More Details Emerge of Trump’s Secret Use of ICE to Spy on Critics

Lawmakers and privacy advocates are demanding answers from the Trump administration about its weaponization of digital tools and popular web platforms to spy on critics and activists. Targets have included a student who attended a pro-Palestine protest and anonymous web users posting about President Donald Trump’s violent immigration crackdown, but the administration’s secret systems of surveillance likely cast a wide net.

Privacy groups are also making demands of Big Tech firms such as Meta and Google, which have come under pressure from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to hand over identifying information for anonymous users. Officials from the agency have wielded legally dubious administrative subpoenas — meant to be used to determine duties on imported products — in an attempt to compel the information.

The efforts to expose domestic spying under the Trump administration offer a preview of how Democrats could yield subpoena power next year if voters hand them the House majority in November. Rep. Delia Ramirez, a Democrat from Illinois who was appointed ranking member of the cybersecurity subcommittee of the House Committee on Homeland Security this week, said emerging technologies are being used to violate civil rights and target Trump’s critics.

“The Trump-Miller regime is weaponizing the government and abusing every authority to persecute anyone whom they perceive as an enemy,” Ramirez told Truthout in a text on April 29, referencing Stephen Miller, the anti-immigrant extremist serving as a top adviser to Trump. “And fascism always requires a public enemy.”

ICE Targets Personal Information of Trump Critics

On April 17, attorneys with the Civil Liberties Defense Center filed a motion in federal court to throw out a grand jury subpoena that Reddit received from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) demanding “extensive private information” about an anonymous user. The user had posted statements critical of ICE and other political content on Reddit, a popular online discussion forum.

Reddit originally received an administrative subpoena from an ICE official in Virginia demanding the user’s personal information, The Intercept first reported earlier this month. The Civil Liberties Defense Center, representing the Reddit user, immediately filed a motion against the summons. Rather than defend the original administrative subpoena in court, ICE switched tactics in early April and demanded that Reddit attorneys appear before a secret grand jury, according to organization’s executive director Lauren Regan.

Ten years of Biden weaponization produced enemy list that makes Watergate water under the bridge

Over the past decade, a series of investigations, declassified documents and reporting appear to show a pattern of federal agencies under former President Joe Biden’s administration directing law enforcement, intelligence, and regulatory tools against political opponents, particularly President Donald Trump and his allies.

“What they did, seemingly, was to target people that they knew supported the president and that the president was talking with,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., whose records were obtained by the Biden DOJ, told Just The News. 

“You get the feeling that they had a short list or an enemies list or a target list, and while they were trying to pull him in and say it was a conspiracy, then you have to just surmise that their intent was they could surveil us and try to make us coconspirators.” 

The list of targets also includes conservative private citizens, pro-life activists and parents. While roots of the weaponization trace to 2016-era Russia collusion inquiries during Biden’s vice presidency, the pattern intensified after 2021 with Biden as president, with directives that appeared to lower investigative thresholds and prioritized ideological targets. 

A June 2021 National Security Council strategic plan, declassified in 2025, explicitly authorized the DOJ, FBI, DHS, and other agencies to monitor “concerning non-criminal behavior” tied to domestic terrorism. 

It flagged conservative symbols (Gadsden flags, Second Amendment references), active-duty military personnel, gun owners, traditional Catholics, and those spreading what officials called “xenophobic” disinformation or resisting COVID policies and school curricula. Whistleblowers described how this led to FBI probes of school-board parents and pro-life networks, while ignoring comparable left-wing activity.  

The Biden administration also unevenly applied the FACE Act – a federal law prohibiting the use of force, threat of force, or physical obstruction to injure, intimidate, or interfere with anyone obtaining or providing reproductive health services, including abortion, or exercising religious freedom at a place of worship.

A DOJ review found prosecutors collaborated with abortion-rights groups to track pro-life demonstrators’ travel and advocacy, withheld exculpatory evidence, and imposed average prison terms of nearly 27 months on pro-life defendants—more than double those given to pro-abortion violators. 

