ACLU And Celebs Release Cringe Appeal To Allow Men In Women’s Sports

The American Civil Liberties Union has rolled out a new campaign pushing for biological males to compete in women’s sports, just as the Supreme Court takes up cases that could finally protect female athletes from unfair competition.

Featuring ‘stars’ including Megan Rapinoe and Naomi Watts, the ad frames this as a fight for “freedom,” when in reality it’s just another leftist assault on women’s rights and fair play.

The ACLU’s “More Than A Game” ad, launched during women’s basketball games on January 12, features celebrities and young people delivering lines like: “When you’re young, you believe that you can do anything. And then the world tries to set limits for you. Tell you what’s allowed, what is normal, who you’re supposed to be.”

It continues: “But on the field, the track, the court, here you get to be exactly who you want. Because at our core, we still are kids that just want to play. The go big game changers. The living, breathing fabric of this country.”

The ad closes with: “Supporting trans youth isn’t just about sports. It’s about freedom on and off the field. It’s more than a game.”

The campaign ties directly to Supreme Court cases challenging bans on transgender girls in school sports in West Virginia and Idaho.

Newsom Adds Menopause Funding to California Budget After Public Criticism From Halle Berry

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has added millions of dollars for menopause-related health services to the state budget following public criticism from actress Halle Berry, who recently faulted him for vetoing legislation aimed at expanding menopause care coverage, as reported by The New York Post.

In his newly unveiled budget, Newsom included $3.4 million in funding dedicated to menopause and perimenopause services within California’s roughly $350 billion spending plan.

The funding was included without public fanfare and appears as a line item in budget documents.

According to those documents, the allocation includes $3 million from the state’s general fund, along with “$391,000 Managed Care Fund ongoing, to support health care coverage for perimenopause and menopause, including enrollee access to care, provider education, and a statewide public awareness campaign.”

The move follows criticism Berry delivered onstage weeks earlier, where she took direct aim at Newsom for vetoing menopause-related legislation in consecutive years.

“Back in my great state of California, my very own governor, Gavin Newsom, has vetoed our menopause bill, not one, but two years in a row,” Berry said.

“But that’s OK, because he’s not going to be governor forever, and the way he has overlooked women, half the population, by devaluing us, he probably should not be our next president either. Just saying.”

Timothy Busfield MISSING: US Marshals join search for Melissa Gilbert’s West Wing star husband on child sex abuse warrant as he says claims are ‘revenge’ after kids were dropped from cast

Federal authorities are helping to search for West Wing actor Timothy Busfield, who is accused of inappropriately touching a minor on a TV show set.

A warrant has been issued for the 68-year-old Emmy award-winning actor’s arrest, charging him with two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse on the set of his TV show ‘The Cleaning Lady.’

The US Marshals are now assisting officers to locate him and take him into custody, a spokesperson for the Albuquerque Police Department said.

When asked if Busfield had been located, detained or arrested, a APD spokesperson told People: ‘Not that I am aware.’

An investigation into Busfield’s alleged behavior began in November 2024 when staff at the University of New Mexico Hospital called police and reported twin 11-year-old boys potentially being groomed on the set of ‘The Cleaning Lady,’ which Busfield directed.

According to a complaint filed in Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court, the alleged abuse occurred between November 2022 and spring 2024. A warrant has been issued for Busfield’s arrest in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

In an accompanying affidavit, an officer shared how Busfield allegedly ‘grew closer to the boys’ during their time on set and told the children ‘to call him Uncle Tim’ as he and his wife, actress Melissa Gilbert, bought the boys Christmas gifts, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Meanwhile, Busfield would allegedly ‘tickle them on the stomach and legs, despite them not liking the tickling.’

The children did not allege sexual touching at the time, but in October 2025 one of the parents reported to Child Protective Services that her child disclosed alleged sexual abuse by Busfield.

Reality TV Star Spencer Pratt Announces Los Angeles Mayoral Bid, Vows to ‘Expose the System’

Reality television star Spencer Pratt is taking the city of Los Angeles to task, as he launches a mayoral bid one year after losing his home in the destructive Palisades wildfire.

Pratt, 42, announced his campaign for office while delivering remarks at the “They Let Us Burn” rally set up by the Palisades Fire Residents Coalition on Jan. 7.

“It’s official,” Pratt captioned the video of his speech posted on X. “I’m running for Mayor of LA. I’ve waited a whole year for someone to step up and challenge Karen Bass, but I saw no fighters. Guess I’m gonna have to do this myself.”

The rally landed on the anniversary of the wildfire in the Pacific Palisades, which burned more than 23,000 acres and destroyed 6,837 structures. Twelve people lost their lives.

Pratt gathered alongside other residents in demanding accountability from California leaders and local agencies, who they say have not made progress in creating a clear prevention plan or taking other precautionary actions.

“The system in Los Angeles isn’t struggling, it’s fundamentally broken,” Pratt told a crowd of fire survivors and rallygoers. “It is a machine designed to protect the people at the top and the friends they exchange favors with while the rest of us drown in toxic smoke and ash.”

