SWEDEN: Afghan Migrants Spared Prison After Being Convicted Of Gang Raping A Vulnerable 13-Year-Old Girl And Filming The Assault

Two Afghan migrants are facing light sentences after being convicted of raping a young girl and filming the assault. Irshad Ahmad and Elham Bahram will not face deportation from Sweden as the two were granted citizenship approximately four years ago.

The rape took place in February in the residential Nydala neighborhood of Malmö. Armed with a knife, the two migrants – both of whom were 16 years of age – coerced the girl to a hidden spot outdoors. While threatening to murder her if she resisted, the girl was raped by both of the predators.

The gang rape was later reported to the police, after which Irshad and Elham were arrested and remanded into custody. There was ample evidence to substantiate the rape, including their DNA being both at the scene and on the girl. But the most damning entry to the court was footage taken on a mobile phone which closely documented the attack. Irshad and Elham reportedly had a friend record them while they assaulted the girl.

During court proceedings, Irshad and Elham denied any wrongdoing, even when faced with the overwhelming evidence. One of them admitted to the sexual acts, but claimed that the girl was consenting. The other, however, attempted to deny his involvement completely while simultaneously arguing he didn’t know the girl’s age.

REVEALED: Venezuelan Illegal Who Raped and Murdered 12-Year-Old Jocelyn Nungaray is Son of Maduro Regime Official

The illegal alien from Venezuela charged with the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray is the son of a former Maduro regime official.

Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, is one of two men accused of Nungaray’s murder in Houston, Texas last month.

Yet it has now been revealed that he is the son of a former official for Venezuela’s socialist regime, making his illegal entry into the United States all the more egregious.

Mail Online reports:

Following Martinez Rangel’s arrest, Venezuelans from his home state of Guarico began flagging on social media that his mother Nazareth Rangel Palacios is a staunch supporter of Nicolas Maduro and served as a councilwoman for his party.

Venezuela’s electoral registry shows Martinez Rangel and Rangel Palacios share the same address in San Juan de Los Morros.

Rangel Palacios was a vocal militant for the ruling party, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, and was photographed with her son in pro-government events until he left the country in about 2018.

Rangel Martinez and Franklin Pena, 26, are accused of luring Nungaray to an area underneath a bridge before raping and murdering her. They later dumped her body in a creek.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit this week, the murder rate in socialist Venezuela has fallen to a 22-year-low as violent criminals have fled the country in search of fresh opportunities.

Mayorkas must hand over docs on illegal migrants accused of heinous crimes, including disabled teen’s rape, NYPD mob attack: House subpoena

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was hit with a House Judiciary Committee subpoena Friday demanding he produce long-awaited records on nine migrants suspected of sickening crimes, including the rape of a disabled teen girl and a mob assault on two NYPD cops.

DHS must hand over documents on the accused criminals by 9 a.m. on July 17, according to documents exclusively obtained by The Post.

“Your response, to date, without compulsory process has been inadequate,” Committee Chairman Rep. Him Jordan (R-Ohio) wrote in the filing’s scathing cover letter.

Jordan accused Mayorkas of deliberately dragging his feet “for months on end” as the committee made repeated requests for information starting in October 2023.

“Accordingly, nine A-files prioritized by the Committee — in addition to three A-Files the Department is compelled to produce pursuant to the Committee’s December 8, 2023, subpoena — remain outstanding,” Jordan wrote, referring to a list of 20 priority cases given to Mayorkas’ agency on April 11.

Shocking: Haitian Who Entered US on Biden’s ‘Parole Program’ and Was Indicted For Raping Disabled Child in Massachusetts Freed on Paltry $500 Bail

The Gateway Pundit reported on the shocking allegations of the rape of a 15-year-old disabled girl by a Haitian man at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts earlier this year.

26-year-old Cory Alvarez, who came to the US on Joe Biden’s parole program for Haitians, was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel used to house Joe Biden’s ‘migrants’ and illegal aliens.

A grand jury indicted Alvarez on one count each of Aggravated Rape of a Child with 10-Year Age Difference and Rape of a Child by Force.

