Out of the Twilight Zone: Judge praises behavior of gang rapists, sentences them to ‘rehabilitation’

A judge handling the case of a teenage gang convicted of luring two young girls and then raping them gave them rehabilitation orders instead of jail.

And he praised them for their behavior.

“You have all done very well with the restrictions put in place throughout the trial,” claimed the judge, in the United Kingdom. “I think of you as very young and none of you have (sic) been in any big trouble before.”

It was in a report at Not the Bee that the details of the judge’s near-advocacy for crime appeared.

“Sane human beings know these little monsters deserve the most serve punishment available. This being in the UK, however, means they don’t even go to jail,” the report said. “The judge handed down ‘rehabilitation sentences’ for the three gypsy perpetrators while somehow excusing their despicable actions.”

The Daily Mail noted the gypsies, of the “traveller community,” were convicted of rape as well as taking indecent images of a child, because they recorded their own abuse of a 15-year-old girl.

The case was in Southampton Crown Court, where the judge said, “None of you need to go to prison.”

The boys targeted one victim on Snapchat, “before luring her to an underpass where they laughed and filmed themselves as they raped her,” the Mail reported.

First it was two 14-year-old boys. Then a few months later they were joined by a 13-year-old boy for a second attack, this time raping a young girl at knifepoint.

The Daily Mail said all three were convicted of rape during a five-week trial.

Seven Afghan Migrants Charged in Major British Child Grooming Gang Probe

Seven Afghan migrants have been charged with rape, child sexual abuse, and human trafficking offenses as part of a major police investigation into alleged grooming gang activity in Norwich.

Norfolk Police said the men are accused of offenses committed between August 2023 and May 2025 against two alleged victims, both girls in their early to mid-teens at the time.

All seven suspects entered the UK illegally or attempted to do so.

According to the force, five arrived by small boat, one entered concealed in a lorry, and the seventh attempted clandestine entry through Portsmouth ferry port.

The men appeared before Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Friday and were remanded in custody ahead of a plea hearing at Norwich Crown Court on June 19.

Jamil Khalil, 20, is charged with seven counts of rape, one count of human trafficking, and conspiracy to commit child sexual abuse.

Netanyahu: We Will Sue NYT for Exposé Alleging Sexual Torture in Israeli Prisons

Israel is planning to sue The New York Times over a shocking report that Israeli prison officials are sexually torturing Palestinian prisoners.

Opinion columnist Nicholas Kristof’s 3,500-word exposé graphically details mind-boggling cruelty, including genital mutilation and using dogs to rape prisoners.

Such a lawsuit won’t likely succeed in U.S. courts because the Constitution forbids it. Federal law generally forbids recognizing defamation judgments in foreign courts.

The exposé appeared one day before the Times reprised an official Israeli report that detailed Hamas’ rape and sexual torture of Israeli prisoners and hostages during and after the October 7, 2023 terror raid.

The Story

Palestinians told Kristof about sexual violence against men, women, and children by myriad Israeli assailants: “soldiers, settlers, interrogators in the Shin Bet internal security agency and, above all, prison guards.”

Evidence does not show that leaders ordered the rapes, Kristof explained. But a UN report explained that sexual torture is “one of Israel’s ‘standard operating procedures’ and ‘a major element in the ill treatment of Palestinians.’” And the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has reported that “systematic sexual violence” is “widely practiced as part of an organized state policy.”

Kristof spoke to 14 victims. 

A freelance journalist, Sami al-Sai, 46, told Kristof that Israeli guards raped him with a rubber baton and then a carrot. A sadistic woman guard, he told Kristof, “grabbed him by the penis and testicles and joked, ‘These are mine,’ and then squeezed until he screamed from pain.”

Noting that American tax money has made the U.S. government complicit in the sex crimes, Kristof also detailed a case from the Euro-Med report. It described the repeated rape of a 42-year-old woman, which Israeli soldiers photographed and said would be released if “she did not cooperate with Israeli intelligence.”

Yet abuse, Kristof reported, went beyond — way beyond — rape.

“Many reported that they often had their genitals yanked or were beaten on the testicles. Hand-held metal detectors were used to probe between men’s naked legs and then smashed into their private parts; some men had to have their testicles amputated by doctors after beatings, according to the Euro-Med monitor,” Kristof reported.

A farmer told Kristof that Israeli guards raped him three times with a metal baton. He invited the third assault by asking for a pen and paper to write a complaint.

Isabel Kershner, a longtime correspondent for The New York Times whose sons have reportedly served in the Israeli military, is facing growing scrutiny over her latest reporting on alleged October 7 sexual violence claims — particularly as renewed attention falls on documented abuse and sexual violence agaisnt Palestinians inside Israeli detention facilities.

Public scrutiny intensified following a recent report by Nicholas Kristof in the New York Times detailing allegations of severe abuse against Palestinian detainees at Sde Teiman prison, including claims involving sexual violence and the use of dogs against prisoners, including minors. Kristof’s report helped push allegations long documented by human rights organizations into mainstream American discourse.

