Former FBI Director Comey won’t testify in GOP’s Epstein investigation

Former FBI Director James Comey will not be testifying in the House GOP’s investigation into disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Comey was going to be deposed on Tuesday for the investigation, but House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revoked the subpoena for Comey, according to The Hill newspaper.

Comey had written a letter to Comer earlier this month that said he had no information that would be relevant to the investigation.

“I offer this letter in lieu of a deposition that would unproductively consume the Committee’s scarce time and resources,” the letter reads.

The Oversight Committee has also subpoenaed former Democratic President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify.

Epstein died in prison in August 2019 as he was waiting for a trial on sex trafficking charges of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. He pleaded guilty to similar state-level charges in Florida in 2008.

Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and other charges in connection with helping traffic minors to Epstein.

Sen. Kennedy Just Exposed More Absurd Things Democrats Shut Down The Government For

The Schumer Shutdown dragged through the weekend, with neither side budging. Republicans pushed for a straightforward continuing resolution to keep the government funded through November, but Democrats chose to hold the line for their wish list of radical spending priorities—billions and billions of dollars’ worth—and in doing so, shut the government down. The media has focused on their demand for free health care for illegal immigrants, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There’s a lot more buried in this standoff that isn’t getting the attention it deserves.

Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) took to the Senate floor this week and laid out, in his trademark blunt and hilarious fashion, exactly what Democrats are trying to shut the government down over—and it’s every bit as ridiculous as you’d expect.

“Basically, President Trump just said, ‘We want you to take some stuff out of the budget that we think is wasteful,’” Kennedy began. “And we did — and that upset the congresswoman.”

That “congresswoman,” of course, is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who, according to Kennedy, went ballistic when Trump and congressional Republicans started cutting some of the more absurd Biden-era spending priorities.

Kennedy didn’t hold back as he read aloud what Democrats are fighting to restore.

“We found that under President Biden, they were spending $3 million for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia,” he said. “We took that out. The congresswoman says, ‘We’re gonna shut down government until you put that back in.’”

And that was just the beginning.

“We found $500,000 of American taxpayer money for electric buses in Rwanda,” Kennedy continued.

“We found $3.6 million for pastry cooking classes and dance focus groups for male prostitutes in Haiti. I kid you not. I’m not making this up. It was in the budget under President Biden.”

Report: Donald Trump to Cut Refugee Admissions by 94%, Mainly Aiding White South Africans

President Donald Trump is reportedly looking to reduce annual refugee admissions by 94 percent compared to former President Joe Biden’s last year in office.

According to a report from the New York Times, Trump will reduce the refugee resettlement program’s annual cap to 7,500 admissions after Biden imported more than 100,000 refugees in Fiscal Year 2024 alone.

The refugee resettlement cap is merely a numerical limit and does not serve as a figure to be reached like a goal.

Most of the slots, according to the Times, would be reserved for South Africans who are the descendants of Dutch and French settlers.

Already this year, the Trump administration has welcomed such South Africans to the United States as refugees — a move that came with rebuke from the establishment media, Democrats, and refugee agencies, even as the refugees faced racial discrimination and violence in their home country.

Under Biden, the status of refugee to the United States was blown wide open as the administration created a parole pipeline that brought hundreds of thousands of migrants from Afghanistan, Latin America, the Caribbean, and other regions of the world as refugees.

“Algorithmic Discrimination”: David Sacks Exposes How Democrats Are Plotting To Unleash “Woke AI” Across America

White House AI and Crypto Czar David Sacks blasted Democrat-controlled states, spearheaded by California, for pushing a wave of regulations that could force “woke AI” on the nation.

Speaking on the popular All-In podcast, Sacks discussed the frenzy of state-level AI legislation, noting that all 50 states have introduced AI bills in 2025, with over 1000 bills flooding state legislatures and 118 AI laws already passed.

“The red state proposals for AI in general have a lighter touch than the blue states,” Sacks said. “But everyone just seems to be motivated by the imperative to do something on AI, even though no one’s really sure what that something should be.”

Scott Wiener’s (D) SB 1047 and a slate of 17 additional bills from his clique of radical legislators. Sacks said that the Golden State’s approach as starting with mere “red tape” on safety risk reporting, but warned it’s “the camel’s nose under the tent,” potentially multiplying into a nightmare for startups navigating 50 separate state regimes—far worse than the European Union’s harmonized efforts.

This patchwork of rules, Sacks argued, traps entrepreneurs in compliance chaos, forcing them to decipher varying reporting deadlines, authorities, and requirements. “This is like very European style regulations. Actually, [they’re] maybe even worse than the EU,” the venture capitalist-turned-Trump official said.

Sacks also pointed to Colorado’s SB24-205, the Consumer Protections for Artificial Intelligence law passed in May 2024, as a harbinger of things to come. The law bans “algorithmic discrimination,” defined as unlawful differential treatment or disparate impact based on protected characteristics like age, race, sex, or disability. Both AI developers and businesses deploying the tech could face prosecution by the state attorney general if decisions yield disparate impacts, even from race-neutral criteria like credit ratings in mortgage applications.

