Obama was the king of creating fake green companies, funding them with millions and billions of dollars, then watching them all magically go bankrupt as the money completely disappeared (went into the offshore accounts of all the executives involved). Biden was even worse, participating in these scams and schemes on a much higher financial level, running up trillions in unaccounted funds, while claiming to be supporting “climate science” and “climate change” initiatives. All big lies for embezzlement. Sunnova is just another pawn in the big “climate” game of racketeering and fraud.

REVEALED: Governor Newsom Attended Luxury Wine Tasting in Napa Valley While Anti-ICE Rioters Burned Cars, Assaulted Law Enforcement

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) attended a luxury wine tasting in Napa Valley amid the violent Los Angeles riots.

Newsom was literally sipping wine as LA burned.

According to the City Journal, Newsom attended the “Vineyard Vibes” event at the Odette Estate Winery which he co-founded on June 7.

The City Journal reported:

As riots engulfed Los Angeles and mobs vandalized public buildings, incinerated vehicles, and assaulted law enforcement officers, California governor Gavin Newsom was enjoying a swanky wine-tasting party in Napa Valley.

The wine-tasting was held on the afternoon of June 7, 2025, at the Odette Estate Winery, which Newsom co-founded in 2011. Dubbed “Vineyard Vibes,” the event was a fundraiser for the PlumpJack Foundation, founded by Newsom’s sister, and featured “contemporary yet sophisticated” wines, live jazz music, and locally made pizza and smash burgers. “It’s the perfect kick-off to summer fun,” read promotional language. “The fete will take place on the Winery Crushpad, where we’ll gather for music, food, conversation, and delicious wine!”

A source who photographed Newsom at the event expressed shock that the governor was in attendance, given that riots had broken out in Los Angeles the day before. “I couldn’t believe it,” the source said. “He was just walking around like this was an everyday occurrence.” Newsom was at the wine party for at least 90 minutes, according to the source, who said that when the governor finally left, he appeared to retreat to the inner rooms of his winery.

HERE WE GO: Judge Hannah Dugan’s Trial for Obstruction of ICE Agents is OFF the Calendar as Court Possibly Rules on Motion to Dismiss Case

Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan’s trial for obstruction of ICE agents is now off the calendar as the court possibly rules on her motion to dismiss the case.

Last month Hannah Dugan moved to dismiss the case against her one day after a federal grand jury indicted her on two counts for obstructing an ICE arrest.

Dugan’s attorneys cited the 10th Amendment, official acts as a judge and judicial immunity.

A federal grand jury previously indicted Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

Dugan is facing up to six years in prison and $350,000 in fines.

Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI for obstructing an ICE arrest in April.

According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last month. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest.

FBI Director Kash Patel said Judge Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse.”

The shocking criminal complaint detailed Judge Dugan’s actions to intimidate federal agents and how she helped the illegal alien evade arrest.

Florida Officials Gave Commercial Driver’s Licenses to Illegals; Arrests Made

Call them 18-wheeler and dealers — or just call them criminal and dangerous. But if you’re wondering why some semi-truck drivers today don’t seem very skilled and may not even speak English, wonder no more. Because, it has been revealed, some Florida officials were giving illegal aliens commercial driver’s licenses in exchange for bribes. This means, of course, that these migrants were circumventing the testing process and have no proven qualifications.

What’s more, the uncovered scheme centered around just one Sunshine State county. Similar scams are presumably operative in additional counties and other states — especially “blue” states with high illegal-alien populations.

Not Quite Maximum Overdrive, but Maximal Corruption

The Panama City News Herald reported on the story last Friday, writing:

Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford on June 12 announced the arrest of eight people in connection to a local scandal involving driver’s licenses being fraudulently issued.

According to a BCSO [Bay County Sheriff’s Office] news release, the investigation began May 20 after “suspicious driver’s license transactions” were discovered. It found that two employees of the Bay County Tax Collector’s office were being bribed to provide licenses to people who did not meet the requirements to obtain them.

“The investigation substantiated that two public employees were issuing licenses to aliens with varying legal statuses without providing the required testing,” Ford said during a news conference.

