Eric Adams accused of sexually assaulting woman in 1993 in bombshell legal filing; accuser wants $5M

Mayor Adams has been accused of sexually assaulting a former colleague in 1993 in a lawsuit seeking at least $5 million filed just before the deadline for the Adult Survivors Act, The Post learned Thursday.

The accuser, whom The Post is not identifying because of the nature of the allegation, named the former cop as a defendant along with the NYPD’s transit bureau and Guardian Association in a lawsuit filed late Wednesday.

“Plaintiff was sexually assaulted by Defendant Eric Adams in New York, New York in 1993 while they both worked for the City of New York,” claims the 3-page summons, which does not give more detail on the alleged assault.

The filing alleges “sexual assault, battery and employment discrimination on the basis of the Plaintiff’s gender and sex, retaliation, hostile work environment and intentional infliction of emotional distress” — and seeks damages no less than $5 million along with attorneys’ fees.

City Hall was quick to deny the allegations, which were first revealed by The Messenger

“The mayor does not know who this person is,” a spokesperson said. “If they ever met, he doesn’t recall it.

“But he would never do anything to physically harm another person and vigorously denies any such claim.”

Attempts to reach the accuser were not immediately successful Thursday, and her attorney did not respond to messages.

The Adult Survivors Act, signed into law by Gov. Kathy Hochul in May last year, removed the usual time constraints to sue over alleged sexual assaults for a one-year period, opening the floodgates for a torrent of civil lawsuits against powerful men, including former President Donald Trump and Bill Cosby.

At least 2,600 claims have been filed in state courts under the ASA, including several lawsuits brought this week against such high-profile defendants as Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding Jr. and celebrity photographer Terry Richardson.

Adams, 63, has never been married but has a 27-year-old son, rapper Jordan Coleman, with his ex-girlfriend, Chrisena Coleman.

House Ethics Committee decides not to open investigation into Rep. Bowman over fire alarm scandal

The House Ethics Committee decided on Wednesday to not open an investigation into Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., over pulling a fire alarm back in September.

“A majority of the members of the Committee did not agree to establish an ISC or report to the House regarding Representative Bowman’s conduct,” the chairman and ranking member wrote in a statement.

In late September, Bowman pulled the fire alarm in one of the congressional office buildings, interrupting official proceedings. He has been accused of doing so intentionally to delay a vote on government spending.

Last month, Bowman pleaded guilty and has to pay a fine of $1,000 and write an apology to the Capitol Police.

Republicans have called for Bowman to be prosecuted over the stunt.

Former Maryland mayor, prominent Democrat sentenced to 30 years for possession and distribution of child sex abuse images

Disgraced former Maryland mayor and prominent Democrat Patrick Wojahn was sentenced to 30 years of prison after he pleaded guilty to dozens of child porn charges.

Wojahn, who formerly served as the first openly gay mayor of College Park, Maryland received the sentence after he was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography in March, reports Fox News.

Court documents said that Wojahn used the social media app Kik to load and distribute child pornography. Police later confiscated a storage device, several cell phones, a computer, and a tablet from his residence all due to suspicions they contained child pornography.

The longtime Democrat was a mentee of Biden’s Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who himself was also a small-town mayor. Wojahn also has made numerous appearances at the White House, often being seen in photographs with Buttigieg in Washington, DC.

Wojahn has referred to Joe Biden as “the most pro-LGBTQ President in US history.”

Despite Wojahn’s charges, the City of College Park put out a public statement thanking him for “his many years of dedicated service.”

CBS reports that Wojahn pleaded guilty to over 100 counts linked to the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material back in August.

This plea deal calls for Wojahn to serve 30 years in prison, according to the office of Prince George County State Attorney Aisha Braveboy.

This Is The Real Face Of The US Empire

Someone uploaded one of those viral “help identify this racist jerk” clips featuring a man accosting a street vendor with awful Islamophobic vitriol, and it turned out he was the former US State Department Deputy Director in the Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs.

It sounds made up, but that’s exactly what just happened; Vice has a whole article out about it. The video was uploaded today, and within hours the man was identified as Stuart Seldowitz, who helped direct US diplomacy on Israel-Palestine from 1999 to 2003 and then served on the Obama administration’s National Security Council.

