Dr. Oz Says CMS Has Identified at Least $2 BILLION in Healthcare Benefits That Were Stolen by Illegals – DOUBLE What Was Found Last Year

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz revealed on Tuesday that his agency has identified now $2 billion in fraudulent healthcare payments that have been given to illegal aliens.

“The number has doubled from what I said last year. We’re about $2 billion,” he told The Gateway Pundit during a White House press briefing, adding that some states are cracking down on the fraud.

“The good news is that many states realize this is a problem, and they themselves have stopped doing this.”

“Some states don’t do as good a job as other states. That’s why we’re looking to individual states for leadership, for better ideas, to deal with many of these social problems that unfortunately begin to pile up over time. And they threaten the very foundation of our social net that supports all of us,” he added.

Oz further touted Vice President JD Vance’s work in exposing the fraud for criminal referral with his White House anti-fraud task force. While speaking at an anti-fraud roundtable with state attorneys general and White House officials last month, Vance revealed staggering numbers his team had discovered, including over $22 billion in fraudulent small business loans, more than $1.3 billion in fraudulent Medicaid reimbursements, $6.3 billion in suspected fraudulent government contracts, and $60 million in student aid fraud.

“He’s taking this seriously. He’s going at it and he’s doing what’s best for the American people by making some tough decisions,” Oz said of Vance.

Trump Signs Executive Order Backing HHS On Childhood Vaccine Reform — Will It Matter?

An executive order President Donald Trump signed late last Friday has reignited the national debate on the childhood immunization schedule.

The order directs public health agencies to align the schedule with a federal assessment published in January that calls for fewer recommended childhood vaccines and reflects the “scientific evidence and best practices from peer, developed countries while preserving access to vaccines currently available to Americans.”

The order states:

“The scientific assessment found that the United States currently recommends more childhood vaccines than any peer nation, including more than twice as many vaccine doses as some European nations, and identified a set of consensus vaccines that are consistently recommended in all peer countries.”

In a Substack post, Sayer Ji, chairman of the Global Wellness Forum and founder of GreenMedInfo, wrote, “After decades in which the schedule only ratcheted in one direction — more products, more doses, earlier and earlier — this is a top-down instruction to reconsider that trajectory.”

The executive order comes amid recent suggestions that the Trump administration has strategically pivoted away from vaccine policy in the lead-up to this year’s midterm elections.

But for Michael Kane, director of advocacy for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), the order “is a sign that examining the childhood vaccination schedule is a true priority.”

“The U.S. gives more vaccines to children before the age of 2 than nearly all other developed peer nations. In addition, we have the highest levels of chronic illness in children in the developed world. Lowering the number of recommended vaccines would allow us to see what role vaccination plays in the chronic illness epidemic we have in our nation,” Kane said.

Medical researcher Neil Z. Miller, who in 2023 co-authored a study finding a positive statistical correlation between infant mortality rates and the number of vaccine doses received by babies, agreed. “Many developed countries recommend a smaller set of vaccines universally while reserving others for specific risk groups. … The executive order establishes a clearer distinction between ‘core’ and ‘optional’ vaccines.”

The executive order also suggests guidance on how the federal government makes such vaccine recommendations and signals support for parental choice and the right to religious exemptions to vaccinations.

“This executive order is about far more than vaccines,” said Daniel O’Connor, founder and CEO of TrialSite News. “It’s about who gets to decide acceptable medical risk for America’s children.”

Dems Have A Voter Problem. Gerrymandering Was Never Going To Fix It

In November 2024, 47% of Virginia voters cast ballots for Republican congressional candidates. Under the map Virginia Democrats tried to push through, those voters would have ended up with exactly one Republican district out of 11. Going from a 6-5 to a 10-1 split was what Democrats called “restoring fairness.”

To get it done, Democrats bypassed a bipartisan redistricting commission that Virginia voters had specifically created in 2020 to end partisan map-drawing. They drafted the new map behind closed doors. They passed a constitutional amendment on Oct. 31, 2025, even though early voting for the general election had been underway since Sept. 19 – violating the state constitution’s requirement that an intervening election occur between the two legislative votes. They missed the requirement that amendments be posted publicly 90 days before a vote. And they put a ballot question before voters asking whether they wanted to “restore fairness” – language a circuit court judge called “flagrantly misleading.”

Every step of this process required ignoring a rule or deceiving a voter.

That is not a party making a policy argument. That is a party that has decided winning at any cost is more important than following the rules.

