FLASHBACK: Beau Biden Agreed to Lenient Plea Deal for DuPont Heir Who Raped 3-Year-Old — No Prison Time

A well-connected heir to the Dupont fortune got no prison time after admitting to raping his three-year-old daughter, thanks in part to the actions of then-Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

It was February 6, 2009, when Robert H. Richards IV, the great-grandson of Irénée du Pont, the heir to his family’s fortune, admitted to the crime, The News Journal reported.

Richards was charged with two counts of second-degree rape in October 2007, punishable by a minimum of 20 years in prison if convicted

“Attorney General Beau Biden’s office indicted him on the same charges in January 2008,” explained the News Journal. “But in June of that year, days before a scheduled trial, [prosecutor Renee] Hrivnak allowed Richards to plead guilty to one count of fourth-degree rape, which carries no mandatory prison time with sentencing guidelines that recommend a sentence of zero to 30 months in prison.”

“I feel horrible what I did to my daughter,” the defendant said during his hearing in front of Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden.

“I feel very remorseful and very sad about what, the damage that I’ve done to her. There’s no excuse for what I’ve done to her. It’s horrible and, and I’d like probation, like [attorney Eugene] Maurer has said,” he begged.

The judge gave him an eight-year prison sentence but suspended all of it in favor of Level-II probation which would require an intensive treatment program at an inpatient psychiatric clinic in Massachusetts and monthly meetings with a probation officer.

“The only reason I’m doing this is so that probation can be transferred, and I don’t know what we’re going to do if Massachusetts won’t accept it,” the judge said.

“Probation can be transferred to Massachusetts in order for you to complete this Massachusetts program and you will successfully complete that. That is a condition of you being out on probation,” she said. “You understand that?”

“The intent of the court is that you get to Massachusetts and you successfully complete that treatment as soon as possible,” she reiterated.

But Richards did not complete the program. He did not even start the program, The News Journal reported.

Which begs the question, who signed off on this?

The answer is the late son of Joe Biden, Beau Biden.

Children of God victims forced to sign up for ‘sex rota’ from age of 10, survivors say

Verity Carter, now 41, was one of thousands raised in the notorious Children of God cult where kids were sexually assaulted, beaten and put on a ‘sharing schedule’ for sex at the age of 10.

The first UK convictions of the cult’s abusers were only secured in 2018 and 2020.

The evil sect was founded in 1968 by David Brandt Berg and grew to 130 communities around the world which housed 13,000 members.

Numerous communes based in the UK were used by Berg to convince followers that the world was ending and that sex was the way to find God.

Berg made his followers believe that “death was the ultimate orgasm.”

Members were inundated with images of naked women and children as well as X-rated videos and a rota was made for women and girls as young as 10 to make themselves available for sex to any man in the commune.

Berg endorsed a book about the sexual abuse of his own infant son, a horrific act which he encouraged his followers to do too.

Celeste said that the image of the Children on God as a sex cult is wrong, it’s more than that, it was a method of control.

She said: “David Berg said we needed to share sexually with other members in the commune. You were told who you had to have sex with.”

Verity’s mum joined the cult in Renfrewshire, Scotland, after Berg opened up the communes in the 1970s and began a lengthy recruitment process for members.

Former NC Democratic Party County Chair Pleads Guilty to Child Sex Crime

There are Democrats roaming the streets freely, do you know where your children are? It seems like there is a Democrat either going to court or going to prison for raping children on a regular basis. This is the third story I’ve written like this in very recent memory.

A former North Carolina Democratic Party county chairman pleaded guilty to charges that he committed sex crimes against a young boy.

Daniel Ray Green, 67, was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of taking liberty with an underage boy, one charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, one charge of providing wine, liquor, or a malt beverage to a minor and one charge of disseminating obscene material to a minor.

I separate Democrats into two groups. Those who are in jail and those who will be going to jail.

Not only had Green been the leader of the Catawba County Democratic Party but he also served as a judge in the Catawba County Superior Court.

He was arrested in 2019 after a fourteen-year-old boy claimed that Green gave him alcohol, showed him pornography, and then sexually assaulted him.

Lawsuit alleges Bob Dylan sexually abused a 12-year-old in 1965

A lawsuit filed in New York City claims that legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan sexually abused a 12-year-old girl in 1965, according to court documents filed Friday.The now-68-year-old woman, identified in the lawsuit as J.C., alleges that “over a six-week period” the singer “befriended and established an emotional connection” with her and ultimately sexually abused her multiple times between April and May of 1965 when she was 12.In a statement to USA Today, a spokesperson for Dylan said Monday that “the 56-year-old claim is untrue and will be vigorously defended.” CNN has reached out to two publicists who represent Dylan for comment.

Attorneys for J.C. claim that Dylan befriended J.C. “to lower her inhibitions with the object of sexually abusing her, which he did, coupled with the provision of drugs, alcohol and, threats of physical violence, leaving her emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit further claims that Dylan used his status as a famous musician by “grooming J.C. to gain her trust and to obtain control over her” and alleges that he sexually abused her “at certain times” in his apartment at the Hotel Chelsea in New York City.

When reached by CNN, an attorney for J.C. declined to say how she came to meet Dylan and would not elaborate on the nature of sexual abuse claims.”The complaint speaks for itself. We’ll prove all of the allegations in a court of law,” said attorney Daniel Isaacs. “The complaint was filed after much research and thorough vetting and there’s no doubt that she was with him at the Hotel Chelsea.”

