High-Ranking Cop With ‘Sex Offender Unit’ Busted as Child Sex Offender, Trafficking Child Porn

For years, it was the job of high-ranking Cobb County deputy sheriff, Peter Bilardello, to track and monitor sex offenders in his jurisdiction to protect the town from vile predators. The 51-year-old top cop is no longer in that position though, and now finds himself on the other side of the law. The very unit he was running will now be responsible for tracking and monitoring him after he was busted trafficking in images of child sexual abuse.

Bilardello was indicted this week on charges of distributing and possessing child pornography, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Georgia said in a news release on Wednesday, Feb. 9.

“Bilardello allegedly shared child pornography through social media while he was employed as a law enforcement officer,” said U.S. Attorney Kurt R. Erskine. “The victimization of children is one of the most heinous crimes imaginable, and distributing images of child sexual abuse compounds the harm. It is especially troubling that these crimes were allegedly committed by someone in a position of public trust.”

According to court documents, in November 2019, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a report that a MeWe social media user had allegedly uploaded and shared approximately 12 images depicting children under 12 years old in sexually explicit conduct. NCMEC provided that information to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), who determined that the account user was likely located in Marietta, Georgia.  The GBI then referred the information to the Cobb County Police Department.

It took nearly two years for the Cobb County Police Department to realize the person victimizing young children online — was one of their own.

Decorated ‘Hero’ Cop, Featured on TV — Busted Trying to Have Sex with 12yo, Trafficking Child Porn

Sioux Falls police officer Luke John Schauer was a decorated cop who has been the subject of television interviews and has received multiple awards during his tenure in law enforcement in South Dakota. All of that is meaningless now, however, as his desires of pedophilia have risen to the surface and he is facing down decades in prison.

Schauer was arrested on Tuesday and hit with a slew of charges ranging from the production of child porn to sending lewd images to a child under the age of 16. According to police, Schauer, 28, thought he was communicating with a 12-year-old girl online using the KiK messenging app.

Luckily, however, it was not a child but rather uncover FBI agents involved in a sting. Beginning on Jan. 18 and ending on Feb. 4, when the search warrant was issued for Schauer’s house, this hometown “hero” was having sexually explicit conversations with a person he thought was just 12 years old.

According to the affidavit filed in the case, Schauer sent multiple explicit messages and images to the undercover officer, including images of his genitals. He also encouraged the child to make her own child porn and send it to him.

Police also said Schauer was caught sending lewd materials to another child under the age of 16. Though all the local news stories are referring to Schauer as a “former cop,” he wasn’t fired from the department until his arrest.

SUNY professor questions the idea that adults having sex with children is wrong

An SUNY Fredonia professor, Stephen Kershnar, was exposed on social media for making the argument that pedophilia may not be as wrong as society deems it, questioning the deeply held societal understanding that it’s wrong for adults to have sex with children.

Kershnar, who teaches libertarian philosophy and applied ethics at the university, made an argument for pedophilia, the professor, who teaches philosophy at the state-funded university, argued: “Imagine that an adult male wants to have sex with a 12-year-old girl. Imagine that she’s a willing participant. A very standard, very widely held view is that there’s something deeply wrong about this. It’s wrong independent of it being criminalized.”

“It’s not obvious to me that it’s in fact wrong,” he continued. “I think this is a mistake. And I think exploring that why it’s a mistake will tell us not only things about adult/sex and statutory rape and also fundamental principles of morality.”

“There’s a couple of things to say here,” he continued. “One is even if you are looking for a threshold. Let’s say there’s a threshold. I’m making this number up, but let’s say it’s at age 8. Still, that tells you that some adult/sex is permissible. Second, the notion that it’s wrong even with a one-year-old is not quite obvious to me.”

