Prosecutor Claims Kyle Rittenhouse ‘Chased Down’ Joseph Rosenbaum Despite Video Showing The Opposite

Lead prosecutor Thomas Binger claimed that Kyle Rittenhouse “chased down” Joseph Rosenbaum in his opening statement on Tuesday. Binger described Rosenbaum, a convicted pedophile, as being “unarmed” when Rittenhouse shot and killed him. “This occurred after [Rittenhouse] chased down Mr. Rosenbaum and confronted him while wielding that AR-15,” Binger said.

Binger later told the jury that they would be shown video from an infrared FBI plane that would prove Rosenbaum was chased by Rittenhouse. He added that we don’t know exactly what was going on at that very moment. We don’t know what words were said,” in regards to the confrontation. Binger also admitted that Rosenbaum had antagonized several armed men on the night of the riot, even urging some to shoot him.

Video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse moments before the shooting. He chased Rittenhouse from a nearby gas station and at one point threw a plastic bag at the teenager.  As Rittenhouse was being chased by Rosenbaum, another rioter discharged a handgun.

This was confirmed by Binger and had previously been reported by the New York Times. The shot was fired by rioter Joshua Ziminski, who has been charged with arson. Ziminski and Rosenbaum could be seen starting fires near the gas station during the riot.

The defense showed video of the interaction that revealed the opposite.

The UK plans to make online “pile-ons” a crime, in chillingly broad attempt to suppress speech

The UK is preparing to criminalize what is perceived as internet trolling that causes “likely psychological harm,” thanks to the country’s upcoming Online Safety Bill that is introducing a new set of criminal offenses.

And while the punishment internet users in the UK could face under the new legislation is clear – up to two years in prison – the definitions of their “crimes” are a good deal murkier.

In addition to their posts “likely” causing psychological harm, users can also be accused of committing a crime if they post messages containing “threatening communication” – but not necessarily, as defined in the previous law dealing with online hate speech and abuse, because they are found to intend to follow through on the threat.

Instead, it would be enough to “prove” that the recipient of such posts and messages “feared” the threat was real.

Another offense has to do with spreading information that internet users “know” is false, again, in order to cause emotional or physical harm to their “likely audience.” The proposed bill is littered with equally vague and subjective definitions of future crimes that could be hard to prove in a court of law.

The Department for Culture, Media & Sport incorporated the “likely psychological harm” as a basis for the new legislation, as recommended by the Law Commission, and will include them in the bill once it is forwarded to the UK government, which should approve it before it hits parliament in November.

Another recommendation that has been accepted is to make online “pile-ons” a crime – i.e., several users sending trolling messages perceived by the recipient as harassing, while one example a government source gave to the media of what it means to “knowingly” spread false information would be if a vaccine skeptic or a vaccine hesitant person speaks about their conviction – that is apparently automatically considered untrue, while the author is held responsible for “knowing” it.

Hysterical NBC Journo Calls Secret Service Over ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Merch

NBC national security correspondent Ken Dilanian is the latest to suffer a public breakdown over a popular meme airing grievances against President Joe Biden.

On Monday, Dilanian shared on Twitter that he reached out to the U.S. Secret Service about gun dealers printing the phrase “Let’s go Brandon,” a euphemism for “F-ck Joe Biden,” on merchandise, with the labels “F@ck!” “Joe!” and “Biden!” in place of the typical “safe,” “fire,” and “auto” modes.

“They had no comment,” Dilanian wrote, engaged in another conspiracy after serving as a purveyor of fake news for NBC over the Russia hoax.

The phrase born out of a gaffe-turned-meme has taken the internet by storm after an NBC Sports reporter translated the “F-ck Joe Biden” chant from the NASCAR stands as “Let’s go Brandon.”

“As you can hear the chants from the crowd, ‘Let’s go Brandon,’” she said, interviewing driver Brandon Brown as stadium fans clearly chanted “F-ck Joe Biden.” The reporter was either apparently oblivious to what’s become a popular chant at large events or engaged in cover for the president.

The expression quickly caught traction leading to songs which turned into TikTok challenges as they topped charts on YouTube and Apple Music.

The phrase sweeping the country as Biden’s approval deteriorates to the lowest of his first term has begun to ignite hysteria among legacy reporters to new heights after the more blatant “F-ck Trump” was cheered by elite leftists in Hollywood for years.

