Have California Democrats Finally Gone Too Far?

California has reached a new level of insanity. A proposed ballot initiative in the state is named after Luigi Mangione, the man accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. But here’s the kicker: Democrats couldn’t even spell his name right.

The so-called “Luigi Mangioni Access to Health Care Act” aims to make it more difficult for insurance companies to deny medical treatment claims. 

That’s right — these people are trying to turn an accused killer into some kind of folk hero to push their radical agenda. You can’t make this stuff up.

The Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act submitted to the California Attorney General’s Office would make it illegal for an insurance company to “delay, deny or modify any medical procedure or medication” that is suggested by a licensed physician in the Golden State where there could be serious consequences such as “disability, death, amputation, permanent disfigurement, loss or reduction of any bodily function,” the document states. It was filed by Paul Eisner, a longtime Los Angeles-based attorney.

The terms “delay” and “deny” were made popular by the healthcare book “Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About.” The words “delay, deny, and depose” were reportedly inscribed on the casings of the bullets that killed Brian Thompson on Dec. 4.

“What” Rob Pyers, research director for California Target Book, posted on X.

“A proposed ballot initiative has been filed in California entitled “The Luigi Mangioni (sic) Access to Health Care Act.” Actually,” Los Angeles-based conservative activist Elizabeth Barcohana said.

It’s sick the way Democrats celebrate evil people.

NY Dem’s Latest Move Is a Blatant Attempt to Ruin Tesla Solely Because of Elon Musk’s Ties to Trump

New York state Sen. Patricia Fahy (D) has introduced legislation that would effectively ban Tesla’s five in-person sales locations in the Empire State.

Why? Because of Elon Musk’s association with the Trump administration.

‘No matter what we do, we’ve got to take this from Elon Musk,’ Fahy said, according to Politico. ‘He’s part of an effort to go backwards.’

Senate Bill S6894, introduced on March 26th, seeks to maintain the number of in-person sales locations at five but ‘provides that certificates issued prior to 1/1/25 shall not be eligible for renewal.’

Former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo issued those certificates to Tesla through a brokered deal in 2014 that grandfathered them in. At the time, Cuomo hailed the agreement as a means to ensure New York ‘remains a leader in spurring innovative businesses and encouraging zero-emissions vehicle sales.’

4 of the Worst Suspected Child Rapists Whom Dems Protected from ICE – Others Even Got Off With $0 Bail

Border Czar Tom Homan told the Conservative Political Action Committee in February that he was, “bringing hell to Boston.”

Homan claimed several child rapists wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement were released in Massachusetts before ICE could arrest them.

After some investigating, CBS News confirmed that grim reality on Monday.

Fox News National Correspondent Bill Melugin summed up the findings of CBS in a post via social media platform X.

NEW: CBS looked into ICE Boston claims that illegal aliens charged w/ child rape in MA are repeatedly being released from jail w/ ridiculously low bail. They found that yes, they are, including the following in recent months:

Two child rapists were released on $7,500 bail, while another instance involved two more child rapists both released on just $500 bail.

One Honduran released without bail was charged with assault, armed robbery, and rape.

According to CBS, Massachusetts laws prevents police from holding someone if they post bail, even if they are wanted by ICE.

Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled in Lunn v. Commonwealth, “Massachusetts law provides no authority for Massachusetts court officers to arrest and hold an individual solely on the basis of a Federal civil immigration detainer, beyond the time that the individual would otherwise be entitled to be released from State custody.”

The outrageously low bail for these people is another issue.

CBS asked criminal defense and immigration attorney Stephen Roth about the matter. According to Roth, bail is set to make sure someone appears in court, not to keep them in custody.

Massachusetts has a uniquely bad set of circumstances on its hands.

ICE is looking to capture child rapists, but all the local police can do is let them go if they post bail and in some cases that could cost nothing.

How would a victim feel knowing one of these men was back on the street with little to no effort?

Judge Who Upheld Block Of Trump’s Deportation Flights Is A Major Dem Donor

The federal judge who upheld the injunction blocking the Trump administration’s expedited removal of alleged Tren de Aragua gang members has a history of partisan political activity, both donating to and volunteering for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.

United States Circuit Judge Patricia Millett has maintained the injunction against President Donald Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act, preventing the president from using the law to expedite the deportation of alleged criminal Venezuelan illegal aliens connected to Tren de Aragua, a foreign terror organization. The Trump administration is now asking the Supreme Court to decide on the case.