Yet as renewed attention focused on Palestinian detainees, Kershner published new reporting reviving disputed and unverified October 7 rape allegations attributed to Hamas. Critics argue the timing reflects a recurring media pattern: whenever scrutiny intensifies around Israeli abuses against Palestinians, major Western outlets redirect attention toward unverified claims against Hamas to justify Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

At the center of Kershner’s latest reporting is Cochav Elkayam-Levy, one of the most heavily promoted sources behind claims of Hamas sexual violence. Elkayam-Levy and her organization became central to Western media coverage after October 7, with outlets and political leaders worldwide presenting her as a leading authority on the allegations.

However, Israeli media later reported accusations that Elkayam-Levy and her commission had misled donors, exaggerated evidence collection efforts, and spread misinformation related to October 7 claims. The controversy surfaced shortly after she received the prestigious Israel Prize.

Despite repeated disclaimers acknowledging that rape allegations could not be independently verified, outlets including CNN, BBC, Associated Press, and The New York Times amplified the narratives globally. The allegations quickly became central to political messaging used to justify Israel’s assault on Gaza.

Kershner’s own role has fueled further debate about conflicts of interest in Western reporting on Israel and Palestine. Years earlier, she publicly acknowledged that her children had served in the Israeli military, prompting criticism from media watchdogs who argued that major outlets often blur the line between reporting and national alignment in coverage of Israel and Palestine.

Biden-Released Illegal Alien Accused of Raping Deceased Girlfriend’s Underage Daughter in Montana

An illegal alien, released into the United States by former President Joe Biden’s administration, is accused of raping his deceased girlfriend’s underage daughter, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials revealed.

Wualter Jesus Travieso Soto, an illegal alien from Venezuela, was arrested in Flathead County, Montana, in February and charged with felony sexual intercourse without consent with a child under 16 years old as well as strangulation of a partner or family member.

According to police, Soto’s girlfriend died in a car crash in 2024 and her three children were subsequently left in his care despite his having no relation to them. In May 2025, police received a tip from the deceased woman’s sister, who allegedly found photos and videos on Soto’s phone of him kissing the eldest daughter.

The deceased woman’s aunt got custody of the three children and that is when the girl told police Soto had raped her on several occasions and, at one point, choked her.

Soto was only able to go to Montana because of the Biden administration’s catch and release policy, carried out by Alejandro Mayorkas. Under that policy, Soto was released into the United States interior after illegally crossing the border in 2023.

“This monster repeatedly raped the child of his dead girlfriend,” the Department of Homeland Security’s Lauren Bis said in a statement:

He now faces felony charges of sexual intercourse without consent with a child under 16. He would not be in this country in the first place if it weren’t for the Biden Administration’s disastrous catch and release policies that allowed him into our country. ICE is asking officials in Montana to turn this perverted criminal over to ICE custody so that we can get him off our streets and out of our country. With cooperation from our local partners, we will ensure this predator never harms another innocent child. [Emphasis added]

Soto remains in Flathead County custody and ICE agents have lodged a detainer against him so that if he is released from local custody, he will be turned over to federal custody.

Teen Girl Raped in NYC After Uber Driver Skipped ID Check, Attacker Had Just Completed Soft on Crime ‘Alternative-to-Prison’ Program for Criminals Under 27-Years-Old

A 16-year-old girl from Long Island was allegedly raped, filmed, and terrorized in Brooklyn after an Uber driver picked her up without checking her ID, delivering her straight into the hands of a 26-year-old repeat offender who had just completed a lenient “alternative to incarceration” program designed for criminals under 27.

The horrifying March attack took place in Bushwick after the victim had been communicating with rapist Ralfy Figueroa on Snapchat since at least January.

Figueroa allegedly paid her $35 for a nude photo, to which she sent a fake image from the internet, and later used threats to lure her into meeting him.

On the day of the assault, Figueroa sent chilling Snapchat messages, including, “You have to, I know your address. Confirm your address, if you don’t, I’m gonna hurt you and your family.”

The terrified teen got into an Uber from her Long Island home, which was sent by her attacker.

The driver never asked for identification, in clear violation of Uber’s own policies for unaccompanied minors under 18.

The New York Post reports:

Uber bars strangers from calling for rides for passengers under 18, and youngsters are not supposed to ride alone, unless they have a specific account intended for teenagers, according to the company.

“When picking up riders, if you feel they are underage, you may request they provide a driver’s license or ID card for confirmation. If a rider is underage, please do not start the trip or allow them to ride,” according to the company’s web site.

But instead of ending the ride, the driver brought the victim to Bushwick and dropped her off without making sure she was safe or with a guardian, allegedly breaking another tenet of Uber’s policies regarding youngsters.

There, she met Figueroa, who allegedly forced her into his car and sexually assaulted her.

According to the criminal complaint, he demanded oral sex, offered her $1,000 if she complied, continued the assault until she vomited, filmed the entire act, and threatened to send people to her home while claiming he had guns.

Afterward, Figueroa called another Uber to send her home, but canceled it once she was inside the vehicle, leaving her stranded.

At the time of the attack, Figueroa had just completed a program called Cases ROAR (Reframing Opportunities, Alternatives and Resilience), a court-mandated alternative to incarceration run by the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES) for 16 to 27-year-olds facing misdemeanor or felony charges.