In a practical example, Sacks illustrated how a loan officer using neutral financial data could still be deemed discriminatory if outcomes disproportionately affect protected groups, holding developers liable despite truthful outputs. “The only way that I see for model developers to comply with this law is to build in a new DEI layer into the models to basically somehow prevent models from giving outputs that might have a disparate impact on protected groups,” Sacks warned. “So, we’re back to woke AI again.”

Trump Administration’s Multi-Front Counter-China Campaign

Since returning to office in 2025, Republicans have prioritized countering the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) through legislative, economic, military, and law enforcement initiatives. A key step in these efforts came in February 2025, when Senator Rick Scott introduced the Protect America’s Innovation and Economic Security from CCP Act to reinstate and codify President Trump’s CCP Initiative within the Department of Justice’s National Security Division.

The bill targets CCP-linked trade secret theft, economic espionage, and cyberattacks while strengthening enforcement of foreign investment regulations and improving coordination between the DOJ, FBI, and other federal agencies. It also ensures independent, well-funded operations dedicated to addressing CCP-related threats to U.S. technology, infrastructure, and supply chains.

Senator Scott called the CCP one of the greatest threats to America’s national security, criticizing President Biden for ending Trump’s original China Initiative, which had uncovered dozens of espionage cases. He said the revived program would help President Trump confront Beijing’s economic and technological aggression and “Make America Safe Again.”

Representative Lance Gooden, co-sponsoring the bill in the House, added that China has long stolen from U.S. businesses, infiltrated institutions, and undermined the economy, stressing that the legislation sends a clear message that the United States will no longer tolerate the CCP’s sabotage of American interests.

President Trump has taken a series of trade and economic actions to counter the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and protect U.S. national security. He imposed a range of tariffs from 10 to 125 percent on all Chinese imports, citing Beijing’s unfair trade practices and the CCP’s failure to curb the flow of fentanyl precursor chemicals to criminal cartels. To further combat the opioid epidemic, President Trump signed an executive order eliminating duty-free treatment for low-value imports from China, closing the de minimis loophole that had been the lifeblood of Chinese e-commerce companies.

In parallel, the administration expanded U.S. export controls to restrict CCP-backed subsidiaries, applying sanctions to any entity at least 50 percent owned by companies already on the Commerce Department’s Entity List.

UN Targets Homeschooling

The United Nations just put a giant target on the backs of homeschoolers worldwide.

Under the guise of “human rights,” the U.N.’s controversial “education” bureaucracy is officially demanding that all governments regulate and control home education—if they allow it at all.

The U.N.’s demands include “education standards” for homeschooling, as well as “accountability” to government.

The outfit is also demanding mandatory registration, forced “evaluations” of homeschoolers by authorities, compulsory “home visits,” and much more.

In fact, the agency is even calling for U.N.-approved values and attitudes to be imposed on children across a wide array of issues, with U.N. control of “education content.”

The new U.N. Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) report on home education, titled “Homeschooling through a human rights lens,” lays out the most draconian global assault on home education in history.

The powerful global agency, long dominated by card-carrying communists, claims governments must bring homeschooling under their thumb—for the benefit of the children, of course.

Unsurprisingly, the top U.N. official involved in the push comes from the “Democratic People’s Republic” of Korea (DPRK), better known as North Korea.

According to the report’s acknowledgements, it was prepared under the “supervision” of Gwang-Chol Chang, chief of the UNESCO Section of Education Policy.

Before joining the U.N. to help transform education globally, Chang worked for the mass-murdering North Korean Communist regime’s “Education Ministry.” The agency operates among the most comprehensive communist brainwashing systems in human history.

And yet, with no sense of the irony, the government controls being demanded by Chang and his minions are said to be necessary to uphold what the global body describes as “international human rights.” Yes, seriously.

If the U.N. agenda is not stopped, parents and even private schools that refuse to comply with the U.N.’s outrageous demands will be accused of violating the “human rights” of children.

The calls for total control are clear—and portrayed as mandatory. “Governments must implement oversight mechanisms such as registration and evaluations,” the report declares (emphasis added), demanding more “regulatory capacity.”

“As homeschooling continues to evolve, adopting a rights-based approach becomes crucial,” the report continues, touting the “need for quality education” as defined by the U.N. through “established minimum education standards and accountability.”

Federal Agents Arrest Chicago Gang Leader for Allegedly Ordering $10,000 “Murder-for-Hire” Plot on Border Patrol Officer

A high-ranking Latin Kings gang member in Chicago has been charged in a federal murder-for-hire plot targeting a U.S. Border Patrol senior officer leading “Operation Midway Blitz,” according to a criminal complaint unsealed in the Northern District of Illinois.

Federal prosecutors allege that Juan Espinoza Martinez, a known Latin Kings leader known by his street name “Monkey”, offered a $10,000 reward for the murder of a senior Border Patrol official and an additional $2,000 for information on his whereabout.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem revealed on “Fox & Friends” that specific law enforcement officers have bounties on them put out by cartel members, terrorist organizations, and gangs.

