Despicable Dems Campaign On Texas Flood Victims, Blame Trump

The worst of times has often brought out the best in Americans. But not always.

As the death toll in the Independence Day Weekend’s Texas Hill Country floods topped 100 people on Monday, Democrats played politics with devastation. The flailing party, which seems to be campaigning exclusively on hatred for President Donald Trump and a slogan of “But People Will Die …!” is blaming the Trump administration for the freak, fast-moving floods that have ravaged the flood-prone region of Central Texas. They insist — falsely — that Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)-driven cuts to the federal government’s bloated workforce prevented the National Weather Service from effectively warning residents of the rapidly rising waters.

“I’m personally praying that Donald Trump finally understands this is not a game — it’s real life and there are serious consequences to playing politics with our security and emergency preparedness,” Ken Martin, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said in a statement.

Looking to score political points on the bodies of victims, Democrats called for investigations to determine whether reports of staffing shortages at NWS offices in Texas exacerbated the catastrophe. Rep. Joaquin Castro, a Democrat who represents San Antonio, was quick to cast suspicion on the Trump administration while acknowledging he didn’t have all the facts.

“I don’t want to sit here and say conclusively that that was the case, but I do think that it should be investigated,” Castro said on CNN’s State of the Union, whose Trump-hating host Dana Bash was more than glad to join fellow corporate media reporters in pushing the Democrats’ “It’s Trump’s fault” narrative.

Man indicted for allegedly committing almost a quarter of all Arizona ACCCHS fraud

Multiple Arizona residents are among the more than 300 people charged in a nationwide “takedown” of health care schemes, including one accused of being responsible for billing the state for 22% of all AHCCCS “sober living” fraud.

Farukh Jara Ali is accused of submitting about $650 million in “false and fraudulent claims” to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System and personally receiving $24.5 million as part of the alleged fraud.

Ali is the owner of a company called ProMD Solutions, which 12News has previously covered in connection with the AHCCCS “sober living” fraud scandal.

ProMD Solutions is listed as the statutory agent for multiple businesses accused of fraud.

In 2023, a man identifying himself as Mark Stanley, a Vice President with the company, told 12News via Zoom that ProMD Solutions was a billing company that also provided turnkey solutions for behavioral health businesses. He denied any billing fraud on ProMD’s part.

ProMD Solutions’ website lists an address in Irvine, CA. But a search of the address reveals it to be a strip mall with a third-party mailbox store. In reality, prosecutors say Ali was running the business from Pakistan.

In court documents, prosecutors state that Ali had contracted with 38 purported healthcare providers to bill the state for $650 million, of which AHCCCS paid $564 million.

According to the indictment, other behavioral healthcare businesses began a scheme to offer bribes and kickbacks to sober living homes, allegedly offering higher amounts for patients who could use the American Indian Health Plan.

Native Americans were widely targeted by the sober living scheme.  In many cases, they were promised drug and alcohol rehab that they never received.

The bribes were allegedly in exchange for sending the sober living residents to these behavioral health providers. Prosecutors allege Ali and the business owners conspired to falsify treatment notes to justify billing for services that were never rendered.

According to the indictment, ProMD Solutions was the company responsible for doing the actual billing, with Ali taking 5% off the top. Prosecutors say he made just under $25 million. Prosecutors believe he bought a $3 million golf course home in Dubai using at least some of that money.

Trump Admin Is Prosecuting One of the Few Doctors Who Honored his Hippocratic Oath to ‘Do No Harm’ during Covid Madness

A Utah surgeon, Dr. Kirk Moore, is facing the prospect of 35 years in federal prison for alleged criminal acts.

His crime?

The doctor destroyed thousands of vials of mRNA COVID vaccines, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects.

The 58-year-old Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. operates Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah in Salt Lake County. He began his trial on Monday, July 7, at the federal courthouse in Salt Lake City.

A rally took place Monday at the courthouse steps, organized by We Are The People Utah, in support of the doctor. Among those in attendance were veterans of the health freedom movement, including vaccine safety activist Robert Scott Bell, as well as the team that produced the documentary film Died Suddenly.

Countless other prominent figures in the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, including Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, joined online to stand with Dr. Moore.

According to Zero Hedge, the charges against him were filed in 2023 by the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, and have not been dropped yet by President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has not intervened in the case, but did publicly expressed his support in April of this year, saying on his government verified X account, “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and commitment to healing.”

The charges against Dr. Moore include conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.

The government property being referred to is $28,000 worth of government-provided COVID-19 vaccines, also referred to by Pfizer as “government prototypes” due to their experimental, untested, and dangerous nature.