Seldowitz’s identity was confirmed by his former employer Gotham Government Relations, who released a statement denouncing him and saying they’ve ended all affiliation with him.

Seldowitz is seen hounding the New York City vendor or vendors in multiple different videos wearing multiple different outfits, showing a sustained campaign of harassment and abuse. He told them while fully aware he was being filmed that Israel killing thousands of Palestinian kids “wasn’t enough”, insulted their religion, threatened them, mocked their intelligence and their English, called them terrorists, and asked “Did you rape your daughter like Mohammed did?” From the videos he appears to be harassing them for no reason other than because they are Muslims selling halal food.

New York lawmaker accused of forcing himself on woman during Haiti relief meeting

A Democratic state legislator from Brooklyn has been accused in a lawsuit of raping a woman during a meeting at her house about Haiti relief money, reported the Associated Press on Monday.

“The lawsuit, filed Friday, accuses Sen. Kevin Parker of assaulting her in 2004, during his first term. The woman said she had been working with Parker to coordinate the delivery of items and donations to Haiti after a devastating flood that affected the country and other neighboring Caribbean Islands,” reported Bobby Cuza. “The suit was filed under the Adult Survivors Act, a special state law that created a yearlong suspension of the usual time limit for accusers to sue. The law is set to expire after Thanksgiving.”

State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, through a spokesperson, called the allegations “extremely disturbing,” and vowed that “We will take appropriate action as more information is learned.”

The Adult Survivors Act has led to a wave of litigation of older cases that would otherwise have been impossible to bring.

Oregon Democratic candidate vows to ‘reclaim her sexuality’ after footage of her working as a $500-per-hour dominatrix at Manhattan BDSM dungeon was leaked, leaving her ‘hyperventilating and crying’

A Democratic Congressional Candidate is ‘reclaiming her sexuality’ after a clip of her working at a Manhattan BDSM dungeon was leaked.

Courtney Casgraux, 41, is a self-described ‘international businesswoman’ who is running for a seat in the United States House of Representatives for Oregon‘s first district.

The single mother of a teenage son was exposed in a video leaked on Reddit for working as a dominatrix in Manhattan during hers 20s and 30s.

Casgraux would charge clients $500 for playing the dominant role in BDSM activities.

The California native returned to the BDSM industry when she began working at Donatella’s Dungeon – a hidden S&M club in Midtown Manhattan, The New York Post reported.

She launched her campaign to represent Portland‘s western suburbs on June 7 – a few months later she discovered provocative footage of her working as a BDSM dominatrix had been leaked to the public on Reddit.

The bombshell August 31 leak shocked Casgraux and left her in a state of panic: ‘I was like, “Who did this?” and I just started calling every single person that I pretty much knew from my past … I was like hyperventilating, crying,’ she said.

She described the upsetting moment she saw the video: ‘My heart just kind of sinked in and I went psycho.’

The political candidate never discovered who exposed her in the Reddit post – she thinks that whoever is responsible was attempting to ‘shame’ her.

‘To shame me for something that helped create the life that I have today where I have opportunity … made me really mad. Because it felt like an attack on women, not just an attack on me,’ she said.

She is now reclaiming her sexuality – starting with a Playboy campaign collaboration.

FBI agents raided homes of ANOTHER Eric Adams aide Rana Abbasova and Turkish Airlines exec at the same time they searched home of NYC Mayor’s chief fundraiser Brianna Suggs in corruption probe

The FBI searched the homes of another aide of New York City mayor Eric Adams and a Turkish Airlines executive on the same day they raided his top fundraiser’s house.

Federal agents executed warrants on November 2 on the New Jersey homes of Rana Abbasova, director of protocol in Adams’ Office for International Affairs, and Cenk Öcal, an ex-Turkish Airlines executive who was on his transition team.

Abbasova, 41, was Adam’s longtime liaison to the Turkish community when he served as Brooklyn borough president, The New York Times reports.

Meanwhile Öcal was the general manager of the New York office of Turkish Airline until early 2022.

The mayor’s office had described Abbasova as an aide who ‘acted improperly‘ after the FBI took Adams’ electronics as part of the agency’s probe into an alleged campaign kickback scheme.

