Ohio newspaper edits black state lawmaker who sponsored anti-DEI bill out of photo of law signing

An Ohio newspaper has been accused of cropping out a black Republican state lawmaker from a group photo that had been taken during the signing of a bill to eliminate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the state’s public colleges and universities. Rep. Josh Williams (R-Sylvania Township) sponsored the House version of SB1, the Enact Advance Ohio Higher Education Act, which was signed into law by Gov. Mike DeWine last month. Williams had posed for a photo alongside his colleagues, all of whom were white, during the bill’s signing.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer has been accused of deliberately cropping Rep. Williams out of the image in its report, sparking significant outrage. Williams, who made history as the first black Republican elected to the Ohio House, has said the publication pushed “propaganda” to fit a false narrative and demanded the outlet issue a correction and public apology.

“This is just another example of fake news mainstream media changing the facts to fit their narrative in an attempt to lie to Ohioans,” Williams told Ohio News. “I was at that event, and for the Cleveland Plan Dealer to deliberately crop me out of the while while using it to discuss the elimination of DEI in higher education is dishonest and manipulative. I call on them to issue a public apology and correction of the public record. Ohioans deserve the truth, not carefully edited propaganda.”

The Cleveland Plain Dealer had featured the edited image along with unfavorable reporting on the state’s decision to eliminate DEI programs, a decision defined by lawmakers as racial discrimination and “deliberate media bias.” Williams’ Republican colleagues also expressed outrage over the matter.

Rep. Gary Click (R-Vickery) demanded an apology, saying, “The utter audacity to publicly discriminate against a black lawmaker when discussing DEI is atrocious! Rep. Williams deserves a very public apology from the Cleveland Plain Dealer without delay and without excuse.”

Rep. Ron Ferguson (R-Wintersville) added that the paper deliberately decided to push a false narrative. “Legacy media is dying because they can’t resist the opportunity to spin reality,” he said. “Cutting out Rep. Williams, who was an instrumental part of passing SB1, is a prime example of the never-ending spin.”

Ethnic Minorities Prioritized for Bail in Two-Tier System

Newly revealed Ministry of Justice guidance instructs UK judges to prioritize bail hearings for ethnic minorities, women, and transgender defendants. In other words, everyone other than straight, White, males.

According to The Telegraph, the policy advises courts to consider “historical trauma” and the impact of racism—potentially even suffered by a suspect’s ancestors—when deciding whether to grant bail.

Judges have been advised to consider historical trauma, including racism experienced by a suspect’s relatives. Campaigners argue that Blacks may still be affected by the legacy of slavery.

This move has sparked fresh outrage over what critics call a two-tier justice system that undermines equal treatment under the law. Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick slammed the policy, accusing Labour of putting the public at risk.

“Instead of equality before the law, the Justice Secretary’s department believes in cultural relativism. This is a flagrant attack on the rule of law, and will put the British public at risk,” he said.

The guidance, issued in January, echoes controversial sentencing rules set to take effect this week, which require judges to factor in race and culture when determining punishments.

Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood has vowed to block those sentencing guidelines, admitting they risk “eroding public confidence.” However, the bail policy—developed under Conservative leadership in 2016 but implemented under Labour—suggests deeper systemic changes favouring identity-based legal outcomes.

FLASHBACK: Jasmine Crockett Attacks “Whitewashed” Rep. Byron Donalds for Marrying a White Woman – “Not Our Kinfolk… He’s Like Yes Massa I got it”

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is facing renewed backlash after a resurfaced video shows her making a racist attack about Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and his family during a June interview on The Breakfast Club podcast with Charlamagne tha God.

Crockett egregiously accused Donalds of being “whitewashed” because he is married to a White woman. “I feel like they give him his talking points, and he’s like, yes, massa, I got it,” she said.

The two also attacked Donalds and lied about his past comments on black families, accusing him of saying “life was better under Jim Crow.” However, Donalds never said this. Last year, Donalds came under fire from the Democrats for noting that Black people were more conservative before the government’s welfare system and other liberal policies that hurt the black family.