Dr. Moore is also accused of distributing at least 1,937 “fraudulently completed vaccination record cards” to his patients, none of which are testifying for or against him in court. He also allegedly administered saline shots to some of his patients’ kids, admitted by the DOJ to have been carried out with the full knowledge and consent of their parents, so their children would actually believe and act as if they were vaccinated, and not have to lie to live a normal life with their friends amidst the pandemic mandates and madness.

This is a bizarre case. And it’s quite sad that the Trump administration is continuing to prosecute it against one of the few doctors who actually honored his Hippocratic oath, to do no harm.

As of Monday, a ‘GiveSendGo’ donation campaign for him is at just under $140,000.

Zero Hedge reports that Dr. Moore was arrested when the charges were made official in 2023 under the Biden regime.

New York Supreme Court reinstates all employees fired for being unvaccinated, orders backpay

A New York state Supreme Court ordered all New York City employees who were fired for not being vaccinated to be reinstated with back pay.

The court found Monday that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.

NYC fired roughly 1,700 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.

FDNY-Uniformed Firefighters Association President Andrew Ansbro and FDNY-Uniformed Fire Officers Association President Lt. James McCarthy condemned Adams earlier this year after the mayor allowed an exception to the vaccine mandate for athletes and performers, even as firefighters were still being fired over their status. The pair called on the city to expand the exception to all New Yorkers.

The Profit Motive Itself Makes the Best Case Against the FDA

One of President Trump’s campaign pledges was to allow Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to “go wild” as head of Health and Human Services. Some welcomed the idea, scarred by memories such as covid lockdowns and government mask mandates that lasted well beyond the arrival of the vaccines. Others, well aware of Kennedy’s conspiracism and anti-vaccine views, dreaded the news. Agencies under Kennedy, like the FDA, are charged with maintaining standards of medical safety and effectiveness. Does “go wild” mean freeing Americans to make our own health decisions — or ramming bad advice down our throats?

As if to address the concerns of both groups, Kennedy’s FDA announced in May that it approves covid boosters only for those over 65 or in other high-risk groups. The vaccine remains available to everyone, but insurers are no longer forced to cover the full cost (about $150). If you want to get the covid jab with your flu shot, you’ll need to decide if a few extra days of health are worth the price. Leftists wailing about “access” notwithstanding, Kennedy hasn’t “taken away” this vaccine.

The measure seems reasonable until one hears the rationale: Officials described the old guidance as “one-size-fits-all” and based on the assumption that Americans “are not sophisticated enough to understand age- and risk-based recommendations.” First, millions were forgoing the shots. Second, the main impact is on insurance companies, whose job it is to know whether covering shots or treatments is profitable for any given group.

This comes across as an attempt to flatter voters who should be wondering: Why is someone, who sues vaccine makers and has no medical or scientific background or experience, in charge of what vaccines are available and what health insurers can or can not cover?

We know the short answer: Donald Trump wanted to reward Kennedy’s support for his presidential campaign more than he cared about the health of his voters — and nearly every Republican Senator (including four M.D.s !) went along with it.

But this dumpster fire would be impossible if the government weren’t running the biomedical sector of the economy, rather than just protecting our freedom like they are supposed to.

Contrary to the notion that we need a government to ensure safe and effective drugs, there is ample evidence that the profit motive is necessary and sufficient for this purpose .

Politifact: You Can’t Call Mamdani A Communist Just Because He Said All These Communist Things

Zohran Mamdani, the Democrat nominee for mayor of New York City, is a socialist. He is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which endorses him, and his platform is filled with socialist/communist ideas.

Mamdani envisions government-run grocery stores, free bus fares, free childcare, and government housing.

But PolitiFact, which fancies itself the nation’s ultimate fact checker, has produced two pieces declaring President Donald Trump’s social media post calling Mamdani “a 100% Communist Lunatic,” false.

The first item, written by Ella Moore, Amy Sherman, and Caryn Baird, simply challenged Trump’s post. Notably, PolitiFact only investigated the communist claim. It did not challenge the claim that Mamdani is a lunatic.

“Mamdani’s platform calls for making transportation, housing and groceries more affordable, but experts say he hasn’t espoused key tenets of communism, such as government takeover of industry and private property,” the PolitiFact piece reads, and it stresses that “Mamdani does not call for getting rid of private ownership.”

But he doesn’t have to “call for” it for his policies to make it happen.

PolitiFact failed to mention Mamdani’s 2020 social media post in which he praised a communist mayor in India, saying this is the kind of mayor New York City needs. Politifact claimed, “We won’t dwell on the latter post because Mamdani’s point isn’t clear.”