Federal Election Commission filings indicate that Millett was a prolific donor to Democrats, including Obama, from 2008 to 2012. Millett gave more than $31,000 to Democrat politicians and the party itself, supporting Obama’s presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton’s run in 2008, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, the Democratic National Committee, and the Fairfax County Democratic Committee, among others.

Millett — who charged that “Nazis got better treatment” than deported illegal aliens — also volunteered for Obama’s 2008 campaign, noting in a Judiciary Committee questionnaire that she provided the campaign with “legal assistance to the Voter Protection Teams for Ohio and New Hampshire, including preparing for potential election challenges.”

Millett’s appointment was supported by the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, a left-wing organization that supports amnesty for illegal aliens, called America’s public safety system, “at odds with our shared values of fairness, equity, and justice,” and advocates in favor of the diversity, equity, and inclusion movement.

Millett’s ruling upholds the injunction issued by United States District Court Judge James Boasberg, another Obama appointee. Boasberg has a history of stonewalling Trump’s efforts while his wife has engaged in overtly partisan activity, The Daily Wire reported.

Boasberg issued a ruling in 2018 that limited the administration’s ability to detain migrant families who had entered the country, hindering Trump’s attempt to disincentivize illegal immigration by limiting the issuance of parole.

Unhinged Tennessee Democrat Lunges at GOP Colleague After Gun Control Bill Fails

Chaos erupted in a Tennessee House Criminal Justice Subcommittee meeting Wednesday when far-left State Representative Justin J. Pearson (D-Memphis) lunged at a Republican colleague in a fit of rage, hurling insults and pointing fingers—literally—after his anti-gun bill went down in flames.

The showdown started when Pearson pushed his latest gun-grabbing scheme, HB 1392, a bill that would’ve gutted Tennessee’s permitless carry law—a hard-won victory for Second Amendment patriots.

Under current law, law-abiding Tennesseans can carry firearms without jumping through bureaucratic hoops, a right Pearson wanted to strip away.

Thankfully, the committee saw through the nonsense and crushed the bill in a 7-2 vote, according to NBC39.

“We have a responsibility to protect our kids and our communities,” Pearson whined from the podium, trotting out tired liberal talking points about “gun violence.” But when State Representative Andrew Farmer (R-Sevierville) dared to call him out, all hell broke loose.

Farmer said, “I know every member in this committee has been here this year, working, during committee, during session, voting on bills. And I know that you may have some things going on, but you have not. So, I don’t think it’s fair for you to come here before this committee and lecture us on hard work and convictions and hard work for our committee.

Farmer continued, “So, while I understand where you’re at and what you’re doing and why, but at the end of the day, we’ve been here working. We’ve been on the House floor voting on bills. We’ve taken the tough questions. We’ve taken the tough votes, and we’re doing so. So I just don’t think it’s fair for you to come in here and lecture this committee on hard work when we’ve been up here doing the hard work.”

That’s when Pearson lost it. Pearson said that Farmer’s remarks made him “very, very angry.” The Memphis Democrat then explained that he had been absent because his brother died by suicide last December.

Meet The Democrat Donor Judge Hamstringing Trump’s Military ‘Trans’ Policy

It’s another day that ends in “y,” which means another Democrat-appointed federal judge is attempting to unilaterally kneecap President Donald Trump’s administration.

On Monday, Christine O’Hearn, a New Jersey-based district court judge, issued a 14-day temporary restraining order (TRO) preventing Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and the U.S. Air Force from “initiating involuntary separation proceedings” for two branch members who proclaim to be transgender. The lawsuit from the service members came in response to a Jan. 27 executive order by Trump and subsequent Pentagon directives to effectively develop the process of removing trans-identifying troops from the armed forces.

In granting the request for a TRO, O’Hearn, a Biden appointee, opined that the plaintiffs “demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits of their claims that the Orders, at a minimum, violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fifth Amendment.” Equally notable, however, is her complaint that the executive branch — which is constitutionally authorized to dictate U.S. military policy — did not provide her (a lower court judge) “any compelling justification whatsoever” for why it’s implementing the president’s directives regarding trans-identifying troops in the service.

“As discussed above, Plaintiffs face severe personal and professional harm absent a preliminary injunction. In contrast, Defendants have not demonstrated any compelling justification whatsoever for immediate implementation of the Orders, particularly since transgender persons have been openly serving in the military for a number of years,” O’Hearn wrote.