This is not the only time Crockett has shown that she hates other races.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, last month, Crockett went on CNN and condemned “white boys,” saying she’s “tired of the white tears” while defending DEI. She also falsely claimed that white people “commit 80% of the most violent crimes in this country.”

In another racist tirade, this time against Hispanics, she said that Hispanics belong “workin’ the fields” and implied that black people are better than Hispanics.

Crockett has further accused the Hispanic community of having a “slave mentality” and being “barely able to vote.”

This time, she’s disqualifying Byron Donalds as a Black person

Why does she get away with this? Imagine if a White conservative said any other race has a “slave mentality” or attacked another white person for their interracial marriage.

What does she think of Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff?

Britain Is Lost: White Men in UK to Face Tougher Sentencing

Starting Tuesday, white men in the United Kingdom will face tougher sentencing than ethnic, cultural, or faith minorities, as well as young people under 25, women, and pregnant women.

They used to call this racism.

So now, if you are a white man, you can expect more time in prison than a minority person.

This is the same country that arrests you for smart-a$$ comments on social media.

Britain truly is lost.

What a humiliating end to a once-great empire.

Via Caldron Pool:

From Tuesday, new judicial guidelines in the United Kingdom will introduce sentencing policies that apply differential treatment based on ethnicity, gender, and age—leading to harsher punishments for white men compared to other groups in society. The move has been met with criticism from Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, both of whom have expressed concerns about the fairness of the policy and signalled potential legislative action.

South African Constitutional Court: “Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer” is Not Hate Speech – Trump Administration Drops Military Aid to South Africa

The South African Constitutional Court has rejected a lawsuit by civil rights org AfriForum against the song “Kill the Boer” as sung by the Marxist “Economic Freedom Fighters”, saying it has “no reasonable prospects of success.” The Trump administration has cut all aid and military assistance to South Africa over its blatantly racist and discriminatory laws.

According to the Sunday Times, the Trump administration has cut military assistance and cooperation with the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and expelling its military attache Brigadier Gen. Richard Maponyane. The paper cited a memo dated March 13 from the US State Department to Aaron Harding, the CFO of America’s Defense Security Co-operation Agency (DCSA). Any South African military personnel in the US for training will be sent back to South Africa ASAP, Business Insider reported.

The Trump administration announced it was suspending US aid to South Africa February 8 over its race-based expropriation law and pertsecution of ethnic minorities. South Africa’s US Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool was kicked out of the USA after accusing US President Donald Trump of leading a “global white supremacy movement.”

EFF leader Julius Malema called everyone who complains of a “white genocide” in South Africa “racist” and told them to leave the country on “Human Rights Day” March 21 before singing the “struggle song  Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer with a crowd of 60,000 dancing supporters.

30-year old farmer was tortured to death by 3 men in police uniforms the next day.

In a post on X March 24, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio criticized the song: “Kill the Boer” is a chant that incites violence. South Africa’s leaders and politicians must take action to protect Afrikaner and other disfavored minorities. The United States is proud to offer those individuals who qualify for admission to our nation amid this continued horrible threat of violence,” Rubio wrote.

US Naval Academy Will No Longer Use Affirmative Action for Admission Decisions

The U.S. Naval Academy has announced it will no longer use affirmative action in its admissions process — ceasing to consider race, ethnicity, or sex as factors for entry.

This decision was explained in a federal court filing made public on Friday.

Earlier this year, President Donald Trump signed an executive order calling for the elimination of federal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and ending affirmative action in hiring and admissions.

The Associated Press reports:

The change in policy was made in February by Vice Adm. Yvette Davids, the academy’s superintendent, in response to an executive order issued by President Donald Trump in January, according to a court filing by the U.S. Justice Department in the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The president’s order on Jan. 27 said that “every element of the Armed Forces should operate free from any preference based on race or sex.” It also directed the secretary of defense to conduct an internal review with respect to all “activities designed to promote a race- or sex-based preferences system,” including reviews at the service academies.

