“Out Of Touch”: Marylanders Fume As Gov. Moore Prioritizes Building Energy-Hungry ‘Sphere’ Amid Power Bill Crisis

Marylanders are raging at left-wing Governor Wes Moore, accusing him of fast-tracking a massively power-hungry Sphere entertainment venue near Washington, DC, while working-class households across the central part of the state are drowning under crushing electricity bills.

“So this Governor spends money he doesn’t even have yet. 200 million dollars of the cost for the Sphere at National Harbor will come from the State of Maryland’s 2027 budget. He is so out of touch with what MD residents need and doesn’t care as long as his name is in the headlines every day,” Maryland resident Amy Milberger Seaman wrote in a Facebook group called “BGE Victims,” which has nearly 15,000 residents upset about exploding power bills.

Local media outlet WBAL-TV reported Monday that Sphere Entertainment plans to build its second U.S. Sphere venue in National Harbor, in Prince George’s County.

The Sphere will be slightly smaller than the one in Las Vegas, seating 6,000. Gov. Moore called the project the largest economic development project in the county’s history. The venue is expected to be funded through a mix of public and private financing, including $200 million in incentives from the state.

Minnesota teacher insults student’s intelligence during ugly classroom clash over Renee Good’s death

A veteran Minnesota high school teacher bizarrely raged over the details surrounding anti-ICE protester Renee Good’s death during a heated argument with a student — which ended when she insulted the boy’s intelligence, according to video of the disturbing scene.

Becker High School social studies teacher Dr. Heather Abrahamson grew increasingly agitated as she insisted that ICE agent Jonathan Ross used unnecessary deadly force against Good, 37, according to Libs of TikTok, which posted the clip and identified Abrahamson in a Tuesday X post.

“His move should have been to go like this if he was really afraid. Your job as a police officer is to de-escalate,” the instructor can be heard saying while the camera is pointed at other students sitting at their desks in the Becker classroom.

The video then pans to show Abrahamson, who is standing within inches of the unidentified student’s face, as she repeatedly interrupts his claim that Ross “had a split second” to decide whether to kill the mother of three.

Omar Now Under Investigation by the House Oversight Committee

A Fox News report is drawing renewed scrutiny to Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minnesota, after financial disclosures showed a dramatic increase in her household’s reported assets over a single year, prompting an ethics investigation by the House Oversight Committee.

During a Fox News segment, correspondent Nate Foy detailed the changes in Omar’s disclosed finances, focusing on the growth of assets tied to her husband’s business ventures.

“This woman Ilhan Omar’s net worth went up nearly $30 million the question is, how?” Foy said.

“Here’s what we know. Omar’s husband, a former political consultant, owns a venture capital firm based in Washington, DC, and a winery in California.”

Foy pointed to Omar’s congressional financial disclosures to illustrate the scale of the increase.

“Take a look at these numbers. In 2023 Omar disclosed a maximum of $50,000 in assets at the winery. The next year, Dana, that number increased to $5 million,” he said.

He also highlighted changes tied to Omar’s husband’s venture capital firm.

No White Men Need Apply

On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump promised to end federal spending on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. Yet the government has continued to award contracts based on race and sex. Despite rampant fraud and multiple court rulings against the practice, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has used “disadvantage” essays from business owners to skirt the rules and continue discriminatory programs that dole out billions in government contracts.

For decades, the federal government has awarded certain special contracts exclusively to so-called disadvantaged businesses and women-owned small businesses. Until 2023, SBA presumed that racial minorities were “disadvantaged.” The resulting discrimination was absolute: according to an analysis conducted between 2020 and 2023, these programs made not a single award to white men.

Though the second Trump administration has taken steps to limit these contracts, the largest disadvantaged-business initiative—the SBA’s 8(a) program—is thriving. The program “is still one of the most lucrative and sought after” SBA certificates, one contracting lawyer said in November. In fact, fiscal year 2025 saw the largest 8(a) spending on record, totaling $26 billion.

