NBC Report: Pentagon Raised Threat of Israeli Spying on US to Highest Level – White House Denies Report

The Pentagon has designated Israel at the highest counterintelligence threat level amid increasing concerns that the top Middle East ally is spying on US officials to gather information on Trump’s decision-making as it pertains to Iran, two US officials reportedly claim, according to NBC News

An Israeli Embassy spokesperson denied that Israel spies on the United States, describing the notion as “completely false.”

“Israel does not gather intelligence on American entities, let alone US government officials. Israel intelligence collection efforts are aimed at its enemies, not its allies. Any claims to the contrary are either misinformed or politically motivated,” the spokesperson said.

The White House further denied the report, saying, “This entire story is false and sourced to someone who doesn’t have any knowledge of what’s going on.”

The report from NBC cites two unnamed US officials and one former US official and points to past instances of Israel and the US both spying on allies, including Jonathan Pollard, who spent 30 years in prison for selling US intelligence to Israel.

Washington Legal Settlement Protects Christian Foster Parents

The widespread cultural divide among Americans was evident in a recent First Amendment case in Washington. A Christian foster family from the Evergreen State said their speech and religious liberties were violated by state policies demanding they employ gender pronouns and affirm the sexual orientation of their foster charges. The resulting settlement seeks to protect religious liberties while also supporting the self-identification of gender, orientation, etc., by minors in need of an affirming home.

Brave Foster Plaintiffs

Shane and Jennifer DeGross are devout Christians who served as licensed foster parents in Washington from 2013 to 2022, caring for four children. The onslaught of trans ideology and a world in which toddlers allegedly proclaim their “true” gender yielded regulations in Washington and many other states that required foster parents to agree that they would “affirm” a child’s sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression (called “SOGIE”), regardless of whether a particular child actually articulated any such desires. That is, the laws are imposed “just in case” a child decides to transition or declare themself gay, bi, trans, etc.

The DeGrosses told the truth to state employees: They could not agree to such restrictions because they believe that “a person’s biological sex is an immutable characteristic” and that “as image bearers of God, a person should live consistent with their God-given sex rather than contrary to God’s design.” The state of Washington then denied them a license, later issuing a limited license, which the couple still found hostile to their faith.

The DeGrosses brought suit in federal court with the assistance of Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), alleging the state had violated their First Amendment rights to freedom of religion and expression. The state sought to dismiss the complaint, alleging the plaintiffs had no legitimate cause of action. Ruling in favor of the plaintiffs, the court stated:

“….Policy § 1520 restricts certain speech by prospective parents on the topic of SOGIE, while requiring speech that aligns with the state’s perspective…. In essence, the Department has forced the DeGrosses to choose between forfeiting their freedom of speech to obtain an unrestricted license, or upholding their beliefs surrounding SOGIE, and receiving a less-favorable license subject to certain restrictions. The DeGrosses have carried their burden to show that the Department’s enforcement of Policy § 1520 plausibly constitutes impermissible viewpoint discrimination.”

Freedom of Religion Endures

The US Constitution is designed to prevent government intrusion into citizens’ subjective beliefs, particularly regarding religious or political views. State foster care services place agencies in the midst of the culture war created by novel theories about mutable gender, infinite pronouns, and endless prideful celebration of sexual behaviors. Some parents may wish to encourage such thinking and behaviors in very young children; some (including conservative Christians) are inclined otherwise. In seeking to split this proverbial baby in half for foster parenting, the court noted: “The situation would be no different if the state had restricted parental speech favoring more ‘progressive’ views of sexuality and gender identify, while compelling speech along the lines of [the DeGrosses’] more traditional understanding.” [citation omitted.]