“Under revised internal guidance issued by the Superintendent on Feb. 14, 2025, neither race, ethnicity, nor sex can be considered as a factor for admission at any point during the admissions process, including qualification and acceptance,” according to the court filing made public Friday.

The policy change comes amid an ongoing legal challenge from Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA), a conservative group that successfully overturned affirmative action at civilian universities in a 2023 Supreme Court ruling against Harvard and the University of North Carolina.

Although that decision included a footnote exempting military academies due to their “potentially distinct interests,” SFFA sought to extend the ban to the Naval Academy and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

In October 2023, SFFA sued the Naval Academy, arguing that its admissions process unfairly discriminated against white and Asian applicants by prioritizing racial diversity.

O’Keefe Media Group: MGM Casino Marketing Director Says He’s “Not Going to Hire Whites”

A casino marketing director for the MGM Resorts in Springfield, Massachusetts, said he openly discriminates against whites during the hiring process.

“No matter how great they [Whites] look on paper, they don’t fit well with my team,” Albie Velarde, the Director of Casino Marketing at MGM Springfield told an undercover OMG journalist.

“I will purposefully look for those diverse-based hires,” he admitted.

Albie Velarde also revealed that MGM closely tracks the racial makeup of its workforce with HR providing monthly reports.

Velarde said, “At a [MGM] property level, HR sends us, every month when they send us our turnover summary of the month, they’ll point out this month we lost this amount of females versus males.”

These turnover summary reports influence hiring decisions, according to Velarde: “Hey guys, we’re losing all of our female workforce. Let’s try, you know, let’s put more females through the pipeline.”

Velarde also told the undercover journalist that they take race and gender into account when hiring employees to replace others who have left the company.

“So like if I lose one of my female hosts, I would try to replace her with a female,” Velarde said. “Selena, she’s my Vietnamese host, she’s very reserved, she’s very quiet. But that’s her culture. I would replace her with somebody who is, in some capacity, that culture.”

Two Ivy League schools among 51 universities targeted by Education Department for discriminating against white people

Two prestigious Ivy League institutions are among over 50 universities targeted by the US Department of Education for alleged discrimination against white students.

On Friday, the DoED announced the sprawling investigations, accusing reputable institutions like Cornell and Yale universities, of using ‘racial preferences and stereotypes in education programs and activities.’

The federal department’s Office of Civil Rights said that 45 schools, particularly with their graduate programs, acted in violation to the 1964 Civil Rights Act by partnering with The PhD Project.

The PhD Project is a nonprofit program which helps students from underrepresented groups earn doctoral degrees in business, with the goal of diversifying the industry.

The program focuses on supporting Black, Latino and Native American students.

The Education Department alleges that the project limits eligibility based on the race of participants, and therefore, universities involved with the organization are engaging in ‘race-exclusionary practices.’

‘Students must be assessed according to merit and accomplishment, not prejudged by the color of their skin. We will not yield on this commitment,’ Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in a statement.

In response to the allegations, The PhD Project told NPR: ‘Our vision is to create a broader talent pipeline of current and future business leaders…’ The organization added, ‘This year, we have opened our membership application to anyone who shares that vision.’

Listen to leaked audio of DEI activist SHARING air traffic controller exam answers with minority candidates

A top ‘DEI’ activist is caught on voicemail allegedly offering minority air traffic controller candidates the chance to cheat in a make-or-break entry exam.

Shelton Snow, a powerful figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), can be heard promising advance access to test answers in a shocking audio clip obtained by DailyMail.com.

‘There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,’ says Snow, an air traffic operations supervisor based out of New York.

‘I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.’

The inside info was made available in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates – but whites were left out of the loop to ‘minimize competition’.

Exactly how many applicants were able to capitalize on Snow’s brazen offer to secure coveted controller jobs responsible for the safety of millions of fliers remains a mystery.

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail.com: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’

The voicemail comes to light as President Donald Trump vows to purge DEI – diversity, equity and inclusion – from US aviation, among other federal agencies, in the wake of the deadly midair collision at Reagan National airport in January that claimed 67 lives.