“These weren’t minor shortcuts,” Ford said. “These were intentional acts of corruption where individuals paid bribes in exchange for skipping critical safety evaluations. … Putting untested, unqualified drivers, especially those with commercial licenses, on our roads is an unacceptable risk to every family in this state.”

The local DMV employees arrested were Bancelie Velazco, 37, and Demetrius Smith, 30. Both are Panama City residents.

“Investigators learned (Velazco and Smith) were indeed issuing an unusually large number of driver’s licenses and, when in-house video at the DMV was reviewed, investigators confirmed the individuals receiving the licenses were bypassing the required tests necessary to lawfully receive a license,” the release reads. “These individuals were coming from across the state of Florida to Bay County to receive the driver’s licenses.”

In fact, a “large number” of licenses is an understatement because, apparently, the two officials really jumped the corruption shark. For example, as American Thinker’s Wendi Strauch Mahoney tells us:

Smith reportedly administered 295 driving tests in a single month — far above the average of about 20 to 25.

Indicted Atlantic City Mayor Wins Democratic Primary By Over 1,000 Votes

It’s only fitting that corruption pays off in a town that was bankrolled by the mob…

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small is, to put it gently, in legal hot water. Facing criminal charges related to child abuse and witness tampering, Small is heading toward a July 2025 trial in a courtroom rather than a campaign trail.

And yet, none of that seemed to matter to Democratic primary voters in Atlantic City, according to WPUR.

In what might be the most on-brand moment for Atlantic City politics, Small not only won his primary — he cruised.

The report says that he beat challenger Bob McDevitt by over 1,000 votes (2,683 to 1,580 at last count), Small proved that being under indictment is apparently not a dealbreaker in local elections. If anything, it might just be a résumé booster.

$2 Million Advance? SCOTUS Justices Disclose Financial Gains

Eight of the nine justices on the highest court in the land have filed their annual financial disclosures. These reports, released to the public on Tuesday, detail the incomes, gifts, liabilities, and outside positions of each justice serving on the United States Supreme Court. 

The reports were due May 15 for eight of the justices. According to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, Justice Samuel Alito requested a 90-day extension, as he has done previously.

Three of the justices reported considerable outside income from books in the last year. Ketanji Jackson recorded receiving a book advance payment from Penguin Random House for over $2 million. She also received reimbursements for thirteen “book events”. 

Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Neil Gorsuch also brought in additional money from book deals, according to the reports. Sonia Sotomayor reported over $70,000 in book royalties from Penguin Random House LLC and an additional $60,000 in an advance payment. Sotomayor said that she visited the Coterie Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri, to “review a workshop performance” of “Just Ask,” her children’s book that was adapted as a musical. The trip was valued at $1,437, according to her own report.

Gorsuch claimed over $250,000 in book royalty income from Princeton University Press and HarperCollins Publishers LLC. He also listed reimbursements for three separate “Participations in book-related events” and $30,000 from teaching at George Mason University. 

Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett both reported income from teaching at the University of Notre Dame Law School, claiming over $30,000 each in their individual reports. Kavanaugh continues to coach girls’ basketball, according to his disclosure.

ABC forced to delete story as it’s revealed reporter received $16,000 from a weapons company for travel costs

The ABC is investigating one of its reporters after it was revealed he received $16,000 in travel costs from a weapons company he covered in one of his stories. 

Andrew Greene travelled from Sydney to Germany on business class flights worth about $16,000, and was put up in hotels in Hamburg and Kiel to attend a press event for the German weapons company TKMS. The company paid for his trip.

The senior defence correspondent for the ABC later filed a segment for The World Today about TKMS including quotes from its CEO Oliver Burkhard. After revelations of Greene’s junket came to light, the story was removed from the ABC website.

‘We know what we’re doing,’ Mr Burkhard told Greene in the report.

‘I know our competitors, they never have been exported in the past.’

Greene did not disclose the trip to either his ABC audience or his bosses, according to Media Watch. 

As far as the ABC knew, he was on personal leave and had obtained audio of Mr Burkhard’s press conference by email, rather than travelling to Germany in person.