The U.S. Senate confirmed O’Hearn in a 53-44 vote on Oct. 19, 2021. GOP Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska joined Democrats in supporting her nomination.

O’Hearn is the second federal district judge to stymie the president’s military “trans” policy with an arbitrary court order. The first came last week in the form of a preliminary injunction from D.C. District Court Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee and major Democrat donor.

O’Hearn’s activism from the bench hardly makes her an anomaly among other rogue lower court judges on board with greenlighting leftists’ lawfare against Trump — and neither does her affinity for Democrat politics.

The Democrats Are the Party of Hate

Back in the Vietnam War era, many protesters on college campuses were proud Democrats who chanted slogans about “peace” and “love.” They flashed the peace sign and railed about the war and police brutality while professing support for “free speech.”

Never mind that the Vietnam War was escalated by a Democrat President and ended by a Republican President, these protesters claimed that they were “non-violent” and that the federal government, and especially Republican politicians, were trying to limit their freedoms.

Flash forward to today and the political world has totally changed. Democrats have become the pro-war party. For example, the only part of President Donald Trump’s recent speech to Congress that Democrats applauded was his statement about support for Ukraine. Under President Joe Biden, nothing was done to end the war in Ukraine, only prolong it.

Democrats hate President Trump’s outreach to Russian President Vladimir Putin and his attempts to end the Ukraine war. They continually slander President Trump and claim he is “Putin’s puppet.” Of course, the truth is the antithesis of these ludicrous charges by warmonger Democrats. No President has been tougher toward Russia than Trump. The difference is that Trump wants peace and Democrats do not.

Trump has been a lightning rod for unhinged Democrats since the day he descended the golden escalators and announced his first presidential campaign. The epidemic of “Trump Derangement Syndrome” has never subsided.

In the 2016 campaign, there were multiple instances of violent Democrats attacking Trump supporters at his rallies across the country. In the 2020 campaign, leftists attacked police, burned buildings, and committed detestable violence in the “summer of love,” which was inspired by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Political commentator Victor Davis Hanson asserted during a Fox News appearance that Democrats are doing their best to put the Party out of its misery.

Hanson highlighted that more moderate leftists are jumping ship in droves while the Party is only retaining the most batshit crazy radical base with its actions.

“They’re polling about 27 percent approval,” Hanson noted, adding “They’re doubling down on street theater. They’re disrupting Congress. They’re issuing smutty videos.”

“They’re doing all these crazy nihilistic things as they drive down their approval rating,” he further urged.

“But the weird thing is, their base apparently wants more of it,” Hanson noted.

The commentator added, “They’re trying to, I guess, put themselves out of existence. It’s kind of the counterpart to what we watched for four years. Lawfare with Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Fanny Willis, Jack Smith — and all that did was ensure Donald Trump was going to be elected.”

Is the Signal ‘Scandal’ an Attempt to Cover up the Truth?

We’re two days into what the Democrats and their willing accomplices in the mainstream press are trying to turn into a “scandal” — the accidental inclusion of Atlantic Editor Jeffrey Goldberg in a chat about the Trump administration’s operations against the Houthis on the texting app Signal. The more we learn, the more we know that the whole affair is a massive nothingburger with everything on it and a big ol’ side of fake news fries.

Key members of the administration’s intelligence apparatus testified that the Signal messaging thread didn’t divulge any classified information. And for all the commendation of Goldberg for not spilling too many beans, we have a better idea that there weren’t many beans to spill.

It’s hard not to speculate on why the left is so desperate to blow this thing out of proportion and make it more than it should be. Obviously, the left wants nothing more than to slap the scarlet letter S for “scandal” on this administration because it has been so effective and popular with the American people. But a White House press release from Tuesday reveals the most plausible reason why the left wants to discredit the administration when it comes to action against the Houthis.

“Democrats and their media allies have seemingly forgotten that President Donald J. Trump and his National Security team successfully killed terrorists who have targeted U.S. troops and disrupted one of the most consequential shipping routes in the world,” the White House states (with emphasis in the original). “This is a coordinated effort to distract from the successful actions taken by President Trump and his administration to make America’s enemies pay and keep Americans safe.”

“The Biden Administration sat back as a band of pirates — with precision-guided, Iran-provided weaponry — exacted a toll system in one of the most important shipping lanes in the world,” the press release continues.
