Denaturalize And Deport Zohran Mamdani For Immigration Fraud

As you’ve probably heard, Zohran Mamdani is the communist who recently declared victory in New York City’s Democrat mayoral primary. He is expected to become mayor in November after the general election.

Mamdani made several fraudulent claims when becoming a U.S. citizen in 2018 at the age of 26. Part of the naturalization process Mamdani went through includes the Oath of Allegiance, during which the applicant must recite the following statement: “I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Prior to taking this oath, Mamdani completed Form N-400. Because of what we know about his political ideology, he lied in answering question 5b within part nine of the form — a question that asks the applicant if they have ever advocated for communism, among other inquiries. 

There is no question as to whether Mamdani is a communist. In 2021, Mamdani spoke to the Young Democratic Socialists of America and plainly stated that the “end goal” of his belief system is to “seize the means of production.” In a previous article, I listed Mamdani’s other radical positions, but in calling him a communist, I see no reason to go beyond his stated goal of seizing the means of production, as this is the fundamental economic concept of communism.

Being a communist is mutually exclusive with the Oath of Allegiance — meaning Mamdani committed perjury by making false statements in addition to immigration fraud on Form N-400. Obtuse critics of these claims might question whether Mamdani held communist beliefs while going through the naturalization process.

Mamdani’s interest and activity in politics predate his citizenship. In 2015, he volunteered for Ali Najmi’s campaign for New York City Council’s 23rd District in Queens. Najmi is a far-left criminal defense lawyer practicing in Manhattan. In 2017, Mamdani joined the Democratic Socialists of America and campaigned for Khader El-Yateem, a socialist who at the time was running for city council in New York City. 

The Democratic Socialists of America is a de facto communist organization, which means that Mamdani joined a communist enterprise prior to becoming a U.S. citizen. No meaningful difference distinguishes socialism and communism — only trivial, superficial divergences that amount to distinctions without differences. These are well-documented historical facts. Friedrich Hayek’s “The Road to Serfdom” is a compendium of brilliant elucidations that detail the inseparable relationship between socialism, totalitarianism, and tyranny.

Pam Bondi’s Ties to Scientology Explained

Donald Trump’s nominee for Attorney General Pam Bondi has held ties to the Church of Scientology at various points throughout her career.

Bondi made history in 2010 when she was elected as Florida’s first female attorney general, a job she held until 2019.

During her tenure she accepted campaign contributions from Scientologists and attended multiple fundraisers organized by prominent members of the church.

A fundraiser for Bondi’s reelection campaign in 2014 in Clearwater, Florida, was organized by six prominent Scientologists, the Tampa Bay Times reported at the time. Christina Johnson, Bondi’s campaign spokeswoman, told the newspaper that Bondi was aware that Scientologists were staging the event.

Johnson said that Bondi first connected with Scientologists in 2010 when she and other elected officials toured some of the church’s facilities in Clearwater. She added that Bondi had spoken to a group of Scientologists about human trafficking and antidrug initiatives.

Ahead of the fundraiser in 2014, Johnson said: “It’s like-minded folks sharing the same goals: Protecting children against drug overdoses and human trafficking.”

Bondi’s office also cited the importance of speaking about the same issues before she addressed a group with ties to Scientology in 2016.

“Considering the seriousness of this issue, the Attorney General is open to talking to any organization about what our office is doing to combat this awful crime and educate them on what they can do to help,” Bondi’s spokeswoman Kylie Mason told the Tampa Bay Times.

Newsweek has contacted Bondi for comment outside of normal working hours.

A Trump spokesperson and The Church of Scientology have also been contacted for comment.

School board chairman set to resign after ‘please shoot Republicans’ post surfaces

A school board chairman in Northern Kentucky has allegedly submitted his resignation amid revelations that he commented “please shoot Republicans” on social media years ago came to light.

The Erlanger-Elsmere Board of Education was slated to accept the resignation of chairman Jeffrey Miller at a meeting Thursday night, according to the board’s agenda posted online. The district includes eight schools and learning centers in Kenton County, including Lloyd Memorial High School, and has an enrollment of 2,399 students. It’s located about 11 miles south of Cincinnati.