President Trump signed an executive order forbidding federal DEI discrimination, and a federal district court struck down the SBA’s presumption that minorities are disadvantaged. How, then, has 8(a) survived?

Much as colleges have used personal essays to evade affirmative-action bans, the Small Business Administration has asked companies to submit “social disadvantage narratives” to qualify for the 8(a) program. These allow business owners to establish minority status through descriptions of racial taunts or alleged discrimination. Applicants might not check a racial box, but the implication is clear: no white men need apply.

The SBA’s “Guide for Demonstrating Social Disadvantage” reveals how the shell game works. The guide teaches applicants how to play the system, featuring examples of potential “disadvantage.” It gives minorities and women the magic words: “I believe my application [for a bank loan] was denied due to bias toward my race” and “I believe my request [to declare a business major] was denied based on sex bias.” Once the agency approves the application, the contracts can start flowing—no real evidence required.

Are these applicants always disadvantaged? No. Consider Earl Stafford Jr., a black contractor who wrote an essay to apply for the 8(a) program. The Washington Business Journal reported on Stafford’s “painstaking” ordeal of writing the essay, in which he described unspecified acts of discrimination that made him think that he did not have “what it took to be in business.” Yet his father, Earl Stafford Sr., founded a successful defense firm and started his own private foundation—hardly the background of a disadvantaged person.

As with any racialized initiative, the 8(a) program is ripe for fraud. White business owners can find a minority front man or a woman to head a nominally disadvantaged or woman-owned firm, which the white man continues to run behind the scenes. Another option is for minority-owned firms to receive the government contract but act as “pass through,” taking a cut off the top and paying another firm to do the contracted work. The Supreme Court ruled last year against a “disadvantaged” company that provided none of the required paint for a Philadelphia bridge and train station and passed the work to other firms.

Out-and-out dishonesty is also common. In 2023, Margarita Howard and her companies HX5 and HX5 Sierra were forced to pay the government almost $8 millionfor lying about Howard’s assets in order to participate in 8(a). At the time she claimed to be disadvantaged, Howard was living in a 14,000-square-foot waterside Florida mansion featured on HGTV’s Extreme Homes, the complaint against her alleges. Howard is still the CEO of HX5 (a “woman-owned small business”) and applies for federal money. The Trump administration awarded her company millions last year.

Nick Sortor: Legacy Media is Covering Up Riots in MN, But It Is Even Worse Than That

Independent journalist Nick Sortor described what he characterized as ongoing riots in Minneapolis and accused legacy media of minimizing the severity of the unrest during an exchange with commentator Charlie Hurt, detailing how he was attacked, robbed, and later told by police to leave the area while reporting.

Sortor said the situation in Minneapolis has been volatile from the outset and that media coverage has failed to reflect what he says is happening on the ground.

“It’s been a riot since day one. Charlie,” Sortor said.

“I mean, out here, they’ve been trying to cover it up. The legacy media in particular, they don’t want to show what’s actually going on out here.”

He explained that safety concerns forced him to report from a distance, even with police present nearby.

“I have to do this live shot from several blocks away,” Sortor said.

“You can see the police lights in the distance, but I can’t go over there anymore because I will be attacked even with police fights over there, that is not a protest.”

‘Long COVID’ or COVID-19 Vaccine Injury?

The study is titled “Circulating Microclots Are Structurally Associated With Neutrophil Extracellular Traps and Their Amounts Are Elevated in Long COVID Patients”. It’s by Alain R. Theirry et al. and was published in the Journal of Medical Virology on October 2, 2025.

To be clear, the authors of the study do not suggest that the patients’ symptoms had been caused by vaccination.

In fact, it was funded in part by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, which owns a holding company that is the majority voting shareholder in the pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk and has investments in vaccine companies.

(This is documented by Dr. Brian Hooker, Dr. Jeet Varia, and me in our May 2025 paper in the Journal of Biotechnology and Biomedicine, in which we show how a Danish study by Anders Hviid et al. 2019 was effectively designed to find no association between the measles, mumps, and rubella [MMR] vaccine and autism. See the section of our paper on the authors’ conflicts of interest.)

