DHS Official Gets Life for Using His Federal Authority to Rape, Abuse, and Then Silence Women Victims

In a chilling example of a trusted government official abusing his power to carry out his depravity, a disgraced special agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) was sentenced to life in federal prison for sexually assaulting two women and leveraging his official position to prevent them from reporting his violent conduct. John Jacob Olivas, 48, of Riverside, California, was found guilty of three counts of deprivation of rights under color of law and sentenced to life in prison this week.

It is worth noting that while HSI had individuals like Olivas in their ranks raping women and silencing them, Homeland Security was busy referring to people who questioned the COVID lockdowns as “domestic terrorists.” This disturbing irony highlights the immense power and authority that comes with law enforcement positions and their ability to demonize the innocent while hell unfolds within their ranks.

Olivas sought out a position of authority and used it to prey on women, violating their constitutional rights while abusing them sexually. According to victim testimony, he made it clear to his victims that the police would not be responsive to any report they made about him due to his status as a federal agent. He even threatened them with retaliation, such as making them “disappear,” having their children taken away, and getting them arrested on fake criminal charges.

One victim testified that Olivas tried to rape her “after making it clear to her that the police would not be responsive to any report she would make about Olivas because he was ‘above a cop,’ and ‘untouchable’ and ‘invisible’ to police” because of his federal position, the U.S. attorney’s office statement said.

Sex offender who told underage stepdaughter they had to have sex or a gang would kill her mom gets no prison time

A 44-year-old man in Texas accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting his 17-year-old stepdaughter by convincing her that a fictitious gang would kill her mother if she did not comply and forcing her to live in a shed behind their home for more than a year will spend no time in prison after reaching a deal with prosecutors.

Seventy-eighth District Judge Meredith Kennedy sentenced Michael Dwaine Polvado on Friday to 10 years of probation after he pleaded guilty to one count of prohibited sexual conduct, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, court records show.

The sentence of probation was handed down in lieu of a 10-year suspended prison sentence. Polvado will also be required to register as a sex offender because the victim was 17 at the time of the offense and to have no contact with the victim in the future.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, officers from the Wichita Falls Police Department responded to a call from the victim on Aug. 8, 2021, reporting that Polvado “sexually assaulted her” and said that “threats were made against her life if she told anyone.”

Disgraced Cop Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Boys at ‘Youth Special Forces’ Camp He Started at Church

When the parents of children at the MorningStart Fellowship Church heard about a youth program for boys started by a police officer, they likely felt their children would be learning how to become men and that they would be protected. Unfortunately, however, it was the exact opposite, and their children were preyed on and exploited by the very person they thought would do the protecting.

In a shocking revelation, a now-former Cornelius police officer has been accused of exploiting his position within a local church to sexually assault multiple young boys. Erickson Douglas Lee, 25, who was once an active member of MorningStar Fellowship Church, reportedly turned himself in to authorities on May 2nd.

The church’s safety coordinator, Nate Degranpre, alerted the York County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) after receiving complaints from concerned parents. The allegations against Lee stem from a program he founded in 2018, dubbed the ‘Young Special Forces.’ Lee pitched the program as a leadership school designed to teach young men valuable skills and foster team-building habits. Instead of teaching them skills, however, he was sexually preying on them.

The narrative took a sinister turn when, in early 2020, Lee allegedly began hosting parties for at least four juveniles, during which he provided them with alcohol and engaged in sexual acts. These incidents are said to have taken place at Lee’s Fort Mill residence and other locations.

According to the investigation, Lee lured the unsuspecting parents by claiming that he wanted to take their children for leadership exercises or camping trips. Instead, he took the minors to various places both within and outside York County, including the MorningStar Church. Lee’s status as a police officer likely helped him garner the trust of the boys’ parents. Unfortunately, that trust was extremely misplaced.

Jeffrey Epstein, Woody Allen Made Plans to Socialize Every Month from 2014 to 2015

Jeffrey Epstein and Woody Allen reportedly made plans to socialize together every month from 2014 to 2015 — a time when Epstein was already a registered sex offender who had been sentenced to jail for soliciting a minor for sex.

The Wall Street Journal reported this week on a trove of documents belonging to the late Jeffrey Epstein including diaries and personal schedules showing the disgraced financier was also friendly with Lawrence Summers, who served as Treasury Secretary under former President Bill Clinton, and later was president of Harvard University.

Epstein also hung out with billionaire LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, who has been a major donor to President Joe Biden.

Woody Allen’s spokesperson told the Journal the filmmaker was always accompanied by his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, when socializing with Epstein.

Ex Barclays boss Jes Staley is accused of abusing girls during a visit to Jeffrey Epstein’s US Virgin Island retreat after the pedophile financier told him to ‘do what he wanted’, lawsuit claims

Former Barclays boss Jes Staley is alleged to have abused victims at late financier Jeffrey Epstein‘s Virgin Islands retreat, according to a court ruling issued Monday.

The document rejected motions to dismiss complaints claiming JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank were legally liable for their alleged facilitation of Epstein’s sex crimes.

The ruling instead revealed that Staley was alleged to have ‘used aggressive force in his sexual assault of [anonymous victim ‘JPM Jane Doe’] and informed [her] that he had Epstein’s permission to do what he wanted to her’.