The revelation comes after state Rep. Steve Doan, an Erlanger Republican, received complaints from constituents about Miller’s online comments.

The Enquirer reached out to the school district and Miller for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Doan called for Miller’s resignation

Doan received the complaints this spring while he was working to reopen a track at the district to the public in the evenings. He emailed officials, attended a few school board meetings, and posted about his efforts online.

That’s when he was sent screenshots of some of Miller’s Facebook comments.

One comment was posted to Facebook on Aug. 28, 2018, the day after a mass shooting killed at least three people at a Madden 19 video game tournament in Jacksonville, Florida, USA TODAY reported at the time.

In response to another commenter, Miller said on Facebook he would be OK with the National Rifle Association if “these psychos were just once the victims of a mass shooting.”

He followed that statement with “WINK WINK: please shoot republicans.”

Doan shared the screenshot with The Enquirer. Miller also made a comment on Facebook at some point that said “f— the police” and added that police are interested in oppressing people instead of serving the public.

Doan said it became clear that Miller is “definitely a loose cannon” so he looked into him further and found that Miller was found guilty of driving under the influence in 2017, after he had been elected to the school board in 2016.

A police officer said in Kentucky court records that Miller was “highly intoxicated” and nearly struck the back of a patrol car. Miller’s license was suspended for 90 days and he was sentenced with a $250 fine and 14 days of conditional jail time.

Socialist Zohran Mamdani’s former staffers include woman who accosted NYPD, man who solicited minor for sex

It has been revealed that socialist Zohran Mamdani‘s campaign staff has included a young woman who accosted a police officer in New York City as well as a male staffer who solicited sex from a minor.

Hadeeqa Arzoo Malik interned over the summer last year, according to a post from documenting Jew Hatred. Malik is seen yelling in the faces of police officers in New York, calling the police pigs, and yelled, “We read the badges of the pigs. So to the Rahman’s and the Mahammad’s. To the Ali’s and the Abdullah’s. To the Rafid’s. To the pigs. Who can call themselves by the name of Islam. To the Muhammad’s. Put some respect on that name!”

She yelled as a crowd of protesters chanted after her in the video and repeatedly yelled in the face of a police officer who then stepped out of the police line.

Over the course of just a few weeks, it has been revealed that NYC communist and Democrat nominee for mayor, Zohran Mamdani has embraced nearly every stereotypical Marxist slogan that has ever been uttered.

It’s not just words, either. His entire political and policy platform is communist.

Now it is being reported that during Covid, Mamdani called on people to ‘seize’ the ‘luxury’ homes of the rich for the homeless.

Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic Party’s candidate for New York City mayor and a self-proclaimed socialist, is once again garnering backlash for previous comments he has made espousing language steeped in radical socialist and communist ideology.

Mamdani, this time, is getting blasted for calling on the government to “seize” luxury condos to house the homeless during the coronavirus pandemic.

The unearthed remarks, stemming from a March 2020 social media post, followed news of separate rediscovered remarks from Mamdami touting the need to “de-commodify” housing through replacing luxury condos with communal-style living that would include things like shared laundry facilities and food co-ops.

“The oligarchs who want us to return to work to goose the stock market are the same ones with thousands of luxury condos as investment properties, sitting empty while NYers die on the streets & in shelters,” Mamdani wrote on social media in response to a news report claiming the first homeless person in New York City with the coronavirus had passed away amid the pandemic.

This guy makes AOC look like a moderate.

French investigators raid HQ of biggest opposition party

French financial investigators raided the Paris headquarters of the right-wing National Rally (RN) party on Wednesday. Its leader accused the government of conducting a campaign of harassment.

The early morning search targeted documents and communications related to the party’s political campaigning, according to RN President Jordan Bardella. The party is closely associated with former presidential candidate Marine Le Pen, who was previously barred from running in the 2027 race.