Media Watch host Linton Besser was highly critical of the veteran reporter, saying that ‘while Andrew Greene might have a long history as a news breaker, he’s now been brought undone by weakness before temptation’.

Cuomo campaign aide who worked for companies tied to Chinese Communist Party quits after Post queries

A mayoral campaign aide to Andrew Cuomo resigned after The Post questioned the years he spent working for companies tied to the Chinese Communist Party and his meteoric rise through the Democratic Party, which alarmed local politicos and national security experts alike.

Dr. Lining “Larry” He stepped down from his role as Cuomo’s Asian outreach director Friday, a week after The Post reached out to him and the Cuomo campaign about his extensive business ties to his native China.

He had served as an executive for a powerful state-owned conglomerate that has CCP cells embedded in its corporate hierarchy, records and news reports obtained by The Post showed. 

These links, along with his association with a NYC political operative with known Beijing ties, worried experts who study the CCP’s international influence efforts, which China calls the “United Front.”

“His position as an Asian community liaison fits with a tactical pattern that such actors are using to gain political legitimacy and influence,” said Dr. Audrye Wong, a fellow with the American Enterprise Institute and United Front expert.

The Statin Wars

We shouldn’t have been surprised that the Covid experience was so marred by financial conflicts where pharmaceutical industry interests called the shots—too often to the detriment of our health.

Some of us weren’t surprised.

For decades, I’ve been unearthing unthinkable scandals inside our medical establishment. They are stories that I wouldn’t have believed myself had I not spoken to first hand sources and whistleblowers, and seen the proof in hard data and documents.

The Statin Wars is one such example.

I began covering issues regarding cholesterol-lowering statins and conflicts of interest around 2004 when I was an investigative reporter for CBS News.

I continued covering these issues on my independent Sunday television program “Full Measure.”

The statin controversy began when a panel of government advisers decided our cholesterol levels should be lower than we thought. It turns out nearly every one of the “experts” — was paid by statin makers. Yet none of them initially disclosed this financial conflict of interest!

Here’s How The Media Are Lying Right Now: Alex Padilla Just ‘Asking A Question’ Edition

Whatever your feelings are on an obnoxious Democrat leader being restrained by federal security — yeah, I don’t really care, either — the one thing I don’t appreciate is being told that what I saw with my eyes isn’t what happened. But if there’s anything the dying news media excel at these days, it’s precisely that.

Video of Alex Padilla has been on replay everywhere since Thursday after the California Democrat abruptly pushed his way to the front of a press briefing led by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Noem was in Los Angeles overseeing federal law enforcement of illegal alien apprehensions and conducting the briefing to explain her department’s work and answer questions from attendees.

In video footage featuring Padilla, the senator is seen advancing toward Noem’s podium, unannounced, and saying something unintelligible before being blocked by security, who attempted to push him back.

“Hands off,” Padilla says. As he continues to struggle with security, he says, “I am Senator Alex Padilla” and “I have questions for the secretary.” He does all this while still pushing himself toward Noem, who was in the middle of speaking. Padilla, a hulking figure standing above six feet — “a big, tall guy,” according to one of his Senate colleagues — was eventually removed from the event while continuing to struggle and ultimately forced to the ground where he was handcuffed.

Afterward, he delivered a Shakespearean on-camera statement where he mustered up a knot in his throat and said he simply had “a question” for Noem. Oh boy, did the dying media take it from there.

New York Times: “The footage shows Mr. Padilla stepping to one side, introducing himself and starting to call out a question …”

NBC: “Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., was forcibly removed from a news conference in Los Angeles on Thursday after he tried to question Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem …”

Reuters: “Democratic U.S. Senator Alex Padilla was shoved, forced to the ground and handcuffed by security after attempting to ask a question at a press conference …”

Politico: “… the handcuffing of Sen. Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) by law enforcement after he tried to ask a question at a news conference …”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, the white male version of Kamala Harris, said on social media, “If they can handcuff a U.S. Senator for asking a question, imagine what they will do to you.”

If Padilla was just “asking a question,” then Kanye West is just thinking out loud.