Rep. Clay Fuller Introduces Articles of Impeachment Against Radical Obama-Appointed Judge Eleanor Ross for Shocking Sexual Misconduct in Federal Courthouse Chambers and Lying to Investigators

Georgia Congressman, working alongside Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, moves to remove unfit judge who carried on an affair with high-ranking Atlanta PD official during business hours while actively presiding over criminal cases.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a special committee for the Eleventh Circuit discovered that Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia carried out a two-year sexual affair in her “chambers and during business hours” with a police commander.

According to Bloomberg Law, the incidents all occurred within “earshot” of law clerks. The entire affair created a major conflict of interest and made the judge vulnerable to extortion.

Ross, who is married to a DeKalb County judge and former prosecutor, was also found by the committee to have attended a partisan political event hosted by a district attorney’s campaign and to have lied to judges investigating her conduct.

Despite these damning findings, Ross has refused to resign.

Freshman Rep. Clay Fuller (R-GA) announced Friday that he is dropping articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross of the Northern District of Georgia on Monday.

Rep. Fuller wrote on X:

I am dropping an article of impeachment against Eleanor L. Ross, a Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. I have been working on this alongside [Jim Jordan] since the news broke and will be introducing this on Monday.

Judge Ross is alleged to have engaged in an extramarital affair with a high-ranking official of the Atlanta Police Department inside her federal courthouse chambers during office hours, within earshot of her judicial staff, while actively presiding over criminal cases.

This radical judge has no place in power and is unfit to sit on the federal bench.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan Warns British Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood To Stop Backdoor Spying on US Citizens

Not a friendly move by the Brits.

In the context of a grave crisis in the ‘special relationship’ between the US and the UK, a top House representative is warning the British government against ‘using sensitive backdoor technology’ to spy on Americans.

Yesterday (5), Donald J. Trump’s ally, Ohio Representative Jim Jordan, wrote to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood alerting her about a ‘lack of security cooperation’.

Jordan warned that Britain ‘may be using encryption to gain access to US citizens’ private data’.

The Telegraph reported:

“[Jordan] pointed to the UK’s Investigatory Powers Act 2016, which allows the government to issue secret orders known as ‘technical capability notices’.”

As the leader of the House judiciary committee, Jordan has led investigations into the activities of the FBI and US spy agencies – and now he is targeting the United Kingdom.

“The UK may be building ‘backdoors into their encrypted services’, he wrote to Ms. Mahmood.

US companies would be prohibited from informing anyone about these backdoors without the express permission of the Home Secretary.”

Jordan told Sir Christian Turner, the ambassador to the UK, that a US company who wanted to discuss a ‘technical capability notice’ with members of Congress, something that would require Mahmood’s permission.

ISS Astronauts Told To Prepare For Possible Evacuation As Air Leak Worsens

NASA senior adviser and press secretary Bethany Stevens wrote on X that astronauts aboard the International Space Station have quickly shifted into SpaceX’s Dragon spacecraft and are prepared to evacuate if needed, after cracks and leaks in the Zvezda service module transfer tunnel appeared to worsen.

“The Zvezda service module transfer tunnel, known as PrK, has suffered from cracks and leaks for some time, and has been mitigated by Roscosmos as much as possible to date. The cracks have always been a concern that NASA watches very closely,” Stevens said.

According to NASA, the Zvezda service module is 43 feet long and contains living quarters, life support systems, communications systems, electrical power distribution systems, data processing systems, flight control systems, and propulsion systems.

Stevens continued, “The cracks have always been a concern that NASA watches very closely. NASA and Roscosmos have been working to determine the root cause of the cracks, and Roscosmos manages the issue through operational mitigation measures and periodic partial-repair efforts.”

Out of caution, NASA ordered all four SpaceX Crew-12 members, along with NASA astronaut Chris Williams, to be on high alert inside Dragon during the repair.

NASA said it continues to work with Roscosmos and other station partners toward a more permanent fix for the long-running issue.

Reuters cited a senior NASA official who said the air leak has been monitored over the last few months but significantly worsened earlier this week, increasing from a loss of one pound of air per day to two pounds per day.