Given that funding source, you wouldn’t expect this study’s authors to draw attention to a connection between COVID‑19 vaccines and the syndrome labelled “Long COVID”.

You can imagine how scientists wouldn’t want to risk future funding by doing such a thing. Nobody wants to destroy their own career.

Consider, for instance, how Dr. Marcus Zervos, an infectious disease specialist at Henry Ford Health in Michigan, agreed to do a study comparing rates of chronic illnesses between vaccinated and unvaccinated children on the grounds it would help put to rest widespread parental concerns about vaccine safety, but then he refused to publish the study because it found that the unvaccinated children were healthier.

You’ll be told by public vaccine policy apologists that the reason the study was never published is because it was so fatally flawed, but the arguments used to support that conclusion are wholly spurious, as I detailed in my December 8 article “Scientific Data Show Unvaccinated Children Are Healthier”. All the lame excuses for the study being suppressed are designed to deflect attention from the fact that Zervos himself said he didn’t want to publish it because it could end his career.

While Theirry et al. do not say anything explicitly about it, their study does implicate COVID‑19 vaccines as a potential cause of patients’ “Long COVID” symptoms.

For context, remember that the mRNA COVID‑19 vaccines were designed to deliver messenger RNA into human cells to cause cellular production of the spike protein of SARS‑CoV‑2. The aim was to cause the immune system to mount a protective response to this protein.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with the rest of the so-called “public health” establishment, lied that the mRNA would remain at the injection site and would be eliminated from the body within days.

Genocide research institute levels accusations against Germany for denying Israel’s genocide against Palestinians

The Israel lobby in Germany has orchestrated a systematic denial of the genocide in Gaza by the government, politicians, and German mainstream media.

The internationally recognized Lemkin Institute for the Prevention of Genocide has issued severe criticism of Germany. In a statement dated 13th January 2026, it “condemns the persistent efforts by several high-profile German civil society organizations to deny the ongoing genocide in Gaza and to disseminate disinformation and denialist narratives among German political decision-makers.”

At the same time, the Institute accuses major German media corporations of having become “the Israeli government’s most loyal mouthpiece”. German policymakers are likewise criticized for turning away from the “international legal order” – an order “that was created in large part due to the horrors it produced”. This refers to Nazi crimes, including the Holocaust against European Jews, the genocide of the Sinti and Roma, and the war of annihilation against the Soviet Union.

Shocking Undercover Video Shows Judges in Ohio Immigration Courts Can be Bribed to Keep Illegals in the US

Shocking undercover video obtained by Townhall shows judges in Ohio immigration courts can be bribed to keep illegal aliens in the United States.

The footage was posted to X on Tuesday morning.

The video sheds light on the underground business of smuggling illegals into the US, helping them get jobs and bribing immigration judges to rule in their favor.

A woman identified as Patricia “Pat” Golder claimed in the video that she takes some of the money given to West African migrants in exchange for her bribing judges to rule in their favor.

An undercover reporter was introduced to Golder by a woman named Cindy Reis.

“She gets them their papers. She does,” Reis told the reporter as she introduced him to Patricia Golder. “He knows about Mulberry Street.”

“I try to work with them the best I can,” Golder said.

Golder told the reporter that some of the migrants “have papers” and some don’t. She said she helps the illegals get jobs but would not name the companies because of “the threat of ICE.”

Later on in the video, Golder discloses that she visits judges at bars and restaurants.

“If I can get to the judge. You know, that’s the only person you want to talk to is the judge,” Golder says with a smile on her face.

“Wait, say that again?” the reporter said.

“If I can get to the judge it’s okay. I make conversation with them,” Golder said.

“If the judge says, “Yeah, Okay, $50,000 I send everybody to you,” she said.

“I go to the bar like everybody drink. Spot the judge. I say, ‘You work on this date?’ He’s like, ‘let me see my calendar’…give me my $50G’s,” she said.

“The judge says that?” the reporter asked in disbelief.