Figueroa was placed in the program as part of a plea deal after a July arrest for selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer in Bushwick, a crime that was not bail-eligible.

Figueroa was arrested shortly after the March assault and charged with first-degree rape. He pleaded not guilty and is being held at Rikers Island on $100,000 bail.

The Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor has already requested a hearing to revoke his plea deal in the earlier drug case, which could send him to prison for up to nine years.

“We have requested a hearing to determine whether defendant Ralfy Figueroa has violated the terms of his plea to felony and misdemeanor narcotics charges and should immediately be sentenced on those charges,” spokesperson Kati Cornell told the Post.

The victim’s family has filed a lawsuit against Uber, claiming the driver’s failure to follow basic safety protocols directly enabled the assault.

The lawsuit states the girl “did not understand the danger of the situation” and that the company’s lax enforcement left her vulnerable.

“My daughter has told me that, if the videos of the assault were to be made public, she would kill herself,” the mom said in the lawsuit against Uber, according to the New York Post report.

The teen is now receiving mental health treatment at an out-of-state facility.

4 Baltimore Police officers will not face charges after San Francisco investigation

San Francisco prosecutors declined to bring charges against four Baltimore Police officers who have been under investigation in the California cityafter a woman says she reported a sexual assault that took place there.

The officers, including the commander of the Eastern District, have been suspended with pay and assigned to administrative duties by the Baltimore Police Department since November of last year while the Special Victims Unit of the San Francisco Police Department investigated. The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office told The Banner this week that the evidence in the case was deemed insufficient to file charges.

“Although the San Francisco Police had probable cause to submit an arrest warrant for review in this case, after careful review of all of the evidence gathered, we do not believe we can meet our higher burden of proof,” the office said in a statement, adding that it would reevaluate if additional evidence emerged.

The accuser, a 39-year-old California woman, contacted the Banner saying she was frustrated with the outcomein a case she says dates to September 2024. She also shed light on the circumstances that she said led her to contact police.

ICE Bags Child-rape Suspect in Fairfax County, Va., After Detainer Ignored; Defiance of Federal Laws Continues

Yet again, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has likely saved a child in Virginia from sexual assault by arresting an illegal alien freed by Fairfax County.

ICE agents awaited Walvin Victor Hugo Garcia after a judge freed him to leave a courtroom, where he had appeared to answer a charge of child rape.

Garcia is the second such individual authorities in Virginia have released and whom ICE has been forced to arrest. In February, ICE bagged Iranian illegal Shayan Kahhal. Yet the agents can’t be everywhere.

A Fairfax County prosecutor released a violent Third World “migrant” who had been arrested almost three dozen times despite a warning from cops not to do so. Result: Abdul Jalloh stabbed 41-year-old mom Stephanie Minter to death at a bus stop, prosecutors allege.

The Garcia case is typical. Local authorities ignore a valid detainer from ICE, then release a dangerous suspect.

In this case, the Department of Homeland Security reported, cops arrested Garcia in June 2025 and charged him with raping a child under 13 years old and using a computer to commit a sexual offense with a minor. Cops also allege he distributed drugs to a minor.

Biden-Paroled Illegal Alien Charged With Sexually Assaulting Elderly Women at Wisconsin Nursing Home

An illegal alien from Nicaragua has been charged with sexually assaulting elderly women at a Wisconsin assisted living facility where he worked.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Julio Cesar Morales Jarquin, who entered the U.S. through the Biden administration’s parole pipeline in 2023.

According to local officials, Morales Jarquin was employed at an assisted living facility in Dane County, Wisconsin, when he allegedly sexually assaulted elderly female residents.

He has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of an elderly victim.

ICE is urging local officials not to release Morales Jarquin back into the community.

“This illegal alien is charged with two counts of sexual assault of an elderly victim at an assisted living facility,” Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Lauren Bis said.

“This dirtbag was released into the country by the Biden Administration.”

“DHS is calling on sanctuary politicians in Dane County, Wisconsin to not release this criminal from jail back onto the streets to commit more crimes.”

“We need Wisconsin sanctuary politicians to cooperate with us to remove criminals from our country,” she added.

Female World Cup Soccer Hopeful Accused of Raping 14-Year-Old Boy Multiple Times

An elite female soccer player with World Cup aspirations stands accused of raping a 14-year-old boy with braces multiple times and sending him nude pictures of herself.

Oteta Kristina Kitiona, 20, faces multiple felony charges stemming from alleged sexual encounters with the teenager at his home in Bluffdale, Utah, in 2024, when she was 19.

Police claim Kitona, a part of Samoa’s ill-fated 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup bid earlier this year, sexually abused the youth multiple times over a period of six months before departing for college.

The 14-year-old boy claims that Kitona would visit him “two to three times a week” to have sex with him. He further claims that Kitona would text him nude pictures of herself in which he says she was, “head to toe clean, naked.”

The boy also claims that Kitona wanted him to reply with nudes of himself.

Kitona faces charges of distributing material harmful to a minor and three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor while under the age of 21.

In Utah, the age of consent is 18.

Kitona is not in police custody, but is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.
