste and fraud, USAID funds also flowed to organizations that were at odds with U.S. interests, including groups that funded protests against U.S. policies within the United States and undermined US policy abroad.

George Soros, one of the largest donors to the Democratic Party and left-wing causes in the United States, became a central figure in the USAID corruption debate. Open Society Foundations has stated that claims it receives USAID funds or directs USAID spending are “manifestly false.” However, the organization’s own records and federal grant data indicate a financial relationship with USAID.

The Soros Foundations’ 2001 annual report listed USAID as a “donor partner,” while congressional testimony by Tyler O’Neil, citing USASpending.gov records, documented USAID grants to the Alliance for Open Society International, a legal arm of the Open Society Foundations. The grants were identified by federal grant numbers AID122A000200042, SLMAQM11GR635, and SLMAQM11GR0635. The arrangement creates a circular flow of taxpayer money, with federal funds flowing to Soros-linked organizations that then support left-wing activism, protests, and Democrat-aligned groups.

In addition to funding Soros-linked organizations directly, USAID awarded more than $27 million to the Tides Center, an organization that has received tens of millions of dollars from Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

The Tides Center functions as a donor-advised fund that masks the identity of original donors. Its grants do not disclose which donor directed the funds, and the IRS does not require donor disclosure. Tides founder Drummond Pike stated, “Anonymity is very important to most of the people we work with.” In 2023, the Tides network took in nearly $800 million, with major donors including Soros, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Ford Foundation.

FBI Busts Multimillion Dollar Fraud Schemes Across the Country

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has busted several fraud schemes across the country in recent weeks, FBI Director Kash Patel said in his latest weekly update to the agency.

Patel highlighted some of the results of Operation Riptide, which focuses on “criminal actors and the key services they rely on, their infrastructure, their tools and services, their communications platforms, and their money.”

FBI Cleveland, for instance, disrupted a Chinese phishing platform “linked to the theft of millions of credit card numbers and nearly $1.9 billion dollars in losses worldwide,” Patel revealed.

As a result of the efforts of the FBI in Charlotte, two individuals were convicted for operating a business email compromise scheme that stole $25 million from U.S. companies.

“Thanks to FBI Boston, our Cyber Division, and international partners, we helped dismantle a VPN service used by ransomware groups around the world,” Patel said, later adding, “This is exactly what Operation Riptide is about: targeting the cybercriminal ecosystem at every level. And we’re just getting started.”

Fraudsters have also been targeted by the FBI. In Los Angeles, for instance, an Orange County man was arrested “for carrying out a nearly $100-million-dollar bank fraud scheme,” according to Patel.

“Thanks to FBI Milwaukee, a Wisconsin man pleaded guilty to defrauding nearly 190 investors out of more than $14 million dollars. Out of New Orleans, a Texas man was indicted for running a $4-million-dollar investment fraud scam that victimized more than 20 people,” he said, noting that a Texas couple has also been indicted “for stealing more than $2.5 million dollars from vulnerable victims through a years-long psychic fraud scheme” thanks to the FBI Seattle.

Patel added, “FBI Pittsburgh also announced charges against an Ohio woman accused of embezzling more than $460,000 dollars from a law firm while working as a paralegal.”

Further, seven individuals were arrested in Las Vegas for exploiting coronavirus relief programs, and in Alaska, one individual was sentenced to prison for defrauding those programs.

Federal Judge Quashes Grand Jury Subpoenas Targeting Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey in DOJ’s Immigration Enforcement Investigation

A federal judge on Monday quashed grand jury subpoenas issued to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and other Minnesota officials.

US District Judge Patrick Schiltz, a George W. Bush appointee said the subpoenas were retaliatory.

The Justice Department in January issued subpoenas to Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and other far-left Minnesota officials.

The DOJ previously launched a criminal investigation into Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and far-left Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for interfering with ICE operations.

According to CBS News, the investigation centered around public statements made by Walz and Frey.