When the Virginia Supreme Court ruled 4-3 that the effort was unconstitutional, Democrats did not stop and reflect. Instead, they doubled down. Rather than accept the Virginia Supreme Court’s decision, House Speaker Don Scott and Attorney General Jay Jones filed an emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, riddled with spelling errors and mistakes. U.S. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries called the ruling “unprecedented and undemocratic.” U.S. Rep. Suzan DelBene, chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, said four unelected judges had “cast aside the will of the voters.” Most revealingly, the New York Times reported that, on a call with Jeffries, Virginia Democratic members of Congress discussed lowering the mandatory retirement age for Virginia Supreme Court justices from 73 to 54 – the exact age of the youngest justice in the majority. This would force the entire court to retire and create an opportunity to replace them with justices who would reinstate the map. Today’s Democratic politicians are showing their true colors: These are radicals in moderates’ clothing. Republicans should respond accordingly.

Republicans should not mistake what happened in Virginia for a one-off procedural accident. Democrats’ willingness to bypass a voter-approved bipartisan commission, ignore constitutional rules, mislead voters on the ballot, and then float court-packing to overcome their illegality is a window into how the modern Democratic Party operates.

But Democrats’ bizarre map was never going to solve their underlying problem.

People are voting with their feet by moving to well-run red states. The 2030 census is projected to shift eight to 10 electoral votes from blue states to red ones – a 16- to 20-point shift that will dramatically tighten the path to the White House for a Democrat candidate.

If Democrats want to compete in the years ahead, they will need to move to the middle to meet voters where they are. Instead of seeking to rig the game, Democrats should persuade voters on the issues the voters actually care about. They should support mainstream, commonsense ideas that they have too long resisted. School choice polls at roughly 74% nationally. Voter ID polls at 84%. Cracking down on welfare fraud polls at 71%, including 62% of Democrats. These are easy wins just waiting for politicians of both parties. It doesn’t take a political genius to realize that Democrats should stop their sprint to the left and side with the majority of voters instead.

Virginia’s brief attempt at gerrymandering was a disgrace and a national embarrassment. Democrats’ unhinged reaction to its defeat was even worse. But the aftermath should be a moment of reflection and readjustment for both parties. Voters are looking for leaders who listen to their concerns, make government work for them, and improve their lives. Democrats should seek to win, fair and square, by pursuing commonsense policies the people want. This is how our system is supposed to work. Otherwise, Democrats – and voters – will continue to see red.

AI Fail: Meta’s Support Chatbot Helped Hijack High-Profile Instagram Accounts Including Obama White House

Hackers have successfully compromised numerous prominent Instagram accounts including the Barack Obama White House profile by simply asking Meta’s AI support chatbot to change the email addresses associated with target profiles, security researchers report.

404 Media reports that a newly discovered vulnerability in Meta’s AI-powered customer support system has enabled hackers to take over several high-profile Instagram accounts through a surprisingly straightforward method. The breach has affected numerous notable accounts, including the Barack Obama White House Instagram profile, the Chief Master Sergeant of Space Force’s account, and the official Sephora company account.

The exploitation technique requires minimal technical sophistication. Hackers have been sharing videos and screenshots in Telegram groups frequented by security researchers and hacking communities, demonstrating the alarming ease with which accounts can be compromised. In one documented case, an attacker initiated a conversation with Meta’s AI support bot and made a simple request to link a target account with a new email address, providing the target username and the attacker’s email address while promising to send a verification code.

Bernie Sanders Says Graham Platner Has ‘the Guts’ to Fight, Despite Mounting Scandals

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) says scandal-ridden Graham Platner has the “guts” to fight billionaires — despite headline after headline proving a nightmare for the Maine Democrat Senate candidate’s campaign.

“What we’re looking at right now is a situation where billionaires have already pledged to spend $90 million in a tiny state like Maine,” Sanders said, according to a report by Fox News.

“Trust me, that is a lot of money. They don’t want him in,” the Vermont senator added of Platner, who, during his campaign, faced scrutiny for sporting a Nazi-linked tattoo.

Sanders, however, argues that the skeletons in Platner’s closet are only being revealed because he has “the guts” to stand up to billionaires.

“The reason that they do not want him in the Senate is he has had the guts to stand up to the big money interests, to fight for healthcare as a human right, to demand the billionaires start paying their fair share of taxes,” Sanders asserted.

Platner’s slew of campaign scandals began after video footage surfaced of his chest adorned with a tattoo of a totenkopf — a symbol of the Nazi war machine from World War II.

The 41-year-old first-time candidate has denied being a Nazi and maintains that he would not have gone through life with the tattoo had he known its significance.

Senator Sanders, however, does not seem phased.

“I think what we, as a nation, need to do is to focus on the important issues facing working families, 60 percent of whom are living paycheck to paycheck,” he said. “And I think that Graham and his wife, Amy, will work on their marriage, and I wish them the best.”

Meanwhile, unearthed Reddit posts show Platner admitting to masturbating every time he defecates in a porta-potty, as well as praising crude penis drawings he has spotted while inside portable toilets.