Federal funding flowed to state-level efforts against Trump. 

In 2022, the Biden DOJ invited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to apply for a $2 million sole-source grant under a community-violence program while she built her election-interference case against Trump and coordinated with the White House and House January 6 investigators. Willis’s office won the grant and ultimately in total received more than $18 million in DOJ grants during the prosecution.

Also in 2022, the FBI opened its “Arctic Frost” probe into Trump’s alternate-electors strategy, which targeted nearly 400 Trump associates and conservative groups on thin predication, according to internal memos and Senate records. An anti-Trump FBI supervisor, Timothy Thibault, drove the case by circulating liberal media claims, echoing the earlier Crossfire Hurricane pattern.

By now, it’s become clear that US President Donald J. Trump is not one to forgive or forget a slight or a betrayal.

During the ongoing military confrontation against Iran, Trump feels that a good number of ‘allies’ have let the United States down, and now, retribution is expected to follow.

Today it arises that Trump has developed something, some form of a ‘naughty and nice’ list of NATO countries, in an effort that puts them into ‘tiers’, according to ‘three European diplomats and a U.S. defense official familiar with the plan’ – the usual ‘off the record’ MSM sources.

The story was first reported by Politico and then picked up by literally dozens of outlets around the world.

“It’s the latest sign that President Donald Trump plans to make good on his threats against allies who don’t adhere to his wishes. And it’s another pressure point on the increasingly frayed alliance, which has been battered by Trump’s attacks — from his push to annex Greenland to his warning of a complete withdrawal from the pact.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth floated the broad idea in December. ‘Model allies that step up, like Israel, South Korea, Poland, increasingly Germany, the Baltics and others, will receive our special favor’, he said. ‘Allies that still fail to do their part for collective defense will face consequences’.”

Fascist Colorado Democrat Says He is ‘Creating Lists’ of People in the Trump Administration to ‘Hold Accountable’ in the Future

Democrat Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado recently appeared on MSNOW and said that he is creating ‘lists’ of people in the Trump administration to go after in the future.

These people don’t seem to realize that they are the fascists. They are the ones who want to use the power of the state to go after their perceived political enemies. They are the ones who are chomping at the bit to wield power over others.

It should be noted that Crow was one of the Democrats who urged the military to ignore supposedly illegal orders. Also, last summer he claimed it was ‘dangerous’ for Tulsi Gabbard to hold Obama accountable for the Russigate hoax.

Democratic lawmaker warns he’s ‘taking names,’ creating list of people who need to be held accountable

Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo., said he was “taking names” and creating his own list on Tuesday when pressed on how Democrats were going to respond to what MS NOW reported as an “enemies” list from the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ), specifically with regard to his participation in a video telling U.S. military personnel to refuse hypothetical illegal orders from the Trump administration.

MS NOW’s Ari Melber, after displaying a graphic of the alleged “enemies” list, said, “Pam Bondi’s out, partly because she has zero wins on this. Probably a good thing for the rule of law, but was a bad thing for her. What do you say to her, to Todd Blanche, who appears to be pursuing a similar program? What will the Congress do? And if they break laws within the DOJ of selective prosecution, will they ever be held accountable?”

Crow argued that strong leadership required them to be thrown “into the fire” and to “pick fights,” as Melber asked him again what they were going to do about it.

“Well, accountability will come, sooner or later,” he said. “You can’t hide from that. We are taking names. I’m creating my own lists of people that need to have oversight and accountability. It is so important right now that people understand that if you’re in this administration, and you’re asked to violate the law, or violate your oath, or turn your back on the Constitution, that you will be judged — one way or another, at some point or another.”

