Freed from prison, one of UK’s worst paedophiles who ran gay teens charity

One of Britain’s worst paedophiles has been freed from jail in the latest indictment of the SNP’s ‘soft touch’ justice system, the Mail can reveal.

James Rennie, ex-chief executive of a publicly funded gay and trans rights group for teens, was one of eight men exposed as members of a major paedophile ring.

The 54-year-old former Scottish Government adviser was jailed in 2009 after molesting the toddler son of unsuspecting friends.

He had been trusted to babysit the little boy – then recorded the abuse and shared it with other perverts.

During the police investigation, the boy’s parents were forced to watch a video of their baby son being violated by Rennie, who was boss of controversial LGBT Youth Scotland (LGBTYS).

Last night Scottish Tory justice spokesman Liam Kerr said: ‘Scots will be sickened that this predatory offender is back on our streets.

‘He should have spent the rest of his life behind bars.

‘His release is an insult to the victims and their families, especially with Christmas round the corner. This disgraceful case is yet another damning example of the SNP’s soft-touch justice system, which constantly puts the needs of criminals first.’

New Zealand Ex-Top Cop Avoids Jail for Child and Bestiality Porn Offences

A New Zealand court sentenced the country’s former deputy police commissioner to nine months of home detention on Wednesday, after he admitted to possessing child sexual exploitation and bestiality material.

Jevon McSkimming, who until late last year was New Zealand’s second-highest ranking police officer, was arrested and charged in June with eight counts of possessing objectionable material.

The 52-year-old admitted to three charges in November, including possession of child sexual exploitation and bestiality images which were stored on his work devices.

Judge Tim Black handed down a nine-month home detention sentence in the Wellington District Court on Wednesday, ruling McSkimming would not have to register as a child sexual offender.

The judge adopted a starting point of three years’ prison, but gave deductions for McSkimming’s guilty plea, remorse and attempts at rehabilitation.

He said McSkimming was of low risk to the community.

McSkimming’s lawyer, Letizea Ord, said her client was deeply ashamed of his actions.

One of the original charges said the offences happened between July 2020 and December 2024.

McSkimming was suspended from his job on full pay in December 2024, when an internal investigation into his conduct was launched.

He was on leave for six months before his resignation in May.

New Zealand police commissioner Richard Chambers in November described the case as “disgraceful” after McSkimming’s guilty pleas.

“The outcome shows all police, no matter their rank, are accountable to the laws that apply to us all,” he said.

Former Athens police officer indicted for bestiality and exploitation

Former Athens-Clarke County Police Officer Amber Nicole Ferguson has been indicted on charges of production and attempted production of child sexual abuse material, possession of child sexual abuse material involving a minor under the age of 12, and production of obscene material.

“Sexual predators who prey upon children or sexually abuse animals for the purpose of disseminating images of the abuse face significant prison time if convicted in federal court,” said U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg.  “To protect the community and its most vulnerable members, my office will aggressively prosecute anyone who commits such crimes.”

“The actions alleged in this indictment represent a profound betrayal of the trust and responsibility placed in law enforcement officers. Those who are sworn to protect our communities—especially our children—must be held to the highest standards, said Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Georgia and Alabama Steven N. Schrank. “Homeland Security Investigations is committed to ensuring that individuals who exploit their positions to harm the most vulnerable will be brought to justice.”

“Few crimes are as vile as those committed against children. When the offender is someone who swore an oath to protect the public and uphold the law, it is an even deeper violation. We remain unwavering in our commitment to working alongside our partners to safeguard our most vulnerable and bring offenders, regardless of their title our authority, to justice,” said Chris Hosey, Director, Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

According to U.S. Attorney Hertzberg, the charges, and other information presented in court: After a family member of the two minors reported suspicions to the Commerce Police Department, an investigation led to the discovery of child sexual abuse material on Ferguson’s phone.  As the investigation continued, images involving horse and dog bestiality allegedly possessed by Ferguson were discovered as well. The indictment alleges that Ferguson produced the bestiality images and child sex abuse material.

Amber Nicole Ferguson, 34, of Commerce, Ga., was arraigned on December 4, 2025, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Anna W. Howard.  She was indicted by a federal grand jury on December 2, 2025.  Members of the public are reminded that the indictment only contains charges.  The defendant is presumed innocent of the charges, and it will be the government’s burden to prove the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.

If convicted of production or attempted production of child sex abuse material, Ferguson would face at least 15 years in prison.  In determining the actual sentence, the Court will consider the United States Sentencing Guidelines, which are not binding but provide appropriate sentencing ranges for most offenders.