FEDs Target Las Vegas Businessman Rick Saga After He Exposed Nevada State Money Laundering Scheme

The founding and growth of Las Vegas is part of the American story.  Colorful figures abound, and many are etched into exhibits in the city’s Mob Museum.  From the early 1940s into the early 1980s, the mob ruthlessly shaped the city’s image, fighting for power and money for approximately 40 years.  Now, the hundreds of millions of dollars made by the mob in Las Vegas are insignificant in comparison to what occurs across the country in government and political fraud annually.

After President Trump won the 2024 election and was sworn in on January 20, 2025, we learned that the real corruption in this country is happening within the government. Some of this corruption is happening in Nevada.

Many readers may recall that after President Trump’s 2024 reelection and before his inauguration, the defeated Biden Administration frantically dispersed government funds to political friends to hide money from the incoming Trump Administration.

A $375 billion slush fund handled by corrupt deep state insider John Podesta gave billions to Democrat Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs) throughout Biden’s time in office.

Three Arrested in Kansas and California for Providing Support to ISIS – Suspects Expressed Desire to “Behead” Female Soldiers, “Kill 300,000,000 Americans”

Three US citizens, including two in California and one in Kansas, have been arrested and charged with conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS).

The suspects, Bisaam Ghafoor, 21, of Leawood, Kansas; Elias Shamsaldeen, 21, of Porterville, California; and Bereen Dzayee, 25, of Lakeside, California, are accused of “conspiring to provide material support to terrorism after collectively providing over $2,000 to an individual they understood to be a member of ISIS,” according to the DOJ.

Text messages from the suspects, included their vile wishes for US troops to be murdered in drone strikes, the beheading of a female soldier, and the mass murder of American citizens.

According to the DOJ, “In various messaging exchanges, Ghafoor exclaimed it would be ‘sick’ if his name could be written on the drone used in an attack on Americans. Dzayee suggested that targets of drones should include U.S. Special Forces. In other exchanges, Shamsaldeen expressed a desire to stab and injure a U.S. servicemember. Ghafoor said he has always wanted to kill a female soldier by beheading, and added, ‘I wish I could kill 300,000,000 Americans.’”

Federal officials say the men communicated through Discord chats, voice calls, and other messaging platforms. In addition to providing over $2000 to support ISIS, they also explored using a cryptocurrency scheme to fund the purchase of weapons for ISIS.

Video from the home of 25-year-old Bereen Dzayee, who called for the execution of US Special Forces troops, shows FBI agents executing a search warrant and carrying large paper bags out of the house.

Researchers Push AI DESIGNED ‘Super Vaccine’

Cambridge scientists are hailing an AI-crafted “super-antigen” as a breakthrough that could ‘get ahead of pandemics’, blanket-protect against every COVID variant, and spare the world future lockdowns while saving millions of lives.

Yet the same public that lived through the last round of experimental shots is not buying the hype. Responses to the announcements have been blunt, laced with references to documented harms, AI’s well-known limitations, and fresh warnings from cancer specialists who watched stable patients relapse after previous boosters.

University of Cambridge researchers, led by Professor Jonathan Heeney, say they have produced the first antigen designed entirely by artificial intelligence and tested in humans.

The team fed AI systems genetic sequences from multiple coronaviruses collected through ongoing surveillance programs. The algorithm then assembled a “super-antigen” intended to train the immune system to recognize whole virus families rather than single strains that keep mutating.

Early human testing involved 39 volunteers and produced what researchers called modest immune responses but no major safety red flags in the initial readout. A larger study with roughly 200 participants is now running to measure stronger and more durable protection.

The same platform is being extended toward universal flu shots, H5N1 bird flu candidates, and vaccines against viral hemorrhagic fevers.