Bombshell report exposes attempts by Muslim Council of Britain group to censor UK media

The Muslim Council of Britain’s media monitoring unit “acted in bad faith” by trying to suppress accurate reporting about terrorism and risks curtailing press freedom, a bombshell report has claimed.

Policy Exchange tonight released its 94-page report, titled ‘Bad Faith Actor: A study of the Centre for Media Monitoring’, which exposed the organisation’s inadequate methods of documenting Islamophobia and its partisan agenda.

Despite the CfMM claiming that 60 per cent of stories about Muslims are “offending” and negative, Policy Exchange found that just one complaint made by the group resulted in a newspaper being required to make a correction.

Policy Exchange revealed that CfMM, which sat on a working group at press regulator Ipso, counted factual reports of Islamist terror attacks in its 60 per cent figure of Islamophobic journalism, including a Manchester terror attack report by agency AP that accurately used the phrase “knife-wielding man yelling Islamic slogans”.

Canada Eyes Revival of Online Censorship Bill

As Canada’s government hints at reviving its shelved Online Harms Bill, concerns are mounting that this could signal a renewed assault on free speech. The legislation, once known as Bill C-63, had been left behind when Parliament was prorogued earlier this year.

Now, under Prime Minister Mark Carney, the Liberals appear ready to give their controversial plan another try, leaving civil liberties groups on high alert.

The Democracy Fund (TDF), a leading voice in the fight for free expression, has been quick to sound the alarm. Mark Joseph, TDF’s litigation director, argues that no sweeping new regime is necessary.

“There are laws in place that the government can, and does, use to address most of the bad conduct that the Bill ostensibly targeted,” he pointed out.

In Joseph’s view, any genuine gaps in the Criminal Code could be addressed with targeted amendments, rather than broad measures that risk suffocating debate.

“The previous Bill C-63 sought to implement a regime of mass censorship,” he warned, adding that TDF remains determined to resist efforts to criminalize speech and punish lawful debate.

The government, for its part, insists it is simply reassessing its approach. Justice Minister Sean Fraser has described the current review as a “fresh look” at how best to address online harms.

But for those who value open dialogue, such language offers little comfort, raising fears of government overreach cloaked in promises of safety.

ISIS-Linked Palestinian Group Admits to Coordinating With Israel

A Palestinian group opposed to Hamas and tied to ISIS has received support from Israel, its leader now admits.

Yasser Abu Shabab, head of the ISIS-linked Popular Forces, discussed coordinating with Tel Aviv in an interview with Makan, Israel’s Arabic-language public radio broadcaster. “We keep them [Israel] informed, but we carry out the military actions on our own,” he said.

Abu Shabab did not directly state that the Popular Forces receive direct support from Israel. He explained that his organization is supported by a number of parties, and “There are things we can’t talk about publicly.”

Last month, the ties between Abu Shabab and Tel Aviv were exposed by Israeli opposition leader and former Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman. “The Israeli government is giving weapons to a group of criminals and felons, identified with the Islamic State, at the direction of the prime minister,” Liberman said. “To my knowledge, this did not go through approval by the cabinet.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later confirmed Liberman’s accusation, saying the policy saves the lives of Israeli soldiers.

Abu Shabab and his gang have been backed by Israel against Hamas. He said in the interview, adding that he was seeking to eradicate Hamas’s “injustice” and “corruption.” “We will continue to fight, no matter the bloodshed,” Abu Shabab added. “Right now, Hamas is dying. They know their end is near.”

An IDF officer explained to Haaretz, “There are many groups that oppose Hamas – Abu Shabab went several steps further. They control territory that Hamas doesn’t enter, and the IDF encourages that.”

American with ‘CIA’ credentials and variety of weapons arrested in Mexico

An American national with credentials that read “CIA” has been arrested in Mexico on weapons charges, Mexican authorities said Saturday.

The unidentified man was arrested “for his probable involvement in the crimes of disturbing the peace and possession of weapons designated for exclusive use by the Army,” according to the Secretariat of Security of the State of Mexico.

Authorities found six firearms, magazines, live ammunition and tactical equipment, the agency said.

“The individual was carrying a credential with the inscription ‘CIA’,” authorities wrote on X.

Images posted by the security agency showed rifles, handguns, tactical vests, helmets, pocket knives and ammunition.

The State Department told Fox News that it was aware of reports of the man’s arrest.

An agency spokesperson said it has no higher priority than the safety and security of U.S. citizens abroad.

’When a U.S. citizen is detained abroad, the department works to provide consular assistance,” the spokesperson said.

Mexican authorities have not disclosed any additional details about the man’s arrest or why he was in the country.