Bardella criticized the search as “a new harassment campaign” and a blow to democratic principles.

”This display of force has only one purpose: to provide a spectacle for news channels, to rummage through the private correspondence of the leading opposition party, to seize all our internal documents,” he wrote on X. “Nothing to do with justice, everything to do with politics.”

Is This The Age Of Pretend?

There are certain absolutes in our lives, like what is up is up, and what is down is down, but not in today’s crazy environment of “pretend.”

We are told to pretend, by the lefty loons, that: (1) boys can be girls and girls can be boys (regardless what your DNA shows), and that biological males can compete against biological females in athletics: (2) we are witnessing a “peaceful protest,” when in the background of the reporter reporting on video, a business is being torched and burned to the ground; (3) the biggest threat to the United States is not Communist China, Russia or Iran, but man-made global climate change (President Biden actually said that); (4) the Keystone Pipeline is a threat to our environment, along with carbon fuels, but transporting oil by truck and rail is a far safer way to transport it, in spite of dangerous spills as a result of accidents that might not have occurred with a pipeline; (5) the invasion of illegal aliens that was coming across our southern border is not a crisis, but just a “challenge” and not a problem; (6) raising the minimum wage by government decree will not cause low-skilled workers to be unemployed as a result; also (7) spending trillions of dollars for infrastructure in a bill that spends just 10% on real infrastructure and the rest on climate change, is a necessary expenditure.

Do the progressives (a/k/a Democrats, globalists, Marxists/Socialists/Communists) really think that most of the citizens are stupid and naive? The answer is yes, they do. Just ask the Democrat voters of New York City, who just nominated an admitted Socialist/Communist /Anti-Semite, Zohran Mamdani, as their Mayoral candidate. If elected, he will drive the city into ruin with the policies he has espoused.

In this topsy-turvy world we live in, you must wonder how people in authority can be so wrong on practically everything that is political. A good example of that is during the four years of President Trump’s first term in office, and now in his second term in office, no matter what he says or does, the knee-jerk reaction of the Democrats and the news media is that it must be bad, even if it was good for the country. They want us to pretend that President Trump is evil and shouldn’t be listened to, because he is a dictator and a threat to our democracy.

Now that we had President Biden in office for four years, the Democrats and the news media want us to pretend that whatever Biden and his administration had done was peachy-keen and good for the country. No mention is made of the various crises that had come about at the southern border, the unrest in the Middle East, the pull-out from Afghanistan, the lack of many children not attending in-person schooling during the pandemic, and no real condemnation of the wild accusations by the Squad (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Jasmine Crockett and Ayanna Pressley, along with admitted Socialist Bernie Sanders) claiming that our democratic republic is a “systemic racist country.”

Is This Why He Claimed to Be Black? Mamdani’s Full College Record Reportedly Leaked

To the disappointment of many liberals, Democratic New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani was outed by The New York Times last week for claiming to be black on an application to Columbia University.

According to a report published Thursday in the Times, Mamdani checked the boxes for both “Asian” and “Black or African American.”

The bombshell information was discovered within a trove of stolen data released last month. An anonymous hacker was checking to see if the Ivy League school was still using affirmative action in its decision making, despite a Supreme Court ruling that labeled it discriminatory.

The question is: ” With such an elite background, why did Mamdani feel the need to falsely portray himself as black?” It appears a report from Christopher Rufo has some answers. The radical socialist didn’t have high enough SAT scores to make the cut.

“I have obtained Mamdani’s full Columbia application, which might help unravel this mystery,” Rufo wrote on his website Monday. “According to the materials, Mamdani scored a 2140 out of 2400 on the SAT. At the time, this was below the median SAT score for admitted students at Columbia.”

He added, “Given the prevailing distribution by race, well below the median SAT score for Asian students, but likely above the median SAT score for black students — hence, the advantage of marking ‘black.’”

Rufo also pointed out that Mamdani’s father has been a professor at Columbia for years and that it would be absurd to think the mayoral candidate didn’t know exactly what he was doing when he filled out the application.