Lawsuit: Female Inmates Forced to Live with Trans-Identifying Males at Texas Special Needs Women’s Prison After Initial Court Win

Two female inmates at a federal prison for women with special needs in Fort Worth, Texas, saw a landmark early court win in November when a judge ordered transgender-identifying male inmates to be housed away from them following claims of sexual abuse.

But rather than keep the biological males completely separate from the female prison population at Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Carswell, Texas, Warden Tyal Rule has chosen to move the males to different housing units to live among other female inmates during litigation, a court filing first obtained by Breitbart News alleges.

In the November temporary restraining order, a judge in one of the nation’s most conservative district courts gave Rule the option to house trans-identifying male inmates in their own area or in another female housing unit away from the two plaintiffs, inmates Rhonda Fleming and Miriam Herrera. Rule chose the latter, allowing biological males, most of whom have not undergone surgical modifications, to live among other female inmates, the filing alleges. Several female inmates in the housing units where the trans-identifying males have been moved are now asking to join the lawsuit in the hopes of also securing protection for themselves.

Attorneys Brian Field and John Greil with D.C. law firm Schaerr|Jaffe LLP are representing four women who are asking the court to include them in the lawsuit, called a “motion to intervene” in legalese. Attorneys first asked for inmates Elizabeth Hardin and Brenda Kirk to be added to the lawsuit on Nov. 10, and on Wednesday they are asking the court to add inmates Jasmine Meabon and Keisha Williams, who are now living with transgender-identifying males who were moved into their housing unit following the court’s order.

“Having been ordered to protect Plaintiffs Fleming and Herrera from biological males, the Warden simply took a male inmate and moved him into a different women’s unit in the same prison,” the attorneys wrote in the proposed complaint. “Instead of solving the problem, he chose to injure different women.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ), which oversees the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), appears to be against more female inmates seeking redress in this case, asking the court on Dec. 1 not to allow more plaintiffs to be added to the case on procedural grounds. The DOJ’s position seems surprising, given President Donald Trump’s executive order mandating the removal of biological men from women’s prisons. The executive order has been on pause during other litigation brought by transgender-identifying inmates in a D.C. case, but that litigation would not bar the segregation of trans-identifying males inside women’s prisons for safety purposes.

The DOJ did not respond to request for comment by time of publication, and the BOP told Breitbart News via email that it “does not comment on pending litigation or matters that are the subject of legal proceedings.”

When asked about apparent DOJ opposition in the case, Field and Greil said: “That’s the million-dollar question.”

“It’s clear that Warden Tyal Rule is fighting the president’s policy, and he’s likely hoping that the White House doesn’t notice,” they told Breitbart News. “In fact, even when he faced a court order, Warden Rule did the absolute minimum to comply. It’s possible that this matter has flown under the radar at Main Justice and the White House, but DOJ needs to put eyes on it, hold folks accountable, and make sure that the President’s policies become reality.”

The shocking map of Britain that reveals the true scale of sex crimes by illegal migrants

The case of two teenage Afghan asylum seekers jailed for raping a 15-year-old British schoolgirl shocked the nation in recent days.

But the attack, by small-boat migrants Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal in a park in Leamington Spa, also shone a spotlight on the increasingly lawless state of our asylum system.

The gang rape by the two 17-year-olds was merely the latest in a long line of sex crimes committed by those migrants who have entered Britain illegally in ever-increasing numbers often in small boats.

Now the Daily Mail has compiled the most comprehensive study of such incidents yet attempted, combing the records of Crown and Magistrates’ Courts around the UK to document the vast number who have committed sexual offences.

Hailing from a multitude of nations, the 59 men we name today have shown contempt for British hospitality and values in the basest possible way.

Having arrived from home nations as far-flung as the South Pacific or sub-Saharan Africa, they claimed asylum here, most after having slipped into the country illegally by small boat or by hiding in a lorry.

Telling stories of fleeing danger and persecution, they argued that they should be accepted by Britain – only to quickly commit offences including paedophilia, rape and sexual assaults.

The data published by the Daily Mail today documents every known case of this kind to have happened over the last three years.

TPUSA Pedophile Ring Exposed: Pastor Rob McCoy Caught Shielding Convicted Child Predator

Turning Point USA Faith co-chair and extreme Zionist Rob McCoy has been caught red-handed defending and integrating a convicted child molester into his church – placing the predator in roles with access to vulnerable families and children, all while gaslighting concerned parents as “gossips” and “slanderers.”

The offender? Thomas Cimino, a sex beast convicted in 1995 for luring multiple young girls – as young as 7 or 8 – with the sick “lost cat” ploy before sexually assaulting them in secluded spots. Cimino served eight years in prison, with evidence including his own palm prints sealing his fate.