Victims claim Epstein agreed to bring valuable clients to JPMorgan in exchange for Staley using his influence with the bank to make Epstein ‘untouchable’.

Staley has been accused of having ‘observed victims personally’ and ‘visited young girls at Epstein’s apartments’, exchanging some 1,200 emails with Epstein from 2008 to 2012, said to have included pictures of young women in ‘seductive’ poses.

James ‘Jes’ Staley headed JPMorgan’s private banking division and started to service Epstein’s account around the year 2000.

According to Monday’s report, Staley is alleged to have developed a close personal friendship with Epstein and was promoted to CEO of the lender’s Asset Management division while Epstein was still a client.

Liberal Academic Icon Under Fire After Revelations He Hung Out With Epstein

Yet another high-profile liberal icon spent time with Jeffrey Epstein.

Noam Chomsky, the famed linguistics intellectual and political activist, spent time with Epstein on multiple occasions, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday, prompting outrage from critics.

Chomsky, 94, reportedly met with Epstein several times in 2015 and 2016, while he was a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The meetings reportedly happened long after Epstein had registered as a sex offender.

“First response is that it is none of your business,” Chomsky told the Journal in an email after being asked about his relationship with Epstein. “Or anyone’s. Second is that I knew him and we met occasionally.”

Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in August, 2019 before the well-connected and wealthy financier could go on trial for his alleged decades of grooming and sexual abuse, including rape, of young girls in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Friends Urging Convicted Sex Offender Anthony Weiner to Run for NYC Mayor

Friends of former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY), a convicted sex offender, are urging him to run for political office again — making a comeback by pitching himself as a moderate Democrat to rebuild New York City.

Curtis Sliwa, the former GOP mayoral candidate for New York City, said he and others are encouraging Weiner to run for office again.

“He has been encouraged to run for office by me and others,” Sliwa said on his 77 WABC radio show which he hosts with Weiner. ” … to be the moderate Democrat, to be what this city needs now to take it back from [Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez]. He knows the moderate path to save the city.”

Weiner’s problems in public life first started in May 2011 when he mistakenly posted a photo of his penis to his Twitter page. Weiner quickly deleted the post and claimed, repeatedly, that he was hacked.

Andrew Breitbart, founder of Breitbart News who died in February 2012, published the deleted post on his website at the time as establishment media took Weiner at his word that he had been hacked.

Breitbart even posted his first-hand account of the scandal.

Then, months later, Breitbart posted a photo of Weiner that he had sent to another woman which prompted the then-congressman to call a press conference. At the press conference, Breitbart spoke to the media and defended his reporting on Weiner’s sexting habits.

When Weiner took to the podium, he admitted that he had, in fact, posted the initial photo of his penis on his Twitter page and was not hacked. Weiner also apologized to Breitbart directly before stepping down from office days later.

Santa Monica cops who ignored warnings that staffer Eric Uller allegedly molested boys should be prosecuted: lawyer

A California attorney who represented more than 80 victims allegedly molested and raped by a Santa Monica, Calif., police employee said cops and other officials who ignored warnings also should face criminal charges.

Attorney Brian Claypool said decades of abuse could’ve been prevented if officers listened to his clients’ pleas to fire the late Eric Uller, who worked for the nonprofit after-school Police Activities League program since the late 1980s.

The City of Santa Monica this week agreed to a whopping $122.5 million settlement involving 124 victims but court records show Uller molested more than 200 victims, who were minors at the time.

“The fact that this was a nonprofit connected to police makes it even worse,” Claypool told The Post. “Police are hired to protect and serve, and the fact that they had this guy around children … it never should’ve happened.

“They knew this guy had a propensity for molesting kids but did nothing. They were protecting a dangerous sexual predator.”

Billionaire T. Denny Sanford Was Investigated For Child Pornography—Newly Unsealed Documents Reveal Why

Nude photos of underage girls between the ages of 8 and 15 were discovered in the email account of billionaire T. Denny Sanford, who is the wealthiest person in South Dakota, newly unsealed documents show, shedding light on a child pornography investigation into the philanthropist which was closed without charges in 2022.

In the summer of 2019, images of nude underage girls were discovered in an AOL email linked to Sanford, prompting an investigation into the founder of First Premier Bank who is worth $2 billion and has donated large sums to children’s causes, according to documents released Thursday.

The images were revealed in unsealed court documents this week after a court battle by the news organizations ProPublica and South Dakota’s Argus Leader newspaper.

In 2019 the parent company of AOL sent information about the images to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which in turn made the referral to law enforcement, sparking an investigation that included five search warrants for Sanford’s email, phone, and internet data; one investigator wrote he believed there was evidence of criminality, according to the documents.

Sanford’s attorney Stacey Hegge said Thursday that after an “exhaustive” investigation, no prosecutable offense was discovered, partly because many individuals had access to Sanford’s devices, including, potentially, hackers.

The investigation was closed last year after the South Dakota attorney general, who was leading it, was impeached, but it isn’t fully clear why Sanford was not indicted.

Sanford fought to keep the documents sealed, but, after a years-long battle led by news organizations ProPublica and the Argus Leader to publicize the affidavit, South Dakota courts ruled to unseal them on April 6.