Thousands of federal agents were deployed to Minneapolis to arrest illegal alien criminals earlier this year.

Both Governor Walz and Mayor Frey have lashed out at the Trump Administration for dispatching ICE agents to Minnesota.

Mayor Frey demanded that residents and local police fight ICE agents in the street.

The DOJ issued subpoenas to six Minnesota officials.

“From the beginning of his current term in office, President Trump and members of his administration have taken aim at so-called “sanctuary” jurisdictions-that is, jurisdictions “that limit the use of local resources to assist in federal immigration enforcement,”” the judge wrote.

“President Trump has repeatedly insulted Minnesota generally and its Somali population in particular; targeted Democratic-led cities for expanded deportation efforts;3 asserted that Democratic officials who oppose the deployment of National Guard troops for immigration enforcement should be jailed; issued multiple executive orders threatening to cut off federal funding to “sanctuary” jurisdictions;5 and sued Minnesota and some of its political subdivisions seeking to invalidate state and local provisions limiting assistance to federal immigration officials,” the judge said.

REPORT: Trump Admin Threatens to Withhold DHS Grant Funding to States Opposing Election Integrity Measures

The White House is reportedly threatening to withhold federal funding from states that do not comply with proposed election and vote-counting rules.

The new rules that the Trump Administration seeks to implement nationwide include manual audits of election systems, requiring documentary proof of citizenship for voters, and phasing out voting systems that don’t use hand-marked paper ballots, CNN reports, citing unnamed sources and internal documents.

Per CNN:

Under new rules governing several homeland security grant programs, states must take a number of steps, including phasing out certain electronic voting systems and moving to hand-marked paper ballots. They must also run their voter rolls through a controversial Department of Homeland Security citizenship verification database.

If not, states would lose out on some funding from DHS. These grants, expected to total more than $1 billion in the current fiscal year, are one of Washington’s main vehicles for helping state and local governments prevent terrorism, protect infrastructure and prepare for major disasters.

For years, the DHS grants, which states apply for, have required that at least 3% of the funds be spent broadly on election security. But the new guidelines, which CNN obtained and are expected to go out to states later this month, impose a set of mandatory reforms and steep penalties for noncompliance. States that refuse would lose 20% of the grant money — potentially millions of dollars in security funds.

“No changes to grant requirements or funding distributions are official until they are formally announced and published through proper, authorized agency channels,” a DHS spokesperson said in a statement, adding that the administration considers election security to be a core national security priority.

“Any recipient of federal funding should expect accountability for how taxpayer dollars are spent,” the spokesperson said.

In March 2025, Trump signed the “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections” executive order, which directs the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to require proof of citizenship and voter ID on its national mail voter registration form.

The order directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to “review each State’s publicly available voter registration list and available records concerning voter list maintenance activities.”

Further, DHS and the EAC were directed to “review and report on the security of all electronic systems used in the voter registration and voting process,” and “assess the security of all such systems to the extent they are connected to, or integrated into, the Internet and report on the risk of such systems being compromised through malicious software and unauthorized intrusions into the system.”

Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson Shuts Down Trump Administration’s SNAP Junk Food Restrictions

A federal judge on Monday shut down the Trump Administration’s pilot program restricting the purchase of soda and junk food with SNAP benefits.

US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee, said Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins applied the wrong law in approving a pilot program for states that wanted to restrict junk food purchases.

23 states applied for the pilot program in an effort to limit the purchase of soda, candy and other junk food.

Plaintiffs in five states filed the lawsuit against Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins.

Judge Berman Jackson’s ruling applies to five states: West Virginia, Tennessee, Colorado, Iowa and Nebraska.

Politico reported:

A federal judge on Monday scrapped a set of state pilot programs intended to restrict the use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program money to purchase unhealthy foods.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee, wrote in her decision that Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, who oversees the SNAP program, misapplied federal law in approving requests from states to allow them to impose limits on what participants can buy with funds from the nation’s largest food aid program. Her ruling applies to Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee and West Virginia.