Additional recently revealed past Reddit posts also showed the Maine Democrat Senate candidate mocking a U.S. soldier and Purple Heart recipient who was shot four times in Afghanistan, writing, “Dumb motherfucker didn’t deserve to live,” among other similar sentiments.

Platner — who has also been endorsed by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) — faced backlash late last year when more recent Reddit posts resurfaced, including one from five years ago in which he referred to himself as a “communist” and “socialist.”

Other posts show him calling police “bastards,” saying Americans who live in rural areas are “stupid,” and claiming sexual assault victims should “take some responsibility for themselves and not get so messed up they wind up having sex with someone they don’t mean to.”

Anti-Christian Bill C-9 amended to criminalize ‘residential school denialism’

The Canadian Senate’s Human Rights Committee voted Monday night to amend an anti-Christian “hate speech” bill to criminalize “residential school denialism.”

Only one senator on the committee voted against the change to Bill C-9, according to a report. The bill has not yet been voted on by the Senate body itself.

The sponsor of the amendment, Sen. Nancy Karetak-Lindell (Nunavut), claimed that residential school attendees such as herself faced harms.

“Every survivor experienced it in a different way,” she said. “We lost a lot of family time. We lost a chance to grow up in our culture, in our language. Yes, I did get education, but I also lost out on a parallel education that I would have gotten if I had been able to stay home.”

The new proposed amendment would change Canada’s Criminal Code to say that any person who willfully promotes hatred against indigenous peoples by “condoning, denying or downplaying” Canada’s residential school system outside of a private conversation could face prosecution or even a summary conviction, which could then lead to potential jail time.

The new amendment to Bill C-9 needs a House of Commons ratification, if the bill as it stands is passed by the Senate in the third reading.

Bill C-9 would criminalize religious expression and belief when quoting parts of the Bible, including passages about homosexuality and gender. Specifically, it would remove Section 319(3)(b) of Canada’s Criminal Code, which provides protection to good-faith expression of a person’s religious views based on texts such as the Bible.

The bill has been  constitutional experts for empowering the police and government to  those deemed to have violated a person’s “feelings” in a “hateful” way. The bill was introduced by Justice Minister Sean Fraser last year.

In 2021 and 2022, the mainstream media ran with  that hundreds of children were buried and disregarded by Catholic priests and nuns who ran some Canadian residential schools. The reality is that after four years there have been  at residential schools.

However, as the claims went unfounded, over 120 churches in Canada, most of them Catholic and many of them on indigenous lands that serve the local population,  to the ground, , or defiled.

The Rule of One Price and the Donald’s ‘F’ In Energy Economics 101

The Donald seems to think he has all the time in the world to end the conflagration he and Bibi started in the Persian Gulf. Today he even told the mullahs to take a hike when they suspended any further negotiations owing to Bibi’s brutal strikes on civilian targets in southern Lebanon and continued violations of the so-called April 13th truce in the Persian Gulf.

Thus, regarding the meandering negotiations of the last 45 days, the Donald averred,

“I don’t care if they’re over, honestly… I really don’t care. I couldn’t care less,”

Brave words, these. And completely, totally and hideously out to lunch, too.

What’s actually just around the corner is an explosion of oil and related energy prices that will make the 1970s look like a Sunday school picnic, but here we have the Donald talking just plain barking idiocy about what comes next:

He also said he wasn’t worried about oil prices, which spiked following the report in Iranian state media that Tehran is vowing to “completely block” the Strait of Hormuz in addition to halting negotiations.

“I think the oil will be dropping like a rock in the very near, you know, the very near distance,” Trump said.

The president of the United States – the alleged sagacious businessman we have purportedly been waiting for – couldn’t be more sadly mistaken about something as basic and straight forward as the price of crude oil, its refined products and related energy commodities: To wit, the Donald is absolutely clueless about the cardinal fact that there is one world oil market and ONE PRICE the planet over.

And that’s regardless of the fact that the US is now a large scale net exporter of crude oil, refined products and nat gas liquids. In recent weeks, in fact, the Persian Gulf outages have caused exports to soar 12.9 mb/d, which is up nearly 20% from the 10.8 mb/d average during 2025. In all, current net exports of petroleum liquids at 5.7 mb/d leave not doubt that the USA is solidly “energy independent”.

US Bill Would Prevent Chinese Connected Cars In Canada From Entering United States

Two U.S. lawmakers are set to introduce a bill aimed at preventing Chinese-connected vehicles from entering the United States via Canada and Mexico, amid growing concerns over Chinese-made electric vehicles entering the Canadian market.

U.S. Representative Haley Stevens and Senator Elissa Slotkin, both Democrats, announced the Protecting America from Chinese Cars Act last week at a conference in Michigan.

The bill would prohibit connected vehicles from China and other “adversarial nations” from entering the United States, including vehicles made or designed in China, as well as vehicles made by a Chinese company or an entity more than 15 percent owned by Chinese companies, according to a May 28 press release from Stevens’s office.