Another interesting part of the saga is that despite his father working there — and his mother being a known filmmaker — Columbia rejected him anyway. Was the school upset about him stepping over the line, when he checked the box for “black”?

Mamdani’s hypocrisy also begs the question about “cultural appropriation.” He’s trying to help lead a movement that is constantly angered when people use elements of a minority race in their clothing, diet, and everyday activities.

New York Times Readers and Staffers Unable to Handle a Rare Brush with Objective Journalism

The New York Times is experiencing backlash among its staff and readers after it held New York City mayor candidate Zohran Mamdani to account on Thursday for apparently lying on his application to Columbia University by claiming he was black.

Law professor and legal commentator Jonathan Turley wrote about the incident on his website Sunday, detailing the drama unfolding at the paper of record.

“The paper was denounced by its own staff and liberal pundits called for the entire editorial staff to be canned,” Turley wrote. “Why? Because The New York Times actually reported news that was deemed harmful to the Democrats, specifically Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani.”

The Times’ assistant managing editor for Standards and Trust, Patrick Healy, wrote a long thread on the social media site X that stated: “When we hear anything of news value, we try to confirm it through direct sources. Mr. Mamdani confirmed this information in an interview with The Times.”

Healy seemed like a hostage. He rattled off 11 tweets as if he was waving his hands in the air, screaming his defense. Ultimately, he bowed to the mob.

The Times couldn’t have pulled the story. That would’ve been professional suicide. But this step-by-step explainer was the next best thing. This is not a good look for American journalism.

“For liberals, it was an utter nightmare,” Turley continued. “For a party still defined by identity politics, Mamdani’s false claim over his race left many uncertain about how to react. The left has always maintained a high degree of tolerance for false claims by its own leaders, from Sen. Elizabeth Warren claiming to be a native American to Sen. Richard Blumenthal claiming to have served in the Vietnam War.”

Turley also rightly pointed out that many people who patronize the Times are emotionally triggered. The legal scholar highlighted the “anger” felt by the far-left when this happens and compared it to how liberals on college campuses feel when opposing views are offered.

“The fact is that the Mamdani story was obvious news — and confirmed by the candidate himself,” Turley declared. “Mamdani identified as both Asian and African American on his 2009 Columbia University application, according to the New York Times.”

The Times piece stated: “Columbia, like many elite universities, used a race-conscious affirmative action admissions program at the time. Reporting that his race was Black or African American in addition to Asian could have given an advantage to Mr. Mamdani, who was born in Uganda and spent his earliest years there.”

“In an interview on Thursday, Mr. Mamdani, 33, said he did not consider himself either Black or African American, but rather ‘an American who was born in Africa,’” the story continued. “He said his answers on the college application were an attempt to represent his complex background given the limited choices before him, not to gain an upper hand in the admissions process.”

Mamdani cheated the system, and in the end, he didn’t even get accepted to Columbia. For someone who pushes “equality” at all costs, isn’t that significant? Doesn’t it prove he’s a liar, a fraud, and an opportunist?

Churches Can Endorse Political Candidates to Their Members: IRS

The IRS on July 7 outlined an exception to a decades-old rule, the Johnson Amendment, which had banned tax-exempt religious organizations from campaigning for political candidates.

In a court filing regarding a lawsuit against the government by two Texas churches and the National Religious Broadcasters Association, the federal agency said the ban would not apply to faith organizations when they are campaigning to their own members.

The Christian groups sought reforms to nonprofit law that bans tax-exempt groups from political campaigning, arguing that the rule “unconstitutionally prohibits § 501(c)(3) [non-profit, tax-exempt] organizations from engaging in political speech.”

When campaigning for his first presidential term, President Donald Trump told the “evangelical and religious community” he wanted to repeal the law that “threatens religious institutions with a loss of their tax-exempt status if they openly advocate their political views.”

“Their voice has been taken away,” he said at the time.

“I am going to work very hard to repeal that language and to protect free speech for all Americans.