Now, in a shocking move, and despite a request from federal immigration officials to keep him in jail, Alvarez was freed on Tuesday on a paltry $500 bail after the Plymouth County Superior Court ignored a request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to keep the suspect in custody, according to the Boston Herald reported.

The New York Post reports:

Our office moved to hold a dangerousness hearing and have Alvarez held without bail. The judge denied our motion,” a spokesperson for the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office told The Post Friday.

“We then requested that Alvarez be held on $10,000 cash bail with numerous conditions of release. The judge set bail at $500,” they explained.

Alvarez, 26, was released with an ankle monitor, but ICE officials can’t track him because Boston is a sanctuary city — meaning local authorities don’t have to cooperate with the feds.

The suspect has been ordered to remain in home confinement and told to check in twice a month with probation before his court day on August 13 was also ordered to remain in home confinement, according to legal filings obtained by the Globe.

Judge Susan Sullivan, who set the low bail,  said at Alvarez’s dangerousness hearing that his lack of a criminal record and the low likelihood he would be able to flee helped lead to her decision.

She further claimed the state had not met the “clear and convincing” legal threshold required to deny his bail request.

WHAT?! Biden Claims Young Women Are Being Raped by Their In-Laws and Sisters During Debate

During the CNN presidential debate, Joe Biden argued that abortion needs to remain legal because “lots of people are raped by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers and sisters.”

CNN moderator Dana Bash appeared to help him by interjecting and saying “Thank you,” so he did not continue his train of thought.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene brought up that his daughter Ashley Biden wrote in her diary that she had taken inappropriate showers with her father growing up and was concerned she may have been molested.

The diary was publicly released after it was obtained by the National File.

“Raped by in-laws? Did he mean their grandfather or father? Can someone ask Ashley Biden?” Greene wrote in a post on X.

MSNBC Host Takes Issue With The Term ‘Illegal’ To Describe Rapists And Killers

During a discussion about the sheer volume of illegal aliens who have raped and killed Americans since arriving in the country, an MSNBC host appeared more offended by the use of the term “illegal” than by the crimes themselves.

The discussion was taking place between former RNC chairman Michael Steele, who somehow has sidestepped into being an MSNBC co-host, and Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts.

The pair were talking about Donald Trump’s vow to instigate mass deportations, with the justification that many who have come to the country illegally are committing crimes.

The other co-host, Symone Sanders-Townsend, attempted to downplay that reality by quoting some study or other from three years ago.

After Sanders-Townsend insisted she was “just giving the numbers,” Roberts countered “Well, what do you tell the parents of those people, those young girls that are being killed? This is absurd. The preponderance of these folks, Michael, are male…”

Steele interjected and asked, “What is the difference between an illegal immigrant who, unfortunately, engages in that activity…” with Sanders-Townsend then interrupting and stating “we don’t like that, I want to be clear, we don’t use the term ‘illegal’ for undocumented indviduals.”

Steele then pathetically corrected himself, “yes, undocumented individuals,” while Roberts asserted “they’re illegal aliens.”

Progressive Rep. Pramila Jayapal laughs at news coverage of migrant who raped NYC 13-year-old girl

Something funny, Congresswoman?

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) had herself a good chuckle during an MSNBC interview this week in which she mocked news coverage of the case of an Ecuadorian migrant accused of having bound, gagged and raped a 13-year-old girl in a Queens park.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus chairwoman scoffed at a Fox News chyron during a Tuesday appearance on “The Reidout” that touched on the appalling June 13 attack by Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, who admitted to cops he recorded his sick deeds.

“There’s a lot of fear-mongering,” Jayapal told host Joy Reid after hailing President Biden’s executive order to extend permanent residency status to migrant spouses of US citizens who have lived in the country for at least 10 years.

Reid then turned Jayapal’s attention to a sample of Tuesday’s media coverage.

“Here’s the three cable networks’ reporting of this,” the host said. “Our [MSNBC’s] banner said, ‘Soon: Biden announces legal protections for undocumented spouses of citizens.’ CNN’s banner said, ‘Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses.’”