It would also establish a process for vehicle manufacturers to apply for specific authorization to allow otherwise prohibited vehicles to enter the United States. Authorization would only be granted under “strict conditions, with both transparency and congressional oversight.”

Federal authorities in Canada have also raised concerns that connected vehicles could pose security and privacy risks if the data they collect falls into the wrong hands.

In a memo, Public Safety Canada said Canada must expand its economy in response to a changing geopolitical environment, but warned that opening its markets to “new players” could also “amplify the presence of high-risk vendors.”

The department said unauthorized access to data and connected vehicle systems “could be used to establish patterns of life or conduct surveillance on sensitive sites.” It also said national security laws in countries such as China can compel manufacturers and suppliers to share data with their home governments or police, increasing the risk that Canadian data could be exploited.

A one-page readout on the U.S. bill says connected vehicles would threaten U.S. national security if the information collected “were to fall into the hands of our adversaries.”

“Vehicles today can collect and transmit massive amounts of data – geolocation of drivers, mapping of critical infrastructure, full-motion video, and more,” the readout says.

Connected vehicles could also be “remotely accessed and tampered with,” presenting a “tremendous” risk to U.S. safety and security, the readout says, noting the Chinese auto industry is heavily subsidized, allowing Beijing to “undercut competitors and quickly flood new markets.”

“The Chinese Communist Party should never have access to sensitive information about American drivers, roads, or critical infrastructure,” Stevens said in a statement, adding that the bill would “close dangerous loopholes” that currently allow Chinese connected vehicles to enter the United States through Canada and Mexico.

CBS Fires Professional Prevaricator Scott Pelley

Longtime readers of mine know that I don’t often do news stories. I’m the verbal bomb-throwing opinion guy here at the PJ Media Ranch; my colleagues handle the heavy news stuff much better than I do. Once in a great while, however, I come across a story that just makes me happy. Also, this one broke around 11 p.m. EDT, which is prime time in my Morning Briefing work day. 

The New York Times:

CBS News fired Scott Pelley on Tuesday, jettisoning one of the network’s best-known journalists in a clash over the future of “60 Minutes,” the country’s top-rated news program.

Mr. Pelley, 68, a “60 Minutes” correspondent and a former anchor of “CBS Evening News,” joined the network in 1989. At a staff meeting on Monday, he accused the network’s editor in chief, Bari Weiss, of “murdering ‘60 Minutes,’” citing the ouster last week of the program’s leadership team and two on-air correspondents.

“We have parted ways with Scott Pelley,” Nick Bilton, the tech journalist who was hired last week as the new “60 Minutes” executive producer, wrote in a memo to the show’s staff on Tuesday night.

Sen. Bernie Moreno: ‘We Can Learn’ from Colombia Election System with Voter ID, No Mail-In Vote

Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) applauded the Colombian electoral integrity system following a trip to the country as an observer in Sunday’s presidential election, describing it as “world-class” and a model to learn from for the United States.

Sen. Moreno made the remarks during a call with the media on Tuesday in which he detailed his experiences in the country as an election observer and responded to claims by outgoing President Gustavo Petro, a Marxist who regularly boasts of his membership in a terrorist guerrilla, that the election was fraudulent. Sen. Moreno gave Colombian authorities an “A+” for their handling of the election and dismissed Petro’s refusal to accept the results of the election, noting that Petro’s hand-picked successor, Sen. Iván Cepeda, had publicly come out in defense of the election results.

The Colombian-American senator described an intricate security system in which Colombians are allowed to vote only with a federally issued identification card, ballots are filled out and tallied on paper, and no mail-in voting is allowed. Even abroad, Colombian citizens must visit a consulate in person to vote. Sen. Moreno suggested that America could significantly improve its own election integrity by taking even a small number of these measures, such as requiring identification to vote. Congress is currently debating a bill that would change voting requirements to align more with those of Colombia, the SAVE America Act, which Democrats are loudly decrying as discriminatory and equating to Jim Crow-era bigotry.

Colombia held its first round of presidential voting on Sunday when all 14 candidates were on the ballot. As no candidate obtained 50 percent or more of the vote, the race will go to a second “runoff” election featuring the top two candidates in the first round. Outsider conservative candidate Abelardo de la Espriella won the first round with 43.74 percent of the vote, while Sen. Iván Cepeda obtained 40.90 percent, enough to enter the runoff. The establishment conservative candidate, Sen. Paloma Valencia, came in third place and immediately pledged support to de la Espriella.

“The elections in Colombia were done, actually, extraordinarily well,” Sen. Moreno explained on Tuesday. “The process that they have for elections — I think there are some things that we can learn here in the U.S. They require 100-percent proof of citizenship in order to get a national ID that’s required to obtain before you can vote.”