FBI Is Making an Enemies List—and Most Corporate Media Didn’t Even Check It Once

The Trump FBI is drawing up an enemies list that could encompass well over half the US public: Do you “advance…opposition to law and immigration enforcement”? Do you have “extreme views in favor of mass migration and open borders”? Show an “adherence to radical gender ideology,” meaning you think trans people exist? Do you exhibit (what the Trump administration would interpret as) “anti-Americanism,” “anti-capitalism” or “anti-Christianity”? Do you display “hostility towards traditional views on family, religion and morality”?

Congratulations—you may be headed for Attorney General Pam Bondi’s “list of groups or entities engaging in acts that may constitute domestic terrorism.” “Terrorism,” of course, is the magic word that strips you of all sorts of legal protections, especially in the post-9/11 era.

This is from a Justice Department memo obtained by independent journalist Ken Klippenstein (12/6/25)—which goes on to instruct the FBI to set up “a cash reward system” for people who turn in those promoting such thoughtcrime, and “establish cooperators to provide information and eventually testify against other members” of groups with these dangerous ideas.

This is the implementation of the Trump administration’s avowed policy of criminalizing dissent—in the words of the NSPM-7 decree, outlawing “organized campaigns of…radicalization…designed to…change or direct policy outcomes” (FAIR.org, 10/3/25; CounterSpin, 10/17/25)—and as such is another giant step towards authoritarianism. Establishment media didn’t see it that way, however.

‘Not. One. Story.’ Liberal news outlets’ silence regarding Biden’s ‘enemies list’ is deafening

The liberal media wasted a great deal of airtime and ink over the past decade fearmongering about the Russian collusion narrative but clammed up earlier this year when the Trump administration produced receipts demonstrating that the basis of multiple investigations and numerous arrests was nothing more than a hoax perpetrated on the American people by the Obama administration.

In the wake of revelations this week about Operation Arctic Frost — chiefly about the Biden FBI’s surveillance of Republican lawmakers and indiscriminate targeting of conservatives — the liberal media has once again proven strategically incurious, evidencing the unidirectional nature of their outrage.

The New York Times, for instance, has concern–mongered in recent weeks about personnel changes at the Justice Department and the Trump administration’s alleged use of “the federal government’s vast intelligence gathering and law enforcement authority to cast the specter of criminality on Mr. Trump’s enemies.”

However, with the apparent exception of an Oct. 7 article focusing on Republican denunciations of special counsel Jack Smith’s covert collection of lawmakers’ phone records and an Oct. 21 article boosting denials issued on Smith’s behalf by his lawyers, the Times has avoided troubling itself with questions about Arctic Frost or the latest documents highlighting the Biden FBI’s targeting of conservatives.

ARREST JACK SMITH NOW! Latest Arctic Frost List Confirms Smith and Democrats Were Aiming to Wipe MAGA Off the Map and Ultimately to Jail All MAGA Leaders — FULL LIST INCLUDED

The Arctic Frost investigation was a codenamed FBI probe launched in April 2022 under the Biden administration. Originally, we were told it was an investigation into the legitimate alternative electors from the 2020 election.

On Tuesday, we found out that the investigation was much more than that. It now appears that Arctic Frost, launched by Jack Smith and the Biden regime, was an attempt to wipe out MAGA and to persecute many of the top MAGA personalities.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday, the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee released new Arctic Frost documents, which revealed the investigation was much more widespread than previously thought.

More than 100 individuals were under investigation, including Steven Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Ed Martin, Dr. Peter Navarro, and others, by Jack Smith and the Biden regime.

Per Tuesday’s GOP-led Judiciary Committee:

  •  Arctic Frost investigators utilized FBI field offices from across the country to conduct its investigation.
  • Arctic Frost investigators requested $16,600 to travel to conduct more than 40 interviews.
  • 109 individuals, including Peter Navarro, Dan Scavino, Jeff Rosen, and Ed Martin, were under investigation.

What was the crime? There was no crime. Smith and the Biden team were attempting to eradicate MAGA from the country by eliminating over 100 of its state and national leaders.

The House Judiciary Committee PDF appears to be a heavily redacted document.