Harvard, Stanford scientists show how Fauci fooled America

The top White House coronavirus adviser under two presidents, Dr. Anthony Fauci, gave the wrong answers to the major epidemiological and public health questions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, contend two experts on infectious disease outbreaks.

In a column published by Newsweek.com. Drs. Martin Kulldorf of Harvard and Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford write that when the pandemic hit, America “needed someone to turn to for advice.”

The media and public turned to Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and President Trump’s top health adviser on the pandemic.

However, Kulldorf and Bhattacharya write, “Reality and scientific studies have now caught up with him.”

Kulldorff is an epidemiologist, biostatistician and professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Bhattacharya is a professor of Health Policy at Stanford University School of Medicine. They are the co-authors, along with Dr. Sunetra Gupta of the University of Oxford, of the Great Barrington Declaration, advocating a public policy of “focused protection” on the vulnerable while letting others go about their business. More than 860,000 people have signed the declaration, including 14,981 medical and public health scientists, and 44,167 medical practitioners.

Top ‘antiracist’ accidentally undermines ‘white privilege’ view with single tweet

One of the leading intellectuals in the movement promoting the claim that American society is based on “white privilege” unintentionally undermined his worldview, retweeting a report on a survey of white people regarding college admissions.

Ibram X. Kendi, a Boston University professor and the author of New York Times No. 1 bestseller “How to Be and Antiracist,” deleted the tweet after many Twitter users pointed out that he seemed to be unaware of the survey results’ broader implications.

Kendi spotlighted a report by The Hill on the survey by Intelligent.com of white people who applied to colleges and universities. It found more than a third of the students lied about their race on college applications. About half of the applicants falsely claimed being Native American. More than three-fourths who lied about their race were accepted.

Apparently, Kendi was focused on evidence that white people cheat at the expense of minorities. He didn’t see the obvious implication: The fact that white people would pose as a minority on their applications suggests it’s minorities who have privilege in college admissions, not white people.

Just In Time For The Holidays, The Biggest Mandate Of All Is About To Go Into Effect…

What a joyful time of the year this is going to be for the countless families who are about to experience a job loss.  You would think that Joe Biden’s rapidly plunging poll numbers would cause him to rethink his absurd mandates, but that hasn’t happened.  Instead, he is has chosen to stubbornly move forward, and the consequences are going to be absolutely disastrous.

Earlier today, I watched a heartbreaking video of a pandemic hero being marched out of a hospital in California because her religious exemption was denied.  She admits that she could soon lose her house as a result, but freedom is more important to her.  Sadly, similar scenes are about to be repeated over and over again all across the country, because the biggest mandate of them all is about to be implemented.  According to the senior White House correspondent for CBS News, it appears that the OSHA mandate will go into effect in just a few days…

OSHA has finished developing a rule that compels companies with 100+ employees to require vaccines or regular testing. It also requires employers to provide paid time to workers to get vaccinated and to recover from any side effects. The rule will go into effect in days.

It has been estimated that the OSHA mandate will cover somewhere around 80 million American workers.

As the new regulations start to be enforced, countless Americans will choose to willingly leave their jobs, and countless others will be ruthlessly terminated for not complying.  Needless to say, this is going to cause enormous nightmares in industry after industry.

For example, we are already in the midst of the worst supply chain crisis in U.S. history, and logistics companies are warning that the OSHA mandate will make things much, much worse…

Media Salivate Over Another Likely Racial Hoax at Glenn Youngkin’s Massive Final Rally

Last week, the Virginia gubernatorial race was rocked by a fake racial scandal in which operatives, at least three of whom worked for the state’s official Democrat Party, carried tiki torches and pledged their support to Glenn Youngkin.

Eventually, after the identities of the activists began to be discovered, The Lincoln Project took credit. But as I said at the time, no one should buy their claim of total autonomy. Terry McAuliffe’s campaign surrogates ran with the photo immediately despite it originally only being shared by a tiny Twitter account. In other words, I highly suspect they knew ahead of time and helped coordinate the stunt.

On that note, Glenn Youngkin held a massive final rally last night. That represented his final push as people head to the polls today in an extremely tight race.

But like clockwork, the media found another likely racial hoax to run with. Someone wearing a jacket with a confederate flag stitched on it just so happened to make their way right in front of the media stand. Yes, of all the thousands of other places this person could have positioned themselves last night at the rally, they ended up right where the media could get clear pictures.

And just like with the tiki-torch scam, no reporter bothered to get any information on the person at all. Amazing, right?