Boyd Johnson, the lawyer for the Adams’ campaign, said the employee, now known to be Abbasova, had been reported to investigators. He did not identify the person or give details of the alleged improper conduct.

The Abundance Agenda Promises Everything to Everyone All at Once

In summer 2023, American progressivism was spending big and riding high. Despite razor-thin majorities in Congress, Democrats had spent the last two years enacting hundreds of billions of dollars in new subsidies—for green energy, public transportation, domestic manufacturing, scientific research, and more. This progressive pork was now in the hands of Democratic President Joe Biden to distribute as his administration saw fit.

Yet when California Gov. Gavin Newsom looked upon the piles of fresh federal cash, all he could do was despair.

“We’re going to lose billions and billions of dollars in the status quo,” he complained to New York Times columnist Ezra Klein in June. “The beneficiaries of a lot of these dollars are red states that don’t give a damn about these issues, and they’re getting the projects.”

Newsom was right about the distribution of the funds: More than 80 percent of the new federal funding for clean energy and semiconductors was headed for GOP districts, according to the Financial Times. His outburst spoke to the anxiety of much of liberal America.

Despite a string of progressive policy victories at the federal level, a Democratic Party under the grip of progressives, and ironclad Democratic control over some of the country’s largest and wealthiest cities and states, blue America just wasn’t delivering what its boosters said the country needed.

“We need to build more homes, trains, clean energy, research centers, disease surveillance. And we need to do it faster and cheaper,” Klein himself had written a few weeks before his Newsom interview was published. Yet “in New York or California or Oregon…it is too slow and too costly to build even where Republicans are weak—perhaps especially where they are weak.”

The blue strongholds’ failure to build had added countervailing losses to all their wins.

These states aren’t just losing federal grants. They’re losing residents to states where housing construction is easier. They’re losing companies to places where the regulatory burden is lighter. They’re losing voters, tax dollars, congressional seats, and more to places that build the things people want. If the trend keeps up, the progressive vision for America may be lost as well.

This threat has provoked some surprising self-reflection from liberal wonks, writers, and officials.

America, and particularly blue America, has consciously wrapped itself in red tape, regulations, and special-interest carve-outs, to the point that it has become nearly impossible to convert either government subsidies or private capital into needed physical things.

As Newsom said to Klein, “We’re not getting the money because our rules are getting in the way.”

Multiple New Jersey Dems charged with election fraud crimes involving mail-in ballots…

The media and the uni-party regime have repeatedly assured us that our elections are “fair and free,” dismissing any notion or whisper of election fraud. And they claim that even if such fraud exists, it’s so insignificant that it couldn’t possibly sway a national election. Yet, it’s clear that a vast portion of the US population isn’t buying what the regime is peddling; as numerous polls show, a majority of Americans believe there was some form of cheating that impacted the 2020 election.

And now, with time bringing more clarity, we’re seeing an increasing number of fraud cases emerging across the country. In one instance, a judge in Connecticut recently ordered a new Democrat primary for a mayoral race, shining yet another spotlight on “ballot stuffing.”

But this issue isn’t confined to Connecticut, Michigan, or any of the other states where serious election fraud has been exposed. A major story is now unfolding in New Jersey, where Democrat operatives have been arrested for election fraud involving mail-in ballots—the Dems’ new favorite tool.

Here’s what Collin Rugg reported on X:

NEW: Multiple New Jersey Democrats have been charged with election fraud crimes involving mail in ballots.

Paterson City Council President Alex Mendez was indicted for alleged crimes committed during the 2020 election.

Mendez allegedly supervised an operation that stole mail in ballots from mailboxes and replaced the ones that were not for him.

His wife and two others were also charged.

New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin says Mendez was seen emptying a “large, heavy bag, completely filled with ballots” into a mailbox.

“The defendants are accused of attempting to rig an election in their favor and to deprive the voters of Paterson of having their voices heard,” Platkin said.

“The functioning of democracy relies on voters’ trust that their votes count and those votes determine the outcomes of elections.”

Mendez was able to commit this alleged fraud due to the fact that all ballots were mail-in thanks to the pandemic.

The photos below show Mendez with high profile Democrats including Bill Clinton, Cory Booker and Whoopi Goldberg.

I thought mail-in-ballots were safe and secure?