‘The View’ Co-Host Joy Behar Says ‘Fascism’ Has Arrived in America, Now Living Under Trump ‘Dictatorship’

The View co-host Joy Behar has warned that “fascism” has arrived and that Americans are living under a Trump “dictatorship.”

During Thursday’s edition of the left-wing panel show, Behar urged people to “wake up” to the reality of what they are living under.

She ranted:

Are we in the middle of fascist America? Because in this day yesterday in the left, just this last week, I’m just going to give you a summary of what we’ve been through one week.

Pete Hegseth started an illegal war for oil in Venezuela. Right. Stephen Miller threatened a military takeover of Greenland. RFK Jr. slashed childhood vaccine recommendations and ICE shot and killed a United States citizen in Minneapolis.

Yeah, that sort of adds up to me like a dictatorship in the making that we are now in it. We are in it now.

And American people, I think, have to wake up to this a little bit more than we are. We try very hard to give you what we know, but people have to start reading and watching and paying attention a little bit more than we have, because we can lose it.

These ICE agents, by the way, they get a $50,000 bonus when they sign up. They’re highly motivated people who probably don’t have much going on.

CRINGEWORTHY: Whoopi Goldberg of ‘The View’ Wonders Why NATO Hasn’t Rescued America From Trump

On ‘The View’ today, host Whoopi Goldberg wondered why NATO (the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) has not intervened to save America from Trump, the duly elected President of the United States.

Does she actually think foreign militaries are going to land on our shores and remove Trump the way we just took out Maduro? Is that what she wants?

Who watches this show and takes it seriously? Who thinks this is an intelligent take and not painfully, embarrassingly stupid?

NewsBusters reported:

On Wednesday’s edition of The View, their inciting rhetoric reached a new dangerous level when moderator Whoopi Goldberg seemingly called on NATO to save America from President Trump and “GET HIM OUT!” She claimed America no longer had a government and demanded to know “where is everybody,” particularly NATO since they’ve helped us out before after 9/11. She also claimed Trump’s new foreign policy goal was “global domination.”…

Of course, they failed to mention it was part of the Russian ghost fleet and that it has sapped through multiple flags.

Later in the same segment, Whoopi shouted and demanded to know “Where is everybody?!” and recalled how NATO once came to our aid in a time of need, as if were in such a time again:

GOLDBERG: Let me just say this, here’s my question! Where is everybody?! Where is everybody else?! We come to everybody’s aid.

SUNNY HOSTIN: Yeah.

GOLDBERG: We help everybody. NATO, they came and helped us after 9/11. Where is everybody? Because we’re all —

SARA HAINES: They’re worrying about Greenland right now!

Goldberg seemed to go completely insane, screaming about America supposedly not having a government: “Where is the government?! Do you realize we don’t have a government?!” Adding: “And this is a huge and should be our biggest bitch right now.”

SICK Kimmel Claims Trump Wants To KILL AMERICANS

Talk show loser Jimmy Kimmel unleashed another unhinged rant against President Trump during a monologue Wednesday, peddling the absurd narrative that Trump is out to “kill” citizens through ICE operations.

Fresh off a justified self-defense shooting by an ICE agent in Minneapolis, Kimmel twisted the facts to fuel leftist outrage, ignoring the real threats from violent agitators obstructing law enforcement.

This comes as no surprise from a host whose Trump Derangement Syndrome has consumed his failing show, turning it into a nightly echo chamber for anti-America propaganda.

Desperate for relevance, Kimmel presented custom t-shirts during the pathetic segment. The prop was inserted presumably as the ‘comedy’, because otherwise it would’ve literally been just him claiming Trump wants to murder people.

He flashed one that read “Donald J Trump is going to kill you” and another aimed at ICE demanding “Get the f*** out of Minneapolis.”

He claimed, “He isn’t just killing people overseas an ICE agent today shot and killed An unarmed 37 year old woman during an ice operation In Minneapolis who were there under the guise of protecting us.”

He then attempted to ridicule Trump’s Truth Social post defending the agent, reading it aloud before dismissively suggesting “Now I saw this video It didn’t look like anybody got run over to me.”

This isn’t comedy or entertainment; it’s a sad bid for attention from a soon to be unemployed has-been. Why does anyone need Kimmel’s withering commentary? Even leftists must find this beyond cringe.

Kimmel’s obsession with Trump borders on pathological—it’s literally all he talks about every night on his low-rated ABC show that absolutely no one watches. With ratings in the toilet, it’s a safe bet ABC axes the irrelevant relic as soon as his contract expires.

ANOTHER state is embroiled in fraud scandal with ‘$77MILLION of taxpayers’ money going missing’… and WWE stars are at the center

Mississippi has joined the list of states embroiled in major fraud scandals, as a welfare scheme trial centered around WWE stars is set to kick off this week.

The embezzlement scheme saw at least $77 million of taxpayers’ hard-earned money go toward frivolous things instead of helping those in need in America’s poorest state, according to authorities.