“Intelligence indicates that these people are organized. They are getting more and more people on their team as far as attacking officers and they are making plans to ambush them and to kill them,” Noem said.

“We have specific officers and agents that have bounties that have been put out on their heads. It’s been $2,000 to kidnap them, $10,000 to kill them. They’ve released their pictures. They’ve sent them between their networks and it’s an extremely dangerous situation and unprecedented,” Noem warned.

As Mass Chat Surveillance Nears Approval, President von der Leyen is Accused of Transparency Violations Over Deleted Messages

As EU lawmakers push ahead with Chat Control 2.0, a proposal that would compel messaging platforms to scan private conversations, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is once again being called out for sidestepping the very transparency rules meant to keep officials accountable.

The contrast is hard to ignore: while European citizens face the prospect of mass surveillance, von der Leyen continues to ignore the laws and conduct her own communications away from public view.

The latest case involves a message sent by French President Emmanuel Macron in early 2024, during a politically sensitive phase of trade negotiations with Mercosur.

Macron’s message, sent via Signal, reportedly voiced serious reservations about the deal.

When a journalist requested access under EU transparency laws, the Commission first ignored the request for over a year. It then claimed the message could not be retrieved, citing Signal’s disappearing messages setting, which automatically deletes texts after a set time.

This justification has prompted the European Ombudswoman, Teresa Anjinho, to launch a formal inquiry. Her office has requested documentation outlining the Commission’s policies on mobile messaging and message retention, and plans to meet with officials to clarify how the request was handled.

This isn’t the first time von der Leyen’s messaging habits have raised concerns. In the case known as “Pfizergate,” she was criticized for failing to preserve texts exchanged with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla during Covid vaccine negotiations.

The Commission refused to release the messages, and it later emerged they had been deleted. The New York Times took the matter to court and won, with the European General Court ruling that the Commission had wrongly withheld information of public interest.

Despite these past controversies, little appears to have changed. The Commission claims that messages like Macron’s had no administrative or legal impact and therefore didn’t need to be archived.

Officials have also pointed to concerns over phone storage and security as reasons for using auto-deleting features. These arguments seem increasingly weak in 2025, especially when applied to discussions between heads of state.

The journalist behind the Macron request argues that such deletion practices make it nearly impossible to monitor how decisions are made at the highest level.

Israeli Official Who Fled US After Pedo Sting Indicted; Trump DHS Appointee Is His Lawyer

A senior official in Israel’s cybersecurity agency who was arrested in a child sex sting in August has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury on Friday, six weeks after he was mysteriously allowed to flee the United States back to Israel.

Tom Alexandrovich, who helps guide Israel’s cybersecurity policy, was representing Israel at Black Hat USA, a professional conference in Las Vegas, when he was one of seven people swept up in a major, multi-agency sting operation targeting pedophiles soliciting sex acts with minors. According to court records, on Aug 6, the 38-year-old Alexandrovich allegedly committed the felony offense of using computer technology in an attempt to lure a child into sexual abuse. That particular crime encompasses children under 16. The next day, he posted a $10,000 bond at the Henderson Detention Center and fled the fucking country.

Online court records show that Alexandrovich is expected to appear on Oct. 15 for an initial arraignment, and is being represented by Las Vegas-based defense attorney David Chesnoff – who President Trump appointed to a position on the Homeland Security Advisory Council.

Why is an alleged Israeli high-level government pedophile being represented by a Trump nominee? Chesnoff also represented an Israeli dual citizen who pleaded guilty to lying about the Bidens taking a $5 million bribe from Burisma. Really weird.

South Carolina Authorities Say There is “No Evidence” of Arson as Democrats Blame Trump, Stephen Miller and MAGA After Judge’s House Explodes, Burns Down

There is no evidence of arson as Democrats blamed President Trump, Stephen Miller and MAGA after South Carolina circuit court judge Diane Goodstein’s house exploded and burned down over the weekend.

“At this time, there is no evidence to indicate the fire was intentionally set. SLED agents have preliminarily found there is no evidence to support a pre-fire explosion,” a statement from State Law Enforcement Division said.

South Carolina Judge Diane Goodstein and Former State Senator Arnold Goodstein’s beachfront home in Edisto Island was burned to the ground on Saturday, sending three family members to the hospital.

St. Paul’s Fire District released a statement on the fire:

The SPFD received reports of a structure with entrapment on Edisto Island from our automatic aid partners, Edisto Beach Fire Department. Engine 1403 and Tender 1403 along with Battalion 1407 were first due followed by Edisto Beach Engine 14 and Ladder 14.

Due to our strong working relationship with the EBFD, crews went right to work extinguishing the fire and looking for occupants. This area is located on a barrier island with significant challenges such as limited water supply and tight areas.

The first arriving crews worked flawlessly together to ensure the safety of the occupants which escaped via jumping from and elevated first floor. Due to the remoteness and layout of the lot, the occupants had to be rescued from the backyard via kayaks and brought to Colleton County EMS where they received medical aid.

Democrat hacks like Rep. Dan Goldman immediately blamed Stephen Miller and “MAGA world” for the house fire.