“Here was Fox’s banner, ‘Migrant arrested for raping 13-year-old New York City girl,’” she added, inaccurately claiming that the cable news ratings leader did not cover the executive order on its Tuesday broadcasts.

40 Percent of Police Officers Convicted of Child Sex Abuse Don’t Get Prison Time, Investigation Finds

A new investigation from The Washington Post has revealed that over the past two decades, almost 1,800 police officers were charged with crimes related to child sexual abuse. Even worse, of those convicted, nearly 40 percent managed to avoid prison time.

The investigation revealed a staggering lack of accountability for officers who sexually abuse minors—finding not only that convicted officers often received paltry sentences, but that police departments sometimes rehired officers with child sex abuse convictions.

The Post‘s analysis looked at thousands of court filings, as well as The Henry A. Wallace Police Crime Database, the county’s most comprehensive database of police arrests. The authors found that, between 2005 and 2022, around 17,700 police officers were charged with crimes—and 1 in 10 of those were charged with a crime involving the sexual abuse of minors.

The crimes officers were charged with varied, though most charges were for a few specific offenses. According to the Post‘s analysis, 39 percent of officers charged with child sexual abuse crimes were charged with rape. Twenty percent were charged with crimes related to child sexual abuse material (another term for child pornography) and 19 percent were charged with forcible fondling.

Eighty-three percent of charged officers were convicted. However, only 61 percent of convicted officers received prison time. Fifteen percent received local jail sentences, and a striking 24 percent received sentences as light as probation, fines, and community service.

But even those imprisoned received relatively light sentences. Half were sentenced to less than five years in jail.

Why did so many officers seem to get off easy for heinous sex crimes? According to the Post, it comes down to how prosecutors and judges treat police officers.

“Prosecutors have broad discretion in the types of charges they bring, the plea bargains they offer and the cases they are willing to take to trial,” the Post‘s analysis reads. “Judges play a critical role at sentencing hearings in determining what punishment officers deserve.”

Police departments also shoulder much of the blame.

Palestinians recount torture and sexual abuse in Israeli detention facility

An Israeli military base in southern Israel is holding thousands of Palestinians in detention where mistreatment and torture is rife, according to a new report.

Since 7 October, the Sde Teiman military base has been used to detain roughly 4,000 Palestinians from Gaza, with some staying at the base for three months before release or transfer into Israel’s prison system.

Around 1,200 Palestinians who were at the base have been released back into Gaza after being found to be civilians.

A report by the New York Times (NYT) revealed that although many had been released after being found to be civilians, those people still underwent interrogations that are consistent with practices of torture.

Seven former detainees at the base, and whose detention was verified by the Israeli military for the report, gave accounts describing forms of torture being widespread at the base.

These accusations include repeated beatings during interrogations or for minor infractions, such as peeking under blindfolds or sleeping when not permitted.

Such accounts of beatings were corroborated by Israeli soldiers speaking to NYT, who said that colleagues boasted about beatings, and that at least one person had died as a result of being beaten.

At least 35 Palestinians have died at the base since 7 October, although Israeli officers speaking to NYT at the facility denied the deaths were as a result of abuse.

The officers said that 12 soldiers had been dismissed from the base, some for excessive use of force.

Canadian billionaire Frank Stronach arrested and charged with sexual assault

Austrian-Canadian auto parts billionaire Frank Stronach has been arrested and charged with sexual assault dating back to the 1980s.

Canadian police said in a statement that Mr Stronach, 91, was arrested Friday and charged with five crimes including, rape, indecent assault on a female, sexual assault and forcible confinement.

Peel Regional police allege the sexual assaults spanned from the 1980s to as recent as 2023.

A lawyer for Mr Stronach didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Peel Regional Police Const. Tyler Bell said there is more than one alleged victim but declined to say how many.

“Obviously, this is a high profile case. Our special victims unit is bound to protect the victims and in doing so that’s why were are being vague,” Mr Bell said. “There is more than one victim but we won’t confirm that number yet.”

Mr Bell said they are appealing to members of the public to come forward if they have information or have been victims.