“With her solicitation and approval of the pilot projects in this case, the Secretary purports to waive not just a mere administrative or technical obstacle, but the very definition of ‘food’ as it was laid down by Congress,” Berman wrote. “Neither the USDA nor the states can force this square peg into a round hole to avoid the plain language of the statute and the requirements of 2026(k),” referencing the part of the statute that addresses projects to help improve SNAP households’ health status.

Jackson’s ruling could jeopardize one of the biggest policy achievements of the Make America Healthy Again agenda. Rollins and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have urged states to submit food restriction plans, arguing that they will improve health outcomes and that federal dollars shouldn’t be funding junk food.

Kennedy also incentivized the states to apply by tying some federal rural health care funding to whether states had applied for a waiver to limit foods like soda in SNAP.

LAUSD Superintendent Alberto Carvalho resigns amid ongoing investigation

Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Superintendent Alberto Carvalho resigned on Sunday, bringing a abrupt end to his tenure leading the nation’s second-largest school system.

The resignation came nearly four months after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executed early-morning search warrants at his San Pedro home and district headquarters, an ordeal that led the Board of Education to place him on paid administrative leave just days later.

Authorities have not publicly disclosed the exact nature of the federal investigation, though sources indicate it is tied at least in part to the district’s contract with AllHere, an educational technology firm that provided a short-lived artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot before collapsing into bankruptcy amid fraud charges against its founder.

Lawsuit: Top Chip Company Gets $6.6 Billion from the Feds, but Excludes American Workers

Many skilled Americans are being pushed out of high-tech jobs by the ethnic-Chinese Taiwanese managers of a taxpayer-funded computer-chip company in Arizona, says a lawsuit by 13 Americans.

The “grossly disproportionate [ethnic Chinese] workforce is the result of [company’s] intentional pattern and practice of employment discrimination… including discrimination in hiring, staffing, promotion, and retention/termination decisions,” says the lawsuit by 13 American plaintiffs, filed by Kotchen & Low LLC.

The plaintiffs suing the Taiwan-based Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company [TSMC] — which has gotten $6.6 billion from taxpayers — say in their lawsuit:

TSMC’s preference for East Asians and those of Taiwanese or Chinese national origin is reflected in the demographics of the company’s managers and executive leadership. In one of the offsite meetings led by Mr. Perry, all 160 front-line managers in attendance were of Taiwanese national origin, and TSMC’s executive leadership team is exclusively made up of those of Taiwanese or Chinese descent.

….

Taiwanese leadership expressed a desire for a militant and authoritative culture where employees obey commands without question and offer no pushback. One female, a frontline manager at the meeting who is Taiwanese, began crying and stated: “I’m so embarrassed; Americans are lazy, they don’t work hard enough, they don’t know enough, and they don’t know commitment.”

These discriminatory comments towards Americans were common at TSMC Arizona. During Mr. [James] Perry’s employment, he heard Americans being called “lazy” and “not hard working” by members of management (who were predominantly Taiwanese and Chinese). And employees who refused to consistently work twelve-hour days were considered poor performers.

“At TSMC, it was understood that in order to advance in IT, employees needed to speak and understand Mandarin, despite the fact that there is no Mandarin language requirement at TSMC and business was supposed to be conducted in English,” the lawsuit says.

“It’s our tax dollars that we’re paying to be replaced by foreign workers,” noted Rosemary Jenks, a Harvard graduate who founded the Immigration Accountability Project. “It is not the responsibility of the government to make cheaper labor available to employers… [and] if national security is the concern, then the only way to deal with it is to have Americans doing the work,” she said, adding:

There is increasing [public] understanding of the problems with H-1B visas — but there is so much money on the pro-H-1B side that it is distracting — to say the least — for members of Congress because they would have to oppose their donors [to fix the problem].

Polls show rising GOP opposition to the legalized migration — including the white-collar H-1B program — which extracts foreign workers, consumers, and renters from countries.