Prince Andrew ‘wants disgraced actor Kevin Spacey to help clear his name by telling jury in Virginia Roberts sex assault lawsuit that Ghislaine Maxwell was HIS guest during guided tour of Buckingham Palace in 2002’

Prince Andrew allegedly wants disgraced actor Kevin Spacey to help clear his name by telling a jury in the Virginia Roberts sex assault lawsuit that Ghislaine Maxwell was Spacey’s guest during a guided tour of Buckingham Palace in 2002.

A photo taken during the private tour, which was organised by the Duke, shows Maxwell and Spacey smiling as they sit on the Queen’s and Prince Philip’s Coronation thrones.

‘Andrew had invited Spacey for the tour of the Palace. [Ghislaine Maxwell] came with him – not as a guest of Andrew’s,’ a source told The Sun

The tour, which showed Maxwell and the American Beauty actor larking around in the Throne Room, was arranged for former US president Bill Clinton – who was a friend of Spacey – and other VIPs.

The Duke of York wants to distance himself from Maxwell, who is set to be sentenced on sex trafficking crimes on June 28.

The source added: ‘If Kevin can convince a jury he was the crucial link with Ghislaine, rather than Andrew, it distances the Prince from her somewhat – and that’s crucial.

California child molester sentenced to two years in juvenile facility

A 26-year old transgender woman who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl will be moved to a youth treatment center, despite prosecutor’s efforts to keep her in a Los Angeles County Jail.

LA County prosecutors said Hannah Tubbs, who identifies as female, also would not have to register as a sex offender once she finishes her two-year sentence.

Tubbs, who was busted for molesting a 10-year-old when she was a 17-year-old juvenile, will be sent to the kids lock up after LA County District Attorney George Gascón declined to file a motion to move the case out of juvenile court, where it was filed because of Tubbs’ age at the time of offense.

A judge in Antelope Valley, Calif. ruled Thursday that Tubbs would be moved to the youth treatment center immediately, where she will be kept with juvenile female prisoners.

Meet The Seattle Schools Woke Indoctrination Czar Who Married A Child Molester

Spend enough time studying the “racial equity” and “ethnic studies” programs sweeping school districts across the nation and you’ll find that they are following in the footsteps, on a several-year delay, of one of America’s most progressive cities: Seattle.

It’s worth examining, then, how all that worked out in Seattle. Despite decades of the most aggressive equity programs anyone could ask for, Seattle’s racial disparities are among the worst in the nation – and they’re getting worse, not better.

At the forefront of Seattle Public Schools’ (SPS) initiatives was Tracy Castro-Gill, until recently its director of ethnic studies, who represented herself as a fierce Chicana who overcame homelessness and was willing to take on racism no matter who she had to battle, turning schools into vehicles for social change.

Castro-Gill, it turned out, was a perennially unhappy toxic liar, one who misrepresented her background to the point that her own father compared her to Rachel Dolezal, and who was ultimately pushed out of her job for repeated misconduct. A focus on racial oppression did not create resiliency, but rather despondency, with Castro-Gill and three other racial justice leaders going on paid leave from SPS for mental health issues in 2019 alone.

As Castro-Gill used children for politics in the workplace, her personal life also raised questions about the costs that can incur. She married a convicted child molester and moved her young daughter in with him. Then, her previous ex-husband told me, she pressured her child, who had serious mental impairments, to become gender-nonbinary.

The academic achievement of Seattle’s youth plummeted as she implemented initiatives like replacing math instruction with courses on “power and oppression.” But in this world, there was no such thing as failing: Those gaps were used to justify still more jobs and efforts like hers. What follows is the never-before-told story of America’s first “woke” school system.

Convicted Pedophile Funneled Millions In Foreign Cash Into Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Campaign

Convicted pedophile, UAE adviser and central witness in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, George Nader, has pleaded guilty to his role in helping the UAE funnel millions of dollars in illegal campaign contributions into US campaigns during the 2016 presidential election, according to The Intercept, citing federal court documents filed last month.