Instead of helping the less fortunate, cash was splurged on a lavish home in Jackson, cars, paying off a non-profit leader’s speeding ticket, and funding a new $5 million volleyball stadium at Mississippi University, among other items, authorities said.

A total of seven people have pleaded guilty to state or federal charges related to the fraud case, but one person, former pro wrestler Ted DiBiase Jr., has decided to plead not guilty and stand trial.

His brother, Brett DiBiase, 37, was also charged in the welfare-fraud scandal. Brett, who also wrestled professionally, pleaded guilty to state and federal charges.

Meanwhile, his older brother, who received the Million Dollar Championship title in 2010 from their wrestler father, Ted DiBiase Sr., is the only person indicted after he chose to fight money laundering, wire fraud, theft, and conspiracy charges.

The trial, which is set to begin Tuesday, will detail how DiBiase, 43, allegedly pocketed around $4 million in welfare dollars that he used for himself.

The fraud in Mississippi comes as similar allegations continue to sweep across Minnesota that suggest alleged scammers, most of Somali descent, are said to have spent millions meant to feed hungry children on flashy cars and swanky travels, according to court evidence obtained by CBS.

According to prosecutors, DiBiase allegedly concealed money through phony contracts with non-profit organizations, including the Mississippi Community Education Center, in a conspiracy to steal funds from welfare programs, including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

Prosecutors said DiBiase embezzled around $1.1 million and used the cash to buy luxurious items, including a boat and a vehicle.

Per the contracts, two companies owned by DiBiase were allegedly supposed to look into the need for emergency food aid, provide leadership outreach to the community, and help inner-city children.

But, according to the indictment reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, the married father-of-two ‘did not provide and did not intend to provide’ those assistance programs to Mississippians.

Meanwhile, DiBiase said he has brought forward ‘significant evidence that he did perform work under the relevant contracts,’ according to a November court filing obtained by the outlet.

The only person involved in the scandal who has been sentenced for his crimes is former Department of Human Services Head John Davis.

A judge decided Davis, the highest-ranking official embroiled in the conspiracy, will spend 32 years in prison for state charges. He has not yet been sentenced for his federal crimes, WLBT reported.

He was found guilty of having tens of millions of dollars go toward specific non-profits before he took the money for his own personal use.

Jeffrey Epstein gave backstage tickets to David Copperfield shows to his underage girls, as magician gets dragged further into pedophile’s case

Jeffrey Epstein gave several of his victims ‘backstage passes’ to magician David Copperfield’s shows as a treat for their services, prosecutors claimed in the newly released emails.

In bombshell messages seen by the Daily Mail, one unnamed prosecutor described the famous illusionist as Epstein’s ‘favorite cohort’ and said tickets to his performances were used as ‘birthday gifts’ for the girls the pedophile abused.

The explosive claims appear in emails dated October 2007, written shortly after the FBI raided a Las Vegas warehouse owned by Copperfield amid allegations he raped an adult woman – allegations the magician has always denied and for which no charges were filed.

The emails were included in the trove of documents released by the Department of Justice this week related to its investigation into Epstein.

Among the files were three photos showing Copperfield dressed in matching white bathrobes with Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving 20 years in prison for trafficking minors to Epstein.

The two are pictured playfully hugging each other and fooling around with candy while Copperfield, 69, whose real name is David Kotkin, smiles.

But the newly released emails give fresh insight into the depth of the relationship between Epstein, who hanged himself in 2019, and Copperfield, who has been accused of sexual misconduct in the past but always denied it.

In the October 2007 email, the prosecutor – whose name is redacted – wrote: ‘FYI FBI Seattle and FBI Las Vegas executed a search today on a warehouse owned by Epstein’s favorite cohort, David Copperfield, in connection with allegations that Copperfield raped an adult female.

Reginald D Hunter has summons for ‘antisemitic’ social media posts quashed as judge rules private prosecution was a bid to get comedian ‘cancelled’

A court summons issued against comedian Reginald D Hunter has been quashed by a court after a judge ruled it was an ‘abusive’ bid to get the comedian ‘cancelled’.

The American comic, who lives in the UK, was the subject of a private prosecution by Jewish group the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA).

It had alleged that he had sent offensive communications to antisemitism campaigner Heidi Bachram three times in 2024, on August 24, September 10 and September 11 on the social platform X, formerly Twitter.

But a summons issued to Mr Hunter, 56, by the CAA was quashed at Westminster Magistrates’ Court by Judge Michael Snow following an application by the defence.

Judge Snow ruled that the CAA had been motivated by a desire to ‘have [Hunter] cancelled’ and that the prosecution was ‘abusive’, adding that the group was seeking to use the criminal justice system for ‘improper reasons’.

He criticised the Jewish organisation for a ‘wholly inadequate’ summary of Ms Bachram’s tweeting in its summary of its application when it came to disclosing her social media posts towards him.

This, he said, ‘misled’ him into believing that the comedian’s tweets were targeting her faith rather than responding to attempts to have him ‘cancelled’.

The private prosecution against Mr Hunter – known for his appearances on panel shows as well as a career of live stand-up – was brought without the involvement of the police or the Crown Prosecution Service.