J.C., who now resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, said in the lawsuit that she has suffered and continues to suffer “serious and severe mental distress, anguish, humiliation and embarrassment, as well as economic losses” and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages from Dylan.The suit was filed one day before the New York Child Victims Act expired on August 14, 2021. J.C.’s attorney told CNN the lawsuit was filed pursuant to the act, and that it gave her “opportunity to seek redress.”

Jeffrey Epstein’s Former Employee ‘Ready and Willing’ to Testify Against Prince Andrew

A former employee of Jeffrey Epstein is reportedly “ready and willing” to testify against Prince Andrew in a sexual assault lawsuit brought on by Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

Steve Scully, who was employed by Epstein for six years, is willing to testify about what he saw in the Manhattan Federal Court case.

According to a report from The Sun, Scully says he saw Prince Andrew kissing and grinding against a bikini-clad Giuffre by a pool between 2001 and 2004.

“I was working on the phone and he (Andrew) was by the pool with Virginia. As soon as I saw him, I recognised him,” Scully told the Sun. “I thought, ‘If I had a camera in my bag right now, I’d have a $50,000 picture’.”

Teen arrested in connection with GOP strategist’s alleged sex trafficking scheme

A 19-year-old college student has been arrested in connection with an alleged trafficking scheme involving a ​​Minneapolis-based GOP strategist and PAC founder. 

According to jail records, Gisela Castro Medina was booked by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department in Florida, where a recent Instagram post revealed she had been vacationing. 

The Okaloosa Department of Corrections said that she was on hold to be transferred to the FBI in Minnesota under the same charges federal authorities brought against Anton “Tony” Lazzaro: sex trafficking of a minor, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and obstruction of justice. 

Records revealed that Castro Medina was denied bond and was released to be transferred to another agency on Friday. 

The indictment released by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota on Thursday had listed a second individual charged in the case along with Lazzaro, though the person’s name had been redacted. 

The Hill has reached out to the U.S. attorney’s office for additional information. 

Castro Medina, a student at the Catholic University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, had recently assumed the role of chair of her school’s chapter of the Minnesota College Republicans, the group said in a statement posted on Twitter on Saturday. 

The group’s statewide chair, Nia Moore, said in the press release that she had been informed that Castro Medina “was arrested alongside Anton Lazzaro.” 

“We as an organization are absolutely disgusted by the actions of Ms. Medina, and have cut all ties with her effective immediately,” she added. 

“Our prayers go out to the victims of Anton Lazzaro and Gisela Medina — we believe you,” the College Republicans chair wrote. “We stand with you. May justice be served.” 

It was not immediately clear if Castro Medina has an attorney representing her in the case. 

The Daily Beast on Saturday first reported news of the 19-year-old’s arrest. 

According to the indictment filed this week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, authorities said Lazzaro allegedly conspired with others to recruit and solicit minors to participate in commercial sex acts.

SICK: Lorne Michaels, Jimmy Fallon Mentioned in Child Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Ex-SNL Star Horatio Sanz

A new lawsuit filed on Thursday with the State of New York alleges horrifying and predatory actions of a former cast member at NBC’s Saturday Night Live against an underage girl — and the appearance of complicity among his associates. 

The unnamed plaintiff alleges that comedian Horatio Sanz “groomed” her, starting at the age of 15, and repeatedly sexually assaulted her after she attended multiple SNL cast parties. The allegations  include digital communications purported to be between Saenz and the teenager obtained by law enforcement.

According to court documents, the SNL “super-fan” teen would regularly post on a fan page that was read by SNL cast members which allowed Sanz to gain access to her. She was first contacted by Sanz, who was 31 at the time, in January 2000 via his work email account as he sat in NBC offices with Jimmy Fallon. By October of that year, he had lured her to meet him in person for the first time.

“In January, 2000, Defendant SANZ and co-cast member Jimmy Fallon emailed Plaintiff (then 15) from an NBC email account. Thereafter, Defendant SANZ began his process of grooming Plaintiff.

On or about October 7-8, 2000, Plaintiff (15) and Defendant SANZ met in person at NBC after an airing/taping of Saturday Night Live, during which SANZ (31) was flirtatious and physically affectionate with the then 15-year old Plaintiff by kissing her cheek and putting his hands on her waist. 

After a few more meet-ups, Sanz brought the plaintiff to several after-show parties where he and other staff members, who allegedly knew the girl was underage, allowed her to drink. His associates watched and said nothing as Saenz touched her inappropriately and told her “to sit on his lap,” according to the lawsuit.

Suicide Squad Director Named in Underage Sex Assault Lawsuit for Hosting Pedophile-Themed Party

James Euringer, lead singer and songwriter of Mindless Self Indulgence, has been accused of sexual battery of a minor, according to a lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court on Monday.

In the lawsuit, the anonymous woman claims that she had a sexual relationship with Euringer from January of 1997 to June of 1999, at which time she was a minor. 

As reported by Rolling Stone, the relationship began when she was just 15 and Euringer was 17. 

The suit alleges Euringer “groomed and manipulated [her] into believing that his sexually assaultive behavior was not criminal and that by engaging in sexual activity with him Plaintiff was actually helping to protect younger girls from sexual assaults.” 

According to documents obtained by Human Events News, the lawsuit also claims that Euringer attended a pedophile-themed party, hosted by Marvel director James Gunn, while dressed in a full-body rabbit suit.