In a December sentencing memo, federal prosecutors disclosed that Nader had agreed months early to plead guilty to a single count of felony conspiracy to defraud the US government by pumping millions in donations to Hillary Clinton’s campaign – concealing the foreign origin of the funds.

Nader conspired to hide the funds “out of a desire to lobby on behalf and advance the interests of his client, the government of the United Arab Emirates,” according to the prosecutors’ sentencing memo. Nader received the money for the illegal donations from the UAE government, the memo said. The filing marks the first time that the U.S. government has explicitly accused the UAE, a close ally, of illegally seeking to buy access to candidates during a presidential election.

Nader’s guilty plea opens a new window into the efforts of the United Arab Emirates and its de facto ruler, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, known as MBZ, to influence the outcome of the 2016 election and shape subsequent U.S. policy in the Gulf. The government’s memo notes that Nader and Los Angeles businessperson Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja also sought to cultivate “key figures” in the Trump campaign and that Khawaja donated $1 million to Trump’s inaugural committee. It is unclear where that money came from. -The Intercept

Nader is accused of taking instructions from UAE Crown Prince MBZ, and gave regular updates on his efforts to get close to Clinton.

In total, Nader transferred nearly $5 million from his UAE business to Khawaja – CEO of a Los Angeles-based payment processing company. According to prosecutors, the funds were disguised as a routine business contract between the two men. Of the total transferred, more than $3.5 million came from the UAE government and was given to pro-Clinton Democratic political committees. Prosecutors have yet to publicly identify what happened to the remaining $1.4 million Nader transferred to Khawaja.

In 2016, Khawaja co-hosted an August fundraiser for Clinton which included a laundry list of high-profile guests, including Univision owner Haim Saban, movie mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg and basketball legend Magic Johnson, according to the report. According to the indictment, Khawaja conspired with six other individuals to conceal his excessive contributions. Others who were indicted were also linked to donations to Clinton and other Democrats.

Prince Andrew Suggests Epstein Accuser Giuffre Suffers From ‘False Memories’ of Alleged Rape

Prince Andrew has suggested that Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre may be suffering from “false memories” surrounding allegations made against him.

The British Royal has suggested that Virginia Giuffre, who accused the Prince of raping her in 2001 when she was 17, “may suffer from false memories” about the alleged incident.

In the latest development in the ongoing legal battle, the Duke of York’s lawyers have requested to interview Dr Judith Lightfoot, Virginia Giuffre’s Australian based psychologist. They went on to request access to Lightfoot’s medical notes on Giuffre, any details on medication prescribed, and any invoices of fees Dr Lightfoot received, The Telegraph reports.

Andrew’s attorneys have also asked to interview the Epstein accuser’s husband, Robert Giuffre, over her finances, her relationship with paedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as all communications Giuffre had with her husband regarding Prince Andrew.

The Prince’s legal team went on to directly accuse Giuffre of participating in “Epstein’s sex-trafficking scheme” by supplying Epstein with victims, including “at least one 14-year-old girl”. Andrew’s lawyers have suggested that Giuffre is highlighting her claimed trauma in order “to deflect” from her role in the ring.

Retired BBC producer caught with over 800 child abuse images spared jail time due to ‘poor health’

76-year-old Victor Melleney, a retired BBC producer, was caught with 832 indecent images of children stored on a range of devices.

Melleney, who worked on top shows such as Question Time and Panorama, was spared jail time Friday after a judge decided a prison sentence would be “particularly challenging” for the septuagenarian in “poor health.”

Melleney admitted he is addicted to legal pornography, but maintained he had no interest in indecent images of children, the Kingston Crown Court heard.

According to the Daily Mail, when Melleney was arrested in 2018 at his west London home, National Crime Agency officers found 612 of the 832 images on a hard drive, but he insisted he had no idea how the illegal material got there.

The officers also found illegal stun guns at the time belonging to Melleney, and he admitted to four charges of possession of prohibited weapons for discharge of noxious gas, namely three Tasers and CS gas spray, at an earlier hearing.