Area 51 Mystery Aircraft Prompts Interest In “Christmas Tree” Stealth Fighter Concept

Yesterday, TWZ published an analysis of a thermal image purportedly showing a previously unseen advanced aircraft design, which appears to be a precursor to the U.S. Air Force’s forthcoming F-47 fighter from Boeing. The image, which went viral online and is from a video that has now been released, is said to have been captured near the U.S. military’s secretive Groom Lake test base, better known as Area 51. It turns out, as a number of our readers have pointed out, there may be some interesting similarities between this secret aircraft and a “Christmas tree” fighter design concept crafted decades ago by Darold Cummings, one of the top minds behind Northrop’s YF-23 Black Widow.

You can find our full initial assessment of what we may be seeing in the viral image, first posted online by the Project Fear YouTube channel earlier this week, here. What we saw initially, as shown below, appeared to feature what could be described as a “double arrowhead” profile to its forward fuselage. This is a very distinct design cue, but it could also be a result of the low quality of the image and the artifacts that come with consumer-grade thermal imagers, which was what the aircraft was recorded with.

Project Fear has now released the full video it says it captured near Area 51, seen below, and it underscores the aforementioned points about image quality. So, it is possible the aircraft has a more traditional low-observable ‘shovel nose,’ instead. Nonetheless, the Christmas tree fighter is an interesting trip down lesser-known fighter development memory lane that is worth examining, in particular what such a unique nose configuration would provide an advanced fighter aircraft.

Australia Tried To Tax Smoking Out of Existence. Now 80% of Tobacco Aussies Consume Is From the Black Market.

The Australian government has spent the last decade introducing steep tax hikes to curb smoking, and, as a result, the country has the most expensive cigarettes in the world. The average price of mainstream cigarettes is 54.99 Australian dollars per pack (about $40). But the eyewatering prices have driven people to the black market.

In 2025, an estimated 80 percent of the tobacco consumed in Australia was illegal, up from 12 percent in 2017, according to new analysis from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). The study, which is the first attempt by the Australian government to estimate the size of the black market, found that “prices for legal tobacco products have almost tripled since December 2016 driven by annual tobacco excise increases, while estimated prices of illicit tobacco products have remained relatively constant.” Since 2020, household spending on legal cigarettes and tobacco has almost halved, but between 2017 and 2025, the amount of nicotine consumed in Australia has risen by almost 40 percent.

Meanwhile, between 2016 and 2025, the price of legal cigarettes nearly tripled while tobacco duty revenue more than halved. As a result, the Australian Treasury has downgraded tobacco excise revenue by $8 billion over the next five years in the latest federal budget.

Lower tax revenue is hardly something to mourn, but Australia’s collapsing legal tobacco market has come with a far darker consequence: a severe wave of gang violence, including firebombings and shootings. Since 2023, organized crime groups linked to Australia’s illicit tobacco and vape market have been tied to “more than 200 firebombings,” “at least 3 homicides,” and “multiple other non-fatal violent attacks,” according to the Australian Intelligence Commission.

“It’s hard to see how it could get any worse,” Rohan Pike, a former Australian Federal Police detective and Border Force member, tells Reason. Pike, who created and led Australia’s Illicit Tobacco Strike Team, says the violence is now an “old-fashioned turf war” and that criminal gangs, attracted by the profits, are fighting to control distribution.

Pike says criminal groups are opening pop-up convenience stores, intimidating legitimate retailers into selling their products, and backing up those threats with “firebombings and other types of violence.” Organized crime syndicates have destroyed hundreds of tobacconists, convenience stores, and hospitality venues, forcing legitimate businesses out. “Every part of the tobacco control policy is uncontrolled at the moment,” says Pike.

Public awareness of the black market rose last year when Katie Tangey, a “completely innocent” 27-year-old woman, was killed in Melbourne in a case of mistaken identity linked to the tobacco wars. “We know it is linked to the illegal tobacco trade. That’s one thing we can say with a high degree of certainty,” Detective Inspector Chris Murray told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. “This was always our fear, that someone would die as a result of the tobacco wars and unfortunately this has come to fruition.”