The document totals 198 pages.

Trump Calls Off Diplomacy With Maduro As Secret DOJ-Approved Kill List Revealed

Several significant developments this week have paved the way for more likely US military escalation off the coast of and in Venezuela, at a moment of unprecedented numbers of Pentagon assets parked in the Caribbean.

First, President Trump has called off diplomatic efforts to reach an agreement with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, The New York Times reported Monday. The president called his special envoy, Richard Grenell, who had been leading the efforts to negotiate with Maduro, informing him the US halting all diplomatic outreach with the Venezuelan government.

As of about two weeks ago, Grenell confirmed that contacts with the Maduro government had been ongoing, however, this statement caught other top members of the administration – especially Secretary Marco Rubio – off guard.

Another big development, following the Pentagon’s at least four strikes thus far on boats believed involved in drug smuggling operations, is the revelation of a classified legal opinion from the DOJ providing cover to use military force against an expanding list of cartels and suspected drug traffickers.

“The opinion, which was produced by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel and has not been previously reported, argues that the president is allowed to authorize deadly force against a broad range of cartels because they pose an imminent threat to Americans,” CNN reports. “The list of cartels goes beyond those the administration has publicly designated as terrorist organizations, the people familiar with the opinion said.”

It essentially gives the US carte blanche for an open-ended war against these groups on the secret list, which hearkens back in parallel to the Obama years of secret drone wars in the Middle East, particularly Yemen.

Indeed analysts cited in the CNN report which broke the story compared the classified list to similar ones in the immediate yeas after 9/11.

“If the OLC opinion authorizing strikes on cartels is as broad as it seems, it would mean DOJ has interpreted the president to have such extraordinary powers that he alone can decide to prosecute a war far broader than what Congress authorized after the attacks on 9/11,” Sarah Harrison, a senior analyst at the Crisis Group, told the outlet.

“By this logic, any small, medium or big group that is trafficking drugs into the US – the administration could claim it amounts to an attack against the United States and respond with lethal force,” added Harrison. So far the US has been engaged in shoot to kill actions of the Venezuelan coast targeting ‘narco-terrorists’ and traffickers.

Fascism Alert: Rep. Eric “Fang Fang” Swalwell Vows to Go After Private Citizens Working With President Trump Should Democrats Seize Control of Congress

The Democrats will be targeting ordinary Americans to retailate against the Trump Adminstration for holding disgraced former FBI Director James Comey accountable along with people who have worked with President Trump to clean up corruption and go after bad actors.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Department of Justice indicted Comey on Thursday on charges of making false statements and obstruction of justice.

This came days after Trump issued a public demand for his Justice Department to act “now” to bring prosecutions against Comey for his crimes.

Comey repeatedly lied to Congress and the FISA Court in order to spy on Trump in the Russiagate scandal, something he knew was completely made up back in 2016.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-China) went on CNN this morning and vowed revenge on the Trump Administration.

He stated that should Democrats gain control of Congress, they would subpoena the Department of Justice and try to bully them into coughing up answers.

“We’re going into the majority a year from now,” Swalwell said. “We will bring oversight…We will subpoena the Department of Justice.”

Swalwell then made clear private citizens who had worked with Trump would be in the Democrat bullseye if his party seizes control of Congress. So, fascism is on the menu.

“But also private actors who have done these drug deals with the administration,” Swalwell stated. “College campuses, entertainment companies, law firms…”

“So, accountability is coming,” he added. “It’s all coming out.”

“I hope that deters people from doing more of these deals for the president.”

The Center Square reported Friday that “in the wake of the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, thousands of social media posts appear to list politically conservative targets for assassination by the political left.” Some of the principal names that keep recurring on the left’s death wish lists are some of the most prominent critics of the transgender madness: Joe Rogan, JK Rowling, Ben Shapiro, and Matt Walsh, as well as President Donald Trump, Libs of TikTok’s Chaya Raichik, Elon Musk, and Andy Ngo.