Yet, decades later, McCoy – an extreme Zionist – befriended the molester, welcomed him into “home fellowship” groups (usually in homes with kids), and even featured him on a church podcast to whine about how he didn’t deserve prison time for his crimes.

When horrified moms blew the whistle about Cimino’s rap sheet in 2022, demanding the predator be kept away from children, McCoy doubled down: Accusing them of biblical sin for speaking out, while portraying the registered sex offender as a redeemed victim of a series of frame-jobs.

Chomsky had deeper ties with Epstein than previously known, documents reveal

The prominent linguist and philosopher Noam Chomsky called it a “most valuable experience” to have maintained “regular contact” with Jeffrey Epstein, who by then had long been convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor, according to emails released earlier in November by US lawmakers.

Such comments from Chomsky, or attributed to him, suggest his association with Epstein – who officials concluded killed himself in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges – went deeper than the occasional political and academic discussions the former had previously claimed to have with the latter.

Chomsky, 96, had also reportedly acknowledged receiving about $270,000 from an account linked to Epstein while sorting the disbursement of common funds relating to the first of his two marriages, though the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) professor has insisted not “one penny” came directly from the infamous financier.

Former State Trooper Sentenced To 7 Years In Child Sex Sting

A former New Jersey State Police trooper who prosecutors say committed a profound breach of public trust has been sentenced to seven years in state prison for attempting to arrange a sexual encounter with a child during an undercover operation last summer, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced Friday.

33-year-old Shane H. Dempsey of Brick received the sentence Wednesday from Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Henry P. Butehorn. He must serve at least two years before becoming eligible for parole and will be required to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law. The sentence also subjects him to Parole Supervision for Life, mandates forfeiture of his public position and permanently bars him from public employment in New Jersey.

The case began when an undercover Prosecutor’s Office detective on the social media app Whisper was contacted by a user later identified as Dempsey. Authorities said Dempsey solicited sexually explicit images and discussed paying for a sexual act with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.

Dempsey was arrested after arriving for the arranged meeting in his police-issued vehicle.

Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper in Troop G charged with rape

A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper in Howell County is accused of raping a woman.

Ethan Minge pleaded not guilty to a second-degree rape charge. Minge serves Troop G based in Willow Springs.

Investigators say a woman claimed Minge went to her home in West Plains in July and pushed her on her back and had sex with her even after she told him no. Investigators say the victim claimed Minge apologized the next day. Investigators say she reported it months later.

Lieutenant Eric Brown with the Highway Patrol’s public information division sent KY3 a statement that reads, in part, “We are aware of the arrest of Trooper Minge. Trooper Minge is on administrative leave with no pay.”

Minge is scheduled to be in court later this month.

Duluth Police Officer Who Previously Shot an Unarmed Man, Accused of Sexually Assaulting Two Women

A Duluth police officer who the city once tried to fire for shooting an unarmed man through a door is now under investigation for sexually assaulting two women, authorities confirmed on Wednesday.

The St. Louis County Attorney’s Office earlier this year declined to file criminal charges against 33-year-old Tyler Leibfried, but the Duluth Police Department is continuing an internal investigation that could potentially result in discipline for any violations of city and department policies.

“We take allegations against our officers very seriously and investigate each complaint thoroughly,” Chief Mike Ceynowa said in a news release.

Redacted investigative documents released by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension reveal that a woman first reported an alleged assault by Leibfried to Duluth police on Dec. 20, 2024. The agency then turned the case over to the BCA to investigate. A second woman later reported an incident that allegedly occurred several years earlier.

Leibfried was taken off duty as of Dec. 23, 2024, and remains on paid leave pending a resolution of the internal process.

Leibfried Accused of Sexually Assaulting an Intoxicated Woman Who Claims She ‘Blacked Out’ and Did Not Give Consent

The alleged victim, according to the documents obtained by the Duluth News Tribune, stated that she and Leibfried were among a group that had been drinking at two bars on the night of Nov. 21, 2024. She reported the officer had been buying the majority of the drinks, and a witness indicated he appeared to be trying to engage her in conversation.

Eventually, Leibfried and the woman, who was in a relationship, kissed outside a Lincoln Park bar and ended up in his truck, where they engaged in sexual intercourse.

The alleged victim reportedly told investigators she was “extremely intoxicated” and that she “blacked out” before she “came to” in the truck. She had no recollection of consenting to the act and said she did not believe she would have. Leibfried, however, maintained it was a consensual encounter.