“He ain’t scared of nothing,” Golder said. “How they live, they pay bills just like me and you. C’mon, man.”

Biden’s FBI paid anti-Trump ‘Sedition Hunters’ as informants in J6, Arctic Frost probes, memos show

he Biden-era FBI made more than $100,000 in payments to informants who were members of an anonymous group of tech sleuths known as the “Sedition Hunters” to gather and analyze video evidence in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and Arctic Frost probes despite the group’s significant anti-Trump fervor and known ties to foreigners, according to memos reviewed by Just the News.

The payments are due to be disclosed by FBI Director Kash Patel to Congress along with acknowledged concerns that the Christopher Wray-run bureau’s approval of certain members of the Sedition Hunters as confidential human sources may have violated bureau policies in the Domestic Investigation and Operations Guide (DIOG) concerning informant bias, informant secrecy, foreign influence, and contracting transparency, officials said.

Government officials said group members were first engaged in January 2021, just days after the Capitol riot, to assist making arrests in the January 6 case by identifying potential defendants using facial recognition software. The group members received at least $150,000 in payments for that work and other work related to the Arctic Frost probe into whether Trump supporters violated the law by promoting alternate electors to be considered for the certification of the 2020 election.

Biden-era FBI knew paid foreigners were using spyware to identify J6 arrestees

One of the earliest emails from the FBI’s Washington field office that oversaw that work showed the FBI was clearly aware the group had foreign connections and may actually be using software from overseas to identify American citizens for arrest, according to a copy of the email reviewed by Just the News.

The late January 2021 email from the FBI’s Washington field office stated that “we have a sedition hunter from the United Kingdom running facial recognition software” with the tipster telling the bureau that this UK-based so-called sedition hunter “just found this possible match” to an alleged January 6 suspect a few minutes prior, sharing the picture with the FBI.

FBI Director Kash Patel told Just the News on Tuesday night he is concerned that the paid informant relationship with Sedition Hunters members was inappropriate, and he was committed to working with Congress to develop rules to avoid such entanglements in the future.

“The American people deserve the truth about how the FBI was weaponized against them. Paying openly anti-Trump activists to identify Americans using questionable technology is a stunning abuse of bureau authorities and a clear violation of longstanding informant rules,” Patel said in a statement to Just the News.

“Under my leadership, the FBI will fully disclose these actions to Congress and ensure the bureau never again serves partisan or political ends instead of the Constitution,” he added.

Officials said the FBI believes it has fired all supervisors who were involved in the informant relationship, but is doing an audit to make sure he didn’t overlook any players.

Officials said a Sedition Hunter member also was engaged as an FBI confidential human source in summer 2023, receiving $20,000 in payments in the Arctic Frost probe. The source was specifically tasked with looking for video evidence tying Trump supporters who attended the president’s Jan. 6, 2021 speech on the Ellipse to the subsequent riot at the Capitol.

That footage was being sought as the FBI and prosecutors sought to tie Trump in a criminal conspiracy to the violence that happened at the Capitol even though the president never went there himself, officials said.

Minnesota AG Ellison says anti-ICE protesters who stormed church didn’t violate FACE Act

Minnesota Democratic Attorney General Keith Ellison rejects remarks from the Department of Justice that the protesters who stormed a church over the weekend are in violation of the FACE Act.

Over the weekend, a group of anti-ICE protesters stormed St. Paul’s Cities Church during a morning service.

The protesters accused the church’s pastor, David Eastwood, of being the acting ICE field office director in Minnesota.

As a result of the protest, officials at the DOJ said that the protesters may have violated the FACE Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Former CNN host Don Lemon was also at the church storming and he was put “on notice” by the Trump administration.

Ellison went on Lemon’s YouTube show and said the FACE Act is only for reproductive rights.

“And the FACE Act, by the way, is designed to protect the rights of people seeking reproductive rights… so that people for a religious reason cannot just use religion to break into women’s reproductive health centers,” Ellison said, according to Fox News.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice, Harmeet Dhillon said on X that a house of worship is not a forum for protest.
